“not so crowded as compared to nex, vivocity etc. would recommend to come to avoid unnecessary queues and waiting time.” or “A nice mall with 2 huge supermarkets (NTUC n cold storage). Many food options and kid friendly place.” It is one of the few customer evaluation comments about Parkway Parade. A big mall, nearer to airport than city center. No MRT access while they are under construction. Also in the mall & its neighbourhood, there are most of bank branches. Both local & international.
More convenient in the future once MRT open.
Good balanced mall, men, women, work, jewellery and much more under 1 roof. A good staple mall. Not for high end brands etc.
Everything you need is in this mall…no need to travel all the way to the city
Nice shopping centre at east coast
Best shopping place with no worries on parking space
Shoe care and foot nsole at Isetan..
Good place for multiple brand shopping, ample food options , basement has food court and restaurant options.
Spoil for choice with the variety of stores.
Ate uni ramen in sushiro, drank Horlick soyfreeze in jollybean etc. Yummy!
Walked to the nearby library and Popular bookstore. Convenient spot with lots of amenities …
One of my favourite malls to visit due to its variety and convenience. But I’m so sad to hear Isetan is closing its outlet here soon, definitely one of the department stores with good quality products. Food variety is one of the best at Parkway Parade.
Love the mall. Huge and it has many shops to shop and explore. It has been like 10 years ago since the last time I visited the malls. So many has changed since.
Downside is the parking lot, jam at entrance till few floors up. Entrance from three lanes to one lane caused the jam at entryway. Quite spacious parking lot, there were 400+ spaces available during my visit on the weekend dinner time.
Always an easy experience , not too cookie- cutter / generic-mall-like
For shopping A to Z home / personal items with added attraction of multi cuisine food court at basement.
One of the most comfortable malls to visit and just wander around. With a good selection of shops, eateries with a cinema, food court, two supermarkets. Too bad Popular and McDonald’s are located outside. And if Don Don DONKI is here, it will be perfect. Heard Courts is taking over Isetan next year, what a LET DOWN!
A mall from the 1980s, stepping in, it still feels like the 1980s but guess what, it has the best tenant mix in any given suburban mall in Singapore and definitely the destination for daily shopping for Singaporeans and expats who live in the East.
Tenants include all major banks, Best Denki, FairPrice Xtra, SingTel shop, Daiso and a host of the usual food joints all Singaporeans love. KFC, Burger King, Din Tai Fung etc
there are only 2 Citibank Branch operating on Sat 930am to 12pm – one is here @ Parade Parkway and the other one @ Jurong Gateway Road (CPF bldg)
Lots of changes since my last visit. Good to visit this place once in a while to bring back old memories.
A pit change as the thomson not ready. Corossing the road is bad while raining…
This is by far, in my opinion, the best mall ever! It has everything you need and the entire mall feels very comfortable, like a home. Not the most convenient mall but convenient for those staying nearby!
One of the best and vibrant malls in Eastern part of Singapore
Great long standing mall in the East Coast / Marine Parade area, with a wide plethora of shops to take care of your every need.
Fairprice Xtra inside is huge and offers many varieties of products
It has got many brands of repute and also have Medical facilities in tha mall
alongwith banks and currency converter.
Food options are many we loved the food.
Love shopping at this mall. There’s 2 supermarket, NTUC Xtra & Cold storage. Plus Daiso , M&S will makes your shopping goes crazy, not forgetting restaurant and large food court.
It’s a good family mall. Oldie but a goodie. Has a comprehensive range of shops and services
Love this mall but the parking sucks! And the construction outside the mall makes me not want to go there for the time being. But otherwise 5 stars
excited to see what new outlets will appear ( former Isetan )
Kudos to a sweet Indian young girl working at the concierge for being patience to every shoppers who came to her for assistance.
I was at the concierge on 9 January late afternoon, seeking her help to update my rewards points, and had already notice her good service attitude with the shopper before me.
