    Complements to all the staffs who made our staycation so pleasant. From warm reception during check in, nice and quick service at the lounge, even after check out as I had left a very important item but managed to retrieve back. Thank you and we hope to come back soon.

    Overall quite an okay stay. The hotel is very accessible from the Farrer Park MRT and just a few steps away from City Square Mall.

    From the point of arrival, the staff were ready to receive us and helped with the check-in promptly and professionally. They were kind to upgrade us to a higher floor and provided some fruits and cakes in the room as an IPrefer Elite member. The room is clean, felt welcoming and had all the necessary amenities. The room also has very large windows which offer a nice view of the surrounding Farrer Park area. Would be great if the door and walls are more soundproof.

    The facilities such as the gym and pool were excellent too, however note that the Adeva spa is now closed, hence we were not able to experience the spa and onsen facilities. Also breakfast could have more variety and be served in a proper restaurant rather than a make-shift eating area in the meeting rooms.

    I booked a “family deluxe room” for 2 nights to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I had some expectations as this hotel has raving reviews but tbh my check-in by Angelina was not very warm. She was not welcoming at all and after my friend shamelessly requested for a room upgrade as her birthday was the next day. she just replied with a nonchalant look with “we can only provide free cake but not tonight, only tomorrow” as we checked in late (it was almost 5pm). turns out the family deluxe room was the basic ‘mint den’ room at level 11. well perhaps I paid sgd380+ for 2 nights, guess its nothin like family deluxe room but just a king room with a sofa bed. our friend sent us a cake which we got the concierge to help us store, when we brought the cake down (almost 8pm), a small built bespectacled Chinese dude gave us an annoyed look when we requested for them to safekeep when I said i called and they allowed – he quickly said “you know you need to collect by tonight right” he never even explained on the indemnity form that my friend signed on. we came back ard 4am and thought we should collect the cake but another Chinese guy was very welcoming and when we asked if we can still keep the cake and collect in the morning, he was more than happy to do it. our room bed night light sensor is not working as it keeps flickering, technician came and took it out and said if we need it, we could fix it back haha. so guys when u book this family deluxe on it is really basic.

    The front desk named Vincent is very hospitable, knowledgeable and professional. He remained patient throughout our queries and conversation. His friendly demeanour is an asset to the hotel. One Farrer Hotel should have more staff like him! Good Job!

    Stayed here in 2019 and again this week. Pleased to see that the excellent service is still of the same or even better standard than before. The rooms are big and beautifully furnished, with excellent soundproofing. Would definitely return!

    Went on weekday, the hotel was not busy. Pool is big, but deeper than usual (1.5m). Good location: 7 eleven nearby, connected to hotel.

    Must walk about 7 minutes to Farrer park bus stop.

    Reception staff excellent MISS KIT IS amazing she gave me early check in and arrange surprise pastery for my anniversary she is amazing 10/10 to KIT
    BUT REALLY FEEL VERY BAD IN BREAKFAST MISS SHAM so rudely behaved at breakfast time I TRAVEL ALL OVER THE WORLD BUT NEVER SEE LIKE MISS SHAM WHILE DOING BREAKFAST SHE SAID TO ME AND MY HUSBAND WHY ARE YOU WEARING PAJAMAS NEXT TIME COME IN PROPER DRESS IS SHE TELL ME WHAT TO WEAR OR NOT !! Who is she to judge me on my clothes so much rude unprofessional girl even breakfast timings are upto 10:30 she is rude with other persons also who are coming at 10 !!
    I ALWAYS STAY IN 5 star but never see girl like her !!

    Room light is too dark for us.
    Bathrobe quality very poor, not comfortable.
    Shampoo and shower gel provide one only. hotel try to save, as cheap as possible)

    I booked this hotel independently, from UK. Very impressed, it is on the edge of little India right next door to the MRT STATION ( for easy travel around Singapore)
    Our room was on 13 floor with great views across the city.
    The hotel reception staff are very attentive, we arrived early – they had our room made up very quickly and were in it 3 hours early.
    They have two outside swimming pools, gym, conference rooms.
    A good hotel for the holidaying visitor or business guest.
    You will not be disappointed, Very reasonably priced.
    Go on book, you’ll enjoy.

    My wife and I had a two days stay at the Skyline suite for our wedding. Service standard from the staff is definitely one of the best that I have seen. Malek, Charles, Kelvin and his team were attentive and will attend to your request despite the busy schedules they have. We will definitely drop by here again!

    Luxurious hotel and not too expensive. Stayed 1 night. Check-in staff were amazing. Have us a free upgrade. Rooms are spacious. King-size bed. Everything in your room is automated via the TV remote. Staff are consistently helpful in a nice way. Breakfast buffet is vast and tasty but only setback is the cooked breakfast was cold or slightly warm. Other than that the hotel and facilities are great

    Sorry for giving one star as there isn’t zero star option !! Had a worst experience with the staff named ZAINI, such a manner less person I ever met.! And other staffs are also so impulsive n doesn’t know to handle customers in the right way for their requirements. I haven’t experienced this type of service in Singapore.

    We had a wedding reception on Saturday,May 14th.The food was very average and the dessert served was spoilt and tasted bitter. It resulted in severe stomach pains .

    We stayed in the mint den rooms and the rooms size was good for a family, The rooms has sofa cum bed and it was comfortable for the kids, the best part was that they were separated by a door, so you have your privacy even when you are with kids. The hotel is well connected and very close to the metro station. Lots of Indian restaurants in walkable distance.

    If you stay in #OneFarrerHotel, you will have very easy access to public transport (there was an MRT very close by) and it didn’t disappoint. Very modern room, clean and we were given a floor quite high up so we had good views of the surrounding area. The gym equipment were very well maintained and the pool area beautiful. We were quite surprised by the length of the pool – you can really do laps! Customer service was very good – all staff were friendly, approachable and happy to assist. Had a great check in and check out experience.

    Superb Hotel, really nice rooms with great view. Located close to Metro station, so really easy to get around in Singapore. The breakfast buffet gives a great choice between European and Asian dishes. The pool is super big and the staff at the pool bar is friendly. Can totally recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Singapore.

    We have a short staycation in Skyline suite, service provided was good especially by the staff Uncle Malek and Madam Joni, there’s good food in the lounge. The room is very spacious, very clean and nice city view. Also there are lots of parking and big swimming pool at Level 6 and level 18.Yuk Liong from room 2016

    This hotel was fantastic. Outstanding room, modern, very clean, great facilities, excellent service. Even the location is good, right next to the metro station and with a 7-eleven at the doorstep. Can’t ask for much more!

    We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly on our 5 night stay and would happily visit again.

    We really enjoy our stay here. Staff was helpful and friendly. We want to thank staff patrick for the smooth check in, sham for helping us when our card key could not work and the frontdesk staff who help with the wifi syncing and the lady who served us for breakfast which i forgot to ask for her name.     Everything was perfect! Super facilities, very clean rooms with complementary minibar and very rich breakfast. The hotel is very close to public transporation. Even though we arrived earlier than the scheduled check in, they offered us an early check in and room upgrade! The pool is really nice for relaxing and the gym is excellent.
    Last but not least the staff of the hotel is really kind and helpful.

    Escape cafe had credit card discount. Pork ribs were good. Steak was alright. The tomatoes in plum juice as a side dish, were too sweet for us. Peppercorn sauce was interesting and good for me.

    Service at the Skyline lounge by Mr Malek was immaculate. I was thoroughly impressed with his efficiency and his warm personality. He will take the effort to remember his patrons name. Thank you Mr Malek!

    The Mint room assigned to us was posh and clean with excellent view of the city.

    The only small issue faced was the noise level at night from the neighbours shouting/laughing is not desirable but it was beyond control from the hotel side. Overall it was an excellent stay.

    Nice and comfortable stay. We stay in family den rooms. Staff was very cooperative. We reached early around 10 in the morning and after handing over our luggage at reception, we go straight for sight seeing. After we came back, our rooms were kept ready. Checkin was smooth. Situated near to MRT and 7-11 store. Breakfast was having good choices. Enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. Room service was excellent with complimentary cold drinks, peanuts and chips. Highly recommended for stay.

