My Nissan Syphly (2010) was having some issues with the aircon as well as serious engine vibrations, and I was searching around different car workshops for a solution.
After getting quotes from multiple sources and doing my own research, I stumbled on Precise Auto as I was looking for a specialist in Japanese cars.
Decided to go with them after reading good reviews, competitive quote and responsiveness from their team.
It was a fantastic decision.
They fixed my aircon at a considerably lower price compared to what I was quoted by other dealers that just wanted to make a profit and they recommended me to remount my engine which made a huge difference in comfort and completely eliminated the vibrations. (fees like a whole new car now.)

But Wei Quan of Precise Auto is completely the opposite of what I’ve read about how a used car dealer salesman is like. Not only is he patience, friendly, he actually go all the way out to help me secure a lower interest for my car finance thus saving me a couple of thousand of dollars and I really appreciate it very much.

Ah Yong changed the fuse for us and told us problems we should look out for in the car and advised us to go back to the person we bought it from to get it fixed. Excellent service jobs done within an hour. I had full view of the entire process from the aircon Customer waiting room. Waiting room is equipped with mobile phone charging cables, wifi and simple refreshments. The mechanics cleaned the engine compartment and aircon filters as part of their service. Interior vacume could be cleaner. Overall, I am satisfied with their service jobs.

A well run establishment occupying 4-6 units of space. It is like the service centre of your typical authorised dealer like C&C except on a smaller and less luxurious scale. There is a dedicated, clean customer service to take care of administration, a pleasant air-conditioned waiting room that can comfortably seat 5-6 people with canned drinks and snacks. Even thoughtfully provided charging points for laptops and mobile devices.
Both the admin staff and mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Quotations and receipts all properly printed with company header. Prices were competitive. Work quality was good. You can tell these folks know what they are doing.

Needed next day (Saturday) use of a lorry to help with furniture moving. Got a decent deal for Toyota Dyna with box at $85 with $100 deposit. The beauty is the convenience of reservation payment, deposit refund and return of lorry (though their office not opened on Sunday, staff was kind enough to make it happen for customer). At first was kind of sceptical with bank transfer to the nominated bank account given by the staff for the reservation payment as you never know if it is a scam. My worries was unfounded. Overall good customer service and convenient. Definitely would rent from this company again if needed. Some discounts as incentives for repeated customers would be nice!

Just bought a car from them. Staff was friendly and assist you on any enquiry. Just that the vehicle condition is not very good. Was told that the vehicle will send for grooming before handing over but exterior condition doesn’t seem nice but engine bay have been nicely done. They provide new car battery that’s was very nice. Few Rim have big crack and tyre crack and front windscreen have 2 chip. Admin fee is so high.
Lastly recommend to prepare spare additional remote battery in case of spare key battery is low.
Overall 6-7/10

I sent my car in for normal servicing and repair of an engine start problem.
The admin was courteous and helped schedule the visit. The Mechanics (from junior to senior) were very helpful and informed me well regarding the repair. They were open to my inputs too (I have prior done some research about possible causes to the intermittent start issue).
Finally a third mechanic suggested replacing the cam shaft sensor. Immediately I had a good feeling it was a wise move since it is a less expensive part and high possibility.
At my request he also helped to replace my wiper and break light bulb.
Overall they are very professional and obviously not out to kotok customers.

The car was pretty fun to drive and $90/day is a pretty reasonable price for a good looking convertible. Downside was that the interior smelled a bit like cigarettes (probably no time to thoroughly clean because of my last min booking) and some trims were worn. Would maybe suggest that maybe they do up the interior a bit (upgrade the infotainment system, re-trim some panels) and it’ll become a top choice

This morning I was attended to by your salesman Wei Quan from Precise Auto Service.
I am Mr. Tan (the seller) and my experience on the sale of my Hyundai Tucson 1.6t (s) was literally seamless.
Wei Quan exhibited all the hallmarks of an excellent salesman with utmost professionalism going about inspecting my car for sale as well as performing diagnostics with engine running to check on the health of the engine. Subsequently, he test drove the car. He also displays good understanding in explaining the car transfer and transaction process. Basically, after sending me the deposit via pay now, Precise Auto will settle the outstanding amount with my bank (Maybank), and deduct the $107/- for the successful completion of the sale before transferring the remainder amount to me net off (Bank Loan outstanding + one time successful completion fee of $107).
I have no qualms recommending Precise Auto to my colleagues and friends because of the Excellent service!
Final settlement will be by next Saturday when I turn in my car at Precise Auto in Kaki Bukit.

Rented a Mercedes C180 from Precise Auto Service for 4 days. Reasonable fees, quick and hassle-free transactions. Top that up with friendly, helpful and efficient team.
On the car, it was clean both outside and inside. Be there were no outstandingly visible damages and it ran smoothly. In addition to it, the car has great pickup and braking system. Air-conditioning works perfectly and it has a radio on board. What else can you ask for? Overall it was a perfect ride for the wedding I had to attend.
The only downside to the while experience was the absence of be GPS device. But then again, everybody carries smartphones now a days and it’s fully equipped with Google Map, GPS and what’s not so it didn’t really hurt at all.
Will definitely use their service again when necessity arises.

bought used Honda Fit. weiquan’s service was good throughout the sale process. a bit surprised when insulation panel fell off when i opened the boot while checking the car. it was fixed promptly, but that gave me the impression that the car was not checked thoroughly before handover. also it would be good if the car’s exterior was cleaned before handing over to customer-windscreen was a bit dirty. admin staff did an excellent job with explaining what i was signing.
WeiQuan was very fast and friendly person to deal with. He stated all that is needed to know regarding the rental so even a first time renter can understand the t&c. Has been a pleasure dealing with him.

First time here for servicing of my mazda2. The uncle Ah Tee was very friendly and worked right on my car even though I was half and hour early. Results were acceptable and I thought the prices were reasonable.
While waiting, you can head to the level 1 coffeeshop for a drink. But if you want something more filling, I would suggest taking a short stroll across the road to Bartley Bizcentre if you are looking for halal food. Otherwise head to full fledged coffeeshop at Synergy@KB. The bah chor mee is pretty good.

Rented a vehicle for the month of August from Precise Auto Service.
