I was expecting a well maintained hotel for an hotel of this class. I am a bit desapointed. I choose this hotel because of its location, near Airport and near metro to city.
Location is convenient and quiet and the staff is nice but the amenities leave more to be desired. Other hotels offer more for around the same price.
The staff was efficient and courteous. Was upgraded to a suite which was very nice and a pleasant surprise. The suite was very comfortable and the amenities were good.
Love how the hotel is situated close to a shopping mall and supermarket outlet. So convenient to purchase items that I can cook in the room while working. Can’t wait to stay there again
I had booked a one bedroom suite at Park Avenue Changi. Check in timing as stated on confirmation email was 1400 hours onwards. I reached at about 1415 and there was a snaking queue outside the hotel. There were at least 15 groups wanting to check in in front of me. After an hour of queuing, I was told that my room was not ready and it would take at least 2 hours for the room to be ready. It was already 1515hours then. If I had to wait another hour, it means my room would be ready about 1715hours? I decided to wait. However at 1715hours, my room still wasn’t ready. I waited till 1900-1930 hours and still no room. I decided to cancel my booking. Can you imagine my horror? I had a one year old and three year old with me. This is the worst experience from a hotel that anyone can get!
Good and fast service, near a mall where you can shop and eat, only 5-10 min walk to the Expo and MRT station. Rooms are clean and sufficient for business traveler. They also give you a free mobile phone you can use to call. It also can be used to share internet access to other devices. Wifi in the room is adequate.
I thought it was a nice change from staying in the city. The staff were great. The rooms were bigger than most in the city and there were so many shops in walking distance.

Maintenance is good here.. but when compared to other 4 star hotels near by, it provides little less facilities. The tv is connected but as common, only set top box channels are accessible. There is a music box but that doesn’t get connected to the Phone And gets connected only to music devices (very less people carry a i-pad with them all the time). They have a in-house water purifier and the water is good. But there is no induction stove and washing machine. There’s a refrigerator, iron box, hand drier (available in some rooms), and very good quality of bathing products. The best thing to prefer your stay here is you get a handy phone which is enabled for local and international calls.
Was one of the lucky ones on 26/2/22 to arrive early for check in and managed to get a room in 1.5 hours. Unfortunately as you can see from other reviewers, they had to endure longer waits.

I will never stay any where else now I have found Park Avenue Changi as I was in Singapore to attend convention in Expo which took me no more than 5 minutes and also only 5 minutes to the airport from Expo MRT station Staff were very friendly and helpful Thank you to Staff Member Muthalip who went out of his way to help me by coming with me to the MRT so he could take my cases down the escalator for me .
Rooms are small, restaurant provides with limited number of meal for lunch and dinner, breakfast was ok though. Wifi was ok at least for me. No lobby type of place. Staff in restaurant and reception were great. An alarm happened one night, no employee came through, I had to go down via stairs and warn them. Not the best one probably around this area.
Conveniently located just about 12 mins away from airport and has the Expo MRT just a few steps away from the hotel. Changi Point mall has a couple of outlets and you can pick up your groceries from Fair price too.

This is best hotel for stay. It’s little away from Changi airport but you have option hire like Taxi, Uber. This hotel is also away from Tourist places like Little India, China Town etc. Staff is friendly.
Most rediculous check in experience. I think a janitor at a mall is lot more courteous then the front desk at this hotel. I had to walk out of the lobby for 80m to men’s room that was filthy and smelly. Room is decent, amenities in the room is fabulous, comfortable. Shower was only dispensing cold to slightly warm water, so when called housekeeping, a helpful technician attended to and after about 15mins, we had hot water to shower kids. Not to sure we would check in here again.
The room was comfortable and very clean and the staff was friendly, especially Muthalip an outstanding friendly staff very helpful in guiding tourists and was very helpful in showing me how to use the metro system and to food joints nearby. Definitely recommend Park Avenue Changi Hotel to all my colleagues, friends, and family. Thanks for a memorable stay.
Nice hotel for a Quick stay in Singapore. Easy access to the close “expo” mrt. The room Was clean and included a small but practical kitchen.

I arrived with a booking made through a 3rd party, only to find the whole hotel had become a COVID hotel. Stranded without a hotel or Singaporean SIM card a very helpful staff member was of enormous assistance (on the pavement, for obvious reasons I could not enter). I am exceedingly grateful and would happily stay at this hotel next time around. He really went the extra mile.
Located walking distance from the MRT station so you can just hop onto the MRT from the airport and get here within 10 to 15mins. There is a mall right behind the hotel and plenty of restaurant choices all around. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The front desk service really make me speechless. I ordered a meal delivery for my friend who stays in their hotel. The meal sent at 320pm but after 30 minutes++, my friend still haven’t receive the meal. Then my friend call to ask reception whether they receive the meal that order for her. They replied yes!they received! But why they didn’t send the food for my friend after so long???!! Really have no idea why they need to keep ppl food for so long? If I didn’t ask my friend to call them, how long they need to send the food up to my friend?? U expect ppl in quarantine walk out from their room and take from you????!!!