    Booked the premier room in mint hotel with club access. We were checked in late due to our room not being ready at 3pm on weekend, but we was automatically given a late check out. We were also invited to the lounge to have coffee and snacks while waiting. We were attended by Mr Malek. We are truly impressed with his service. He constantly checked on us and our room availability. He is very attentive and friendly and patient. He made an effort to remember and addresses us by our names. Meeting Malek was the best part of the staycation. The breakfast lunch and dinner in club lounge was awesome, simple yet delicious. Swimming pool was clean and doesn’t smelly of chlorine. Our room view is nice too, bed and pillow is comfortable. Hotel is close to mrt station with alot of eatery.

    My wife and I stayed here for our one year wedding anniversary. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. They even surprised us with some cake for our anniversary! The hotel is very clean and modern, and easily located near all of the main attractions— there is an MRT station in the building, or a short GrabCar ride. The breakfast that is included is very extensive and has a ton of choices from both local and western cuisines. This is a 5 star hotel and experience, without the 5 star price. I highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

    Members were friendly and accommodating. Joni Ng was exceptional in looking after my needs, making recommendations for tea (Given I can’t take caffeine) and she always made us feel welcomed. Rooms are of a great size. Toilets were spacious. Hotel is well Maintained.

    I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. What a wonderful experience we’ve had here . When we arrived here earlier, we were greeted by the friendly staff at the counter, check in was easy and they give us early check in option which was generous. Then we were told they can upgrade our room to the premium. The room were great, I couldn’t think of anything to complaint. I really enjoyed our stay here. I’ve stayed at differnt hotels in Singapore and most of the time you don’t get what you really paid for but this hotel is an exception. I’ll definitely return back here when I revisit Singapore next time!

    Had my parents stay here in Nov 2018 and the hotel reception staff was not at all accommodating. They gave the smallest room and did not do much when we asked to change the room. Just the location is convenient but if the staff does not value customers, not sure people would like to stay.

    All the hotel facilities are fantastic. I could not find anything dirty. Being in the heart of downtown gave us the opportunity to explore the city. We had clean towels each day. I met great ***y friendly people. Easy to get taxi to go out. Transportation in the area was pretty easy.

    Planning a wedding in the midst of Covid19 may be stressful for couples, but our wedding coordinator, Elith has helped us a lot throughout the preparation. Besides updating us on latest regulations from time to time, she responded to our questions timely and catered to our special requests whenever possible. She managed to arrange an AV testing in advance upon request. We just left it to the hotel on the actual day itself, and everything was well taken care of. The florist they were collaborating with, Floral Singapore, did a good job in decorating the ballroom and assisted us to put up a piece of signage.

    We chose OFH over the other hotels mainly because of their grand ballroom. The package offered was quite competitive, which included free-flow of beer and wine. Our guests were satisfied with the food served as well.

    The bridal suite provided was huge and comfy, both of us enjoyed the stay, especially the skyline lounge. Thumbs up!

    Second time staying at this hotel for its central location and great service. Shoutout to Yong Jie at the front desk who has been excellent at attending to us on both occasions. Best things about this hotel in my opinion are the beautiful pool area, the quality of bed linen, and the Ondeh Ondeh cake you can order from the confectionary at ground floor.

    Great place to stay despite being next to a Hospital. Stayed one night in the Mint Room. Room size is ok for me. Full window with good view. TV with international movie channels and news.
    Room amenities provided is ample. Hand sanitizer and wipes provided in the room, very thoughtful. Bathroom is a little bit small. Toiletries provided. Toilet comes with attached bidet.

    Check-in is a breeze. Staff is friendly and approachable.

    Pool is open from 8am-8pm, booking is needed.

    Restaurant is at level 6 with a poolside bar.

    Parking is available. If you’re riding, you can park at the hospital lobby level. (Need to provide contact details and room number.)

    A new modern hygienic hotel, conveniently located within walking distance to Farrer Hospital and MRT station. Closest mall is City Square Mall within 5 mins walking distance. Room looks new and clean. Loft rooms quite fun for the kids.

    Did a Staycation in August 2020 over a weekend, checked in and got upgraded to a bigger room. Also has executive lounge privileges (which was already part of the package that I paid for) but I have to compliment the staff at the lounge as they were very attentive and gave very good service. Not my first time staying but I felt that the excellent service from the reception, to the lounge and housekeeping, is commendable. I will definitely stay here again as it is one of my favourite hotels to do a staycay in.

    The most important issue of the hotel is most of the staff from various departments do not have an idea what a guest would expect from a true “5 star” hotel.

    1. We booked for 7 days stay during Feb 2022 because the hotel claimed is a “staycation approved 5 star hotel ”, so we don’t expect guest who been Covid isolated would stay in the same hotel.
    2. The check- in is perfect and we have been upgraded to the 18th floor and assigned a connecting twin room (a side door connecting to the next room).
    3. The TV was out of order on 2nd day and the technician came in the room with shoes on and couldn’t fix the problem.
    4. On the 3rd day we found the next door is hanging with takeaway food (with smell) and we can hear the guest next room keep coughing , we then ask the night shift lady manager and she told us the next room guest is VTL traveler and waiting for the Covid test result. She said all the twin room were connecting room so unable to arrange another room for us with a confront attitude. She said all front doors have gap to allow viruses come in the room anyway so no need to worry whether it is a connecting room.
    5. The sensor light for one of the switch was keep flashing for the whole night on 4th night . Another technician came next day with a pair of wet shoes on and tried to fix the problem but with no success except leaving the dirt marks on the wall and said will follow after he reports to his senior. No follows afterward of course.
    6. The lady who in charge of the “technical room” (computer room) was disappear at 11 am on the 7th day and all three computers were unable to work. A gentlemen staff trying to call her with no success then he was kind enough to bring his own laptop computer for me to do the printing . I appreciated for his help but this is not what I expect for a 5 star hotel.
    7. When we waiting for check out, the reception staff keep discussing issues with staff seems from another department and totally ignore my existence until I interrupt their conversation after 5 minutes.

    The hotel promptes itself as hotel and spa on various booking sites. They don’t have a spa. Just a swimming pool… Mediocre cafe for breakfast which they charge $35 for…..and given that location is far from everything you will end up paying a lot in time and taxi fares to get around Singapore.. last time starting here.

    The hotel is quite nicely located, close enough to quite a few restaurants and things to do.
    Lobby is quite nice and the pool was probably the highlight

    The bedroom is so so. The bed was not too comfortable and I have to say the sheets were really not to my taste, personal preference I guess
    At the reception, the staff was not super friendly neither helpful. We were just a transaction which is quite a disappointment to say the least in such a 5 star hotel.

    Pretty disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Service staff are not very well trained. Concierge does not really help and lacks basic courtesy of a service crew. Sound proofing in room is very bad and alot of the things are in poor conditions in the room (eg. sink is choked, wardrobe door doesn’t close properly, blinds are defective)

    Mint Room on 18th floor was well-equipped and had an interesting view of the other side of Little India, looking out over Owen Road and beyond. Excellent rain shower. Service at Skyline Lounge impeccable, but there were no vegetarian cocktail snacks. Breakfast was very good, with eggs made just as ordered.

    We booked the Minte suite and we were upgraded to a Premier suite that has a bath tub and lounge access service with 3 meals provided! The facilities are equivalent to MBS!
    It’s brand new and their bathrooms give the resort Spa feels. Loved it!
    They have their own poolside bar! Awesome!

    Hotel conveniently located next to Farrer Park MRT station, offering the usual services you would expect in a 5* hotel. I spent 3 nights, comfortable room and nice views from it (If I’m not wrong it was on the 14th floor).

    However, there were a couple of aspects that did not meet the expected standard:

    Swimming Pool:

    On the first day, there was just one towel available (we needed 2 of them).

