It is a mall with a strong local flavor in Chinatown, but it is convenient with Chinese medicine, swallow’s nest, and jewelry stores. There is also a shop famous for kaya jam. It’s right above the station, so I put it in without getting wet.

The Pearl Building also has decades of history. It’s also good to walk around this shopping center. There are many travel agencies here. If you want to travel around the world, the travel agencies here can make good arrangements for you. There are also many Chinese medicine stores in the shopping center. There are many big restaurants behind the building. There are a lot of travel agencies in the underground city. The food center here has ECG network and air-conditioning, so it attracts many people to eat and drink tea here, and the things sold here are really cheap. There is one on the first floor. Many travel agencies, leather shoe shops, watch shops, Thai amulet shops, and there are many massage parlors behind the amulet shop. There are many massage parlors selling dog meat, but I sympathize with them. For a long time, I will also enjoy the second floor and the third floor. There are also many There is also a large book list on the fourth floor of the travel agency that specializes in books from China and Taiwan. I have also bought a lot of books from this book stand. I introduced this service center to be good. It is economical, air-conditioned, and wireless. It is already very advantageous.

Ok mall. If you plan to visit here, go to Pagoda Street for reasonably priced souvenirs and visit the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum near by. 2/3 stars for cleanliness at the mall bathroom, but 3/4 stars for the shopping factor.

People’s Park Centre is a 99-year leasehold, medium-sized, mixed-development shopping centre which features four floors of retail shopping, and a pair of towers for office space and residential usage. The shopping space houses a wide variety of retailers dealing in Chinese handicrafts and a large array of Chinese-oriented travel agencies. The main tower, reaching thirteen floors, hosts many of Singapore’s law firms. It is of 2 min walk from Chinatown MRT via Eu Tong Sen St and Upper Cross St.

The transportation is convenient. It is easy to go to famous scenic spots by bus or subway in the city center. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Chinatown, that is, Chinatown. There are gourmet food in the building, which is the kind that the locals often eat. The price is cheap, the quality of the food is good, and the variety is rich. There are about 20 restaurants that buy different food. I am very satisfied. There are exchange shops inside and outside, and travel agencies sell tickets for scenic spots, which are cheaper than the official ones.

Going there brings back memories of the 50’s. Not much of changes. Most items and products are pretty old fashioned. However there are 3 areas that attracts the crowd, 1) the money transfer service, 2) the sex-toys shop and 3)the massage parlours run by China Chinese ladies on the 1st level. You may not get what you want here but there are 2 other People’s Park (the PP center and shopping) besides this complex.