The staff were great and the service fine. The suite was good for an overnight stay but lacked cupboard space for longer stays. The internet was fine in the first room but very patchy in the bedroom. The building works in the bathroom was shoddy and dangerous. I used the bar on the shower to help get out of the back and it pulled out of the wall. I fell sideways and broke my rib on the side of the bath.(plus a few other bruises) It was fixed the next day but when I tested it, it readily pulled apart and out so there was little support for getting out of a slippery bath. The bath taps were more stable but still wobbly. Burn marks (from pots) on the bench near the stove showed poor quality materials. I didn’t eat at the hotel. There were low cost breakfast places withing walking distance. Hans had eggs bacon and coffee for just under $8. The hotel was convenient to the shopping center and the expo center.
Was here for 3 nights, on the first night I checked in close to midnight I asked the receptionist if room service was available they confirmed it was so I called and ordered from my room, waited until I fell asleep and nothing arrived, next morning I asked at reception what happened and they had no idea what to do or where to check about my order.
I also asked upon check in if parking was provided, (I’ve stayed at the Capri which shares the same parking facilities and they provide reserved free parking) they told me yes but it was 3 SGD per exit (and with no reserved area for the hotel guests) so if you won’t be driving for 3 days you’ll only pay 3 SGD, which I thought was ok but upon exit I was charged 60 SGD!
Breakfast was very poor quality, they make the minimum effort in to it to barely say that they have breakfast.

It was just fine. Though, the tv was not working. And the weighing scale in the bath room which made of glass had chips on the sides which had cause a small scratch on me feet. Nothing spectacular about this hotel.

Very nicely located within stone’s throw away from all possible eateries. Just besides Expo MRT and Changi Point Mall. Comfortable rooms and very warm staff. Only thing disappointing was the swimming pool, very narrow. Rest would surely recommend.
Exceeds expectations by far, other than distance. Room provides drinking filtered tap water, which is environmentally-conscious and forward. There is also the innovative handy phone offering free local and international phone calls.
One of the best hotel stay that you can treat yourself with. Everything they offer is simply exceptional. It’s situated on a business hot spot. Lots of restaurants and shops. There is a FairPrice nearby.
Staffs are extremely good. They have exhibited a tendency to go out of the way to help customers. Polite and friendly. I even managed to break a rule and they were kind enough to inform me and leave me with a warning instead of slapping a steep $500 fine. Amazing.
Great hotel near to Changi Business Park, Expo and Changi Airport. The executive room is cozy and comes with all facilities for a longer stay (I stayed here for a month). Staff is very courteous and helpful. Special mentions to Azhar and Kumar for their help during the stay. Hotel is well connected with the city via Expo MRT and there are many restaurants and Food courts around the hotel. Highly recommend this place if you want to stay around Changi. The only downside is they have limited TV channels.

I was charged for a takeaway coffee from the buffet breakfast. Was not told beforehand I would be charged and they took a long time just to bring it over. Might have been OK if they let me know about the charge but for 11 dollars, there’s better coffee around the corner, a minute walk away.
Helpful staff who were very prompt with unloading of luggage; rooms which look new or were well-maintained. Location is very convenient with a supermarket in the neighbouring building and the Expo MRT station within walking distance.

I arrived before 9am and was tired from an overnight flight so wasn’t naturally expecting to have immediate access to my booked room. I was delighted when I was given access to my room which was clean and had great facilities. This included two tv’s, washing machine, microwave, cooking hob, generous size fridge, iron and ironing board, etc. Even finishing touches such as a complimentary hair comb were appreciated.
On departure I rang reception for a taxi and 5 minutes later it was waiting for me.
The hotel is within a five minute walk from the Expo train station so overall would recommend it for anyone staying in Singapore for either a short stay like myself or longer.
Overall a great stay.
We stay at 2Bedroom apartment, really appreciate the front staff giving us late check out at 3pm. The room have everything we need. My kid love the Bathtub.
Only negative point is the morning breakfast at cali. The food variety is very limited. Management should look into this.
Overall I will give 9 over 10.

The room was clean and had everything I needed, the bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient, close to transport options, supermarket and Changi City Point shopping centre.
The only negative factor is I can hear noises throughout the day and night from other guests next door, washing machines rumbling from nearby rooms and there is a fan noise that comes on and off throughout the night.
1. Air conditioning is either OFF or FREEZING COLD.
2. bought ice cream in the evening, placed it in the minifridge over night and it was just water in the morning, waisting my money.
3. Requested wakeup call 2 nights in a row, and NO ONE EVER CALLED FOR BOTH MORNINGS.
4. Even WITH DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON DOOR, THE CLEANING STAFF STILL ENTERED THE ROOM!

Located at the eastern part of Singapore, the hotel has nearby amenities which are good for travellers looking to shop and dine. A hypermarket is right outside of the hotel for daily essentials. Restaurants of local cuisine or japanese, Indian cuisine are available as well. A short distance away from the hotel is Changi city point whereby there are many outlets stores where travellers can get branded goods at discounted prices. The hotel is located close to a newly opened MRT station which makes travel to other parts of Singapore easy and accessible. Recommended for travellers looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city area.
I felt that the rooms are bit cramped. Service is good. Have plenty of restaurant options around the hotel. Near to many offices near by.
My very late arrival was handled nicely. The room itself was clean and tidy, and bed and pillows were good. An extra positive thing was that I was able to use the top floor pool and showers after my visit to downtown Singapore, when I was collecting my luggage before entering the airport.