    On the second day, no available towels: asked them to the pool staff and told me to wait a couple of minutes: 20+ minutes later apparently they forgot about them… and all of a sudden, two workers started doing some maintenance in the jacuzzi area (in the opening hours). Result: I had to walk all the way down to my room completely wet. This should not be happening in this sort of hotel!

    Cleaning: On the first day, our room was not done until 6pm! I find it rather late, not only for a 5* but for any sort of hotel…

    We enjoyed the 2D1N stay at the hotel.The staffs very friendly, helpful and kind.We reached early and without any hesitation early checkin was provided.
    Food: Even though we missed dine in, the food was more than enough. The staff made sure we had enough food .We had light lunch upon check in (Asian bento set + fruits with choice of drink , extra drinks are always available). You will definitely feel satisfied and full.
    Before you feel hungry , drink and dinner will be served(Asian cuisine +dessert+wine+juice+fruits)You will never go starving.Morning we had a good english bfast +salad+fruits+pastries.Coffee maker is available in room.They were kind enough to ask whether we need lunch on the checkout day also.
    Swimming Pool: We enjoyed the swimming pool at lvl 6 (very big ,clean). It was not at all crowded.If you are planning a stay dont miss the pool.
    Premium Mint Room was clean and had a view with all facilities available except bathtub.

    Will definitely go back again when dine is available and may try a bit more luxurious room with bath tub/ jacuzzi 😉

    Hotel room was very clean, comfortable and had an amazing city view. The location is perfect with MRT about a 2 minute walk away. Mall is also very close if you have need any last minute items. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Girlfriend had left her sunglasses at the pool, we realized this long after the pool had closed. With checkout the next morning at 5am this was very stressful. The staff quickly went down to the pool in the dark, retrieved the glasses and returned them to us.

    Will be staying here again next year during our visit to Singapore. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

    My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at One Farrer Hotel and Spa. The hotel is modern and clean with spacious rooms. My bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the rain shower in the bathroom. All the amenities you’d expect in a luxury hotel we present. I even enjoyed the complimentary chips, peanuts, gummy bears and Cokes but my favorite was the breakfast in the morning. So many choices and excellent quality.

    Excellent stay at the Skyline Hotel in June this year. The big pool was great and I had an enjoyable swim but the smaller pool beside the Skyline Lounge was freezing. Malek and his team at the Skyline Lounge were very attentive and offer personalized service. Malek was extremely courteous and took the extra mile to remember our names and room number during our stay there. Give this man a promotion!

    When there at 31st July due to 1 of the previous company store manager which his son is 1 years old for celebration his birthday, I like how the service was when I enter the entrance and also went I went to the function room which I almost couldn’t find there was service staff who assisted me where is was being held. Nice environment air con was just nice. Food was ready to be served for lunch, food wise was ok except the bobo cha cha was sweet the rest of the main course, soup, salad was good cook. Easy location to find the hotel. Nice and clean environment. Maybe 1 day might book and give a try for me and my mom.

    Went to the Singapore Latin Extravaganza at this hotel. Great venue with high ceiling ballroom and satisfactory acoustics system. Only problem is the plastic tapes covering the gap at the floorboard which can be dangerous. Nevertheless, good valued buffet and overall a great experience!

    First off, the location is great, close to train station. Stayed there last January for couple nights at skyline with lounge access and the service was superb. Room was immaculately clean, nice selection of pillows, and complimentary snacks. Fahdel and Malek at the lounge was very welcoming and friendly. The service was personalized and even helped me set up a birthday surprise for my friend. The restaurant at the ground floor has more selection of food from Indian, Western and Chinese, but it could get pretty crowded during breakfast. Poolside bar at the lower floor was chill and serves good cocktails. Indoor jacuzzi was quite relaxing.

    Location is perfect. Public transit is readily available. Free wifi is just another nice perk. Drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel. Front desk clerk was extremely helpful in helping me with a special request. What struck me was the good size of the room. The room was always very clean.

    My grandma and I recently stayed at the Mint Premier Room for three nights. I was surprised to find the room different to the pictures on the hotel website. Nevertheless, the room was fairly clean and comfortable and simple buffet meals were provided three times a day. However, there were a few things I didn’t like:

    – the automatic opening and closing of the blinds and the TV: I had to ask the hotel to fix one of the blinds and turn the automatic function off as it got caught and it came apart while opening automatically. The TV turning on automatically also bothered us especially when it turned on and woke my grandma when I entered the room.

    – the room had a red ceiling light that didn’t have a switch and was constantly on

    – the bathroom and powder room/wardrobe area lights turn on as one unit: this bothered us because there was no door to separate the bed from the powder room/wardrobe area. This meant that every time one uses the bathroom in the middle of the night, the other person in the room gets disturbed by lights.

    – being made of MDF and being attached only to the ceiling, the sliding door leading to the toilet and shower swayed and was loud and difficult to open and close

    – the mini fridge was temperamental and the hotel did not replace it upon request

    – the glass cover on tables had sharp, chipped edges that I had to tape up to prevent an accident

    – housekeeping staff did not clean the floor thoroughly

    Overall, we had a fair experience at the hotel. We both expected a better quality given the high price the hotel charged and the 5-star status of the hotel.

    Nest at One Farrer was great! Both Benjamin and the lady serving us were very attentive and polite. Food-wise, it would really depend on what you order as some dishes stood out more than others. I will recommend the Home Cured Salmon, both my fiancé and I agree that it was the best dish. I will recommend this place to my friends who would like a private dining experience.

    Went there for a professional event. Service personnel friendly and efficient. The signages were clear and it makes it easy to find the way to the Conference venue.     We had a perfect bachelorette staycation at one farrer’s suite! Room was clean with a great view, food at club lounge was adequate though the space might be a bit tight so you could either takeaway to your room or head down to the escape restaurant for the same food. Common pool was big while the club pool was private enough, we didn’t have to make a booking during the weekend.

    But what I really wanted to commend was the service of the staff, from the front desk to the club lounge/restaurant, in particular the reservations manager Brian Ong. We were thrown off twice by the sudden imposition of government regulations but Brian’s flexibility and prompt response to resolve (we had to change the date twice) always put us at ease. Service during our stay was excellent, everyone we interacted with was extremely polite and warm/genuine. We were so impressed by their service standard and felt that it was even better than some other branded 5 stars hotel.

    The rooms are very value for money considering the impeccable service you get. Will definitely be back again!

    The location is cant access to orchard by walk. You can use taxi to orchard, so far everywhere not too farfrom singapore, taxi around 10-19 SGD.
    But there are close mall from farer park, it is city square mall.
    The service is very good and friendly, breakfast ok. Room is clean.
    It is side by side with the hospital. So if you need to go to farrer park hospital, it is a good choice to stay here or you can choose across the hospital. Holiday inn little india

    Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights January 2020. Excellent hotel and above excellent staff especially on reception, the Concierge and restaurant. Couldn’t have been more helpful, welcoming and caring. Buffet food in the restaurant was varied, beautifully presented and very tasty. First time that I have had a Chef help and encourage me to taste such a large variety of food. Rooms were spacious, very clean and serviced daily. Will definitely stay again when visiting Singapore.     We had terrible experience staying at this facility from 23-24th Feb. We were on our honeymoon and one of the managers offered us access to their lounge. We checked again if we have the access and they said we do. When we went to their lounge for dinner, their staff stopped us, with our food in our hands, and said that she’ll have to check if we have access to the lounge. Extremely rude and insensitive behaviour. Not sure if the staff did it because we are from India or what but she basically implied that we shouldn’t be there.

    Zero courtesy and zero basic mannerism. We felt really disrespected and had to cancel all our evening plans because we weren’t in the mood to go out.

    Decent view with proper work desk, comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Coffee machine is provided for your daily dose of caffeine. Certain areas of the hotel were being renovated so the aisle was quite dusty. Breakfast was average with mainly Chinese and western cuisines.

