I have to say I’m impressed with their service. I called up 3 companies before confirming PS plumber. Although PS plumber was not the cheapest, but their response time was fast abd pricing was reasonable.After calling their customer service, about 10 mins later, I got a call from Mr Jason their plumber. I ask him if it was possible to come by today, as my choked kitchen drain had caused a mini flood and also my toilet flushing system was not working. After sending him some photos that he requested, he gv me a quote and told me abt 2 hrs time that he can come over as he was attending to a customer. Mr Jason came earlier about 1.5hrs later.He assured us by explaining to us how he is going to clear the choked kitchen drain before proceeding to clear the choke.He also gv us tips to prevent chokes in the future. He also asked for permission to remove my toilet bowl to further access the flushing system, in the end he said that replacing to a new flushing system is better to do repairs to it. We decide to agree with his recommendation. Thanks Mr Jason for your prompt response, patience in answering our questions and great repair works. I had engaged PS plumbing for a clogged floor trap in my kitchen and job was well done and completed around 45mins time. Their charges were also reasonable. At par with the first plumber I called for the same job but failed miserably. I called PS Plumber Singapore and was referred to Jason rather quickly. After a few messages and understanding my situation, which was a leaking WC bowl, Jason provided a quotation which in my opinion was fair and acceptable. The quotation included dismantle and disposal of the old WC bowl + purchase and installation of the new WC bowl. 3 days prior to the actual work to be carried out, Jason came over to take some measurement. I have two toilet tank flushing systems that need to be replace. The owner selects the materials for me, the price is reasonable, and made appointment. Arrivel on time, and help me fix the low pressure pipe, and found that the water pipe was block and solved. Khoo did a comprehensive inspection of my home, experienced and fast. Bought a sink from taobao during my house renovation. The sink come with those low quality plastic waste pipe and accessories. Requested my renovation contractor to replace them to those common PVC. However I was being brush off by my renovation contractor like original piping that come with the sink cannot be change. Else will create leakage that kind of excuses.

I seriously do not have a single complaint about this company. My toilet has a concealed pipe leaking badly and it is at a rather difficult area to work on. They took down the sink, vanity cabinet carefully, trace the leak pipe and got it fixed in few hours and then put the cabinet back where it is. In addition, because of the leak pipe, it led them to find my water heater tank was leaking too! Initially I thought I can still live with the existing water tank for a few more weeks, but over a few nights, it totally stopped working. The team managed to squeeze out a timeslot for me over the night, installed a new water heater and saved me and my wife from having another night of cold shower. They also tried their best to help me save some money and to make the money worth. Honest, professional and great customer service. I have no doubt to use them again and I will surely recommend to other friends and family should they require plumbing services.