Reasonable hotel. Friendly staff. Nice room. Bath and shower. Good bed. Clean. Nearby shops and food. MTR across road so easy to get to city and to airport. Lots of things could improve on. Nowhere to sit downstairs just checkout desk. Cold breakfast food that should be hot . No aircon as breakfast area is essentially outside so hot and birds eating breakfasts off plates. Mould round bath sealant. Swimming pool wide enough for one person.

Nice place to stay if you are not planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel. Its quite far from the main city but since its right opposite to the Expo metro station connectivity is not an issue. Good and close to airport. We landed in singapore late.at 11pm, so good near by hotel to rest.
Have stayed here previously and will come back again, if the price is right. The room rates have increased quite significantly since I first stayed. The place is very close to Changi City Point and MRT. The staff are very accommodating and helpful.
Worst hotel experience ever! Long hour of queuing and waiting during check in. Waited till midnight for a room,staff do not know when will the room be ready. Low efficiency of housekeeping. There is even few strand of hair at the bathtub. No access to gym and swimming pool.
We arrived at about 1540hrs. Proceed to check in, was told to wait 20mins as room wasnt ready. 30 mins past, no called received. Went back to reception to check, stand for almost 7mins before counter staff bothers to ask if i needed anything.
Finally got a room at level 9. Room was acceptable, with full kitchenette. Bed was good, bathroom was acceptable. But bathtub barely fit a 150cm adult. Room good for a one bedroom.
Card access needs to be reviewed as on the 2nd day, we cant access the lift to the room.

An nice medium sized apartment hotel. The residences are furnished complete with household devices and cutleries. The hotel is located away from the CBD. Situated near the Singapore Expo complex it is suitable for conferences and expo attendees with family. Accessable by mrt at one stop from the T2 changi airport. As singapore has a good public transport system moving about is easy. The changi point mall is just next door as with f&b outlets in proximity.
I chose this hotel on Travelocity due to its location near the airport, and beside the MRT. The cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and features were all a pleasant surprise. Having a hotel supplied complimentary smartphone was a wonderful perk, and we took it along to help with navigation on a trip to Chinatown.
The only downside to choosing your hotel again is the lack of convenient lobby space. We had a business meeting and had to conduct it outside and had to keep moving due to the sun and heat.

be here February 2015, DO booked this hotel for 1 night after Further offshore emergency training at MSTS Asia Sdn Bhd Malaysia, Nice hotel near the EXPO. Room is so clean and comfy. The service is great and it is near by the MRT station.

1) WHEN WE BOOKED THE PACKAGE FOR BREAKFAST UIPON ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL WAS TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THAT BREAKFAT PACKAGE OFFER AND THEY REMOVED THAT OFFER PACKAGE AFTER I MADE A LOT OF NOISE WE HAD TO GO OUT AND SOURCE OUR OWN FOOD AND BREAKFAST BECAUSE OF THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY THE HOTEL PLUS IT WAS RAINING ON THAT DAY OF CHECK IN NOT ONLY THAT THEY ALSO DELAYED OUR CHECK IN TIME.

The place is okay, they have in room washing machine (you can ask for detergent for free). But it’s little troubleshome in restourant (you need card key to enter, so make sure you eat first before check out, for me i need to go to front office twice,because the card somehow show that no breakfast option)
I would like to complement Park Ave Changi for the stay of SHN.

If your in Singapore on business I highly recommend this hotel. Large suites with washer/dryer, stove, living room, bedroom and bath. Hotel personnel are very accommodating.
Terrible check in experience. We had a lot of bags but no trolley was available. We arrived around 6pm and the line was long, staff was scrambling because rooms weren’t ready. They must have a shortage of housekeepers. After 12 hours on the road, and about 20 min wait in line to get to the receptionist, we were left to wait outside on chairs in the heat for about another hour with not even a cup of water. We have 4 months old twins, and there was nowhere to change them while waiting for our room. We ended up changing them on one of the bar tables outside the hotel. Had to resort to feeding one on one of the chairs outside too. They started crying non stop and only then did the staff have mercy and gave us a room. We ended up with a queen while I had booked a king with several weeks notice. The room itself was okay but
They skimp on a lot of things, for example no water bottles. There’s filter water on tap but who knows how old the filter is. There’s dish soap but no sponge. Large dishes but only two tiny tea spoons. Also a washing machine but no detergent. Five tissues left in the tissues box. Housekeeping did provide after calling to request. Can’t give it more than one star for all the above. Will update if the staff does anything to make it right…
My luggage was in good hands before checked in while I went to clinic immediately for a supervised Covid test as a Singapore entry requirement. Hotel looks new, room is simply nice, tidy and clean. Very close to MRT station and food. Will be back if I transit in Singapore in future. Friendly and quick in checking out.
Hotel is situated next to the mrt so it is quite convenient. There is also a shopping mall with supermarkets next to the hotel. Rooms were clean n they provided plenty of pillows. However their card sensors seems to have problems as it couldn’t detect our room cards at times even for the lifts.

Stayed from 17th to 19th was amezing exprience checking time was too fast even given me early checkin. Housekeeping excellent. Room king size was big enough nice staff most amezing i was looking for quite and no distrubence place and it was same like what i wanted. All shopping malls restaurant was too close on less than 3 minut walking distence have a lot of verity foods available. Coming soon again…..
Suite was comfy and clean. Hotel was very conveniently located.
The Room was neat and tidy. Staffs are very friendly and cooperative. As an abroad customer we suggest to provide at least one number of water bottle per day to guest who stay in the hotel. As the water tap is in bathroom for drinking we feel little uncomfortable in drinking the water.

