    Great location (very near beach station), lovely rooms. Breakfast was okay. Check-in/out could be more efficient though.

    Spent the whole first day sweating in the room. It did not get cold no matter the settings. Even after leaving it to cool down. Called reception to fix it. Technician didnt come. Called 2nd time. Technician came. Turned out the internal filter was caked in dust! Once he took out the filter cold air started blasting out. It was disgusting and clearly they dont do much maintenance on the room. After that. The aircon was cold for a while and then stopped working for a while. Called reception again to send Technician who didnt come. After an hour or two the aircon restarted itself and was fine after. So not great since its so bloody hot in singapore.

    Also weird sewerage smell outside the rooms. Could be from all the surround construction but hard to say. Also asked about spa/jaccuzi and the receptionist told me theres a jaccuzi in the room. The hot tub in the room is not a jaccuzi.

    Breakfast was not good also. Only one choice from the menu. Ordered nasi lemak with chicken satay. One of the two chicken satay was undercooked and raw inside. Again no quality control. Restaurant staff customer service was decent and offered to replace the chicken but if you got salmonella food poisoning from the raw chicken no amount of replacement will unposion you or compensate for the days of vomitting, nausea and diarrhea.

    In summary, a very uncomfortable, stressful, disappointing stay for a supposedly relaxed weekend. Poor quality control observed throughout. Would not want to stay even if it was free.

    Lovely place and great service by the staff especially a staff by the name of Gar Wei. Though parking wasn’t available, he was very nice in explaining to me alternative parking was available at the barrack Hotel. Which is a nice walk of 5 mins from Oasia .

    Rooms are new and clean. Good location. However, for a junior suite, the noise from the road and the restaurant/bar makes the stay unpleasant. Noise from the road can be heard throughout the day in the room. In the evenings, the noise from the restaurant bar is very loud from the crowd and the music all the way until at least 1030 every night. The rooms have no blinds which means light comes in from the bright hotel building lights (located at the top of the curtain rail) at night. Was told the lights are automated and goes off at 11pm at night. The black out curtains does not do its job in the day. So expect to be woken up early in the morning by the sound of the buses and the light leaking through the curtains. Hotel staff only provided information of the light timing and the restaurant/bar operating hours when called to feedback on the noise and light when trying to sleep at night.

    Location was central in Sentosa and this makes it easy to go around. It’s right beside Imbiah station so taking tram rides is easy. Rooms are big and clean. Decoration is nicely done and gives a modern look. Room service is fantastic as staff are very courteous. Will definitely stay again.

    Great service. Was surprised that they upgraded us to a suite. View from the suite was very nice with the view of the Merlion the highlight of our stay. All the staffs were very friendly and courteous. All in all a great experience for me and my wife.

    We had a stsycation here 2 weeks ago and it was a pleasant experience. I liked the central location, RWS food street and USS are within walking distance. Monorail and cable car stations are also just across the road from the hotel. Checking in and out was uneventful and staff were helpful and courteous. Valet staff Nordin deserved special praise for his helpfulness and going the extra mile to help us with our belongings even though we have already checked out. With such wonderful staff, I’m sure many customers will return again in future. Kukos!

    No spa, facilities suck (pool doesn’t get any sun) and it’s currently under construction during the handover from Movenpick. It’s also extremely quiet – no vibes or energy here at all. Terrible for a staycation.

    Had a few troubles with roadworks during the night and unfortunately they couldn’t change my room and had to wait until the next morning. I lost a night sleep.
    Except for that, I had a very nice stay in the hotel, food delicious and comfy rooms.

    Excellent stay at the premier room, although from what i understand there r more wellness activities open to junior suite guests, so definitely splurge on that if you have the budget to do so.

    Premier room was big and clean, bathtub was nice! Breakfast at bedrock origins was so good, go for the bramundi porridge and nasi lemak!

    Luxury stay at sentosa- the most happening and entertaining part of singapore.

    Beautiful hotel, awesome rooms, great swimming pool, not at all congested.

