Pros:
The hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the Merlion Park.
Minuses:
Very hard bed. It’s like sleeping on the floor.
Hot water is heated individually and you have to wait to wash.

The service at the hotel was horrible and the staff are not helpful at all. Everything is the bare minimum. The breakfast was not great (oil was old and rank), the coffee was burnt. Would not recommend.
A decent budget hotel at a great location, easily accessible, but has no options for Indian vegetarian food. Also, the rooms are dull and smelly with no natural light.

2-3 star family run hotel. Has a restaurant within that serves up a nice claypot chicken rice. Conveniently located, about 5-8 minutes walk to Bugis MRT station or 10min walk to City Hall MRT station. Next to the hotel are many restaurants and eateries that are reasonably priced. You will never be hungry. Mega mall nearby at Suntec City. Bugis Junction mall is also 5 min walk away

Hotel is at very good location. Merlion Park, Marina Bay Sands are at walking distance. Rooms are okay compare to 3start hotel. My room was upgraded to Delux as I stayed for longer duration. Breakfast was included but same menu everyday, not a single item changed. Staff was good.

Reasonably priced lunch sets. Local fare is good, just that the ingredients like fish slice, squid have lost their flavour – likely from being kept in water. Western sets were amazing for the price – chicken chop was thigh that came from more than 1 chicken! Local style so it feels like home. Dessert ice-cream was good standard – not the cheap kind which made for a good ending!
Good service
This is a handy situated hotel in the centre of Singapore. It is competitively priced. There is a bus stop just along the road. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast and has special dishes available at lunch times. The hotel has lifts to all floors.

Firstly we would like to thank Jeff in the Reception. We arrived early morning in Singapore after 12hours flight from Paris. We were very grateful there were room available for early check-in and we got to have a good rest in the room. Thank You Jeff
As for the room, it is very clean, good size (considering it’s Singapore), have window, well running hot water, and good breakfast. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel and also a near by Bugis MRT Train station. Albert Food Court (Hawker Cente) is also within walking distance. Everything is perfect and we will definitely come and stay at Park View Hotel again in our next visit!

Liked · Location was good, breakfast was reasonable considering the price paid for the room. Stored our luggage for a few hours, free. Luggage storage consists of putting your bags next to the front desk.
Disliked · SG Clean means nothing. Room was a disgrace. We knew it had no window but we didn’t know the room would be filthy. No part of the room had been cleaned properly, whilst I doubt the floor had ever been cleaned! Bath towels were like rags with frayed edges and so thin you could see through them. To add insult to injury, the manager organised us to be ripped off by his limo driver mate. What should have been a $30 taxi fare to the airport, turned into a $70 mini-van fare, cash only (“my machine is broken, sorry!) Tea and coffee making facilities almost non-existent. Because there were no windows, walls were dripping wet in the morning!

There is no park view… the quality of everything is very improvable. The room service sometimes does not replace the basics, window can not be opened. Breakfast is always the same.. the minimum you can expect for a medium prize i guess. Good location (near to bugis MRT station). The last day they didnt want to serve us the breakfast before time (due to our early flight, a bad detail which usually doesnt happen in most of the hotels) Acceptable for not spending too much money
Hotel location is very convenient to move to the main Tourist spots. It is very easy to board the bus and mrt. Rooms are neat and daily cleaning is fine.
The location is strategic. close to bugis street (yet it quite far for marina bay – but about 10mins bus is still ok right?). The breakfast is standard, but they serve no pork at all (i confirmed it twice and room is standard as well. the rate was for 4-5 star hotel (standard room) in Jakarta. However it is worth enough since this is Singapore where all cost a lil bit higher.
Ambience and atmosphere was great, the place really helped to elevate the mood.

Perfectly adequate in a great location. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. It is also accessible by the MRT if you are not burdened with too much luggage.
Many places to eat nearby and to shop if that’s what you are into. Super convenient transport links with lots of buses to catch to most places or to connect to other forms of transport to most places.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Air-conditioning is cold and water is hot.
Staff efficient and helpful.