She informed me about the new shoppers’ rewards program, assisted me in downloading the app, and waited patiently for this old lady to complete my registration without a slight sign of impatience from her at all.
Thank you for making my already satisfied visit an even better one.
Parkway Parade used to be one of my favourite Malls that I used to patronised prior to Covid-19. But then Post Covid, many of the boutique shops that I used to buy my dresses had stopped operating. Even the Food Court that used to have nice & yummy Eateries & desserts, No longer exist. Such a big Disappointment. However, today I went there, I’m surprised that it’s beginning to function well. I still like this Mall though.
Great mall. Got it all
Really The place to go fro dumpling af various types. Excellent. Must visit place . On saturdays and Sundays around 12:00 Noon to 2:00 Pm be ready for wait time of 30 minutes to one hour
One of my favourite malls, it’s not too big and has a great range of shops and places to eat. I work in an office here so I’m in the mall every day and I’m still not tired of it!
I like the fact that it has some small, independent shops as well as the supermarkets and department store.
One of the best malls located in the East. Huge variety of shops and restaurants and it’s a very enjoyable place to walk around. Have been going to this malls for many years and won’t stop going because it’s great.
It’s your typical shopping centre but a lot of things to see and parking here is easy so thumbs up for that.
The mall is 5 stars during fine weather but 1 star when it’s raining. This place is an isolated island during a rain, with no covered walkway to anywhere else, and the only way to stay dry when reaching/leaving during a rain is to drive or take a cab.
This shopping mall is one of my favourite. Very lively and crowded always. Lots of shops, eateries, supermarket and so on.
Good place for ECP residents. Has a well stocked M&S (food as well) Cold Storage, LensKart, a bustling food court, hardware store ( for that T junction hose). …
A popular Neighbourhood Shopping Mall with many Shops and Eateries located in the Eastern Part of Singapore.
No doubt of exquisite shopping centre with amber of parking lots, numerous food stalls and place to explore …
Hello parkway management. Don’t you know the reason i12 failed after such a good start? Their exorbitant parking fee. Now you making the same mistakes. $3.2 without gst per entry after 6 when you have 6 levels of parking facilities. No longer worth it unless more than 2 hours.
Good place to spend time, with a wide range of shops to explore and browse. Dining options are plentiful too.
Nice place to go for lunch or dinner,
Let me tell you that I am a bit biased towards Parkway Parade because it is really close to my house and all that I need is easily available but the only thing that I don’t see in parkway parad is an Indian store however all other things are easily available. I do visit the cold storage because some of the Indian products sold by them.
Comprehensive experience. There are many new shops with a NTUC extra which houses live seafood and international groceries. New restaurants and kids entertainment just located within the building. Just waiting for the new department to occupy Metro location.
Wow, there are the major banks at Parkway Parade Mall or next to this location. MANGO just opened with Many upscale brands at this mall. It is also accessible to the East Coast Parkway via an ECP underpass for pedestrians. Very convenient. An MRT will soon be ready nearby!
Very comphrensive mall with much to offer. Two hypermart, CS and NTUC.
Nice place to hang around with more sit at every level , hope they will put those massage chair that will be good
Very large space and a lovely layout. I did not find the book I was looking for..
Could have better sheltered parking lots for delivery riders to charge their electric bicycles and smartphone and Powerbanks and more hydration points for delivery riders to hydrate themselves and more place to rest and more toilet breaks.
A complete shopping complex with hypermarkets, F&B Ouylets, banks and Branded Outlets and Electrical & Electronics store. Convenient car parking facilities.
One of the best shopping mall in the town.
An average neighborhood shopping mall that is about 6 floors high. The design of the mall is rather cramp for walkways. There is a small Isetan department store located on the first and second level. The usual stores like Uniqlo, Cotton On, Giant, Cold Storage, Food Republic, Harvey Norman, Toys’R’Us, Timezone, Daiso etc can be found here too.
I haven’t come here for a long time but it was refreshing to come by again. It looked much brighter than I last recall.