    Staff was very cooperative right from check in, explaining in detail about activities at sentosa, how to approach important activities, extension of check out time, etc

    Must stay at sentosa.

    Told that the room comes with free breakfast, the next moment I was told by staff that there is no complementary breakfast. Ask to add extra bed for 2 of the rooms. Paid everything on the day of check-in. On the day of check-out, was told by staff that we have only paid for the extra bed for 1 of the bedrooms. My room has a shaky toilet bowl and the sink is leaking water from the side when we turn on the tap.
    Bed is clean.

    We came on a Sunday for breakfast buffet. The service and hospitality were great. Ambiance was nice and calm. The area wasn’t so big, maybe can accommodate about 70 people at one time.Food variety can be improved but the choices were there. Maybe we had tasted better before I would say the buffet just average for us.

    Location was great as it was near the train station and it was walking distance to the USS! Breakfast buffet had decent choices, the room had a little issue, but not big enough to warrant any complains or change of rooms. Customer service was great as far as I experienced too. Overall was a great experience!

    This was one memorable stay at Oasia Sentosa! We paid for a two night stay in their Junior Suite. The room has a seating area with a TV, another TV in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe and separate bath/ shower stall.

    There were some issues with the room like the door to the wardrobe/ toilet that couldn’t be closed due to a fixed dresser and the fact that we couldn’t adjust the pressure of the shower.

    However, other than that, everything was good. The toiletries, separate vanities, water that is bottled in house, special hotel tea blend, and many more. The bathtub is deep enough but the length is just nice so you don’t feel like you will sink. Also, the location is next to Imbiah Station, RWS and convenient dining concepts (I wasn’t a fan of their in house restaurant, fish was undercooked for breakfast and beef too well done for lunch), but still isolated enough for a resort feel.

    What I felt made this place stand out were the complimentary wellness activities like aqua Zumba, sunset yoga, balm making workshop, etc. There are many other activities depending on the day (more on weekends), but there are limited slots so I suggest you reserve them early.

    In addition, the staff were very friendly and we were taken care of from the moment we stepped in till we checked out. The turn-down service is awesome.

    Gorgeous Hotel in the heart of Sendosa, great service, lovely pool and gym, bedrooms are huge and have all amenities
    Monorail, Cable cars just across the street, from there you can go anywhere in the island or cross to Mt Faber park, that is a must see too if you like some exercise

    I stayed there this January and I loved it! Even recommended to my friends. The staff were good and attentive, there were some issues with the rooms like broken switches for room service… I informed the cleaning staff when they arrived at my room but didn’t stay long enough to see if it’s been fixed. No extra charges for water and tea in rooms. I loved the open space and how it wasn’t in the heart of Sentosa when you need some peace and quiet in the early morning. Highly recommend.

    Wonderful. Nothing to fault. Was treated to a room upgrade on arrival. It was a lovely stay with my wife and 6 month old. We enjoyed the pool and plenty of options at the buffet breakfast.

    Stayed here as a guest before. Generally rooms are nice, but a little dated. Some rooms have an onsen, or Japanese bath accompanying them. Service is good and pool is unique although a bit small. Great location in Sentosa, one tram station away from all the attractions, but also walking distance to the beach.

    Located right next to Sentosa Express, it’s very easy to get to various attractions within Sentosa. Breakfast was very good as well, at Bedrock Origin. Air conditioner installed is the usual one we use at home, so it’s very easy to adjust. Junior suite is affordable and good for family of 4, as there’s a sofa bed that can sleep 2.

    Had to cancel our stay just after we had arrived due to a personal issue.
    We had pre paid for the entire week and the Manager helped us out and gave us a full refund. The room we would have stayed in looked great,nice original style with a modern twist.Amazing service and compassion. Thank you

    We booked the wellness package for the junior suite. sad to say the experience was way below expectations.