Every evening the food street next to the hotel buzzes with crowd eating food, havinf fun… Don’t wanna miss that one. And yeah forgot to mention ladies don’t miss Buggis market for shopping…
Affordable place for a vacation
This hotel was disgusting! Good location. Mould all around hand basin, fridge not working, towel stuck inside, air con on 17 degrees, we froze, thin doona. Paint plaster peeling off walls, needed a paint job. Mattress very very thin. Couldn’t wait to check out. Staff not friendly. Breakfast very average.
Stayed here from 27dec-31Dec17. The family room was big and could accommodate an extra bed. Breakfast spread was simple but nice. Staff were all helpful. The location is good for food and shopping. Would definately recommend and go back there again.

Stayed there in may 2022. Very good hotel for the price offered. They have a decent breakfast with both veg and non veg options. Decent clean rooms with okayish space. Well behaved staff who were happy to assist us with any requests.
Best part of the hotel is location which has easy access to Bugis markets, bus and Bugis metro, which is well connected to major parts in the city.
Would highly recommend as a value for money hotel.

Good location but the confort was disappointing. The cleaning lady starts cleaning at 8 AM making a lot of noise, yelling on the hallway to her colleagues, slamming doors and hearing all her discussions on her walky talky. Less concerns for the guests on the morning after the new year’s eve.
Breakfast is extremely simplistic, same thing every morning. The breakfast area is way too small for a hotel with 7 floors.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Couldn’t wait to leave. From hot water in the shower that ran out after the 1st person, to ants if you left a coffee cup for more than a minute. Let’s not discuss the bed…actually, let’s. We dubbed it the Park Bench Hotel, as truthfully, a park bench would have been more comfortable. The hardest mattress ever. I has to ask for extra pillows so that I wouldn’t wake up stiff….and even then I only got one. There were only a handful of other guests too, at the busiest time of the year. Think that says a lot. Honestly, the only thing it has going for it is a great central location.

Very tiny room. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Theres a water heater that needs to be turned on for a hot shower. We didn’t know this as no-one told us and had a cold shower first morning but worked it out. Free buffet breakie was good lots of variety
The lunch set at the cafe is value for money. It comes with a main course, free flow of coffee and tea and 1 scoop of ice cream for just $8++ to $9++.

The hotel is in a very convenient location on the corner of Beach Road and Middle Road. Walking distance to Bugis and Promenade metro stations. There are many inexpensive cafes nearby. Decent budget option.

Simple and small room. But very clean and on a great location!
Strategically located in the city center. Walking distance from most tourists areas. We walked from the hotel to the Merlion Statue at the Bayfront area, to the Red Dot Museum then to the Gardens by the Bay.
Universal Studios is just 2 train transfers and it would take less than 30 min to get there costing SG$ 1.90. You can choose on where to transfer depending on where you want to go for a side trip, like the Little India Station or the Chinatown Station.
Walking distance also to the Bugis area hawker’s market where you can try the famous Singapore streetfood and some low cost shopping.
Aplenty of restaurants along Beach road and Liang Seah Street too.

The hotel has a good location, just behind a bus stop (opp Shaw Towers) and near to Bugis MRT. I has some restaurants and a cafe very close to it. However, the staff there is really irresponsible.
On one of the days during my stay, the cleaning staff left door open after cleaning the room and my daughter’s new shoes went missing. When I had raised this issue with the reception desk, they had noted my complaint and had mentioned that the management would respond to it but nobody ever responded.

This is a budget hotel, good and convenient place to stay. Free WiFi with Good Signal Strength.
Actually quite nice place. Basic but clean. Large enough room and bed nice. Breakfast (inclusive) was basic but enough. Room had fridge. Large TV and safe deposit box too. The negative issues were price was high for standard of room and breakfast could have been better. It just needs a bit more push to justify price. Staff pleasent though and helpful, overall a mixed opinion but just a little bit more effort and would be good. Stopping outside in Taxi was difficult due to no layby and busy road so be prepared for quick exit.

The best thing about this place is that it is within the city, and is accessible to many of the tourist spots and more over the transportation. However, service can be improved, they could use some smiles and greetings to customers. Moreover, the room rates are quite high and the rooms were small. Bathroom’s drainage at least to our room needs declogging as it drains slow.