The idea of giving guests a smartphone was genius. It helped immensely in making a foreigner like me an independent traveler.

A reasonable place to get away to chill and relax. It is also useful that the hotel is is one MRT stop away from the airport and near to a shopping mall. Plenty of shops and eateries. The reasonable parking charges definitely helps. Will stay in this hotel in the future.
Had a stopover in Singapore for the day & really needed a few hours sleep. Airport hotels were all fully booked & the day bed option was very expensive.
We called a few hotels with no luck, thankfully found a tip to head downstairs & book a hotel external to the airport & this hotel was recommended.
The service at reception was lovely & we were quickly to our rooms for a much needed sleep. The room was set up like an apartment with separate bedroom – The room was very dark, quiet & beautifully air-conditioned, bed was very comfy. We paid for the room from about 10am-6pm which was cheaper than 4hrs in a day bed. This enabled us to have a sleep & then pop out to Singapore zoo & leave our bags in the room ready for us to come back for a shower & taxi back to the airport. Highly recommend & will stay again.
HOTEL cancelled my booking due to CLOSURE. Booked in advance through 3rd party apps in june for a stay on december. Try to contact them for reservation confirmation through email but no reponds. Then I contact their instagram afterwards recieved a reply saying they cant confirm my reservation because i booked thru 3rd party apps. But did not say anything about hotel closure on december. 3rd party travel apps confirm my booking saying that my reservation has been registered and all is fine. But just after a week I received email saying the hotel is close and i was given refund option or move to their sister hotel which is far away from airport at rochester.
The hotel should have informed guest earlier if their hotel is closed. By this time, any other hotel on dec has increased in price….
The staff are helpful and courteous. Room has a round table with 4 chairs. Venue is conveniently near mrt and shopping mall.
Food was ok! Not the best I’ve had in Singapore so far. Asked for medium rare steak came out well done after waiting 25-30mins!
Ideal hotel location , if business meet is in Changi Business District. Very close to the MRTS, Singapore EXPO and Airport. Just a 10 minute drive from the airport. Breakfast Buffet is available for 25SGD. And restaurant offers limited Indian food.
Room facilities require repair and clearly the hotel management does not care. Cleaning not good enough, still seeing hair in the bath tub when I first check in. Breakfast was really bad as well.
Elegant and well maintained suites for your family. Reasonable pricing structure and the service was in good quality. Just don’t order the pizza from their menu.
Few hours before checking in, I emailed the hotel if possible to upgrade our room to a bigger one. My request was granted and to my surprise, the hotel didn’t charge any upgrade cost. Great experience and I’m satisfied with the services we received from the hotel crews.
Decent hotel and very close to Expo MRT station. Buffet breakfast was alright but was served outside the hotel and WIFI coverage was poor there. The handy phone provided was faulty as it didn’t charge but was replaced the next day. Overall the hotel is functional.
I have a booking with Park Avenue Changi via Agoda from 29/3/2022 – 9/4/2022 unfortunately on 30/3/2022 the hotel sent a letter to inform that the hotel will be converting into SHN by the government and all the existing guests have to check out by 2/4/2022. I would like to check the status of refund for 2/4/2022 – 9/4/2022 which I had paid.

The design was quite simple and modern. The room was also quite spacious. Dont expect great view from here. The bed is really comfortable thou. It also didnt have complementary water, even when you paid for this price.

The staff at the lobby counter was like quite new and inexperience. Doesnt know whether hotel have things like complementary parking, charging wire for handphone. Didnt even have basic greeting, not to mention smile.

Parking is share with commercial building, lap pool is so small and short like (5m x 1m). Gym is also small, No restaurant or cafe inside hotel. The only plus point is a 24hrs supermarket just next to the hotel.

This hotel is located just beside the mrt and 1 stop away from the airport (the road is under renovation so you may need to walk quite a distance around the barricade) There is also a small mall beside the hotel (mostly cafe, restaurant and factory outlet).
Room was quite nice, but room service takes a while to come ( waited around 4 hours?) – I guess they are understaffed. However, stayed there for a week and started falling ill towards the end, which doesn’t make sense since I didn’t leave the hotel. I suspect that they do not clean the rooms well, and I got sick from leftover viruses/bacteria from previous guests. It made me sick for over a month, so I really do not recommend this.
We located conveniently at the train station which was one stop away from the airport. Was walking distance to the expo halls and the shopping centre.
We were up graded into a suite room. Did not how to use the washing machine and the supervisor lend us the drying rack. over service was excellent.

Nice airport hotel, seems quite small, corridors and room sizes. No complimentary parking, but can get discounted parking coupon from hotel @ S$3.20 per entry.
My advice would be: stay away from this hotel! The place is marketed as being in the heart of a business park, easily accessible from Changi airport. But in reality the hotel is in the middle of an industrial area with no restaurant / shop / ATM, etc nearby. No food at the hotel (although they tell you breakfast and room service are available when you book). Supposed to be 5mn from the airport, not shuttle service, the taxi ride lasted over 20 minute, we got lost a few times, since this is in the middle of nowhere and not well indicated the place is not easy to find. The hotel is nice and clean though but the rooms are tiny and the staff unpleasant, so don’t expect any help from them

Arriving via MRT’s EXPO station, the closest exit is “G”, less than a minute of covered walk to the hotel. To avoid stairs, use exit “B”, cross the road, and turn left, a 5 minutes walk.
Notice that breakfast is served outside, in the heat and humidity.

