Old but gold. Lots of hidden gem shops here. For prints, banners, hidden Java food stall, sound store etc. Good for businesses looking for such products as it’s a place where rental is most probably not high, so products prices won’t go into rental! …

This a old complex, more than 3 decades old, conveniently and centrally located.
A bus stop is located right in front of the complex, and 3 mrt stations within walking distance.
The complex has a mix of tenants comprising mostly of education centres, printing services, beauty, clinics, locksmith n key duplication, two coffee shops, and a cute little rare “kachang puteh” stall as well!
Due to the age of the building, one would notice a musty smell upon entering the building. The lifts are also slow.
But these shortcomings apart, quite an interesting place.
At the 4th level, there is a healing centre, spanning about 2000+ sq ft.
No medications are prescribed, nor does the healer physically touch the one getting healed. One can get healed not only for physical issues, but psychological as well….. stress, phobias, addictions, anger etc.
Also one can take up courses and help oneself and help others too. Worth trying!

It belongs to an old shopping mall, which is not suitable for lounging and leisure. It is a gathering place for dance schools, piano shops and other arts. There are also nightclubs, bars and other night entertainment places of various grades.

    属于比较老旧的商场,不适合闲逛消闲,是舞蹈学校,琴行等艺术方面的聚集场所,也有大大小小多重档次的夜总会酒吧等夜间娱乐场所,

A complex consisting of varied businesses including a few education centres. Conveniently located at Sophia Road, with a bus stop right in front at Selegie Road. At level 4 there is an energy healing centre wherein one can get healed and also learn how to heal oneself and also heal others . Physical, emotional, psychological and other issues are addressed.
The building has been sold enbloc and all tenants are I think to vacate by year end.
A rare kachang puteh 3rd generation seller is stationed at the entrance selling Indian delicacies…. a dying trade, would be difficult to find one like him once the building is demolished.
It is one of the iconic old buildings in SG, of which I have nice memories.

One stop mall for quick print needs. Nearby Sunshine Plaza also offers printing, but that seems more like signs.
