Dr. Andy Wee preformed surgery on my left arm after I fractured it during a wild weekend in Bangkok. After 11 screws, a foot long titanium rod, and 4 months of recovery I’ve made a full recovery. He and his staff were incredible.

Dr Kevin is a godsend. I’m a competitive powerlifter and have had multiple disc injuries from years of “abuse” trying to lift more weight at each competition. Kevin’s advice and help helped me power through my workouts winning two national championships. In 2015, I had a massive disc bulge in May, and required surgery. With Kevin’s help. I not only recovered, I went on to compete again in October the same year and beat a world record.
The thing about Kevin is this – If surgery is not required, he will NEVER suggest it. He cares about his patients and to this day, constantly checks on me to see if I’m doing ok. Apart from being THE doctor that I recommend to anyone, he’s become a family friend.

I had an ACL surgery (by another doctor) 5 years ago but my knee never healed properly. Finally pain became unbearable and saw Dr. Kevin Lee. He helped me remove a nail that has been stuck in my knee joint ever since my first ACL surgery and my knee has never felt better. First time in 5 years am I able to sit cross legged again Thank you Dr Lee and to the nurses who were all great and friendly and made me feel that they genuinely care! Highly recommended if you have any joints problem and need to seek a solution!
In October 2016 I trekked the Kokoda Trail, a tough jungle hike. My knee swelled and on return to Singapore despite rest it remained swollen. On taking an MRI I found I’d torn the cartilage from behind my kneecap, and was referred to Dr Kevin Lee.
He explained the potential for microfracture surgery and I went ahead. I was admitted to Mt E and underwent day surgery, with keyhole surgery of my knee. I was mid 40s in age.
I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Lee and the team at Mt E. Throughout, and especially post surgery he was clear with how things had gone (hole bigger than thought, needed to really focus on rehab and physio). I was surprised at how quickly my leg lost muscle mass and how I had to basically learn to walk again. That said I’m very fortunate in that the surgery was a complete success, and three years later am back cycling and hiking (although I am more careful now!).
I’d highly recommend Dr Lee, especially for this type of surgery, especially if you want to continue an active lifestyle. Do make sure you are very strict on the physio though, it can be a slow return but worth it long term!

I had an elbow fracture (capitellum fracture ) 7 months ago and was first undnosed for about a month and I was glad I met Dr Andy wee and get surgery done before thing get worse. It’s been 1 year since I injured my knee.
When I was first introduced to Dr Kevin in Sep 2020, my MRI showed I had medial meniscus posterior root tear. Surgery was an option then.
I have been doing competitive running 2 years before the Covid pandemic. When Dr Kevin confirmed that I could not run again, I was devastated n tears fell.
Dr Kevin explained that I could still do other sports, cycling, swimming or walking. He advised me to go for physiotherapy n not be disheartened. His recommendation of Move Free Physio helped my knee condition. Today, the therapist is one I can trust. I put in my fair share of physio exercises daily. Within 2 weeks, my condition improved n Dr Kevin advised to continue physio n delay surgery.
Then 5 months ago (Mar’2021), Dr Kevin recommended that I am ready for either the Hyaluronic Acid Injection (HAI) or the Autologous Protein Solution (APS) Injection to help recovery. No surgery is necessary now as my condition is improving steadily.
I consented to the APS. It was a painless injection, thoroughly explained to me prior to the injection. Though swelling was expected, I had no problems at all. But just to be safe, I let the knee rest for 2 days after the injection.
Today I can go for long walks (not more than 15km as advised) n still feel strong w no pain. I am VERY thankful to Dr Kevin n his staff for giving valuable advice, care n answering all my queries n emails promptly.
I highly recommend Dr Kevin’s expertise. He is a sportsman himself n he understands what active people feel after an injury n how to help us regain confidence n quality of life again.