Hotel located in Changi Business area, very convenient next to Convention Centre, just 1-2mins walk to Expo MRT, nearby One@Changi City shopping mall, supermarkets, food courts nearby, a good choice for 2-3days stay for business trip. It is good for a business trip. I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The location is near the Expo, Singapore. The room is tidy and clean. Hotel left a disk of fruits with a card in my room when it’s my birthday. This surprised me and gave me a warm feeling.
booked way back in advance in early March via third party broker for an anniversary staycation on 30th April 2022. However, the hotel CANCELLED the booking without notice or reason and did not inform the user why.
Please avoid. Only book this hotel if you love to be disappointed by them EVEN BEFORE you stay with them. I will never forget this hotel and will tell others to avoid it.
Bloody waste of time.
The worst I have ever had with a hotel. I was refused boarding the plane and therefore wasn’t able to arrive in the Hotel. I immediately send email out to explain the situation. I followed up with calls to the booking and also any hotel number which i can find. Tried 20+ times. No one answer. No email reply. Wasted my International calls. I then received the next day a deduction of one night fee on my credit card. It seems this hotel is a ghost set up to con people money …

Great little apartment close to the airport. We stayed here on our final night in Singapore. It had everything we needed, was clean and very close to a mall which was very handy. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for Months – due to some assignment work in CBP – awesome service, good Indian Breakfast and awesome stuffs – always smiling.
My first room was towards Expo facing – a huge glass wall and you can see till Bedok Subway station. And the next one inside the hotel area but still the mall and entrance can be visible from the bedroom.
Always prefer to comeback again.

Close to the airport (1 train stop away) and walking distance to the expo train stop – the train is the best way to travel in singapore (convenience, speed, cost). 45 minute train ride from this hotel to the city centre and sights. Breakfast was great – wide range including Asian and western options, very tasty and good quality. Room nice and clean, modern, comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.
Had an enjoyable one night stay. Good location being so close to the airport. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed including a kettle with teas and coffees you can use. Was very delighted by the reception giving me 3pm late check out the next day but only to be reduced to 2pm the following day when I went back to reception as the card wouldn’t work. Still it’s a decent place to stay. I couldn’t see the swimming pool due to the strict booking rule as the timeslot didn’t work.
Strategically located hotel for a local staycation if you intend to visit the Singapore Expo Halls for any exhibitions or events which are organised there.
Difficult to locate for lift to reached hotel lobby after parking my car, basically no sign board to lead me. I drive around to search for lift to lobby until l had to asked someone for direction. While going up to my room l keep on pressing the floor button n it does not work until one guys came in n told me l need to use my room card to tap.
Ok for a short stay. Comfortable though room size is small.

Awful experience. First we booked through Priceline which billed through to Agoda.
We strictly chose this hotel for convenience, an airport shuttle and free breakfast as we’re traveling with an infant and have an overnight in Singapore before continuing on.
We landed at Singapore Changi airport and asked where to get the shuttle only to find out that there isn’t one. We called the hotel, they said nope, no shuttle. We talked to Priceline and Agoda and both claimed it was the hotel’s responsibility. The hotel has been incredibly unaccommodating and unfriendly in this whole situation.
This morning we wake up to get breakfast and they decline our free breakfast which also shows on our receipt, along with a shuttle. The hotel refuses to accommodate us with anything. They could easily give us free breakfast and are refusing to. They’re awful and horribly unfriendly. Don’t book a room here and expect anything that “comes with it” even if it’s on your receipt. The hotel won’t honor it. PERIOD!
It is a nice hotel. Staff is corteous and helpful. Rooms are pretty nice as well. I would recommend it if you’re going to be around Changi business Park.

Located really new to the airport. Just one MRT stop away. There is a big mall below with many outlet stores inside too.
Have stayed in many different hotels the last 10 over years in Singapore each time I visit from overseas. First time trying out Park Avenue Changi. Was disappointed with the bathroom design. Bathtub was narrow with many grout stains that also leaked water onto the floor despite the shower curtain. The shower head was humongous compared to bathtub, which was not easy to handle especially for a child. Guest not provided with free parking for my rented car while most other hotels do, including neighbouring hotel. While the parking fee asked for was not big, it’s the small things that matters.

My room was 616. It was 5.30pm, i called for an extra duvet as hotel has ran out of baby cots and extra beds too.
I am appalled because the lady who sent it, did not have courtesy to ring the doorbell and entered with her own key card. i was sitting on the couch watching tv and eating at the same time when she walked in and she placed the duvet on the sofa. my husband was in the other room half undressed. it happened so fast i couldn’t find the words to react – though i briefly shouted to my husband housekeeping is here.

at about 11pm i called to ask for another duvet or blanket to cover my child (the first duvet was used to lay him on the floor beside my bed) but the hotel has ran out of those too. i took a bedsheet. no biggie. but i’m just wondering, could the hotel be running on an extremely high occupancy and ran out of spares?

