    Love the seasonal high tea menu. Been here for a couple of times. The staffs are always attentive. Good selections of tea. Appetisers are refreshing. Cakes are not too sweet so we can eat the whole set without feeling too sugar heavy. Will come back for sure as lots of friends recommend the place.

    The afternoon tea is simply marvellous, quantity with quality. Usually the high teas i went elsewhere were tiny morsels and you dont feel full. This high tea has great tasting savories, sweets and the scones are warm and moist. Service was impeccable and staff were attentive and friendly. The executive pastry chef even came over to check in on us. I would definitely come back here again.

    This is a nice hotel bar, and it’s just that. Not a lot of unique personality but it’s a really nice place and totally serviceable for a business meeting or easy get-together with friends in the area. Very low key and service is good. If you are at the hotel it is a good, easy place to go.

    Came for afternoon tea. Impeccable service, nice cozy ambience and very tasty food.
    Great selection of both coffees and teas and best of all, you are able to select as many types as you want (not just one serving of tea with top ups of hot water).
    The desserts were presented on a glass platter first, with savories and other baked hot dishes prepared to order after you arrive (first time I’ve encountered this). Finger sandwiches brought over on a tray for your selection too.

    Thoroughly enjoyed this afternoon tea- it really makes a difference that the hot food is prepped fresh

    Nice location, good atmosphere and nice comfortable seating for a Sunday treat. The Peranakan afternoon tea is very chill and delicious. Our friend Gabriel was very attentive and was explaining every single item. The food is in cooperation with the candlenut restaurant. Very tasty.

    Decent breakfast, almost everything from the chocolate drink, pastries, muffin, jam was delicious. The scrambled eggs were quite sloppy and served lukewarm.

    Outdoor space was lovely! I felt like I was in Ubud, Bali, when in fact it’s located in the hustle bustle of Orchard, Singapore.

    Wow! Fine dining semi-lunch buffet! Very impressed with the staff and the service here… wonderful spread of cuisine and enough to tantalise your palettes! Love the dessert spread( love all the chocolate pastries and cakes), salad and the entree… do remember to opt for the semi-buffet($58++) with entree as you will not be disappointed. recommended to order different entrees so that you can try them all if you are there with friends. You can even pack away if you cannot finish the entrees. I was there with my friends from 12-2.30pm ( 2.30 lunch buffet ends ). The entrees wowed us further! Love the three grilled tiger prawns… my friends had oven roasted organic turkey and snapper! Simply yummylicious! All for $207! not cheap but a wonderful experience…Don’t forget to end the sumptuous meals with a pot of earl grey or your choice of tea/coffee available!
    Make a reservation to avoid disappointment…

    It’s a perfect place to relax and chill. Comfortable sofa seats make you want to stay longer, but unfortunately, opening hours were shorten due to the covid situation. Staff were very attentive and made you feel that money was well spent. Exactly what you’d expect from the likes of a Four Seasons Hotel lounge.

    The service here was excellent from start to finish. The senior lady staff was friendly and efficient, and she and the chef helped to check which dishes had buckwheat/soba, which my wife is allergic to.

    While not having a wide variety as before, the semi-buffet appetizers were good, and I especially loved the cold salmon, the Thai duck salad and the pate. The char kway teow had a nice hit of wok hei and was tasty – it was a little on the sweet side and a little bit of spice would have elevated the dish. The squid ink pasta with crab was just okay. The crab meat was fresh, but the entire dish was bland, so much so that I had to add salt and pepper, something which I rarely do. Portions were generous.

    Dessert was also pretty good, though the ondeh ondeh had too much brown sugar and was overly sweet. The signature chocolate cookie and the lime meringue tart were pretty good.

    What a great breakfast .

    The new layout is cool.
    The chairs are much better than before.

    Came here for a midweek dinner with reservation for two.
    Service was good, we were welcomed, seated promptly and attended to very well throughout the entire meal. Simon, who served us, was very helpful at making recommendations and would check in occasionally to enquire how we were enjoying the food.
    It’s a semi-buffet with a selection of entrées and desserts, and we choose one main course. Although we were initially surprised by the size of the buffet spread (relatively small in comparison to other hotel buffet spreads), we appreciated the fine quality of ingredients used in what was offered. It was a well-curated spread that offered variety without being overwhelming.
    The main courses were well prepared too; we chose the seabass and the squid ink pasta. Fresh, brilliantly cooked and well portioned.
    They even surprised us with a thoughtful slice of birthday cake, which we truly appreciated.
    We recommend this place and will return.