Dr Kevin Lee is in fact the 3rd Orthopaedic I consulted on my knee pain. He is an answer to my prayer! Since 2019 I was enduring my knee pain until in 2020 it got so bad I couldn’t mover without “ko yok”. The main reason I decided to be operated by Dr Lee was the fact that I could trust him. From our conversation during consultation, Dr Lee came across as genuinely seeking to address my knee pain. He was also attentive to my concern. He was thorough in the investigation of all the possible causes of my concern. Beside the usual MRI, I also went through blood tests. When the result of all these tests reveal my torn meniscus that was causing me pain, he patiently explain to me the medical jargon in the report. N how the findings affected my well being. He laid open the options available but was not pushy. While waiting in the clinic, I would read all the accolades displayed on the wall, n the many album of thank you card written to Dr Lee. I also saw he was one of the invited speaker in the local Chinese channel where the interviewer seek clarification about common knee and joint pain. Hence after a week of bringing all these to Jesus, I felt I could trust Dr Lee to do his best to remedy my knee pain. The team at his clinic patiently explain to me what to expect during the day surgery. On the day of the surgery while I was in the OT, Dr Lee and another of his colleague invited me to pray together. That’s because he knew I was catholic. I remember he shared that he’ll always say a prayer before any operation. This means alot to me. Bcoz there’s only so much the human act can do. But in prayer, he united his human act with divine providence. The result of which is definitely amazing. The care after the op was also meticulously carried out. If I were to share my full experience with Dr Lee n his team, this page would not be enough.

Recently consulted Dr Kevin Lee for a nagging lower back pain and with his advice on strengthening exercises, the issue is gone. I was also treated by him for a right knee injury many years ago. Sought for a second opinion with Dr Andy Wee after suffering from a stress fracture on the femoral neck and it was not recovering after almost a year. Dr Andy provided various options and was very proactive with suggestions to find the root cause. He also recommended different treatment methods to find the best solution. I had a total knee replacement in October 2018. My experience after 4 weeks has been amazing. I had very minimal pain immediately after the surgery and within 10 days no pain at all with just some discomfort. Now after 4 weeks from the surgery date I can walk 3.5kms in a day and walk up and down stairs normally holding the rail. The key in my opinion is to follow the Doctors and Physio’s advice. The physio rehab is critical to successful recovery. I research 6 doctors before choosing Dr Kevin Lee. Dr Lee and his team are wonderful and have made the process very easy for me. I would recommend them to anyone. I would also use them again if required. A great experience and far better than I expected.

I was under the care of Dr Kevin for two separate cycling injuries. One was for a torn ligament and another for operation to repair a closed fracture of base of right 5th metacarpal bone. In both occasions, Dr Kevin & team provided great follow up care that helped me on the road to recovery.

Dr Andy Wee repaired my rotator cuff. He is an excellent surgeon. Very reassuring to patients. It has been 5 months since the surgery and I have full range of motions. I am back to yoga and table tennis. No pain at all.
Early this year i found out i had torn 3 ligaments in my right ankle. Being an avid amateur sports man, i seeked Dr Victor Seah’s advice on how my ankle could be treated. I went to Dr Kevin Lee with severe pain (couldn’t move my entire hand) and very restricted movement of my left shoulder. He did a thorough check and gave me some painkillers and medication that reduced my swelling and pain immediately. Further, based on my scan results, referred me to a physio and helped me manage my condition without the need for any surgery/injections (he did explain all options and suggested I go with just physio). It’s been a month since I met him and I’m much better in terms of movement of my shoulder and trying to improve the strength of my shoulder with exercises. I strongly recommend him.