Nice hotel in the new business hub in Singapore…. Good place to stay if one want to save on travel time by coming from city to office if you are visiting Singapore for business.
I will feel that the hotel is really nice and decent pricing. There are alot of eateries surrounding and you be spoilt for choice and also 5 mins away from shopping mall with many outlet stores with discounts. So even though the minus point is that they do not have breakfast buffet and was inform there is a restaurant but it was actually close. It was okay since there are so much eateries around. Good for staycation and business stays.
Decent & nice place. Well equipped. Staff are friendly. However the room is not well maintained. Breakfast not attractive. The music at the corridor was too loud & distributed my sleep.
I have been staying in Park Avenue Changi more than 35-40 days within this year. Yet, the front desk still requesting me to fill up my particulars.
I don’t feel home while I am staying in Park Avenue Changi compare to the rest of my stay in other hotel chains like Marriott, Hilton, Accor, etc.
Please improve the overall service level to your loyal guests where been staying for more than 40 nights so far with you.
Horrible experience ever! Long check in queue! 3pm check in but need to wait for room till midnight 12 plus. Staff offer us to change to Rochester unit during midnight? Check out also need to queue and wait. Is just long hour of waiting and waiting. It’s a waste of time. Stay at your own risk!
Other than the fact that the hotel was conveniently located for the Expo and for only 1 staff at reception who was friendly and very helpful (Kumar), our experience was quite a let-down – from the unfriendly, unbothered looking staff at both reception and breakfast area to the non-speediness of the cleaning of our room (if we didn’t remind them to clean our room, they would have still been left unattended to even after 1pm!)
Nice and clean room, good staff. Downside it’s far from the city so you would have to take the MRT or shuttle bus service provided by the hotel. The view could also be a little better.

Hotel is in a great location near to Changi International Airport. Stayed twice on different occasions for business. I book the Executive Suite with washer/dryer in room and kitchenette. Room is spacious and quiet. Hotel staff is great and all are super friendly.
However this is the last time I will stay here, but I will list pros/cons for a complete review.

Fairly quite and has good black out curtains for night sleep
Cons:
WiFi is poor and insufficient for business needs.
Connection drops if you move 3 meters in your room.
Speed test shows 4Mb up and 4Mb down and calls it poor.
Thought WiFi connection might be a fluke since I stayed on 9th floor 1st time, but 5th floor and even lobby are just as bad.

No upgrade options
No currency exchange service
The bad WiFi is enough for me to abandon the idea of staying here again since 2 to 3 weeks of poor connectivity can drive someone crazy.
Great Business hotel. Rooms are clean and full featured, decent on-site gym, great lap pool on the roof. The hotel is located across the street from the MRT, travel to and from the airport is one stop and $1. There are plenty of places to grab. A quick bite within walking distance.
I book 2 Bedroom Suites & everything was perfect like they provide me a cake, the room was clean and very nice/beautiful. My whole family love it except for the waiting time to check in was pretty bad. Suppose to check in at 2pm but can only check in at around 0430pm due to shortage housekeeping. Only this need to improve and probably have given perfect 5.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The common areas are modern and up to date. Rooms are dated and showing their age along with being small. For the price, better to stay closer to the city as it is still 10+ minute drive to airport terminal.

Should read more like – Creating the ideal guest experience is a fine art… which the Park Avenue Changi has yet to master!!! I came in at midnight just wanting some resemblance of polite service, a meal and a shower. I was greeted by a rude front desk, told there was no 24 hour room service (contrary to the menu in the room) and a moldy bathroom! Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here…
The suite are great. They are cooking utensils in the room and everything was superb. The location is good because its just 3-5 minutes from mall.
Though support staff have responded to some issues I experienced at the hotel, such issues should not have happened in the first place:
WiFI did not work for at least day on my laptop, IT team had to fix the issue directly on my laptop
Power went out in my room twice
Comfortable room with kitchenette. Outside city, however close to Airport. I enjoyed the pool and gym on the roof. It’s also alongside a small mall which has a grocery store and a nice food court. A phone(handy)was provided, which was very useful to make local and international calls absolutely free of cost. This was a very nice feature. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, accommodating throughout our stay. Rooms were kept clean and tidy whilst there.