    Starting with the “good”:
    1) room is clean and fairly large.
    2) massages were good
    3) staff were generally friendly enough

    That’s about it for the good…

    Now comes the “bad”:
    1) valet service is included, however do not expect to move your car during your stay because the “carpark is VERY full” and you may not have a lot upon return. Yeah.
    2) so much for being a “wellness” hotel when you are only served bottled juices at breakfast.
    3) for wellness programmes, would have been helpful to get a printout on arrival rather than needed to call service desk to enquire.
    4) make sure to bring your phone charger plug as there is only 1 USB port in the room and ours did not work. And they did not have an alternative solution (like providing a charger) to help us out.

    All in, far east needs to buck up on their hospitality game if you are charging a premium price for the rooms. Way below what you’d expect if you booked an equivalent premier hotel.

    Needless to say, we will not be returning.

    Very underwhelming experience for a room which goes for $400+ per night.

    1) We stayed in the premier king room – walkway to the room looked really old for a hotel that was <1.5 yrs old (they had reused previous premise).

    2) Soundproofing was terrible and could hear footsteps along the corridor at night.

    3) Amenities were very limited. Bottled water, teabags and 3-in-1 coffee.

    4) Only 1 USB port available which was not functioning

    5) Supposed entertainment via airplay took a really long time to be detected, then proceeded to hang every 10 minutes..forget about streaming a movie from your device.

    Nice little hotel right in the middle of the action. Across the road from the monorail and one stop from the beach or universal studios. Lots to see and do on the island. Excellent place to bring the kids but make sure you bring some cash as it can be a little pricey.

    Granted that the hotel informed us that they were under renovation, basically it is now a very high class room with no facilities, so think car park and room and just about nothing else. Breakfast was pathetic for $30. In room dining menu beyond pathetic.

    A brilliantly unique and wonderful stay

    First, the suite. The sections were well delineated and had a thoughtful flow through them, making them feel intimate and spacious all at the same time; this is in direct contrast to the gargantuan suites some hotels have that just overwhelm you with space without much intention or finesse. The very healthy and tasty snack bar (complimentary BTW), the sublime teas (locally curated) and the daily bottles of sparkling n still water (in-house filtered) makes for an utterly wonderful environment

    Then, the activities. The outdoor Zumba, yoga and fitness classes were a great touch (however, the lesser said about the UFIT fitness instructor, the better)
    AND then there’s the balm making classes truly unique to this resort.

    Food. Had the brekkie and lunch there and was not disappointed. the nasi lemak ROCKS. the brussel sprouts might be listed as a side but it’s a good portion and arguably one of the best sprouts I’ve ever had, anywhere.

    Last and definitely not least, the staff. Service is timely, impeccable and above all, warm and welcoming. Speaking of which the lobby is so understated and unobtrusive, coupled with their signature scent, makes you feel like you’ve properly stepped into the start of your stay.

    Highly highly recommended.

    Overall experience was average, nothing out of expectation.

    Perhaps cause I booked a Junior Suite, so was expecting better amenities. Understand the resort is strong on sustainability, but only provided 1 set of shower toiletries when the stay is for 2. Moreover there’s a bathtub so the 1 shower gel provided wasn’t sufficient if you want to use the tub. Facilities in the room was dated. The shower head was leaking, mould growing underneath the bathtub tap.

    Also the room is not sound proof. Could hear the slamming of doors, dragging of trolleys and activities from the pool/bar downstairs.

    But would like to kudos the housekeeping team for being prompt in attending to requests and keeping the room comfortable for the stay.

    Had higher expectations for the price paid. If I had known I would’ve went to another place with better service and amenities.

    Can’t be better to stay with your family. It is quiet, clean hotel right in the center of it all. 2 min walk to the monorail, 4 min walk to Sentosa gondola, 6 min walk to Universal studios.

    We were booked into a wellness room package for 3 days and 2 nights. We were warmly welcomed with iced cold brew tea and towels on a hot sunny day by Mr Bernard. We were escorted to our junior suite which was cleaned thoroughly with adequate amenities such as in house Pryce teas, coffee, bottled water (easily refillable through exchange). Some wellness snacks were also included as part of our package.