Let me tell you that I am a bit biased towards Parkway Parade because it is really close to my house and all that I need is easily available but the only thing that I don’t see in parkway parad is an Indian store however all other things are easily available. I do visit the cold storage because some of the Indian products sold by them.
Same feeling as 10 plus years ago… still nice
Is a long time haven’t visit this place. We decided to spend some time walking around. Going for the groceries shopping. We take a break to have coffee time n later had dinner.
Lots of eateries. Especially the Blanco Court Beef Noodle stall at B1 Food Court Level (nearer to CS Fresh).
This place changed a lot in a span of 15 years, since my last visit.
More shops and more organized, with interactive directory.
Shops are getting variety too, not too much of repetition nor fierce competition.
Not too confusing for a big place like this.
Combined with commercial office space, is considered good.
So much to shop & dine. & there is also a BREADTALK in Parkway Parade by the stretch of shops near Watsons & Standard Photo. & TOASTBOX is inside Food Court if you are TOASTBOX Lover ️️ …
My go to place for groceries as they have NTUC and Cold Storage which enables me to get all necessities.
Big mall with a good variety of shops. Good selection of food in food court n restaurants.
Good place for shopping rather clean and not that crowded.
Has some construction going on tho
Nice mall and nice coffee (Dome)
It has been more than 30 years since its beginning.
It has change a little over the years.
It’s a great place for shopping. Many shops and many varieties.
For children and their parents, Time zone is available for fun and entertainment.
Something New – Fair price Xtra and Scoop – an Australian/Singapore venture.
Come here just to eat the legendary poached rice and beef noodle. Excellent food in the food court
Most customer friendly shopping centre in the East of Singapore. My favorite place.
The last time I visited this shopping centre was before the Covid-19 pandemic. The centre looks quite empty during my 2 hours there. Isetan is no longer there. Somehow the place does not give me the excitement or ambience of a vibrant shopping centre.
Still the most overpriced mall in East Coast. Same stuff but higher priced and people are ok with it is hilarious.
A great place to shop for groceries (2 mega supermarket: ntuc & cold storage plus Daiso and Japan home) and electronics (Harvey Norman & Best Denki). Love to eat at the foodcourt basement and ice cream at swensons.
not so crowded as compared to nex, vivocity etc. would recommend to come to avoid unnecessary queues and waiting time.
Not only does Parkway Parade have a lot of food varieties, the food is also not bad. I would say that the place is good for kids and adults. As there is an arcade and parents can drop.their kids off and go to some shopping or have a massage. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s very hard to find parking on week ends
Located on the 3rd floor. Supermarket is now an awesome experience.
PP is a very old suburban shopping mall in Marine Parade, housing a 17-floor office tower and a seven-storey shopping mall with a basement.. opened in 1984.
Once famous shopping complex but now under renovation and a bit quiet.
Banks, food, and shop, you name it, chances are you will find them here. Great experience.
A very good place for makan & getting essentials that I need.
Today, found a ‘new’ place – Wu Shui Men (pls see attached picture on the food bought)to tabao food home.
Leisure walk at the east coast leads me to this climbing frame and ‘hike’. If my kids weee younger this would one of their favorite place. The garden was lovely. Many things to explore. Highly recommended for a 2 hours outings and have meals there after.
Still a decent mall but with so more MRT construction can you place more signs so that newcomers know where to go and where to walk
Houses a wide variety of shops including a cinema. Not as crowded as other neighbourhood malls so shopping is more comfortable. Decent range of restaurants. However the construction outside affects its accessibility.
One of my very old visited places. Wide walkway and good trade mix.
I like it when they assist me they are very friendly too!
One of the best malls around. Has loads of food and retail options available. Very spacious compared to alot of the newer malls
A very “old” improve shopping mall in the east … No MRT station at the moment to reach there but soon… They used to have free buses but due to the convid, all had been stopped… A hideous gem in the east side of Singapore… They do have a cinema at the top floor too… Visit the mall if u can for a different experience…
Busy, crowded, many shops, i.e. good for retail therapy. The music is a tad too loud though… Love the good spread though – from pet food to electronics; from Telcos to supermarts; from cafes to banks; from banks to jewellery shops… <>
Improved retail mall with new retail experience
Old but many shops, beach Miami.
