Came here twice for swap test and for vaccination by Fullerton Health VC.
Experience was great both time and queue was well organized. Do take note to perform some preparatory works and bring the necessary documents for a smooth experience.
Toilets are also available at the location and are of better quality then the ones at the shopping area below.
All in One. Convention Hall with plenty of shops nearby and eateries.
Endless choice of food … and shopping. Toilets/restrooms are so clean. Shopping stop along the train lines at City Hall !!

Vaccination center at convention center is highly efficient. Less than 15 minutes from walk in till Vaccination done. To leave after 30 minutes rest.
I still like the normal Tokyo Milk Cheese biscuit better than the ice cream. IMHO, the ice cream is too creamery and has very strong taste of camembert cheese.
Clean and comfortable environment for eating. Services and facilities are better than others except the price is a bit expensive
Conveniently located within town and above an MRT station, it is a great place for conventions and seminars.
Linked to 2 hotels and a shopping mall, even oversees delegates would have no problem accessing the place of they put up at the linked hotels, not to mention the many other hotels nearby which are within walking distance.
The big shopping mall provides loads of shopping outlets and eateries, such as Robinson’s, Marks and Spencer, Watson’s, Guardian, Sushi Tei, Toast Box, Buffet Town, etc etc, just to name a few.
There are many restaurants from the 2 hotels too.

Many selection of shops here, including Robinsons & Mark & Spencer. B1 is more of a food place, with cafes to restaurants, bakeries, UOB bank, supermarket, pharmacies & retail shops. The upper levels include gift shops, clothing brands like Mango, Desigual etc. There’s also a Muji store & a Muji cafe.(Food there is overpriced and just passable in taste)
If you want a wider selection of food at half the price, then go to the food court on level 3, albeit it gets really really crowded and noisy during meal times.
Overall, it’s a nice mall to spend a leisurely afternoon.

Weekend parking is $2.20 for 2 hours. Subsequent hour at $0.40 only. Went on Saturday morning. Shops were still closed but Marketplace at basement is quite busy already. The convention has vaccination going on on level 4. There is a food court on level 3 which has quite a lot of local food. Can try. Can also do grocery shopping at Marketplace.

This is an excellent city for conferencing and general tourism. It’s obviously clean and hosts a number of world-class hotels, dinners and shops. I liked the way the train runs underground and how you can literarily pop out into your hotel building.

The 2 stars because I wanted to bring to attention the catering experience we had.
Infrastructure/venue itself was not the issue.
Catering:
– dishes came too slow, it was a standard Chinese 8 course dinner.
– I had to leave at 10.20pm – the fish , the noddle and the dessert were still not served.
– no serving utensils
(This was quite shocking because the pandemic is still ongoing)
– in retrospect, I should have had the sense to ask for a common pair of chopsticks and long metal spoon
– staff shortage appears to be the main issue
– our drinks(Chinese tea) were only topped up if we asked
-i am not sure if it was because there were certain diners who asked for “additional services” i.e. more glasses for alcohol which they brought on their own.
– if that is the case, then I think it’s important to train the staff to prioritize – that it’s ok to decline such special requests and the main focus is to serve the food once they are ready in the kitchen.
– for our table, we were constantly 5minutes
behind compared to our adjacent tables when it came to the serving of food.

This was a fantastic facility for receiving vaccination. Stellar service and organization. Very clean and sterile yet still welcoming and comfortable. The atmosphere and ambiance as well as decor all helped create a very calming and pleasant experience for the entire process, especially considering the Covid-19 circumstances. And everything was very efficient and organized! Very impressive and well done
Good hotel easy check-in process once the train gets completed it will be super easy to get downtown. Only complaint is that I never got my points and every time I’ve tried to call I never get through and every email that the reservation staff gives me doesn’t work. Probably won’t be staying with accor anymore because of that.

The reason for visit was vaccination but it’s a really well maintained place. The vaccine procedure is queue for registration, wait with the queue number, vaccine shot and 30 min observation. Total about an hour so keep hydrated. The shopping mall is one of the best, especially the market place with amazing food options.

A vast shopping mall which has a good array of shops, and places to eat. Most of the cafes where in the basement and offered a large selection of goods and coffee shops. Shops are nicely spread out with one department shop running throughout. I discovered Bynd Artisan here, which I loved and provides the most tailored and personalised gift, really special and they were so helpful.
Raffles City Singapore. Raffles City is a large complex located in the Civic District within the Downtown Core of the city-state of Singapore.
it’s right next to City Hall MRT station and it’s a 3 level shopping mall (there’s also B1) that houses retail outlets ranging from the more mainstream European brands (topshop/dorothy perkins) to the higher end retail outlets (furla/agnes B/Kate Spade to name a few).
I love Raffles City mostly for the food and also because it’s a onestop location that houses favorite brands.
B1 has a huge variety of food stalls. There are food booths such as GongCha, Sumo Salad, Chewy Junior, BFF, Chippy’s, awfully chocolate etc. There’s also Jco at B1 (awesome donuts & way too underrated froyo) and a 24hrs Starbucks on level 1. I also love the restaurants at Raffles City.

Very nice mall with plenty of F&B options, adequte parking, nice coffee places and shopping. It currently lack an anchor tenant but that should improve soon as plenty spaces are now hoarded up for redevelopment/renovation. Overall a very pleasant location for the entire family

Elegant and spacious convention hall located just above the City Hall MRT station. Lots of upscale brands within the shopping floors. The building has been around for two decades but there is no sign of ageing. It is efficiently managed and well maintained. The team is forever rejuvenating the entire development to keep it brand new.
The acoustic in the ballroom is not good, sound will bounce back on walls to give you eco.
The ballroom was extremely cold and when the air conditioning was turn off water started to drip from the condensation.

A general all goods mall. You see most people at the market place in the basement. My favourite is the large prawns served at the prawn noodle mee stall. The soup is rich and delicious
Went there for my first Convid 19 jab. Place are big and spacious. The whole journey has been good and very well managed and organised even though I need to wait for 2 hrs for the jab. Staff has been well trained and keep us updated of the situation even there was a technical fault ..staff came to apologise fir the delay. Well done. The wait is worth it. Thank you.

The restaurant is located at the Raffles Hotel. It’s a nice historical building with a nice ambiance. We had vegetarian biryani, lamb curry, egg plant with soca roti. The mango Kulfi is a must try for dessert. Really satisfied with the food.

Went to Raffles City Convention Hall yo have my 1st dose of the Pfizer Biontec Covid vaccine jab,and everything was so well organised,from processing in,very short waiting time,very well mannered staffs,including the rest Area…every detail were very immaculately explained.
Even the jab was so painless,and every step & process was completed under 40mins!

4th April 2021 How things changed totally when I returned for my 2nd jab!
Time slot same as previous-2.00pm,came at 1.40pm & was rudely told to return 2pm..advised this young boy I came 3vweeka ago,was allowed up by 1.40pm to prep for my jab,he emphatically told me off!

Due to previous experience, I was so pleased with Fullerton Service that today after my 2pm jab,I actually booked a 3pm nearby Comcenter Hello shop appointment.
Long queue for vaccination although during weekend day

Cozy & less congested area to catch up with friends, ambience is fine & well maintained. Really like the selection of F&B outlets they have introduced.
Standard drop. Air conditioning too cold, carrot cake tasteless. Cake was not bad and toilet is always clean though.