    In the last couple of years, even before Covid struck, I had gotten a little tired of buffets. But the Semi Buffet Lunch at @oneninetysg in Four Seasons Singapore that a friend took me to yesterday, has rekindled my interest. Suddenly, I was reminded of the joys of choosing what I like from a large and attractive display of different dishes (the restaurant does it for appetisers and desserts and a staff is always on hand to help).
    The menu is thoughtfully designed as it allows lunch to be enjoyed the way you prefer. For eg. with or without a main course ($58++ / $48++ respectively) and there is the option for those who want to enjoy unlimited pours of Bolla Prosecco ($108++ / $98++) with their meal.
    I found the food here to be prepared with great care and it’s clear the quality of ingredients is top-notch. Portion size for the mains is massive as well, so do pace yourself at the appetiser stage.
    Another reason I felt very comfortable dining here is because of the peaceful ambiance in the elegant restaurant. Worth visiting if you’ve been missing a good and quality-focussed buffet.

    I am absolutely surprised with the service level of the restaurant. The dishes are served timely and warm.

    Sourdough is crispy and my daughter loved them.

    Highlight of the dish are Muzi Chicken and Scottish Salmon. Desserts with sorbets are refreshing to warp the evening.

    I went for the high tea and now I want to come back for the drinks! The presentation was riveting and the food tasted as good as it looks. What caught my eye was the range of Gryphon Teas available and the special cocktails served so dainty yet are refreshing.

    First of all, the service attitude is really good. The food is also good, you can order what you like, there are many choices. The only shortcoming is that when dining outside, there are a few to harass. It may be that there are fewer people during the covid period, and there are not enough 🩸 to drink.     Decent food. Good service. 3 course dinner was included in the Klook offer for Four Seasons hotel. The starter was great and dessert was good. Main course was average. Can’t complain for a meal included in the room cost . There was an option to opt for dinner at the Chinese restaurant within the hotel which has a Michelin star I think.

    One for dessert which is quite nice.
    One for Main course which tastes good.

    Friendly reception, and very eager staffs at the semi buffet counters. Waiting staffs not so.
    Striploin is one of the better ones around. Loves the fries. Risotto just normal. Bread not warm, too moist.

    Assisting us with our payment with a 3rd party platform and also for recommending the right wine pairing for our meal.

    He showed great patience, attitude, service, passion and knowledge to provide us a smooth and enjoyable evening.

    Such positive character should not go unnoticed and should be looked at to be replicated, especially during the pandemic when most people are having it rough.

    Certainly a 5 star from all of us! Food was great too, recommending the T bone!

    Its around 48++ sgd per person
    Beautiful decorations of the pastries cake however, the taste is very average
    Nothing really special like in the marketing or social media
    There is no wow elements or any in between surprise

    High-tea with great conversations in a beautifully dressed-up alfresco dining area creates a fantastic weekend afternoon. The missing star is for the staff-on-duty who aren’t the most attentive. One of my dining companions had a stained spoon, and the food didn’t come with shared utensils (for the curry). We had to explain 3 times in order to get 2 additional sets of utensils.

    This is a French restaurant with an Asian taste in the Four Seasons Hotel.

    It seems that the interior has been recently renovated and the menu has been renewed, so I went there for the first time after the renovation.
    The interior has a more sophisticated atmosphere than before, and the taste of Provence is just right, and the design makes you feel the fusion of Singapore and France.
    It was a comfortable space not only for celebrations and special occasions, but also for everyday use.

    I used it for dinner, but today’s recommendation using ingredients that are flown in twice a week, a la carte is abundant from French cuisine to local Singaporean cuisine!
    I thought it would be nice to have guests from Japan who can choose from Western to local cuisine.

    A wide variety of wines are available, not only from France, but also from Italy, Australia, the United States, and Chile. There are many wines under 100 dollars, so it’s a restaurant in the hotel, but it’s affordable in Singapore where alcohol is expensive. Of course, there are plenty of fine wines.

    The staff are very pleasant and pay attention to details.