Very nice shopping mall, found some nice items to buy, excellent size Giant supermarket, plenty of eating places.
Very nice place and theatre good feeling good …
Isetan closed since end of Jan in 2022 and no other partners taking the space up since then. New NTUC supermarket is much better than predecessor though. No conducive baby diaper changing room. Revamp needed for the aging mall.
One place where you’ll get everything
It has everything one would need – clothes, lingerie, grocery, makeup and even jewellery. Easy accessible also
Many choices of restaurant, cafe, and it has a foodcourt as well. Two big supermarkets, big Daiso, and banks. Old style mall but always love to go back, because it has all of the convenience.
Favourite place since childhood. 1 stop for everything which you can find there.
Decent amount of options here and a good food court at the bottom. Some brands visibly missing like Charles and Keith which be welcome additions.
Love this place. Wide range of restaurants and coffee house. …
One of the most successful shopping centres in the suburbs on the east side of Singapore probably due to getting good tenant mixes.
Major Dept Store has closed down and currently it seems like many shops have moved out as at 15 Feb 2022.
Waiting to see who moves in to the huge space which ISETAN dept store has left behind.
Different place to c , browse n shop.
This review is for Jan 2021 🙂 Well went during weekdays after lunch hours. Surprise that there were still many shoppers around. Foodcourt at the basement not bad. Some of the food is okay. Wanted to try Ding Tai Fung but got some people are queuing. Oh why i wanted to come to Parkway Parade is i saw someone share a news that there is a NEW NTUC Fairprice Extra with new section which is about dining at there. Not a bad ideal. My favorite was the fishball / yong dao hu selection near the fish area. It was fresh and tasty ! The new bread section was offering Opening sale @ $1 EACH for each bread. Overall NTUC is neat and spacious for this new outlet. And overall i rated 4 out of 5 stars is because there is still on going construction right at the outside of the shopping mall due to the construction of the new MRT station.
The shopping mall is here for so long and you never feel old shopping there. Very well mixed for all the merchandise. Food and banking facilities are all ready here. Very good shopping for east cost residents. But parking design is sucks. Long wait when enter the mall. Will see how after mrt construction has completed.
Isetan on last day sale -30th Jan 22
Shopping at the East, Parkway Parade one of the place shouldn’t miss.
Quite a good mall in eastern side of singapore with a good mix of food products , household shops and more.
However , do allocate extra time to go earlier if visiting it on a weekend lunch time especially the traffic and carpark can have a longer queue.
Must Try the gian supermarket there, very good price
It has been more then decades i didn’t shop here, everything doesn’t change… really a place that you can find all you need, especially the food in “Food Republic”…even only one stall halal food I could see,I’m always enjoy the environment for drinks and relaxing …
A neighbourhood mall for eastenders. It could be better with more decent family restaurants. The parking is however a complete nightmare.
Hako at #B1-25 and grabbed my Emu Oil & African Potato Cream
It is a very old shopping center built in the 80s. But it is kept in very good condition with a large variety of shops. It is the only large shopping centre in Katong now. Worth a look.
Good place to eat some salmon belly sashimi and all kinds of foods, shop or just stroll leisurely through the thirty plus years old shopping mall.
Been visiting this mall since with it’s early days, when there was a children playground at the rooftop. This mall has reinvented itself and evolved well, making window shopping and browsing interesting. The basement hawker center is my go to for food, though I like the earlier version better. Especially the stall selling the chinese mee rebus, chin chow… Wonder what happen to this stall…
Walking access is not great. Mrt constructions around
Lots of things to see and buy. Would be nice if they had more perfume shops. The ground floor level has some amazing food places, like the ice cream shop. My highlight is Hokkaido cheese tarts.