Dr Andy Wee did my knee surgery to replace my torn ACL in Oct 2021. The operation went smoothly and I recovered well. With regular physiotherapy sessions, I was able to do light jogging and running within 4 months after the surgery.
I came to Dr Kevin Lee for fractures in my ankle area. The issue went undiagnosed previously by a GP and I was enduring great pain during that period of time thinking that it was a terrible sprain. However, when Dr Kevin Lee saw my X-ray, he immediately gave his recommendation for me to perform surgery to fix the fractures. Due to the misdiagnosis, my bones had began to heal and it was healing in a misaligned direction.
Without wasting any time, Dr Kevin Lee scheduled me for a surgery on the very next day to fix my fracture. As an age group road bike racer, I have been experiencing worsening left knee pain that was unsuccessfully treated over the past season. I had a cycling accident more than one year ago and my knee was injured as a result. Dr Andy Wee proposed a conservative treatment plan (injection and physiotherapy at Moving Space) which was effective and quickly resolved my mum’s frozen shoulder issue (marked improvement after the first week, 90% fixed by 6 weeks). The receptionists were always prompt and polite. Expect short waiting times for both consultations and MRI. The consultations and treatments were pricey but well worth the money.
Dr Kevin Lee is very meticulous and he gives the best consultations for my ACL surgery. Operation went very well, I’m already on my way to swift recovery.
I was treated by Prof Hee (for my back) and Dr Andy Wee for the repair of my torn hamstring. Dr Andy is a wonderful person who took time out to understand my issues. He also took time to explain to me the entire procedure and the associated risks. He answered all my questions and his skills in repairing my hamstring is really highly valued. Prof Hee is also a detailed doctor in treating my back issues. Their skills are world class and I highly recommend them.
I was a patient of Dr Andy Wee and underwent two surgeries with him:
i) broke my ankle and had implants
The easy way out (then) was to have two incisions to repair my broken ankle but Dr Wee managed to get it fixed with one incision. Cut was clean and straight (I have OCD so this is important)
ii) removed implants
I underwent this surgery to remove the implants but Dr Wee went over and beyond by making an incision on the old scar (which is norm) BUt upon closing up the wound, he removed part of the old scarring and the new scar is a very fine line now, with three stitches on my ankle, and the rest of the stitches were beneath the skin.

Consulted Dr Wee for shoulder pain which was subsequently diagnosed as a rotator cuff tear. Had the keyhole surgery performed by him and he saw through till the end of my treatment. Always very informative and professional, the staff are also friendly and well organised.

My mother has been treated by Dr Andy Wee since Feb 2021, and he has been nothing but kind, upfront and informative in the way he has advised and treated my mother. Great experience all round, from start to finish. Ruptured my distal bicep tendon and needed surgical reattachment. Dr Wee gave clear and precise advice as to what the options were. He and his team were friendly, efficient and methodical throughout, with several appointments, MRI, and surgery all done in about 7 days, which was critical as the treatment is time-sensitive. A small but dedicated team, with close connection to Mt E hospital, so the overall process was very seamless. Highly recommended.

I saw Dr Wee after a skiing ACL MCL LCL injury and he helped correct an initial misdiagnosis from another physician. After 5 months post injury and lots of PT, I’m happy to say that I’ve returned to essentially all of my pre injury activities. He helped me feel like my course of treatment was going to be successful, rather than pressuring for surgery.

I went to see Dr Kevin Lee at Pinnacle Sports after I tore my left ACL and meniscus during a volleyball practice in Aug 2019. I knew about him because my brother also previously saw him when he was facing pain in the knee.
I play golf competitively and was advised by Dr Lee to go for surgery. I made the decision to go for surgery quite swiftly. My heart was broken after I found out I tore my ACL and meniscus and had to be out of golf for about a year. However, the nurses and Dr Lee himself were very friendly and made every visit much better
Dr Kevin Lee was very efficient and aided me in making important decisions such as the type of graft I was going to use. He referred me to a physiotherapist which I had to visit weekly for the first 6 months. It’s been a year or so since my surgery in October and I have been back playing golf comfortably.

