Been coming here for 2 years. I like the staff. Polite and helpful. Especially Hui Ting (or Hui Ling).
But the manager…stand at the counter, I have made payment but he wouldn’t let me take my items. He said “wait for the receipt” while he is holding on to my bags. You think I’m going to run away or what? What kind of manager blindly implies that everyone is a thief?
Grocery is very convenient to buy at PRIME Supermarket. They always offer low price veggies and fruits imported from Malaysia!

The aisles are already narrow and there’s hardly any space to move around, couple that with boomers frequently quarreling about prices at the cashier and wasting everyone’s valuable time, and you can see why I only shop here late at night.

The management needs to do something about this even after renovation, it doesnt help. I have to resort to purchasing groceries after midnight or wee hours of the morning. The management also needs to think about changing shifts for the cashiers during peak hours especially when people are lining up long queues, only to find that their queues are being delayed by the changing of shifts

Newly renovated! They carry international brands and for some reason, toiletries are much cheaper here which is good. Just right below the Cove LRT station in Punggol and besides the Broadway hawker place. They have several bank ATMs located outside of the grocery store too. Please note that they do not accept credit cards. The only payments acceptable are PayNow, Debit/NETS and cash.
Although this supermarket is a little small. But i they have all the things i need. From detergent to chilli sauce. But they do not have wide food selection. And during the weekends, it is super crowded, the queue is terrible.

Since they renovating, I thought they will improve the problems whereas when queuing for cashier, the queue will take out space for browsing item, but went after renovated, still exactly same space allocation, very narrow space, went in and give up purchasing due to hard to find items I want.