Awesome neighbourhood mall. So many restaurants around. I wish there was Muji and zara store here.. otherwise it’s amazing. There is Din Tai Fung, sanook kitchen, lot of Japanese restaurants.. Cedele in the basement, Cold Storage, bengawan solo… and lastly liHo tea.
Still relevant even after all these years. Has a large food court with a wide selection, whilst also boasting a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. Neat variety of shops that offers the essentials without being overtly expensive. Parking in the multi storey carpark might prove a little bit of a challenge as it’s somewhat different from the usual structure. Family friendly mall.
Well rounded catalogue of shop, food courts, globally recognized ATMs, mid range shops. Pre-Covid, had real nice displays and innovative products and discounts. Really used to enjoy the movies and eateries. Best part is, some of real good pubs are nearby @Katong.
The Only shopping centre in marine parade. Everything is available here. Cannot wait to see the opening of MRT TEL station soon.
Awesome medium size mall with great Food Republic food court, nice stores Watson/Guardian, Challenger/Harvey Norman, etc. Nice restaurants, eg: Din Tai Fung, hot pot, dessert/boba tea places, etc. Also a good size Cold Storage grocery and a few bank branches.
PP is one of the oldest centres in East. Had been visiting here since I was a young kid. It has been revamped few times. Unfortunately it lost one of anchor tenants Isetan.
Now it houses many eateries and retails shops besides banks. You can find almost everything under the same roof
Have a good experience there. Love the stores and its bright, and eateries are well spaced out. Ample car parks.
Longest ever standing mall will good tenant mix but pity Isetan just left hope they find some good tenants to replace soon
The main thing was the Yogurt, so I tried the original flavour. I was so disappointed. The taste is exactly the same as that you can get in Marigold Yogurt which is $2+. There is no wow factor at all, and paying more than $6 (8 oz) for that, it was definitely not worth it.
Parkway Parade is an old shopping mall but it has improved with more shops n eatery, I will shop there once in a while.
Most of the eatery is open. It’s a little crowded but good shopping experience as usual..
Best, spacious and not crowded even on a Sunday. …
This place a good place to have meal if you like Vietnam food… cheers
The mall is big, but needs refreshment.. but serves the purpose of attracting people from the marine parade and katong areas to eat and spend money at retail
Rejuvenated shopping complex with familiar and new shops, convenient and complete in the choice of items.
A great community shopping center under Lendlease. Staff are warm-hearted and and patient. Nice restaurants, convenient stores, basically you can get most of your daily needs here.
Store not much anymore after Mrt upgrading.. Quite quiet now..
Unlike some malls who are milking the easing of Covid-19 restrictions to the max by charging higher prices and reducing rewards, landlease has made the shopping experience more attractive with more promotions. Just note that the >6pm per entry parking is now $3.20.
Excellent for a neighbourhood mall. Includes all you possibly need. Just that if your travelling there by bus it can get confusing if you dont know the way.
The mall here is with some good shops & nice eateries for my overseas friends
Because of the ongoing work it has become quite difficult to reach here.
Also, I found it a bit difficult to navigate from one place to another inside the complex.
Dated but still vibrant. Wide range and variety of shops and food joints. Also a very reputable Medical Centre on the 5 the floor and you will be spoiled for supermarket offerings and electrical and computer stores. Still difficult to access on foot as construction is ongoing.
Diffrent from the early year 1980s , now huge many popular shop i want building .
A bit quiet. Isetan us no longer there. The place is very nice. Great shops.
My neighbourhood Mall during my growing up years, but haven’t been here in over a year since covid..still interesting with all your usual favourites, though Isetan bit d dust recently, sigh.
One of the best shopping place in the East. Lots of shops and restaurants.
Neighborhood mall for people who live in Marine Parade and its vicinity. Has everything you need (banks, supermarkets, clothes, etc), and convenient parking. Just mad crowded on weekends due to the tuition centres in the area.
