Filled with nostalgia
Good
Very old place
Old building.
Nothing extraodinary. An old shopping mall in town
Location good
A few months to see nice building.
Enbloc successful
Grilled cold noodle stewed pork rice is okay, pancake fruit is really not good
烤冷麵滷肉飯還可以,煎餅果子真是不太行
Wine service lesson. Very enjoyable
Old but gold. Lots of hidden gem shops here. For prints, banners, hidden Java food stall, sound store etc. Good for businesses looking for such products as it’s a place where rental is most probably not high, so products prices won’t go into rental! …

Not sure because i visiting for first time but the foods are quite delicious and also medical centre near by
Close to Sophia Road, one of Singapore’s historic early shopping malls.
靠近苏菲亚路,新加坡历史悠久的早期购物中心之一。
Was there to conduct a fitness class in your private studio. The ground floor of the building is somehow still visually clean and pleasing though the shops and interior looks weary and down. Glad that the building is going for en-bloc.
Very run down
Nothing much to shops, more for private schools and ATO and photo copy shops. Malay food located at 3rd floor.
Good shopping experience
This place needs to be en bloc or refurbished. The carpark is dangerously narrow too. Big cars beware!
Very old building. However, still have some printing services running
Nothing much inside this mall..Mostly all is a printing books, making rubber stamp, bindings books thats all. Also just a small so call cafe.
Service attitude Good
Has old world charm. Not a common site in Singapore. Quiet place unlike other noisy and annoying shopping centres.
Went there to print notes at Ho services, the aunties are very nice and friendly! Price is 5cent per piece!
…
Nice view on top
Ok
Old shops
I got some printing done
…
Cherry gave good advice on loan transaction. Will come back definitely and recommend her advise.
Although a very old shopping mall, printing shops were running smoothly
Toilets are not clean
Toilet kurang bersih
The main entrance is unable to reach as always mistaken to be the first entrance of glass type main entrance after u walk in to reach the bus stop also got 2 bus stops. Confused with the main entrance and two bus stops to indicate to reach peace centre as interior was dark.
About to be demolished and rebuilt. Complete the historical mission… let’s not talk about it!
快要拆迁重建了。完成历史使命….不说也吧!
Can find some good Guitar.
Nice, place to stay. Its in the central part of the city which makes traveling a lot easier.
Better
It is very nice and safe shopping mall.
You will find almost everything you need here.
এটা খুবই সুন্দর ও নিরাপদ শপিংমল।
আপনার যা দরকার তার প্রায় সবই পাবেন এখানে।
Pretty run down and nothing much to do here except visit the famous kacang puteh stall outside.
This is a commercial and shopping mall plus a catering center. The parking lot is above the shopping mall, which is very convenient.
这是一个商业和购物商城加餐饮中心,停车场在购物商场楼上,非常方便
Run down and not many shop in service
An old building, need renovate
This a old complex, more than 3 decades old, conveniently and centrally located.
A bus stop is located right in front of the complex, and 3 mrt stations within walking distance.
The complex has a mix of tenants comprising mostly of education centres, printing services, beauty, clinics, locksmith n key duplication, two coffee shops, and a cute little rare “kachang puteh” stall as well!
Due to the age of the building, one would notice a musty smell upon entering the building. The lifts are also slow.
But these shortcomings apart, quite an interesting place.
At the 4th level, there is a healing centre, spanning about 2000+ sq ft.
No medications are prescribed, nor does the healer physically touch the one getting healed. One can get healed not only for physical issues, but psychological as well….. stress, phobias, addictions, anger etc.
Also one can take up courses and help oneself and help others too. Worth trying!
this is one of the places to get a second chance for me to learn to improve my knowledge, every Sunday especially for domestic workers can join in studying (half day) according to the majors they are interested in! …
Not a real shopping type of place. Been to this building mainly for music books at Renner. Has been around since I started learning piano. It’s some walking distance from Dhoby Ghaut mrt station.
Like a ghost town in this pandemic.
Very old building. Past its prime.
Pretty nostalgic, food is delicious and not so many people if you’re heading down to apply for a loan.
It belongs to an old shopping mall, which is not suitable for lounging and leisure. It is a gathering place for dance schools, piano shops and other arts. There are also nightclubs, bars and other night entertainment places of various grades.
属于比较老旧的商场,不适合闲逛消闲,是舞蹈学校,琴行等艺术方面的聚集场所,也有大大小小多重档次的夜总会酒吧等夜间娱乐场所,
A complex consisting of varied businesses including a few education centres. Conveniently located at Sophia Road, with a bus stop right in front at Selegie Road. At level 4 there is an energy healing centre wherein one can get healed and also learn how to heal oneself and also heal others . Physical, emotional, psychological and other issues are addressed.
The building has been sold enbloc and all tenants are I think to vacate by year end.
A rare kachang puteh 3rd generation seller is stationed at the entrance selling Indian delicacies…. a dying trade, would be difficult to find one like him once the building is demolished.
It is one of the iconic old buildings in SG, of which I have nice memories.
Nothing much here except for printing services.
Went to look for a mobile shop which lazada gave the address. However, the mobile shop as relocated to serangoon Road.
It stinks sometime and most of the shops are closed
So so
Great building
Great 廈
Found Printout shop in level 4
Can be useful depending on what you’re looking for but it’s the creepiest mall in Singapore!!