The hotel was located just across the street to the Singapore Expo. Visiting the exhibition is very convenient, no need to worry about the traffic jam and crowded mrt. The room is clean and thanks to the handy phone which gives you unlimited access to internet connection for free and bring around the city as you travel. Overall experience with this hotel was great and would love to stay in this hotel again in the future.
Typical mid range business hotel. Pool is small, though it is laid out in a lap style which is nice. Gym is also small but adequate. Other amenities, and room, all work fine.
Breakfast is terrible. Hotel has no dining of it’s own, so breakfast is arranged with options to two nearby cafes, neither of which is great.
The Tapas cafe deploys some typical hotel buffet paraphernalia to meet that expectation for travelers. However, various minor things make this unpalatable. The juice canisters are almost always empty and atypical; apple and raspberry juice one morning (this only). In the toast area there are individual serves of butter, but only communal toppings (such as peanut butter and jam), in large single serve jars replete even with communal knifes for spreading — quite unpleasant.
The other cafe (forgot the name), is far cheaper to simply ignore the hotel and pay directly. The “hotel special” service is actually just things straight off the menu, but more limited, and less of it. Otherwise nice though.
Overall experience is good. Service staff is friendly, room is clean. Location is good too, near to MRT and Changi City Point, many choices for food
A good place to stay in Changi. Very conveniently located close to a really good shopping mall with great food choices and most importantly super close to the Metro lines…I would definitely stay here again just for the convenience of the location.
Very polite people, clear and detailed explanations, nice clean room, 24 HR open cafe (with limited but various enough menus in the midnight,) precise wake-up call, taxi available very early in the morning, good access to Changi Air Port… it was all perfect.
Good place..stay for 3 months, only a bit far to the mid town but can use mrt easily.. minus only some furniture like chairs are not in a good condition.. better to change it..
A nice Hotel for transit or stay, just across station EXPO MTR, 1 station from Changi airport. Or Down Town Line, and the room is clean and enough for two people sleep. And have a compliment mobile device for call and browsing in Singapore.
Spent two nights at the Executive Studio that comes with a small living space, kitchenette, and dining table.
I love how fuss-free the check-in process was (it was a weekday stay). The bedroom was perfect for a good night’s rest too. Fairprice Xtra was right opposite and there are lots of food options in the vicinity.
However, there was trash in the cabinet from the previous guest and the room always smells like food (even when I don’t eat in the room!), presumably from the central aircon system.
All in all, it’s quite a pleasant stay given the price and I’ll recommend it to anyone who needs a quick getaway.
I booked a suite since all other rooms were full. The room was nice, but I requested feather-free due to SEVERE feather allergies. The room was NOT de-feathered as requested and confirmed days prior to check-in. I ended up using couch cushions and no comforter to avoid a nose bleed and further headache.
Apart from that, the hotel couldn’t have been louder. I guess there was a huge event that weekend so the floor was noisy as could be until almost 3 am. There were people yelling and running back and forth between rooms.
Also, it would have been nice to have water in the rooms at the very least :/ At least the hotel was very close to the airport and train station as well as a super market.
Great experience to stay there, the only thing we dont like is the swimming pool size is very small. Other than that room is spacious & great time we had spending our xmas eve there.
Although place is far from city but around the hotel has changi city point & quite alot of eateries & even has NTUC supermarket there.
Made an error in the date on booking a non-refundable rate. No mercy from the hotel, despite it being an error (not a cancellation or a change). Reply was (paraphrased)- “tough, we’re keeping your money, book again if you want”. No thanks. I’d look for somewhere else with a nicer ‘personality’.

1st experiences to stay here as I transit from THL to SRG. Booking process very easy through online booking. Room is clean, not too small. Good enough for a transit hotel.

Awesome place to stay in Changi.very near to Airport and IT companies in Changi Business Park. Loved the accommodation in Suite room. Everything is so good.
Place pretty near location to a shopping center ( changi city point) so overall food wise is pretty convenient if you want to have more choices. Ntuc is located right below the hotel so buying microwavable food or drinks would be very convenient there is a washing machine/dryer in the room as well in case you wanted to wash your clothes after an event that requires you to wear it ASAP again the next day and you have stained your clothes. Bar below the hotel has a very good ambience, good for relaxing and light snacking.
Rooms are nice and service is good. Very convenient for the expo and close to the train, which is awesome, but it’s not very conveniently located unless you are attending an event at the expo.

Chose this hotel for a family getaway over the weekend. Pleasantly surprised by the availability of washing-cum-dryer machine, cooking area, etc.
We stood in line for more than an hour for check up. And then we had to wait for another two hours before we could check in. I ended up checking in at 5plus. It disrupted my plans for the afternoon. Manpower was short and staff was overwhelmed with the queue. If the hotel cannot accommodate that many people, why accept so many reservations? It leaves a bad experience amongst customers and I would never want to book at park avenue again. I wasn’t even informed and the website did not even state that the pool and gym were inaccessible. I felt I was cheated of my booking as I assumed they can be used….
Stayed for 3 weeks on a business trip to Singapore. The hotel is awesome with spacious rooms, friendly staff. Complementary breakfast is simply great and breakfast lobby is very pleasing. Would love to be here again.