    Wanted to stay at One Farrer as I saw the good reviews and that they had good service. Turns out it wasn’t that good for me. I wanted book a room through a third party app as they were working together and I was instructed to email their reservations team. Emailed once on 1st Nov, and then a second time to confirm my booking but did not get a reply for almost a week. Went down to the hotel only to be told that I have to go back first, make an email to their enquiry team and if there was no reply, give them a call. Called them, they said they saw my email and will reply by 8th Nov 3pm. It’s 9th Nov 2:48pm with no reply and the intended room that I want to book has already been taken. Not staying here anymore and I can’t get to experience their hotel stay sadly. Just had to put this out there. Still not sure why I couldn’t book on the spot in the hotel even without the third party app.

    We had our wedding in 2020 at One Farrer Hotel. The service and the food was superb. Everything was so perfect that we decided to come back for staycation after a year to celebrate our anniversary. The staff even prepared a cake for us and the view from the hotel was amazing. Highly accessible to the MRT station, without having the need for an umbrella, is one of the factors that allow us to choose One Farrer as our first choice. A well-deserved 5-stars hotel.

    Excellent location with regards to connectivity to public transport. Service during breakfast was mainly pretty unprofessional and it seemed that the hotel processes are not fully established and optimised yet. Behaviour would be more suitable for a youth hostel (e.g. obviously playing on the phone in customer-facing roles while customers are present).
    Some of the elements in the standard room are pretty dated and should be replaced.

    Initially we wanted to give 3 stars, but Kelsie, the receptionist, single-handedly saved the review with her extremely professional and customer-oriented reaction and proactive pointers for our departure day. This was the first time that One Farrer felt like a 5 star hotel.

    My recommendation would be to improve the hotel processes and invest in staff trainings.

    I contemplated about what to write for this review. I enjoyed my stay in the skyline studio with 2 Queen beds and a view towards downtown Singapore. I am not sure due to a lack or publicity or whether people avoid staycationing so near a hospital but there were really very few people staying in the hotel over the weekend. It is a plus since I got to use the Lap pool at level 6 all to myself. There were also plenty of opportunities to use the hotel Spa Facilities like the Heated Jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna. The rooms are lovely with high ceiling and full glass windows. The oversized toilets with bathtub is really grand. The overall design of the hotel is well balanced with alot of mirrors that makes spaces look big. Hotel corridors are filled with artworks which makes strolling through the levels feel like visiting an art gallery.

    The service at the skyline lounge was impeccable. We were served by malek, joni, rumi who are not just great waiter and waitresses but also very well informed about the operations of the hotel. We posed challenging questions and requests which they managed to answer promptly. They are active in serving us the light meals and refilling my tea. I had lots of the twg tea there!

    However it took me a week of comtemplating to actually pen down my thoughts because there are shortcomings in making my stay comparable to that of other better 5 star hotels like Fullerton or Kempinski. The key was the club lounge food provision. I guess there is a stark difference. The club lounge isn’t designed to be as posh or refined as other places. Previously it served its 5 light meals in buffet style but now its ala carte with only 4 items. The items are mostly still prepared in the buffet trays and served to the diners by the waiters. So there’s literally no plating (and initially they put all the items on 1 plate)
    Next is the type of items served are not refined. It lacks the finesse and instead featured common party foods.the quality of food is not consistent over my stay mainly due to the different varity of food served. With some inquiry, we realised that the food were prepared by a central kitchen which serves both the hotel lounge, some of the offerings at Escape Buffet Restaurant, as well as the hospital. The cakes and desserts were great because – same pastry chef as the bakery.

    I suppose it may be worth considering cutting down the 5 light meals to offer the standard 3 meals (breakfast, tea and evening canapés) with increased variety and quality. Like having a dessert plate with the dinner menu will effectively increase number of items from 4 to 6.

    I don’t drink alcohol but champagne is like the symbol of luxury. Without it, the lounge seem like it just isn’t as posh as it was meant to be.

    Then is the utensils and plates. They are colourful, supposedly following the artwork hanging on the walls. It makes it really fun for families, but just lack that bit of refinement to a 5 star lounge service.

    There was no turndown service. The bed while soft wasn’t that comfortable to sleep in.

    Then there is ongoing renovations. However it is questionable why they are going for vinyl flooring on the skyline levels.

    There were alot of lost opportunities, so I was trying very hard to convince myself there was good value in my staycation. Overall the hotel has lots to explore and provide and it really just need that bit more to level itself up to be comparable to other 5 Star hotels.

    This is my first time staying in One Farrer Hotel. As a skyline guest, I have access to the skyline lounge, private swimming pool at level 18 as well as the 24/7 workout facility at level 19. The outdoor pool and 24/7 workout facility at level 6 are much bigger and spacious with more hotel guests but the crowd is okay.

    Special mention to Staff Mr Malek at the skyline lounge. He is always attentive and has made my breakfast experience a wonderful one. As a lifestyle hotel focusing on guest wellness and health, One Farrer Hotel has done a fairly good job. The swimming pool and gym is huge, the room decor is contemporary and modern. One area of improvement is the food. The breakfast options could have been better.

    I stayed at the One Farrer hotel during my visit to Singapore. The staff here were excellent. The rooms were quite good. The good thing about this hotel is that it is located near Little India, where you can get a wide variety of Indian cuisine. They even have a Seven-Eleven store located outside the hotel. The only downside to this hotel is its breakfast. They literally have the “same breakfast items” daily. Only one vegetarian curry is new daily. Other than that, everything is the same from sweets to vegetarian to non-vegetarian items, and that is the only reason for deducting one star. If they added variety to the breakfast, this hotel definitely deserves a perfect 5-star.

I have emailed numerous hotels for availability and while other hotels disappoint me, this ONE FARRER HOTEL did not and instead amazed me with their excellent service from the day I checked the availability until my overseas colleague check-out.     The pool was amazing. Wasn’t crowded at all when we went, in fact we managed to get the whole pool to ourselves. There’s a private pool for skyline residents! But I would say the pool at level 6 is so much better.

    Very new and neat hotel with the convenience of subway and proximity to some tourist attractions, like little India, and good food (bak kut teh!). This hotel is integrated with medical centre and hospital, great for foreigners coming to Singapore to receive medical services. What is unqiue about this hotel that I was first impressed with is the carpark. It is so generously spaced that every single lot is almost as big as a standard size handicap lot!

    Stayed here many times with family. Not happy at all with the rooms service.
    Cleanliness needs to improve. Twice after room was cleaned it smelled really really bad. Hair still in the bathroom.
    Beds not made properly. I even complained twice. Behind the doors there was dirt. Wouldn’t expect all this from a 5star hotel.
    Coffee mugs never replaced. Once room is cleaned the same old used coffee cups are kept. It was like I was expected to wash it everytime I used it
    Thrice the tv got stuck had to keep calling for someone to come and fix it but wasn’t done immediately either and had to call them again.

    Breakfast could be improved. It was the same menu continously for 10 days , some different options would be appreciated. Staff at breakfast not too friendly it’s as if they are doing us a major favour serving us.
    Would like to come back as its a very convenient location but provided service improves.

    Staff at the reception is excellent. Very kind and helpful.

    Skyline hotel is awesome! The view is very good and the room is spacious. We opted for the club room access benefit and it was the best decision made.     I having staycation with my son on Sunday 13 March 2022. The moment I step in the hotel very cleaning and beautiful. The staff all at was very friendly and helpful too. We are very happy stay over One Farrer Hotel. Deal to this covid-19 we didn’t book swimming pool but the views was beautiful. The breakfast or dinner the food was so yummy. I enjoy a lot the red wine and we both have a lot relaxing on the hotel

    Wonderful hotel. Great place to stay. The service here is superb and it is easy to pick up all the effort they put into the finer details of this place. The scents, decor, everything is meticulously set up to make for an enjoyable and hospitable experience. The team at this hotel work hard to make sure the guests enjoy their stay.     Stayed at the loft suites for two nights. Rooms were amazing; modern fittings with artistic touches. Having the hotel situated next to a MRT is a huge plus, which allows for easy access around Singapore. Staff were sincere and friendly with room service being wonderful as well. The facilities provided by the hotels are amazing as well, from the fitness center to the pool. Would definitely recommend a stay there, for the price and value offered.