This is an OK hotel if you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep and go out to explore. Don’t expect any special experiences from the hotel itself. Breakfast is basic.
I use a king bed because I bring a baby … it’s narrow, yeah … it should be that much for d singapure sic … close the bus stop and run a little (at least the words of people who like it …) are near shops that aren’t too expensive … compared to those in the orchad area … because they are Muslims … if they don’t eat there … even though they look like food and drinks and snacks … to break break every day it’s the same … ahal even though I’ve had breakfast there … mmmm yeah … but thank God …
Ak pake kasur yg king krn bawa baby…. kmr sempit, yaaa… selayaknya hrg segitu untuk d singapure sic…. deket halte bus dan jln dikit(dikitnya kata orang yg suka jln ya…) dah deket pertokoan yg brgnya ga terlalu mahal… di banding yg daerah orchad ya…. krn ak muslim… jd ak gak makan d daerah situ… padahal tampak leazat makanan dan minuman serta cemilannya…. untuk meni breakfeas tiap hari sama…. padahal ak 3hr makan pagi d situ….mmmm ya gt dexh…tp Alhamdulilah lah….
Good hotel. Facilities good. But the breakfast is of limited variety and lacks any Indian food. Dont expect anybody carrying your luggage or any room service.
Good place to stay that’s budget friendly. The whole place is neat and clean. Staff are very helpful. Food is average.
It is a great advantage that the hotel is in the center, 3 minutes walking distance to the suntec fair and shopping mall. Location is very good.
I don’t know if the rooms are small or just that I thought. The bathroom is clean. Reception helpful. Breakfast was not good. There is no room service.
Otelin merkezde olması suntec fuar ve avm ye 3 dk yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük avantaj. Konum çok iyi.
Odalar küçük ya da bana öyle denk geldi bilemiyorum. Banyo temiz. Resepsiyon yardımsever. Kahvaltı iyi değildi. Oda servisi yok.

Had a curry chicken at their hotel cafeteria- recommended by the staff. Nothing amazing, pretty normal curry chicken you can get almost anywhere. Chicken was tender. About $10. There’s free flow coffee and tea, and it comes with a scoop of ice cream.

Very central to move around Singapore by metro. Clean and at a very good price. The breakfast is a buffet, nothing spectacular but acceptable. We liked it so much that we have already stayed there twice.
Muy céntrico para moverte en metro por Singapur. Limpio y a muy buen precio. El desayuno es tipo Bufet nada espectacular pero aceptable. Tanto nos gustó que ya nos hemos alojado allí en 2 ocasiones

We stayed 2 nights since June 30 and July 1st. checked out July 2 and it turned out that we experienced very detrimental things ,,,, the first day of this check we were delayed up to 2 hours for the children’s room with very unreasonable reasons. Then that night the card to unlock the room did not work and was told to wait 30 minutes, we complained that the answer was very unsatisfactory. It’s very unprofessional and very irresponsible.
kami menginap 2 malam sejak tgl 30 juni dan tgl 1 juli . check out 2 juli dan ternyata kami mengalami hal yg sangat merugikan ,,,,hari pertama check ini kami tertunda sampai 2 jam untuk kamar anak anak dg alasan yg sangat tdk masuk akal . Kemudian malam harinya kartu untuk membuka kunci kamar tsb tdk berfungsi dan disuruh menunggu 30 menit , kami komplin jawaban sangat tdk memuaskan . Sungguh sangat tdk profesional dan sangat tdk bertanggungjawab .
It’s a nice hotel near Suntec city. Convenient location for different transportation options. Near many chinese and some indian restaurants. The place is clean and the breakfast options is just enough.
Basic hotel with complimentory breakfast. Don’t expect any thing else, not even an extra bottle of water or extra tea bags in the room. Front desk staff n restaurant staff behave like robots, no friendly smiles, no extra favours. When the house keeping failed to replenish water bottles and tea bags in our room they asked us come down to get them. They checked in the system and said only once in a day they are given. Leaky bath room ceiling and no health faucet (jet spray) in bath rooms. Minimal toiletries. Everything boils down to a very inhospitable management. Dont expect impecabila service, customer friendly staff and packed breakfasts here. No bell boy, be prepared to lug your luggage. Though check in time is 2pm, they keep you wait till 4pm, because they charge half day for late check out at 4pm. Got the point!! Rooms get vacated at 4pm only. Don’t go,there are many better options near by for this price.