Like shopping here.can get almost everything. My favourite department store Mark & Spencer from clothes to supermarket. Cold storage the range of foodstuff is very good. Of course Daiso the $2 store another good place to shop. Just to name a few. Also Parkway Parade isnear to home.
Good neighbourhood shopping mall with all essential shops e.g. Fairprice, Cold Storage, Food court and more…
Parkway Parade or PP is a great mall near the East Coast that offers ample indoor parking space and wide range of retailers. From your daily necessities like grocery to luxury watches. PP has it all! Just like the patrons they are a colorful bunch too (picture). Expect a mall filled with colors!
This mall has almost everything. Eateries, shopping, NTUC finest supermarket.
Nice shopping mall with ample amenities and food too
Definitely one of the better malls around. Good eateries and nice shop mix as well. Way better than the newer malls. The mall is also spacious with lots of parking available tho it does get crowded.
Big and spacious Fair Price Finest, lots of choices of products too. Clean and tidy with specialised spices area and staff for spices.
3 stars is because of the staff work there, not well briefed for their products, promo, and like to toss customer to Customer Service counter.
Great local mall. Excellent food court. 2 big supermarkets. Japanese supermarket. High end butcher and bakeries. Some great eateries but not cheap. Several electronics stores. All the banks you need within 5 minutes walk
Love it that they have a cinema here now.
One can almost find everything in this mall. Parking fee is attractive too.
One of the nicest and nostalgic malls in between the east and central of Singapore. That itself makes the place iconic and big enough to attract the crowd and expecially over the weekends. Plenty of options with foodcourt, movie screens, school and activity centres for kids, office space, all under one roof. Our favourite is hokkaido cheese tart.. Parking is slightly issue over the wekeends though.
A nice mall with 2 huge supermarkets (NTUC n cold storage). Many food options and kid friendly place.
Frequent here often, great mall with good food, 2 supermarket & a cinema. The food court is little old, time for some upgrading with better food selections perhaps. The layout of the fast food column can be better, cos everything is just like trapped in a corner.
Wow, this is a big mall in east coast and there are a lot of shops and restaurants. The size of food republic is also impressive. It also features fair price EXTRA which is convenient for people live nearby.
This place is epic. 4 Towers, 2 tennis courts, 2 50m sized swimming pools, a mini water park for kids, multiple wading pools, multiple stacked BBQ pits (one for each type of cuisine, some even have fridges? its nuts) close to ECP. The only issue is that is not near the MRT, only near the bus stop at Seaside condo (which is about 200m walk away).
What I especially like is that there are like 3 decent size lifts per tower and no need card to go up to specific floors making it easy to accommodate visitors.
Quite a good mall in eastern side of singapore with a good mix of food products , household shops and more.
However , do allocate extra time to go earlier if visiting it on a weekend lunch time especially the traffic and carpark can have a longer queue.
Found a wide range of Gund Pusheen plush & gifts in Isetan & Hako in the basement. And TimeZone supports the World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF)
Nice place for shopping. Only problem of the veh jam during the parking at the mall due to the on going construction.
This is my favorite shopping centre to shop at. I love puzzy pop shopping centre dude. Saw a huge vaboi he’s like 7ft tall And stronk in a shop that’s almost his height I was like a midget next to him. Love this place
Large mall with many shops. Big food court in the basement. Carpark is very big and have plenty of parking spaces but it is per entry $3.20, not recommended if you are going to park there for a short period.
The hallmark of old and gold shopping malls. Absolutely love this place. Place of my childhood! so many changes over the place but it’s still wonderful! Pity not much public transport.
Nice and comfortable Mall that has maintained its presence in the East Coast.
Mid size shopping mall. Fairprice Extra, Daiso, are on the 3rd floor. Harvey Norman is at 2nd floor and 1st floor. Many sport wear shops. Food court and Cold Storage Supermarket at basement.
Landmark mall of Marine Parade repeatedly upgraded over the years.