    The Hotel is situated at the area known as Little india. Our room was at 12th floor. The room was spacious and well maintained. The staff were polite. The only thing that bothered me was very limited breakfast menu. Everything else was good.

    Room: Bathroom Door lock is spoiled and there’s some mini fly in the room.

    Reservation: once I booked my room, I emailed them for confirmation and add in my sharer name, No reply so I did a follow up. Assistant Manager- Ms Li told me to provide my booking details (Which I already sent in my first email) I asked her to double check and prior to my check in no reply for the Assistant manager- Ms Li. Disappointment.

    I had a one night stay at the Mint Den. I loved the room very much. It was spacious. The small area near the door was great for watching TV. I also noticed that the room was very big on mirrors, with at least 3 full length mirrors. There was also a great seating space by the window. I was impressed that they had a panel by the desk to connect to the TV. Unfortunately, the HDMI port was not working.
    Breakfast was a confusing affair. There were signs for an ‘escape’ restaurant. But it turned out breakfast was to be had in the ballroom. There was also a mix up, where I was told breakfast was not included in my stay. The menu is pretty standard. For starters, a cup of yogurt, a bowl of cut fruits, a croissant, a danish and two slices of bread. The main was eggs in a style of your preference. It came with bacon which was way too salty. There was also a pancake, which made me feel that the whole meal was way too carb-heavy.
    Facilities-wise, the gym is accessible 24/7, but you would need to make a booking and obtain the key from the front desk. The pool is on the sixth floor too. The rectangular shape makes for good lap swimming.

    – Excellent location, very close to a train station and only a short ride away from key locations.
    – Huge swimming pool.
    – Extra bed in the room was perfect for small kids.

    – Buffet breakfast was extremely disappointing. Very limited range, and not what is expected of a 5 (or even 4) star hotel. Do not stay at this hotel if you are expecting a typical 5 star hotel buffet breakfast.
    – Housekeeping wasn’t great. Only 2 towels supplied for a room booked for 4 people. Didn’t change visibly dirty sheets. Swept but didn’t vacuum.
    – 1 of the 2 TVs in the room didn’t work at all.
    – Electric blinds that randomly opened and closed for no apparent reason.
    – Asked multiple times for broken things in the room to be fixed, but they weren’t.
    – Pool parties (paid events with alcohol) at the pool every weekend, which made it unsuitable for small kids after around 5pm.

    I was here for SHN for 6 days. A nice room, lots of space but the food and service was miserable. Most meals arrived cold, some had been outside my door for 1-2 hours as they didn’t ring the bell. I ordered some hotel food which was better but often arrived in bits. See the pic of a cake which came as a gift.
    TV kept going off every 10-15 mins. Housekeeping came twice to fix but it remained an issue. Calling reception or housekeeping was a real battle of wits and they are often very rude.

    The staff was extremely friendly n the warm service they had provided made the stay totally enjoyable. The hotel room is clean, facilities were great. The Covid-19 measurements implemented made me feel safe and the cleaness overall was impressive. The spa services was good and had a good massage!

    Beautiful rooms, friendly staff. The rooms felt small, but other than that, everything was great. It’s comfortable, right in the center (especially if you like Indian food), has a 7-11 and an MRT extremely close by (one minute by walk). It’s very accessible and convenient.

    I was having a staycation on Dec 12. We came down for a breakfast and the waiter told us that they do not have a table for 4 and ask us to go the level 6 for breakfast instead and told us that breakfast is ending at 1030am when we were told it was 11am by the front desk. I asked if we can combine the empty table and they said that they can’t do it due to safe distancing but we can wait at the side for our table which is part of the dining area. So what’s the safe distancing rules here when we are waiting within the same area? The waiter was rude and impatient. He kept asking us to go to level 6 instead Of welcoming us. Not very hospitable.

    Staff are super nice. They greet u everytime u see them and engages in small talk. Rooms are awesome, luxurious yet cozy, good balance of both. Amenities are great too. Breakfast is arguably the best part though. Would recommend to everyone.

    Good upmarket rooms if slightly on the petite side. Friendly helpful staff. Located above the Farrer MRI station making getting around easy. Farrer station also sells the Singapore Tourist Pass for the MRI at select times. Has a large outdoor swimming pool

    One of a kind experience at this hotel! The room was pretty tiny but very neat layout to maximize the space. Most of all the breakfast buffet blew us away! All freshly made, squeezed and brewed just for us and served with perfection. Wide selection was available from Asian to western. Our favorite was duck congee (porridge) ️ Literally we would grab a bowl one after another until the whole pot runs out. Staying at this hotel made our trip to Singapore one of the most memorable and fun trips in our lives. Keep up the good work. I HIGHLY recommend it!

    Leaving my review of the stay here:
    – stayed for 1 night, solo
    – got the mint den (w breakfast included) room. Reception staff informed that my supposed room wasn’t ready yet upon checking-in, so they upgraded me to the highest floor. View was amazing there!
    – the room was very spacious that i didnt feel it was constrained for 1 person to stay in (also probably caused it was meant for 2 ppl and not 1 hahaha)
    – basic amenities were all provided for. Even had a coffee machine
    – the bed was very comfortable and had a good sleep. Not really a fan of soft pillows but the bed was still comfortable
    – bathroom was also great, loved the rain shower especially
    – went early for the breakfast and it was alright! They provided eggs, prata, salad, yogurt and fruits (as starters), and a small plate of 3 different types of bread.

    Overall, I enjoyed the stay at One Farrer Hotel and I feel the room is big enough for 2 ppl to live in. There was plenty of space to move around and u can even relax while sitting at the foyer! also liked that it is near the mrt station (exit A of Farrer Park MRT and turn left and it’s already the hotel), location is near to dhoby ghaut aka town area. Would suggest checking-in on a weekday instead of weekend. Also would like to say that the staff were very friendly and would kindly answer to all your enquiries! (Good that every level has a telephone to communicate with operator, which is located just near the lift, making it easier for hotel guests to communicate)

    Great hotel but room has no sound proof.

    Staff are friendly and helpful. Great outdoor swimming pool on 6/F; the swimming pool on 18/f is quite small. Good breakfast with lots of food to choose from.

    Farrer part MRT station is only 2 minutes walk away. 5 minutes walk to City Square Mall where there are shops, supermarket, restaurants and food court inside.

    Staying on 19/F skyline room. Room is clean and modern. Free mini bar is a bonus. However, there’s no sound proof between rooms. My husband and I could hear clearly the neighbor talking quite loud, it disturbed our sleep at night. Apart from this, overall is a very good hotel.

    The room is clean and elegant. Like the free minibar items (just soft soda) and the free snacks. Room service is very lacking, they would often forget things like your drinks or condiments or napkins. When asked to bring up extra glasses or tea cups or water bottles they would always ask “Don’t you already have some in your room? Why do you need more?”. Overall, you get a good price for your room but you don’t even get close to the service you would expect from a 5-star hotel.

    Not many know One Farrer Park Hotel has the second largest outdoor pool in Singapore, when Asst F&B Manager Patrick gave a tour of the ballroom and outdoor facility when we were checking out the Hotel.
    There is also another small pool exclusive to Sky Lounge (similar to Club) guests.

    One night staycation wrapped up beautifully with the upgrade from skyline studio to skyline suite room 1903. How not to thank Front Desk Executive Diana for her friendly demeanor and for assigning a room that wows its guests.
    It offers city view and a huge bathroom with bathtub and a separate standing shower. Only suite numbers ending 03 have the huge bathroom.
    Seek and minimalist room design with art pieces showcasing local and overseas talents.
    Massive 55″ or 65″ (unsure) Samsung TV that you can stream movies with screen mirroring for moviemarathon too!
    Cleanliness is tip top and they have taken away carpets in their bid to remove potential nest for contaminants.