I visited Dr. Kevin Lee a day after i had torn a muscle in my calf. I had pains and quiet concerned that my upcoming ski trip (4 weeks) would be a jeopardy. Dr. Lee immediately diagnosed and provided me options on treatments, including PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injection to speed up recovery. 2.5 weeks after the injection, and with the proper guidance and care from Dr. Lee, I am nearly fully recovered and it looks like I will be fully able to ski and go on my trip. My injury was swiftly identified and Dr Kevin tabled options for considering an operation according to my long term lifestyle requirements. I opted for immediate day micro surfery in order to reattach my supraspinatus tendon. 1 year on I am fully recovered and have resumed my active lifestyle. The Dr stressed the importance of maintaining the physiotherapy sessions post surgery as well as slowly easing back into exercising. I selected Dr Kevin based on recommendations and also because the doctor leads an active lifestyle himself.
In Dec 2018 I fractured my left wrist in a bike accident. I was in a dilemma whether to go for surgery or non surgical treatmenr. I consulted Dr Victor Seah for a second opinion after another doctor recommended surgery. Dr Seah was exceptional and explained to me clearly the benefits of surgical treatment.He is very friendly and caring. He did my surgery on 3rd week of Dec and I am recovering fast and got 80 to 85 percent of functionalities within 12 weeks of surgery. Hoping to get to 100 percent in the next 6 weeks. Staff at the clinic and Parkway East as a whole is just wonderful.I would definitely recommend Dr Seah and Pinnacle and Parkway East hospital.
I have known Dr Kevin Lee since 2004 when he operated and fixed my badly broken arm and till today it is completely usable and it was his amazing surgery that fixed it. I had a chronic right knee issue for many years. Every few minutes I will straighten my knee and hear a ‘pop’. There was knee weakness and also soreness after exercise. Gradually, the popping got more frequent and louder, and I would find myself with soreness even after prolonged sitting. Because of this, I could not play basketball, the sport I loved. I wanted to save money hence I did not seek treatment or go for an MRI. Finally, after suffering for 4 years, I decided to see Dr Kevin Lee.
In the first session, he told me there were two possibilities. I went for an MRI the same day and the very next day, got my results. He was right! It was a symptomatic plica issue. We scheduled a day surgery immediately and he did the surgery himself.
The surgery process was quick and painless. He got me a good anaesthesiologist as I had many allergies to painkillers. I went through everything swiftly and without any complications. The surgery itself was only about an hour. And it was a day surgery. (I stayed overnight just to be safe as there was a risk of allergies)
I was able to apply pressure on the knee even right after the surgery. Was able to walk on my own with crutches. After a week, I could go around with a single crutch. After a month, I was able to walk slowly without any crutches.
I have been going for physiotherapy and despite that, the physio therapist mentioned several times that Dr Kevin Lee has been checking on my progress. Throughout the journey, I felt that Dr Kevin Lee has been with me and he is a caring docter who wants the best for his patients.
My advice to you if you are considering knee surgery – be patient! Your knee is going to take time to recover after surgery. Physio therapy is 100% necessary for a full recovery to sporting activities!
After going for weekly physio for 3 months, I’m now able to walk perfectly normally and even start jumping a little. I’m about to progress to jogging and I’m confident I will soon be able to resume playing basketball once again. Thank you Dr Kevin Lee!

I recent had a right knee surgery by Dr Kevin Lee. Dr Lee was very reassuring before the surgery and the operation not only went on smoothly, there was very minimum pain post operation and I was able to walk around without any support. The anaesthesist Dr Thong was also very caring and professional and I experienced no nausea or vomiting after surgery. I had pain in both my knees when I got up from a sitting position and also lost weight from a usual 74kg weight to 67kg in a short 3 month period. As I recently finished the 2019 Stanchart Marathon I thought it was just my body adjusting after a period of high running mileage. But I noticed that my quad muscles are also weakening which didn’t feel right and I decided to go see a specialist just to check what is wrong. I did have a history of surgery to my right knee but that was more than 10 years ago. I eventually saw Dr Kevin Lee after a friends’ recommendation. Dr Lee was very professional and listened to my issues and he told me it was common for athletes with high exercise loads to face knee issues like mine. Turns out after doing diagnostic MRI scans we saw that parts of my knee articular cartilage was completely worn off to the bone. He suggested I may want to do a gel injection to both knees to stimulate the regrowth of the articular cartilage around the knee. The injection process was done very skillfully and with as little pain as possible. I’m most grateful to Dr Lee as he actually suggested I also take a Thyroid blood test and book an appointment with an endocrinologist on my very first visit. Thanks to him I found out I was actually suffering from hyperthyroidism which is now under control. I am now on the road to recovery for both my knees and health condition.
Went to Dr Andy for an elbow injury. Dislocated both my joints, fractured my medial epicondyle, and tore my ligament completely. Dr Andy is a really caring doctor. He looks towards his patients well. Moreover, what i really see in Dr Andy is his passion towards his job and how he really wants his patients to recover to their fullest ability. 3 months prior to my injury, i was able to start my badminton and soccer training. Now, it’s been 6 months and i have been starting to play league games. Staffs were amazing and they communicate well. Overall, i couldn’t me more grateful to what he have done for my recovery.
I went to Dr Kevin Lee with severe pain (couldn’t move my entire hand) and very restricted movement of my left shoulder. He did a thorough check and gave me some painkillers and medication that reduced my swelling and pain immediately. Further, based on my scan results, referred me to a physio and helped me manage my condition without the need for any surgery/injections (he did explain all options and suggested I go with just physio). It’s been a month since I met him and I’m much better in terms of movement of my shoulder and trying to improve the strength of my shoulder with exercises. I strongly recommend him.