    Booked the Nicolai Bergmann afternoon tea for a special birthday. Had an absolutely amazing time! The staff and Chef Audrey were extremely accommodating with our dietary requirements. The staff also helped with decorating the area and were super attentive during our time there. Service was 10/10. Shoutout to Gabriel for communicating with me and arranging everything! The food was delicious, too beautiful to eat! The cocktails were lovely too. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you so much for a wonderful time! ️

    Went to try their set dinner. To our surprise, the food is more than excellent! We ordered the hamachi tiradito and oysters for starters, Beef Cheek and Snapper bouillabaisse for main course, chocolate soufflés and profiteroles for desserts.
    Everything is so yummy! I particularly love the Snapper Bouillabaisse , Beef Cheek and Chocolate Soufflés. The gravy for snapper bouillabaisse tastes so excellent with great combination of flavours. Beef Cheek is so tender and well seasoned. Chocolate soufflés is one of the best I have eaten so far, heard it was made with Vietnamese cocoa powder, and I think it is a good idea for the chef to serve it with darjeeling ice cream, which has elevated the whole dessert experience. Thanks to the waiter who recommended these dining choices to us.
    Overall great and professional service from the waiters&waitresses as well. Thoroughly enjoyed the dinner. Will be back to try more menu next time. Keep up the great standard!

    We booked the place based on the web. Claiming to be a French Vietnamese restaurant. First surprise was the restaurant itself. It has the same feeling of the breakfast area of a large hotel, with low lights . Not ideal for a relaxing dinner . The the menu had nothing (if we exclude the spring roll) with a Vietnamese cuisine (or French).

    Great floral high tea experience here in Feb 2022 had a really good experience and there was a good variety of high quality sweet and savoury foods. As part of the set, ech person could choose 2 drinks, including coffee or tea served in teapots. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, even came to explain to us the selection of food and asked us how our experience was. Special thanks to Gabriel who was very professional and friendly, made our experience even better!

    Ambience: peaceful and surprisingly, exuded a tranquil atmosphere, in keeping the with “botanic” theme. Service was friendly and efficient. Took the semi-buffet lunch option. Reasonable but not extravagant buffet starter and dessert options. For mains, risotto and duck confit – both were of superior quality and portions were large. Desserts were generally of superior quality also. Coffee and tea included.
    Slightly annoying that we were served and charged for “alkaline water” without being informed about the additional charges.

    Not really an afternoon tea person, but was here anyway with family to celebrate birthday. Turns out to be a well afternoon spent.

    The afternoon tea set was beautifully presented in a flower dome/pot/vase with the sweet items being placed on top. Irony, the savoury items aka finger sandwiches were just placed in a plate. Nonetheless, both still make a good photo together. For the sweets, my favourite were the Pu-Er Tea Mandarin Cremeux Delights, Osmanthus-Peach Puff and Elderflower-Lemon Panna Cotta and Yuzu-Matcha Cake. Savouries were all good in general. Scones are not bad too, but might be a bit heavy toward the end especially after the sweets, although the lemon curd were really yummy.

    Service wise were good, as expected from Four Seasons. The Executive Pastry Chef, Ms. Audrey Yee was also very hands on and help out with the service in presenting the afternoon tea set. Her introduction of the items definitely enhance our interest in wanting to try the items as soon as we can.

    Just had New Year’s Eve lunch here, my first time at this establishment. Nice cosy place with attentive and friendly service. Loved all the cold cuts and appetisers served at the buffet such as the cheese, tomatoes, hummus, various marinated salads and hams. The entrees all around were excellent – our party of 5 had the beef cheek, turkey, pasta and seafood stew. Just one gripe about the desserts which were a bit of a let down and that’s where it lost one star for me. They were overly sweet (yes I know they are meant to be sweet) and rather underwhelming. Would have been nice to have a fresh fruit option as well, as a refreshing end to a hearty meal.

    This is a Sunday seafood brunch. A brand new menu and setting from the old setup. The seafood is fresh but mainly shell type (excluding oyster) and sashimi type. The food variety is limited maybe because the focus is on the seafood tier. By the time the main came I was already full from the appetiser. Either you like or you don’t. Staff is friendly and helpful.

    A really gorgeous looking set up, with the dry ice and flowers! Easily one of the prettiest afternoon tea I have been too.
    Both the savory and sweets bites are quite above average, which was great!
    However the scones were really not up to the standard at all. It was very bland, almost tasteless and not as dense as what a scone should be. That said, I still think it’s definitely worth coming back again! Oh, and you get 2 drinks as well!
    Service staff was friendly, and quite prompt.