    The Sky Lounge opens all day amidst covid-19 pandemic. (Some hotels had to adjust their club hours due to costs and manpower constraints)
    Sky Lounge guests are served with Breakfast, Light Lunch and Cocktail Dinner. Small bites but enough for small eaters and you can repeat your orders for your favourite dishes to fill you up.
    You won’t be go hungry with the friendly lounge executives Wan Yee and Joni who will attentively provide your needs too!
    Have a chat with these loyal and dedicated staffs and you will learn there is more to the hotel than bed and breakfast.
    I look forward to returning 3 or 4 years later to see to the fruition of the Durian Tree planted at their organic garden on level 7 (currently closed to public due to covid-19).

    5 stars! This hotel is incredible, because the rooms are so glamorous and fantastic! I really like their king size bed because it’s so comfortable and super wide! The bathrooms were also well-maintained and clean. The foods on their buffet was also delicious and I really like their pool. The accommodation was 100% good and the staffs were hands on to their work

    This is one of the best hotel I stayed in Singapore for staycation so far. Environment is quiet and view is great. Bed is very comfy and pack all necessary items. Breakfast is not great but decent enough. City square is nearby to tabao food n do some shopping. Best part is free parking which many Sg hotels don’t offer these days. For the price, the CP value is unbeatable.

    Was there for a conference. Plentiful car park lots. Access was easy. Food for the event were tasteful. However, after the event, lift was slow. It seems like for the grand ballroom level, it feels like only one lift is serving that floor so took a while to leave.

    Spent 3 nights here for a business trip and here’s my experience with One Farrer Hotel.

    The Room:
    Nice ambient with full glass view. Most importantly, the housekeeping has done a good job in making schedule cleaning for my room.

    Not much choices. The hotel must look into add more menu for the breakfast.

    Conference Hall:
    One of the worst I have ever encounter. The internet is very slow.

    Called the hotel a couple of times with various queries before booking and all the staff who answered were always so patient and accommodating. Book the Lotus Villa for a birthday celebration and the experience from check in to check out was excellent. Angeline helped us with the smooth check in and is very friendly and nice. She extended the lounge access to all 5 of my family members instead of the initial 2. The staff at the executive lounge Malek, was also friendly and helpful. Check out was done by Naran (if I rmbr correctly) and he too was very accommodating and helpful. Angeline also took the time to ask us about our experience while we were checking out. Overall, a very good experience and my guests and my family truly enjoy ourselves at the villa. Will definitely be back again!

Hotel coordinator Felinda is experienced and very helpful in answering all our queries and try her best to accommodate to our requests. Special highlight to Mr Malek for his top notch customer service during our visits to the skyline lounge! He is super attentive to the guests and keep checking out whether we need to top up the drinks and etc. Please give Mr Malek a promotion , his wonderful marvellous service definitely needs to be recognised.     I had my wedding in Sep with OFH. I would give a 6 stars out of 5 stars. I am really amazed and impressed by their services

    Fantastic, my guests all love the food and they even feedback to say that they love it

    I had a hard time finding a nice & affordable hotel to host my wedding until I chance upon OFH. There is a big foyer with 2 big LED screen in the foyer. There is no in between pillars inside the ballroom which makes March in beautiful and guests have an unblocked view of the wedding. There is also smoke machine + amazing light & sound system

    Super good, I was well attended by the staff and banquet manager (i didn’t manage to catch his name) on that day and I really appreciate the prompt response from Amelia before the wedding. The banquet manager even came up to us after our wedding to ask if all is okay. Amelia even came down to help us check out on her off day

    Skyline lounge
    There was a private event at the Level 18 (which is the actual skyline lounge level). Thus it got shifted to level 6. Free food and drinks were served. We were attended by Malek. He was so experience and explain to us what the hotel has. I really enjoyed the conversation with him. Food was also good

    There is a very nice and well equipped gym but we never got a chance to use

    I really enjoyed my stay and I never regretted having my wedding with OFH. I will definitely come back again to have my staycation.

    I was there for a 3D2N staycation in their Skyline Studio with access to their exclusive Skyline lounge. From the start of my stay to my departure, everything was fantastic! Staff were courteous, professional and would go the extra mile to deliver excellent service.

    At their executive lounge, I met Malek who gave me a detailed introduction to the services available which greatly helped me plan my rest of the stay at the hotel. With access to the lounge, I was able to enjoy complimentary breakfast, lunch and evening cocktails. Superb! While One Farrer Hotel has an Olympic-size pool at Level 6, I also got to enjoy the exclusive rooftop swimming pool just next to their lounge. They do have 24/7 workout facilities which I did not utilized as I was just there to pig out.

    Room wise, super comfortable, well-furnished, clean and spacious. I love the unblocked view of the city from my room and the bathroom – comes with bathtub!

    Shoutout to their wonderful General Manager, Gilbert for the warm welcome and complimentary refreshment and amenities on my arrival. One Farrer Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! I am already looking forward to my next visit to the hotel!

    Came for a training in one of the meetings rooms. Service staff was warm and responsive to needs. The location is excellent and highly accessible by public transport. Food was well curated but consider options for reducing the portion or the carbon emission of the main course especially. Some communication on sustainability measures taken would be helpful.

    Love everything from A to Z. Nice hor fun and kampon fried rice. Kids love their naan margarita pizza. Excellent service by Patrick and Rusty from F&B.
    Penthouse was large with super comfy bed. Smooth check in too. And best thing is that the place is free from crowd,yeay!

    Wonderful service and spacious rooms. Room service was also quite good. Located just near the MRT and few munutes away from a mall. I just didn’t liked the entrance, its not pedestrian friendly.

    Almost forgot to review One Farrer of my recent stay 17-19 Dec 2021.

    Arrived at 3pm with a long queue to check in. Hotel staff recommended to deposit our bags and return in 1 hour time which we thought we will be able to check in smoothly at 4pm. Who knows upon returning ard 4pm, we were informed to join the queue for check in which took another hour. 2 hours wasted.

    During check in, we were informed that although we booked 2 nights stay but due to the vouchers from klook came in separate voucher numbers, we will need to check out the following day and re-check in. Luckily the counter staff made some effort to resolve this issue as he also found it senseless to get the guests to check out and check in again.

    The breakfast was in a ballroom which was ok during this Covid-19 period. Food items were a bit weird as “everything” such as prata, pancakes were all served in 1 plate. Curry from prata flowed to the scramble eggs, syrup from pancake flowed ard the western breakfast….a well mixed/ fusion breakfast…hahaha…

    Housekeeping team were prompt and friendly.

    Room is clean but air con seems like centralised controlled…set at 23 degrees C but with the fan on at lowest, the room is at 18 degrees C…recommended to set at auto so that the fan will only turn on when the room temperature is above the temperature adjusted.

    Location is quite convenient, nearby city square mall and a trains station away from Little India…

    Overall, room was ok but the check in process was unacceptable.

    oh the experience was superb. The registration staff gave my family complimentary upgrade to a higher floor and bigger room. The room interior was so posh and comfortable. everything inside was thoughtfully provided, from stationery set, smart tv, to a motion sensor bedside lights. the pool and gym were new and quite empty. so need to put myself on waiting list to use the facilities. Food was yummy and thoughtfully placed on each serving. Thumbs up!

    I booked the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The staffs are very friendly and hospitable, room are clean and nice, they also provide some types of glasses to use (wine, tea, and water), spoons, etc.

    The only issue I got there is on my 3rd and 4th day, both of my hotel card key cannot work well on the elevator, so it gives me a little hassle. However the staffs ade very friendly and helpful, they change my card and help me a lot of times! Recommended️

    Clean and nice hotel. Enjoyed the skyline lounge with free meals, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day. The staffs at the lounge are very friendly and offered personalized service. Special mention to Malek who is very nice and run through to my family on the meals provided plus letting us know beforehand on the breakfast services. As breakfast service are usually crowded and packed, he advised us to pre order so once we arrive he’ll send the orders to the kitchen to smoothen the process and waiting time.