    Room wise, apart from the slight ageing as mentioned by others, power sockets by the bedsides could be more easily accessible. Bath tub was the perfect size and the bedding made for a really good sleep. Many thanks to Lili for cleaning our rooms quickly and thoroughly.

    Breakfast at Bedrock was a fixed set where the most popular recommendation of the barramundi porridge really starts of your morning well. Suhsini at the restaurant was a friendly and kind presence to our morning breakfasts!

    The pool was well maintained and quiet during our visit, it was interesting that we had to approach the guest reception for pool towels on each trip. Many thanks to Shane for offering us coconut water & water for hydration on a scorching day.

    Unfortunately, the stay had some flaws such as the in room wifi which ultimately was connected with another code contrary to the one issued at front desk. Connection was spotty which affected the Chromecast experience of the in room tv.

    I wouldn’t recommend banking too much on the “Wellness” programmes of the hotel as the “exclusive” activities throughout our stay were fully booked and we constantly had to waitlist. Alternatively, do consider booking in advance prior to arrival to minimise itinerary disruptions during your stay.

    We also had to remind them regarding the turndown service that was supposedly included in the package but was missed out on the first night.

    Also, I personally found it tiresome to constantly have to call guest services, run by the front desk, for any concerns unlike other hotels that have online booking portals/direct extension to housekeeping.

    It would be great if the rate inclusions were discussed at check in so that both guests & hotel would be on the same understanding.

    Apart from the hiccups, we’re glad to have met Mr Bernard who was understanding of our concerns and kindly checked in on us throughout our stay.

    Great experience! Booked a suite there and all the staff are really friendly. Location wise, it is just 2mins away from Imbiah station, and 15mins walk to USS. The only issue is that they do not have a lot of parking lots. When we went, it was raining and the carpark was full. We had to park the car elsewhere (complimentary) and it was troublesome.

    Saw many raving reviews, but my family’s 3D2N stay was extremely underwhelming.

    The pros:
    – Location: One crossing to the monorail,short walk to RWS
    – Breakfast quality: Bedrock was good
    – Big bathroom and bathtub

    Cons are aplenty:

    1. Limited choice for those who want connecting rooms
    Was intending to book 2 junior suite rooms, but reservations team warned me that Suite connecting rooms are highly limited AND they are connected to Premier rooms.

    This doesn’t really make sense as the Premier rooms seems to be on a different wing. What if I don’t get the connecting rooms? Hence, I played it safe and booked the premier rooms eventually.

    P.S: During check in, the staff confirmed that there are only two sets of connecting rooms for suites.

    2. Very strange check in arrangements for Premier guests
    Main lobby is only for suite guests to check into, and premier guests have to take some sort of escalator down to another (more humble-looking) lobby. No staff stationed at the premier lobby at all, so front desk walked me down to the premier counter and checked me in there. Mid-way she went up the suite lobby again to get the credit card reader.

    If the hotel wanted to give the suite guests some sense of exclusivity, maybe a better option is to direct them to another sort of exclusive lounge from the main lobby?

    3. Room was not as new / well-furbished even though it is newly renovated
    – Only 1 USB port (see photo), so bring your own power plugs
    – Room door did not fit well into doorframe, expect friction and floor scratching

    4. Mini-bar was rather bare
    – Mini bar was quite miserable (see pics).
    – No coffee machine. I guess the hotels idea of a relaxing wellness retreat is to make your own instant coffee lol

    5. No real perks for booking direct / Very poor views for premier rooms
    I’m a Far East member and booked direct. If you thought that you’ll be provided with perks like nicer rooms or special treats – don’t. I was assigned a room on the ground floor which had very, very poor view. I understand that the entire Premier block faces the village hotel, but of all rooms, I was placed on the ground floor, near the lift, facing L2 of the carpark in the opposite hotel

    To top things off, half of my view was also obstructed by some structure (see pic). I included a request for nice views, so we were sorely disappointed.