    Review of restaurant 190 (no google entry except for this?)

    Like what other reviewers say, whatever the place places out on the buffet, it’s good. Even the olive oil has some top quality organic Italian stuff. Cheeses (sometimes burrata available) are also excellent.

    For the mains I have been addicted to the tandoori cod although the portion size has been reduced from 3 to 2 cubes recently. Disappointing if this is a permanent!

    Went for the floral afternoon tea

    Alfresco seating so it was slightly warm but that’s not the fault of the restaurant. Indoor air conditioned seats were available too, but the outdoor ambience suited a floral themed afternoon tea more.

    Service was warm and attentive throughout. Staff were always checking whether we needed anything else. Really great service!

    Presentation of the food and drinks were spectacular. Real flowers and smoking dry ice. Very much designed for the camera.

    Food tasted good. The violet macaron was the best of the sweets. For the savouries, the truffle sandwich was particularly memorable. Edible flowers decorated many of the little bites of food. Overall, I felt that the balance of the sweets leaned towards sour citrus and I would have appreciated some more mellow, sweeter flavours to balance things out. Savouries were simple but done well. Scones were great with real clotted cream! Was stuffed by the end of the meal so took some of the scones back and the staff packed it very nicely in a takeaway container and bag.

    Marigold and roses tea was light and floral. Sakura tea probably had a green tea base and went well with the food. Also tried the apple blossom cocktail that was served adorably in a mini tea pot!

    Overall a great experience! With the cocktail, was 80 dollars after gst and service charge. 2 rounds of tea/coffee were included.

    The beef is very tender and melts in the mouth. Seabass is well-cooked, broth is refreshing and the veg completes it as a healthy meal. The mushroom soup is less creamier to my liking (but its tastes good!)

    Went for the lunchtime semi-buffet. One main course gets you free flow salad and desserts.

    I had the laksa seabass as the main. The fish was the star, and was cooked perfectly, skin still crispy when served. The laksa was thick and fragrant. Would return just for the fish alone.

    The duck confit is also pictured. Well done, but some people would consider the portion size of the duck small.

    A warning that the salad and dessert selection was very limited… BUT… whatever they served was absolutely fantastic.

    Very high quality and well-prepared. We went for seconds of many items (and even fourths, for the cherry tart). Seriously full marks.

    In fact, I think this is the first time I’ve been to a buffet where all items are of quality.

    Most hotel buffets in Singapore thrive on quantity, with above average quality so this time, it was refreshing to have something of such excellence!

    Spouse favourite was the cherry tart, the crust was buttery and absolutely cracking. The Milo dinosaur cream puff was so creamy and so good. So good in fact, that we could only allow ourselves one, for health reasons. The pastry chef is pretty famous, and I can see why!

    For people who love salads, the vegetables served were very fresh and very good quality. The vine tomatoes tasted practically like mandarin oranges! I need to know their source haha

    Many unique plants also featured in the salad buffet, it was a colorful, healthy, and tasty feast. I would return for the salad selection.

    The service was excellent. Each time we walked to the buffet table, our dishes and cutlery would be replaced, by invisible hands. It was truly service that did not intrude.

    The whole restaurant was also very quiet, a welcome respite from normally bustling buffets. Very suitable for a romantic occasion.

    Damage was about $130 for two pax, all taxes included. At this price, I don’t feel I ever want to return to normal big-spread buffets that have average food.

    We were late for our 2022 New Year booking but they were gracious to hold the table for us. We ordered the afternoon tea set. Variety was entertaining and the artisan’s creations tickled Bun Ma’s fancy – sweets were shaped like Moose heads and mini Xmas trees. Cute. We were given a list of exotic tea, coffee and chocolate to choose from. Taste wise was nothing to shout home about but the whole unrushed kaleidoscope of flavours experience for about $130 for two at a 5 star hotel on New Year’s Day really deserves 5 stars!

    I am absolutely surprised with the service level of the restaurant. The dishes are served timely and warm.

    Sourdough is crispy and my daughter loved them.

    Highlight of the dish are Muzi Chicken and Scottish Salmon. Desserts with sorbets are refreshing to warp the evening.