    Services provided by server Malek makes the enhanced the entire stay a 5 star experience.

    Hotel is easily accessible from nearby public transports. Hotel is big with considerable walking distance between facilities. Great sunset view from the pool though!

    Food for lunch tasted rather bland. Breakfast on the other hand had a greater variety and tasted a lot better.

    The ambience of the room felt grand and welcoming. Love the layout and the spaciousness of both the room and the toilet.

    Stayed in this fantastic hotel for a week. Check in was smooth and the ambience is superb. The flowers in the lobby smells so good and each day it was different decoration. Staff are really helpful and they were well informed and gave us good tips. Beautiful and clean room was spacious and what a beautiful view we had. It’s modern room with great facilities and amenities. Curtains, lights everything works with one touch buttons. Coffee machine, tea, small bites, water, dressing gown, slippers everything is five star. Iron, wardrobe, huge bathroom with good shower. Toiletries was of high quality. Cleaning staff were great and did a fantastic job. Had a great spa experience at the hotel. This hotel is close to metro station, a shopping mall, many restaurants, Mustafa centre is close by. Location is very centre, safe locality. Taxi service is great. It’s truly a five star hotel with five star facilities. I would give 10 stars if that was possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to experience great facility. Thanks to my dearest friend who suggested this hotel to me. Thanks to all the staff from the doorman, reception, cleaners, spa staff everyone for making my holiday extra special. It was a special holiday with my mom and she really loved staying in this hotel. Thank you One Farrer Hotel for making our holiday so great. I am definitely staying here whenever I will come to Singapore and one of my friend stayed here in April after my recommendation and she loved her start here.

    The staff would go out of their way to assist you with small requests like extra towels and pillows even at past 12 midnight. The event’s manager, tanned skinny guy was really aggressive, we felt kind of intimidated by the way he treated his staff.

    Hotel’s locality is extremely convenient, you won’t run out of places to explore or food to eat.

    Stayed here for 4 nights, reception was nice and big, AC was ice cold! Check in was fast and easy with a small deposit of 300 SGD. the first room we stayed in was good however the shower was draining really really slow so all the water came out of the shower and into the bathroom plus pooling up where I stood! Told reception and they changed the room for us the next day! I have to say that breakfast isn’t worth the money as they charge 30 SGD per day and nothing was good! It’s cheaper to eat out in the morning and still have money left over! Firstly it’s impossible to find the breakfast area and then to find that it’s a tiny little room near the pool with poor selection! Lastly the showers are designed badly as all the water splashes into the toilet area as there’s no door to stop it!

    Very nice hotel located in Little India. It is also connected to a hospital, so it makes managing appointments very easy.

    When we arrived we were warmly greeted and guided towards the check in counter. The process was quick and painless. Within a few minutes we headed up the room which was on the skyline level. The view from the room was amazeballs.

    Breakfast was included and it was your typical hotel breakfast. Lots of options for all the dietary needs of most religions. Noodle bar was not manned, so not sure if it was closed or we just needed to alert staff. The omelette bar was putting out small custom omelettes. Get your game face on as it can be quite busy and you’ll need to grab goods before the large groups get there and wipe things clean.

    Coffee and juice drinks were available as well as dairy and non-dairy milks.

    I stayed in one farrer hotel for my honeymoon since travelling out of spore is impossible. I am super impressed with the excellent staff service on the escape restaurant. The moment we walked in, my husband & me were welcome my the warm smile on Mr Malek’s face. He is very polite and friendly, he gave us clean explanation of what food will be serve for dinner. He is so attentive towards our needs and kept on filling up our food and wine. I am super grateful to be served by Mr Malek and his service is extremely outstanding. Thank you for having such passion in service line.

    Everything was perfect at One Farrer Hotel! Mr. Malek and Ms. Joni along with the entire skyline lounge team made our stay more special – we felt like VIPs from the very first step we had at the hotel. From the spacious skyline room with panoramic city view – well cleaned facilities – relaxing sunset bar and pools – well prepared and generous portion of food and booze – to the friendly and efficient Staffs – Everything was just perfect and lead us coming back for more!

    We booked for another 2 night-stay right after we visited last week and recommended the hotel to some of our friends too Hope everything would remain the same when we come back. Cheers!

    This hotel was great! They knew it was our first stay with them so they took extra care to make us feel welcome. This is a clean and nice hotel! Love the pool areas. They have a nice spa area that we had all to ourselves, as well as a really nice rooftop pool. I would definitely come here again.

    Got shortchanged by the hotel as they did not honor the terms of our package. Was referred to the reservation manager but he/she was uncontactable throughout our 2 days left at the hotel. No attempt was made to rectify things.

    Loved the rooms despite it being small. Super clean well equipped and nicely designed rooms with great views. Cool Japanese-y robes. Lobby and entrance has little character and feels like entering an office building. The nicer pool and restaurant is for club level access only so that was a bummer as we tried to enter given that it’s on our floor. Next to a hospital so location is meh, but the mall across the street has lots of good food options.

    I loved this hotel! The rooms are incredibly clean and have everything that a weary traveller could need. Easily accessible location with the metro close by, and great rooftop bar with pool. I would stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends. The staff is friendly and efficient.

    we were upgraded to the sky lounge on the 20th floor and the views were amazing. Absolutely brilliant room with lots of cool features (electric remote blinds and curtains) and the food and drinks in the lounge very nice. The staff are really friendly and very helpful, we really enjoyed our stay here.

    Picked this place as my first family staycation and we totally enjoyed it!

    The best feature of the hotel is that it has 3 pools! A large main open pool with in built jacuzzi at level 6. A suspended pool overlooking the Novena Skyline at level 18. A spa jacuzzi with onsen, sauna & steam room (separated by men & women). The onsen is run by the Spa and is complimentary to guests. It’s best to call in to check before heading down.

    The hospitality by the staff are so warm! I immediately felt welcome the minute my family arrived. As we were there to celebrate my husband’s & daughter’s birthday, we had the privilege to receive a complimentary cake from the hotel.

    We were also upgraded to the Skyline suite. Room 1836 truly had a spectacular view! Not only was it the room at the edge of the building, you can clearly see the sea, MBS, Singapore Flyer from the room.

    The sun rises beautifully from the left of the room and creates this dreamily like sensation as the sun rays enters and hits the carpet.

    The only thing that my family didn’t experience was the food as it wasn’t Halal. But this can be resolved by a quick 3 min walk to City Square mall where halal food are aplenty.

    What my family didn’t like was that the bed was utterly soft and so was the pillow. Felt like we were being swallowed. It was comfortable but not so comfortable for us since my whole family (kids included) have back and neck issues. So for those who needs firm beds and firm pillows, might want to still check with the hotel.

    My compliments to Belle, Hisham and Sharmilla who greeted us, made our stay seamless and provided us with the room upgrade that made my family so happy to stay.

    Overall, would I stay again? Most definitely!! The pools are where I want to be!

    This is a huge hotel with all facilities. You will love their large pool and the environment. Rooms are spacious and if you get top floors you will be lucky to see Singapore panaromic view. Foods are special and very tasty. I always prefer to keep my brother’s full family here when they come to visit us in every year and we enjoyed a lot.

    Enjoyed my one-night stay at One Farrer Hotel. The hotel is just right beside Farrer Park MRT Exit A and a stone’s throw away from City Square Mall.

    The staff at the reception is super friendly and we are offered a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room at Level 19. The outdoor swimming pool is definitely a plus point for this hotel, opens from 7am to 10pm. There was very little people at the pool, probably due to Phase 2 Heightened Alert.

    The breakfast was good, with the food delivered to our doorstep in bento boxes. However, the staff who delivered the breakfast didn’t ring the bell (probably didn’t want to wake us up in the morning), and we didn’t know the food was delivered until a cleaner who passed by rang our room doorbell.

    Overall, a very good experience in this hotel, be it its cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, well-maintained facilities or its prime location.