The hotel is nice. The staff very helpful. Close to shopping, food, trains.
Close to airport also. 30 minutes to central by train.
Pool a little narrow, didnt get time to swim though.
Overall would stay there again. But would stay in central more closer to the attractions.
Hotel gave me a key to someone else’s room. Which they did fix and give a half hearted apology. Internet worked well. Bed was fairly comfortable. The room had a big floor to ceiling window from the bedroom into the shower. I was just saying through on a long layover. In the future I’d likely stay at the transit hotel in the airport.
good hotel to stay, near airport and mrt station.. if u have early morning flight from singapore, u can choose this hotel.. the room actually not so big but very clean and comfortable with reasonable price.. beside this hotel, there is mall, so u can get lunch or dinner and shopping in this mall..
Swimming pool is smaller than what photo seems to suggest. Ok room. For the price charged value for money and location is great. Take mrt to go to anywhere you want. Changi city point offers many food choices
26 Feb.. Can’t believe this is happening in Singapore… checking in takes more than 3hrs. 6pm and guests are still queuing up outside… and dinner time soon.
The hotel staff still asked us to queue under the open air and to stay away from the shelter.
This is the worst check in experience ever….
Well maintained hotel. Surrounded by a lot of IT companies. Expo MRT is very nearby. One@Changi mall is at a walkable distance. Indian food restaurant – Anjappar is close by.
A very comfortable business hotel with lots of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. The Expo MRT is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Fair Price supermarket is just a minute walk only. The best thing is, this hotel provides a handy smartphone with unlimited mobile internet, local and international (certain countries only) calls for their guests during their stay here. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
Very comfortable and clean, good for a short stay if you need to be near the airport. About 10-15 minutes drive to the airport, which cost me about SGD9. Surroundings can be rather quiet at night as it’s in the middle of a light industrial area, and a distance from the central parts.
Was very conveniently located near the train station, which is one stop from the airport. Food, shopping centre and exhibition halls were also close by within walking distance.
Called the hotel regarding my iphone charger but was told it was not there when it was still plugged in when I checked out. Had to change room to another with both having wet carpets around the bar areas …
Perfect location close to the airport in a business center area. Good rooms and facilities. Nice soft beds.
The breakfast hade a wide selection and the service was great.
Only downside was low water pressure and the bathroom could be cleaner.
This is a nice hotel near Changi, one of the few near to the airport. It seems to pride itself on smart technology, but the smart tech was the source of problems. After many, many attempts to connect my laptop to wifi, without success, I had to make a trip to the front desk (I requested a staff person come up to the room , but they didn’t). I did not understand how to operate the “smart” tv & there are no instructions for use in the room. Finally, the key card we needed to use to operate the elevate, didn’t work at least half the time & so, was another source of irritation. Make sure the technology works, comes with instruction & is easy to use before installing!!
Stayed 18/3 for 9 days. Front desk people aren’t the friendliest. I always greet them but they cant even look at you or smile or greet back, they work at front desk for a reason. HOWEVER, the room service staff are the friendliest, sweetest, and nicest people ever. They always say hi, greet me, gets me what I need, very attentive. Give them a raise or something because they made my day because of their kindness
Booked via Booking.com. Didn’t respond to any messages sent over several days. The second to last message being a request to cancel because borders were closing and I had to get home to my kids.
When a message was sent to Booking.com’s customer service team, I was informed the hotel refused to refund the booking which they charged, after not responding to my request to cancel.
This is the first ever property in my years of loads of travel, who have not even responded to a single question.
I’m a single mother. That money could have been used for essentials, now that income is dropping or gone for a lot of people. Very poor, in this time of crisis and struggle, I’ve lost money for nothing. Would not recommend or book again. Not impressed that this business has put profit before empathy.
Best budget hotel for a night or two stay close to the busy office area. Walkable to all offices and close to train station and shopping malls. Very close from SG international airport. Parking available, friendly front desk staff, rooms were clean, adequate breakfast menu choices. Good rest you can expect after a busy days work
Great service !! Offers to keep our bags when we check out and free shower and changes clothes before we fly out Singapore. Awesome !
Small room, like most in Singapore. Bathroom is clean but could be renovated, at least silicone should be replaced. Breakfast was good, generally I recommend.
Everything is there! It’s very cozy and suffisticated.
All you have to do is focus with your stay.
The staffs are friendly and helpful. Wifi is fast and there’s a complimentary handset!
Alot went wrong this past 2 weeks with my room, Bed was uneven and uncofortable, had to move rooms late at night, washer dryer combo malfunctioned and didn’t dry clothes after 9 hours. Used toaster and lost power to room twice, mold.on bathtub, Elevators malfunctioned and could not get to room. Hotel staff was the only good thing. Kathan and Ruby were exceptional and the rest of the staff were very good. I am on the fence about staying at Park Avenue Chang due to all the inconvenience.

The place is a functional business hotel. However, the water in the rooms were not replenish Ed everyday and when we asked on the 2nd day we were given the expensive bottles and were charged. The food was just ok
The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around. We would definitely stay again!

Worst experience ever. Check in time was at 2pm, we went at 9pm and they tell us no room because only have 2 cleaners? Our room was supposed to be ready by 2pm since our check in time is 2pm. Then told us waiting time is 1-2hrs and I double confirm by asking her she sure max 2hrs. We came back 2hrs later they told us not ready then I ask her how long she say maybe 3am? Then i ask her why she told us 1-2hrs if she wasnt sure in the first place, she told me is protocol lol… if she nvr lie to us we could just cancel and go home sleep. Waste ppl time… After long discussion with her management team, they finally offered us a room at their other branch which was all the way to buona vista and by the time we check in was already 2am…
Nice Hotel close to the Airport. Got a upgrade to a Suite. Enjoyed the stay..it also has washing machine, microwave etc in case u want to use all this. Swimming pool is nice..
Great place close to the mall and MRT. The pool is too narrow, not enough for two swimmers to swim at the same time
We were extremely unhappy in the beginning due to various mix ups by the hotel staff and upon being told that the hotel does not provide a King Size bed despite your earlier assurance at the time of the booking that a King Size bed would be provided. Your Night Manager Ivan then managed to resolve our unhappiness with a room upgrade. Throughout the ordeal, Ivan was friendly, helpful and professional. We are very pleased with his handling of the matter, which would have otherwise turned out to be unpleasant for our guests.
Booked hotel 1 month ago, and only received a cancellation email around 1 day before the booking date (and the email reached at midnight).
I called the hotel to validate and try to understand politely what the reason was, and I was told they have been used as a quarantine hotel again. They might be frustrated (not sure when they received the notification), but in the cancellation email nor the receptionist apologize or trying to comfort the customer at all.
During the call, the receptionist was just impatient, and he just sounded like I cannot do anything, this is not my fault, the email said cancel that means cancel, no need to check with me, you go check with whatever booking platform you booked (which is their official website).
You have the feeling they just don’t care about the customer experience or trying to build any good relationship, or if you will come back/choose them again or not.