    6. Below average service for a five-star hotel
    I asked the front desk (1) If I can change to a higher floor. And if there are no more rooms available, can I (2) Top up for suite rooms

    The staff who spoke to me was very impatient. She told me rudely that the view would be the same for all premier rooms (which is not entirely true because only ground floor has the obstructed view). But I did not retort her (as I was terrified the entire time of being re-assigned a spooky room lol) and so I asked if there was an option for me to pay and upgrade to 2 suite rooms.

    She rattled off some bedding options and finally she said they are busy and will call me back to let me know the options available. So then, I asked if she could call me on my mobile as I will be heading to the restaurant to get lunch with my family. However, I never received a call back the entire day.

    7. Sound proofing was very weak
    I could hear people’s conversations, even if they were speaking in normal volumes. Problematic if your room is on the ground floor on everyone’s way to the main lobby. So, please do avoid rooms on the ground floor (referred to as Level 3).

    8. My family was locked out of our rooms on the second day. I was told that front desk had mistakenly set all of our key cards to expire lol

    I’m not sure if it’s just my luck, but I will not be back. The premium price point wasn’t justifiable.

    Just to add, I was given $100 voucher for my next stay as a reward since I booked direct. It’s a nice gesture but I think if we are already a loyal member, we would appreciate better service and perks for our actual stay more.

    We booked the 3D2N wellness package stay. We were given early check in and the process was fast and easy. We were given the suite room. It was spacious and clean. There were full amenities in the room, including complimentary tea and coffee and snacks.
    Our wellness package included body balm making, aqua Zumba, yoga, and massage. It was a wonderful experience.
    The breakfast menu was limited to one main though I would like to have more flexibility in the main course. However, the portion was really huge.
    The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It was truly a recharged experience.
    It is close to Imbiah station which you can to several places. There is a Mess Hall which there are a couple of restaurants. It is very conveniently located.

    Not a bad hotel. Got upgraded to a suite and the rooms were well designed to move around. The buffet had a nice spread. The pool’s design doesn’t allow lots of people to put their stuff. Unless you are lucky to go early and get the lounge chairs slightly submerged underwater. All in all a good nice to stay with the family and relax.

    Recent staycation late August to celebrate wife’s birthday. Great and memorable 2-nights stay. Invited by warm and friendly hotel staff. Junior suite room at level 2 is spacious, and compartmentize to lounge room, bed room, wardrobe corridor, toilet. Welcome amenities of snacks. Mini fridge, ironing board, iron, TVs, bath tub, rain shower area. Big sink with 2 independent taps. Free flow still or sparkling bottled water. Request for more water bottles for daytime activities. Wellness and spa (packaged comes with spa, and can top up for extra spa service). Attended a Complimentary tea blending workshop organised by Oasia. Gym is spacious, with many common gym equipments. Swimming pool is great and feels private from outside. There is Mid-day room-service to ‘replenish’ any consumable needed. Breakfast at Bedrock Origins was delicious and recharging. Also, Loan two foldable Mobot bicycle from Oasia to explore Sentosa (big deposit via credit card. Comes with bike helmet. It is fine when bike are return in original condition). Friendly staff to teach how to fold and unfold the bike. Check out process was smooth and without delay. Base on accommodation package, we had a limousine transport back home. Overall great service.

    Had my honeymoon after my wedding at skygarden as the room was offered as a package

    The room was pleasant. Modern, clean and lovely. Bathtub and showers were clean and very modern! However the water temperature was an issue. It kept being hot and cold when were switched on from time to time.

    Even though there wasn’t a buffet breakfast the cleanliness and taste was there. Simple and excellent service from the bellboy.. can’t remember his name though but he was truly a kind person. Even though I was dressed so lap sup

    He didn’t show attitude and remained professional. He’s young tho but very polite. I forgot to tip him as my wedding ang pow were big ones haha. Sorry!