Good spread of various shops over 4 main storeys & Cineplex at top level.
Main grocers include Cold Storage & NTUC Fair Price.
Basement Food Court complements the many other little food joints & full service restaurants.
Good place for shopping. But sometimes it is quite crowded. Most shops like supermarkets, cinema, restaurants, departmental shop are available there.
A lot of changes. A bit disappointed coz a few shops that I used to buy from wasn’t there but there’s a few big brand are there now. Overall parkway parade still the best area to shop.
It is still a unique mall in a class of its own. There are so many restaurants you can for choices, love the wide spaces between shops so that one does not have to jostle. Shops galore but the amazing basement hawker center was my favorite meeting place of course. It has everything you ever need and is so clean.
A neighbourhood mall that is still going strong after 30+ years. Has CS and NTUC within the mall
A favorite place BUT…
The toilets STINK very badly!!!
VERY awful smells, even in the corridor.
I went to the kids’ zone. I went with my nephew I played many games with him. If you don’t have kids then you also go bowling and their VR. Your inner child will be happy …
Great mall to shop. FairPrice Xtra, Cathay Cineplex, numerous eateries like Din Tai Fung, KFC, Papa Rich, and the large Toys ‘R’ Us can engage shoppers for a while. Parking is plentiful too.
Less vegetarian options to eat in the mall.
Has good stores for shopping clothes, appliances, has a movie theater as well. And food court in the basement. Fair price Xtra is also there. It also Has a cobbler shop called Key Store
Can find most things here from banking to groceries, flowers to bedsheets. Lots of eateries from fast food to mid range steaks and Japanese cuisine. Cinema too and 2 famous pharmacies as well. What’s there not to like ??
This place has been iconic since 1984 when it first open when i was then a teenager. Is like the shopping center for those living in the east. I still go at least once a month. Isetan and cold storage are the anchor tenants. There a cinema on thr top floor. Parking here is one of cheapest after 7pm, at $1.80 per entry
Parkway is a nice mall, but parking not friendly for seniors
love this place! got nice food and clean mall.
Clean and secured mall
The parkway parade public toilet not so clean. The floor are very wet and the window are closed no fresh air coming in.
Just a nice place to spend time for a little while. Shops and food court accomodate for everyone needs.
Varied shops, nice restaurants and good facilities. Floor plan and locations are easy to understand and find. Has good transport connections which will be enhanced with upcoming TEL as people can shop here then head home
Loved clothes shopping here. Met a nice lady today on 11th Oct 2022 at Food Court. Guess what she became my new whatsapp friend.Praise the Lord.
A family friendly mall complete with many big brands. Need to fond a toy for the kid, apparel, baby gears, food or even home appliances, everything is available here and there is even nice sushi chain, awesome dimsum, pho and newly added yakiniku.
Wow! So much have changed since I last visited like 20 years ago. The stores there are still very much family oriented and I appreciate that there are more halal eateries now. There are still a considerable number of heartlanders patronising the mall. Very much a heartland mall. Kudos for PP management for keeping it simple and not too upmarket after the renovations and upgrade.
Good place to shop and hang around for a drink or your favorite coffee at coffee bean basement for a more comfortable place and a better environment. If it not your favorite coffee club
You may go to starbuck at level one. For supermart shopper you may go to the 3rd level where Ntuc finest is.
Happy drinking and shopping !!!
One favorite stall called

It’s been a long time in facts almost a year never been there. Lots of shops and new place to eat. There is a vegetarian restaurant D’life Signature for those are interested it’s located at level 1 next to Starbucks
This plaza provide me convenience from daily needs to tech gadgets.
Yesterday, I saw a student got her finger cut at 4th flr near the extrance to My First Skool, I went to investigate this morning and found that the vertical stainless steel glass capping is very sharp , poor QC by the glass installer.
Reported to the school staff and hope it is protected before it hurt more.
Many things to shop. Can spend min 2 hrs shop the whole shopping centre.