Last 6 months ago, my mom had an anterior left total hip replacement which was done at MEH by Dr. Kelvin. Since then she is gaining the better quality of life with minimal discomfort at her left hip area after long walking, standing or doing her activities.
On the other hand, I am a little bit concerned about her slight limping when she walk and also she feel like few mm lengthening of her operated side.Doctor explained us not to worry much about it but that limp is because of the pain from right hip and knee pain.
Overall we are pleased with her progress !

Tore my ACL & meniscus on my right knee. Consulted Dr Andy Wee regarding this and we went ahead with the surgery and everything went extremely smoothly. TBH, it just felt like any other sports injury, just a costly and time consuming one.
My mum has a total knee replacement surgery in mid July. We only visited Dr Kevin Lee in early July as my mum was experienced severe knee pain, and she was scheduled for a surgery the week after. I was suffering from acute knee pain in my left knee for many years and decided to seek the advice of Dr Kevin Lee after my daughter googled this place and found many favourable reviews. During my initial consultation, I was advised to undergo total knee-cap replacement surgery due to my worn out cartilage. I was initially very hesitant due to my age (as I am over 70) but Dr Lee was very patient in answering all my questions. The surgery was a success and now 2 months after the surgery, I am able to walk short distances without a walking stick and I am told that my situation would only get better. I am grateful to Dr Lee and his team (including the physiotherapist) in my journey towards recovery.
I am a regular Tennis player and was suffering from occasional pain in knees. I consulted Doctor Kevin Lee and post MRI there was a meniscus tear identified.
Dr Lee explained the pros and cons clearly and the option was given to go for surgery or reduce activity. I chose surgery given that i want to maintain my lifestyle by sacrificing 3 months.

Today is the last follow of my knee surgery , time fly so fast that I didn’t realise , it’s been a year since I had my TKP (total knee replacement)surgery ,in the good hands of Dr.Kevin Lee. ,thank you very much for the surgery that is well done !Never had any pain at all. .Wont hesitate to recommend to my friend who suffer same flight as me.
Dr Wee is very professional and straight to the point. Despite the fact that my surgery was complex (osteotomy + cartilage repair of my knee) he put me at ease and all went well. It was obsiously a painfull process but after 4 months I feel much better and it keeps improving. I highly recommend him.
As for the staff, they are very helpful and friendly.

Visited Dr. Andy Wee for a shoulder issue. Problem was correctly diagnosed and effectively treated within a month. Doctor was very helpful and provided all the relevant information for my treatment.
Dr Wee is a very patient and knowledgeable dr. I went to Parkway East A&E and got him to treat my large & painful carbuncle. He explained the possible options and I choose to do an open wound surgery. The surgery was very successful but would require regular dressings until the open wound closes. The after surgery treatment and dressing was carried out very professionally by Dr Wee and his nurse Fiona at Parkway East clinic. It is good and convenient if you are living in the east as open wound dressing would need to be done at least twice a week after the initial surgery. Parkway East nurses and staff at the “mertanity” ward that I was staying were very patient and professional when they attended to me. The food provided was also very good!
