GOOD But toilet should be more clean.
Good train interchange, easy access to the mall. It is very clean and quiet. However, it is usually crowded, as well. It is a bit far to get from EWL to CCL.

Busy interchange for 2 MRT lines
I would like to send a personal note to express my gratitude to Ms Nirmala (I hope I spelt her name correctly). On 22 May at about 11.20 to 11.40am she went the extra mile (literally) to help my elderly aunt find her way when she reached the station. It was very crowded and all people were told to wait outside the station. I was frantic while waiting for my aunt to arrive – was worried she would get lost n not be able to find me at our designated spot to meet. Ms Nirmala helped my aunt “unite” with me amidst the crowd. We were indeed thankful for someone like Ms Nirmala. Keep up the great work!

Love this MRT as it is close to Shopping Malls and offices. With 2 lines (Circle Line and East West Line), travelling to most part of Singapore is very convenient.
It is also lively with the various stores, water fountain in between the PLQ Mall and office, like the fact that there are many exits and covered shelter area to make it easier to get around the area.

Difficult to navigate inside MRT

I love paya lebar station.
I’ve lived in paya lebar station for over a year. I never regret this decision, luckily I’ve chosen here as my second home.
It’s very near to cbd, also to east coast. Along with the river side is a great place to take a walk or jog.
Here is a interchange station as well, which means you can find yellow line and green line in the same time.
There are more than 4 shopping malls around paya lebar, it rocks! Right? You can find everything you need here, grass to chill, supermarket to shop, food court to eat, music to hear…
Although some of pictures I didn’t take, one good thing here is you can find a clinic or drug store easily.
Something you need to aware: green line recently has some trouble… so you might not able to take the mrt. The good thing is they provide shuttle bus for this.

Credit to it being one of the interchange stations with less walking distance between the circle line and east west line.
Escalators were under maintenance at time of review, so had to take the stairs to change lines.
Can get confusing when tapping in from ground level, there’s a whole row of gantries not usable for accessing the escalators meant for the estimated west line. You have to go for the row of gantries further away. Good for those disembarking, bad for those boarding.

This station seems mostly for a business person and not for family on weekday, I feel.
Love Paya Lebar mrt station as it’s really convenient. But just a reminder to ppl hanging around the station.
I was persuaded to buy a hair salon coupon with the impression that the $29.90 card is inclusive of “free hair cut and scalp treatment” and 4X50% discount voucher.
When I went to the salon they told me that the scalp treatment need to be used together with either colouring or treatment. Totally feel that I got scam by the Indian sales girl. The only lucky part is that it’s only $29.90.

From this station you can board to East West Line (Green) and Circle Line. If you are coming from Changi Airport get a MRT from Tanah Merah. MRT Station is connected with Paya Lebar Square which had convenient stores, restaurants and some offices too. There is another mall right next. Bus services also available near exit. Closer to Life Long Institute and Curtis Cisco building.