Last chance to visit this iconic landmark which was flourishing in 80s commercial building…soon it will become a part of history…lots of foodie outlet along side..good spot for weekend family lunchie…
Old mall… smell smoke-like inside
I did not find the place very interesting
Located next to the bus stop and main road so find any sort of transportation is very convenient. Went there for paper printing and it was opened at 9am. Security staff is super friendly and that’s why regular folks there respect the guard a lot. Lot of food options nearby as well.
Most of shops empty
Business going as usual
Old mall but still clean.
Very old building, i.e. would be time for a new one. But the different shops are great like many dance studios.
Old buiding, old school shopping centre got one guitar shop at 2nd floor
Over the years Peace Centre has just deteriorated. It’s a worthless shopping centre
Good
Was at the “Lost SG” playing the escape room. The staff there was nice and polite. Had a pretty enjoyable day there with my daughter and son.
Surprised how ghetto this place is… I was there for medical test and found it hard to find the shop. The security man at the entrance Was helpful so bumping up the stars
It’s an old mall with most shops providing printing and copying services
Very gloomy and difficult to commute to if taking train
Over time, it’s becoming more and more expensive. To print one sheet of A4 paper cost me $1.20 (clearly daylight robbery).
Just shop at one the stall reasonable pricing for their products
An old building with nothing much during evening. But is a popular placed for nearby school students.
The front door security very helpful..
Place rather run down..carpark narrow.
If u need to copy the key
Just come here …
Huge office centre, various companies. Centrally located.
Was good to see
Went to print some coloured document, I should say its pretty expensive… each piece cost $0.80. Regardless of the quantity. Hence would rather recommend people to print coloured documents at photo printing shops instead. They charge $1 per piece but if more quamtity, the price can go do to $0.50. Not sure how much banner and other stuffs cost though.
This place is located in town. But quite run down. Probably waiting for enbloc.
I live here
Very old building and the lifts operating there creaks when they move and it can take a very long time traveling up. Lots of shops operating at first and second level. There are eateries, bubble tea drink shops, FairPrice express on the external first level where you don’t need to check in and inside you have printing and various shops. The office levels above serves different businesses such as educational, law, dance, etc
Awesome
A dreary and bleak-looking building with a rather dark ambience.
Went there to buy durian from the durian store outside. Below average durians.
A rather run down shopping centre whose glory days ended some 10 years ago or more.
The place was rather quiet, it is good when you are buying lunch as the queue is short. Not too crowded also.
Very cool, spacious parking, easy to reach location
Keren bgt, parking yg luas , lokasinya mudah di jangkau
Old building….
Attractions such as escapee room are here…
Ok
No passing through to Parklane Shopping Center….
Busy place
New Tech to show room
Got no surau
Mainly school or class room now. Nothing happening there.
Quite an out of reach place, no matter what have to walk
, …
Like it
No need to elaborate further. Just don’t visit if you don’t need to be there
Dinky mall with a charm. Lots of shops for printing, and two great dance studios namely New Heights and STEP Studio.

It is one of the iconic old buildings in SG, of which I have nice memories.
Good!!
Run down place
The place to go for fast cheap printing. Plans, banners, docs, posters
Very good printing stores
Amazing
IWENT BUY 4D.
A very old mall and noted for its many KTV outlets..pre-Covid pandemic
Quite run down. Lifts look and sound not in good condition. Cleanliness is a question. Building and interior has aged and needs repair or reno soon
Went to level 1 only. Quiet and not many people.
If you love the 70’s and 80’s, Peace Centre will bring you back to yesteryear. Even the smell hasn’t left the previous decades.
High time for the place to be renovated ….
A very quiet place, especially the carpark, very dark underworldly feeling. Almost felt like a place where the devil would park his car while visiting
Was at Peace Centre on Saturday with my car parked from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm. Car Parking fee alone cost me $31.50. Enter CBD on Saturday is even free yet Centre car parking is still full price as week days.
I guess that place has seen better times. but it’s peacefully quiet.
One stop mall for quick print needs. Nearby Sunshine Plaza also offers printing, but that seems more like signs. Peace Centre focused on documents, cards, most have a minimum, but LS printers a freestanding shop in the middle of ground floor, will do smaller and individual jobs while you wait. Friendly staff.
Not very accessible and overall building looks quite old. There are still some shops around though.
Good.
Coffee very testi
Stationary, printing at better prices and quality
It’s look like some old building
Came here at 2nd level for the bbq cúm lok lok cúm steamboat buffet. Solid. Services excellent. Lots of meat.Good for meatlovers
Accessible place for your different needs. Medical tets done here.
The place is a very run down building with some small education schools and a teenage entertainment joint up in the 3rd floor. Most shops are closed and the building is quite run down and not well maintained.
Time stood still for a few decades here
Very old building and the lifts operating there creaks when they move and it can take a very long time traveling up. Lots of shops operating at first and second level. There are eateries, bubble tea drink shops, FairPrice express on the external first level where you don’t need to check in and inside you have printing and various shops. Since 2010 Nov like that ,I already know this places cos I x-ray at there for my work permit . But now already change to other places already . There got a lot of nice food can eat at there . Hehe
Shady location, apartments are all crowded. Not well maintained.
Nice
Serves its purpose. Old already.. Sooner or later will have reno/demo
Old building with alot nice food.. the only kacang puteh seller using old style news paper wrap..
medical check up for works
Here is a very old place called peace centre, nothing much but I’m here to do a quick name card print… which in this place would have about 8 to 10 shops doing this kind of print. Should you need sonething like this , this place would be tge closest to town and you can ask around for price quote before you make a final decision!!
Print Good Print Fast !!
Happy people !Happy price !
Almost emptied out…
