A dedicated and well-oriented a female staff named Chris handled my pestering well due to a organisation quotation, I have been calling and checking with the stocks non-stop but ended up not being able to purchase and cancelling my order.
She handled it promptly and without a hint of displeasure!

I like the store environment, every time I am in a book store, I feel easy, maybe because I like books, stationery, and the displays.
Not crowded
Limited range of books and stationary as compared to their other branches. Staff are generally friendly and obliging. Some books on their shelves could do with having a display piece and those for sale in plastic wraps, as it would prevent customers from flipping too many of the books and cause a general downgrade of the books’ condition.
Pretty big for popular!
Usual popular stores selling similar things as other outlets. Location is not that accessible with no major MRT stations nearby.