    Ordered mago cake at their level 6 restaurant. Booked appointment to collect at 4pm but made to wait 30mins. No apologies and they only informed the chef to start writing the Happy Birthday on the cake when I arrived. No sense of urgency and everyone is dilly dally throughout the whole episode.

    Quite an unpleasant experience and will never ever patron this place ever again.

    Was initially put off by the location of the area but decided to go ahead and try since the review for the service is good and kids friendly. We brought the suite room with lounge access.

    Check in took a while since I came almost 3pm which is the official check-in time, counter explained everything well and reservation team took note its a birthday celebration as well. Room was off a good size with 2 toilets, we opt for the one with added sofa bed and they came to set up for us as well. 2 TVs too, one in the living room and main bedroom of a king size bed, they were so huge!! Bed was really comfortable but pillows were too soft for my liking, did saw a “pillow lab” but we dint call to ask further since we only stayed 1 night.

    I must emphasised the service at the lounge was top-notch especially by Mr. Malek. He not only rem my family names, even other guests who came by as well. What amazing personalised service! We were well taken care by him. He took pride in his service and this is really a nice touch considered a SG level standard. But can see the longue seems understaffed since we can’t take our own food due to covid restrictions as there seems to be only 1 or 2 staff manning it.
    I went to the Escape for breakfast and there seems to be more staffs there? Maybe should deployed more staffs to the lounge since those room who booked club access definitely would head there.
    Swimming pool were great, they also have 2- main one at level 6 and a smaller one at level 18 just outside the lounge.
    Food were okay, filling enough as well since they were just light refreshments.
    When I check-out, the same counter girl (sorry I forgot the name) came by to check me out cheerfully too and asked how’s the room etc.
    We regret not booking for 2 night instead. 5/5 reco this hotel!

    A very warm and hospitable service, especially by the club lounge staffs. The Skyline Suite measures a cool 69 square meters. The theme is relatively muted, with beige dominating the color scheme and with no garish elements save for a painting by the wall.

    The rooms overall are okay since it’s a basic room but the comb looks really dirty even though it’s a new comb The pool facilities are pretty good which includes in-build jacuzzi. There’s 2 pools but I would suggest going for the outdoor pool because the water temperature is not too cold. However the thing that impressed me the most is the service both at the lounge and front desk especially Mr Malek at the lounge. You will not feel hungry when he’s at the lounge

    Stayed at the loft suites for two nights. Rooms were amazing; modern fittings with artistic touches. Having the hotel situated next to a MRT is a huge plus, which allows for easy access around Singapore. Staff were sincere and friendly with room service being wonderful as well. The facilities provided by the hotels are amazing as well, from the fitness center to the pool. Would definitely recommend a stay there, for the price and value offered…..

    My 2nd local staycay at this awesome hotel.

    Friendly front desk staffs all they way till housekeeping keeps this place vibrant even in the after hours.

    Amenities include, a common swimming pool at level 6, an additional pool at level 18 (for Skyline guests), a 24hr gym at level 20 & ‘Soceity’ restaurant at main lobby makes this hotel truly a notch above its neighbouring competitors.

    Ample parking space which of course is free for guests, topped with 24hrs surveillance by CCTV and hotel security within its premises.

    Lastly, the convenience of nearby malls, eg City Square Mall, Mustafa Centre etc makes this hotel location one of the best for food and shopping experience.

    Overall experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Was there for an event at the grand ballroom, and I’m impressed with the catering. The mains were all good, and special mention are due to the mango pudding, and banana and pineapple crumble. Simply delicious. I came back for seconds even though I was already quite full. Staff were attentive as well, and they proactively helped me open doors when I was walking towards it. It was unexpected as it was quite a large event and I’m sure the staff were running thin, but a very appreciated special touch. Would recommend it for future events.

    Warning! Do not book this hotel for VTL if you have an early arrival. They charged us an additonal full nights charge for the previous day (“to hold the room”) including all meals even though we stayed exactly 24hrs and had 3 meals. They did not disclose this clearly upon booking and showed zero flexibility when confronted with this. Ended up paying 650$ for one night with 3 pretty basic meals not worth 5 dollars each.

    Loved the flexibility of the hotel as we came so early for check in and the receptionist was so accomodating and even waved the payment for early check in. Place is so convenient as the mrt is just nextdoor. Restaurants around the corner. The room is spacious enough for a couple. Just had the bad experience of neighbouring rooms inconsiderate noise in middle of night but, all in all good experience and really nice staff.

    Sharing our poor service from the hotel.

    we book a room for a short stay for about 1 week for a post-operation stay.

    Day 1 (check-in day) – my wife did the check-in as I was in the midst of operation.
    My wife extended the stay from 2 days to 5 days at $180 per night and informed the reception staff that further extension might be required as our hotel stay is for post-operation recovery. Which the receptionist acknowledged.

    Day 4 – we requested an extension to 7days and you know what? The receptionist informed us that it gonna be $240 per night due to the “peak” period and then a sales manager say that she going to help us look into this manner as the price are not informed to us by the receptionist when we were informed that we might be extending… if this was shared with us we would have extended it to as many days as possible. (This just looked like they are just simply increasing the price as and when they like). After almost half a day of check, the sales manager call back and shared that it going to be $247 after GST (which is even higher than the “initial quoted price” from the receptionist!!).

    I think this is how this hotel earns money since it’s beside a hospital and people don’t know when they going to recover from an operation to return home, they will slowly increase the per night cost when they heard it’s an extension due to recovery!

    We went in Oct 2022 and it was an amazing stay.
    We had booked mint room for 2n. Fortunately they upgraded us to high end Dahlia room (no 2015) on the 20th floor.
    The room was spacious, views were good and maintenance was great.
    The staff were very friendly.
    The location is perfect as its just next to One farrer station, and there’s a 7-11 next to the hotel. There are good hotels with Indian food nearby, and mustafa center is easily walkable.
    There’s a temple nearby which was comforting.
    Absolutely recommend it, even if it was a mint room.

    We really liked our stay at One Farrer Park Hotel in SG. It was a great start for our summer trip. The 3 following things were what we liked most:

    ️ Room:
    –> Mint Den was perfect for us (family of 4), as the door between the beds could be closed
    –> great view onto the city and even the ferry wheel
    –> late check-out time

    ️ Location:
    metro station “Farrer Park” is a 1 minute walk

    ️ Pool on the 6th floor:
    The pool is awesome, perfect for swimming (Olympic size), relaxing ️ or just playing with the kids

    There were 1, 2 things that can still be improved, the staff and its motivation being no. 1. We felt a certain lack of enthusiasm, lack of proactive /hospitality sense of behaviour. While they were generally friendly, they didn’t seem entirely motivated (especially at breakfast!).
    The reception was the exception thereof, they were very kind and forthcoming.

    Overall, we had a great stay & would def. Come back anytime!

    Its got brand new facilities. It’s the best hotel in the Farrer park area, aka Little India. This hotel has nice, alluring ambient scent. Room is sufficiently spacious with large window up to ceiling and motorized curtains. Huge LED screen in room with smart tv and remote control for the room facilities.

    Overall a great 21st century hotel experience.

    Friendly from front of house to kitchen staff . Front of house pick up my call in lighting speed .
    . Fastest that I have encounter love this place and location is super strategic close to mrt and mall. Room is clean , modern and high tech .
    Cons ? Nothing !

    Hotel staff were excellent in providing quality hospitality. It’s really rare these days to find hospitality staff whom are professional and whom does their best to make their guests happy. One Farrer should keep this up!

    There was a slightly quirky design in the toilet design which resulted in the toilet floor flooding when taking a shower though.

    Consistent warm hospitality from the staff- they’d greet as you walk in the lobby, room cleaning teams were friendly and best of all the resourceful front desk esp hisham. Love coming back from the day’s outing to a super comfy bed & luxurious in-room facilities. Cherished the view from our loft. The fact that it’s walking distance to Mustafa Center and surrounding food + touristy spots is a bonus.