    Took the diner-buffet formula (one choice of main course and free flow appetizers and dessert) at S$64. The steak in my main course was great and perfectly cooked as required. Buffet was nice too – good cold cuts, cheeses and desserts (particularly enjoyed the cheesecake & red-velvet cake). Only issue was the madeleines, which were absolutely terrible – not just bland but had a really bad aftertaste that stayed in the mouth.

    Service was absolutely top notch – both friendly and very caring. Price wise this is about fair for what you get. Would definitely come back.

    The competition for the afternoon tea segment is tough, and this one is winning for service and ambience but not much on price and quality.

    We had afternoon tea here and the special Peranakan menu was quite alright. Certain items stood out while some items fell flat and Chef Audrey who came around to check on things took our comments in gracefully and offered replacements.

    The bar has a lovely “garden” outside with beautiful furnishing and even comes with swings to soak in the atmosphere. The service too is top notch as expected of a Four Seasons property. Would return just for a couple of drinks to enjoy the ambience and service again!

    Executive Pastry Chef Audrey Yee has done a great job putting together a varied selection of savouries and sweets that makes for a great Sunday afternoon tea. Many reviews and the bar’s own press descriptions will give you enough elaborations on the flavors to expect. Delightful on the visuals and the palate, the food was served on a nice dry ice display that kept some key components (like the Nama Chocolate and panna-cotta) cool. Be sure to consume the mousse and chocolate before they warm up too much.

    But of particular highlight would be their freshly baked vanilla as well as blackcurrant scones. No tea in would be complete without scones, and these are perfectly done. Light, mildly sweet, lightly buttery, these scones are not dense and dry like those in many other places. The house made clotted cream and lemon cream was perfect with them!

    For a place that prides itself for its outdoors, the bar unfortunately has quite a bit of mosquitoes, flies, heat/humidity, and even opportunistic mynahs – nothing too unusual in Singapore actually.

    Birthday Dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel- Main course is la carte servings whilst appertizers n desserts are buffet style. Cuisine offered is international and main courses include lamb cutlets, roast/pan fried beef, fish dishes- salmon steak n others. The cold dishes include seafood- cold prawns, melon with Parma ham, smoked salmon/tuna preserved cold cuts with figs and of course a huge salad bar with a wide range of greens. The variety was wide and well laid out. Seating was very comfortable and tables were well spread out. The ambience was relaxed and well suited for a slow paced dinner. Wine n alcoholic beverages were available but not inclusive in the dinner. For this spread, it was good value for price paid as much of the food was of good quality n fresh. It was also well cooked by chefs and delicious. Well recommended for groups n celebratory meals.

    I am very impressed with this lady staff Yan Yong, she really saved the night. Being a regular at 4 seasons and various hotels, I like to enjoy cocktails with friends. Unfortunately tonight I accidentally spilled off the glass and she came and replaced the cocktail free. The other 2 male staffs who did the cleaning didn’t even ask if I am okay, nor offer a glass of cold water. My friend next to me asked why. We were ready to leave and Yan Yong came and helped me to feel better. Accidentally spilling off a glass is already upsetting and it just got worse when staff were indifferent and didn’t offer help.

    We were staying at this hotel, and we changed it to the Marina Bay Sand… which we regret a lot.
    But we were going to eat at this restaurant anyway because we really liked its food and service.
    The deal is excellent!!!
    Next time we won’t change hotels.

    My friend brought me here on my birthday and I have to say, the service staff are incredibly attentive and they are so efficient! Furthermore, the food is super on point and the seafood, oh so fresh!!! I also enjoyed the sourdough bread and pumpkin soup (that came as our appetiser) so much that I requested for another sourdough bread! So much yum!!! The birthday cake surprise was an amazingly rich chocolate cake which I really LOVE! Would definitely come back again!

    Originally booked outside in Garden One Ninety but it’s right next to the road and very noisy. Moved inside which lacked atmosphere. It was OK. Service was OK. Food was OK. Did not like the naff sugar in the tables made it look cheap. Put a lid on it or in a pretty box so it’s not obviously diner packet sugar. Also some music would set some sort of ambience. Little things, big difference. Not sure I would bother again unfortunately.

    Excellent – went for lunch buffer, the food was lovely. Definitely recommend a visit.

    The decor on the other hand was not so appealing, even though recently renovated. Seemed to be outdated and confused.

    The heavy brass chairs were uncomfortable, especially as we were having the buffet.