It quite messy due to brown line which still not yet completed and it mzke people goes one big round to parkway
Parade very inconvenient l go there is to Dasio to get something but unable to get will not go anymore unless yhe brown line completed …
I went to Crocs to buy some slippers. The mall was very nice, pleasing and not confusing at all.
Walking distance to katong. Meets all my grocery needs. Major banks, money changers, fast food joints, restaurants, Republic Food Hall. Just great! But sad to see Isetan go.
The whole mall is so confusing. You can constantly hear some people asking others for directions. However, I do like that it’s quiet in the morning before lunch time. There’s also a huge variety of shops too. The nearest bus stop is walkable.
Going there today for the first time in 30 over years,I was mesmerized by how little it has changed where I loved going to Peppermint Club where probably first Philippines band that came to our shores in the mid 80’s to a roaring success that the phenomenon hold’s true to this day….
Great place to spend the afternoon shopping and eating away. A main-stay hang-out for the residents of Marine Parade for the longest time.
Has the restaurants selling the food I like!
Big mall, has everything you needed. It has high end shops like hour glass to normal retail shop like Uniqlo. Easy parking too!
My favorite mall in the east. You can find almost anything there. Some new shops and renovations keep things fresh!
An old shopping mall by land lease. Very crowded during weekend. Many Tuition center located there
The snazziest And favourite most mall in the east – pips Tampines mall due to
Proximity to ECP, Katong and Mountbatten
As well as bedok Road. Has all the banks of Singapore around it and also has a Cathay now since past few Years ( my Bias
Comes from living here and around east coast for 13 of my 14 years life there in Singapore and visiting after Ten years again )
It has an amazing food court for local food
and all fast foods cafes as well as the super sundae place SVENSONS . Steaks at Jackplace and super electronic home deals at HarveyNorman. TShirt trollers can look for HT, Giordano and the combination of Isetan, Giant and Coldatorage gets your grocery budget while famousAmos or auntieAnnie nozzles your nostrils. I moved my office out of the downtown area to Katong nearby and enjoyed four years of bliss walking strolling during lunch and returning back from work in 5 mins home – they were the best days of my life.
Do visit Popular store at the back of Marine parade and Premium version of NTUC there
as well as the meat market where you can park- the place is a bit of mess due to some short term construction but will see a boom in properties I think Coz of ECP and children friendly places to study and train for extra curricular.
Still one of the best layouts for a mall – allows patrons to access different levels without having to walk long roundabouts. It might be one of the oldest malls in Singapore, but they’ve strived to stay relevant with the times.
Nice neighbourhood mall with all the things you need
Love the mall. Huge and it has many shops to shop and explore. It has been like 10 years ago since the last time I visited the malls. So many has changed since.
Downside is the parking lot, jam at entrance till few floors up. Entrance from three lanes to one lane caused the jam at entryway. Quite spacious parking lot, there were 400+ spaces available during my visit on the weekend dinner time.
Nice place with interesting stores like Scoops and Harvey Norman. Food choices are pretty good too.
Need a whole day for shopping, dining.
Has everything you need. Place has improved over 3 decades
It a great place to get all kind of convenience and groceries.
The only problem is the constructions nearby, it’s been almost 4 years!
Much has changed been refreshed but the ambience and interesting choices remain. Great place to browse eat and buy
You’d find almost everything here including a few good casual restaurants too. It’s the center of shopping activities along the east coast. The only complaint I have is the parking. During rush hour, even when there are parking spaces on upper floors, it may still take you a good 10 mins, if not 15, to get to them. There are usually too many cars trying to park along the driveway up the carpark. All the cars are backed up as a result. To get around this problem, we would ensure the shopping or dinning is worth the pain of driving up the car park before we would go during the weekend. Weekday traffic is manageable.
A bit old but being renovated
Good food hall
Giant supermarket, Singtel, food court, cotton, Isetan. Swenson & four leaves.
Will this place be back to its glorious heydays after the MRT commissioning?