    Will come again! But perhaps there’s should option for buffet breakfast though. The ambience was just too awesome to stay longer!

    Ultimately. Very modern, clean and updated hotel compared to others which I stayed at…sentosa.. thank you!

    I visited their restaurant on 23 Sep. Their service and food didn’t live up to expectations. Only the part timers pouring water are the most attentive. I think the problem lies in the tight and squarish layout and ambience not so befitting of a 5 star hotel. Definitely over rated. Even the hotel restaurant reservation website didn’t work well.

    Superb service. Staff were proactive, attentive and helpful.
    Peiyi and Halim (I hope I got their names correct) were especially thoughtful. They went out of their way to provide assistance for us. I’m not sure if the hotel is a 5-star hotel but it indeed felt like one.

    Wife enjoyed her spa session immensely. Her masseuse Linda was very skilled. She considered going for additional treatments during our stay but the spa was fully booked.

    We had dinner at Bedrock Origin. Steak was good, but the service was better. The manager attended to our requests and needs accordingly. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful.

Curious about the hotel, we checked out the lobby, and 1of the staff, syarizak (sry if I spell his name wrongly) was extremely welcoming and professional. Explaining the scent used in the lobby and promoting the hotel facilities and programme. Honestly, I’m really impressed by the hotel concept, a wellness hotel.. Believe this is the 1st in spore to hv such a concept.

    Booked a staycation under the Wellness programme package, thinking that it would be a good break to rest and recharge. There were only weekday slots available, so I took leave and booked the room on a weekday. 1 week prior to check-in, the hotel sent an email asking for pre-registration. Nowhere in that email did it write that we had to pre-book the wellness programme activities, so I thought I would just ask the reception on the day itself of check-in. On the day itself, we were horrified to learn that there were fewer activities on weekdays compared to weekends (once again, not stated on their website or their email regarding the programme schedule so that we can make more informed choices), and the activity that interested us (bath scrub making) was fully booked out. There were other activities like Aqua Zumba and Pilates, but Aqua Zumba was subject to the weather and it was pouring that day. I was then informed by the reception that I did not “correspond” with the hotel when they sent me the pre-registration email. Firstly, if I knew that I had to correspond with the hotel about these programmes prior to the day itself, then I would have. But the hotel was not clear at all about how to go about booking these programmes. There are also no clear links or online forms to express our interest. This is very inconvenient for the hotel guest and also ironic, because I have to spend time prior to my staycation amidst my busy schedule to correspond and book all these programmes when this staycation is supposed to provide me rest. Secondly, if the hotel is selling this wellness programme, then why are they not clear about what programmes there are especially the stark difference between a weekday and weekend. This left us feeling like we got lied to. In the end, we did none of the wellness programmes simply because of poor communication by the hotel management. So for anyone who signed up for the wellness programme in this hotel, please learn from my mistake and “correspond” with the hotel first prior to checking in.

    The location is near the monorail station and is easy to find. It is also opposite to the 魚尾獅石像. The room is clean and tidy but not big. The bed is comfortable. There are not ***y choices of food for breakfast and the taste is just ok. The pool is small and not fancy.

    We were glad we stayed here .. it’s so central to what Sentosa has to offer. Using public transport was so quick and useful .. especially with the monorail a 50 metre walk away. Accommodation, food and service was of the highest order. Highly recommended.

    We were here with friends and booked a junior suite room from 22-24 Dec and had a great 3D2N at the resort for the following reasons:

    1) Quality wellness program

    There is a series of wellness activities lined up everyday. My husband and I tried the aqua zumba and sunset yoga classes. The aqua zumba was high energy and fun while the yoga class was calming. Both had great instructors and we had an engaging workout. We did the yoga on the deck which was beautiful. The class is well organized and well-laid out. Each yoga mat came with a small towel and a glass bottled water for each participant.

    The room was stocked with healthy drinks and snacks, such as nuts, coconut water, still and sparking water, tea, coffee.

    All complimentary!

    And a delicious, colorful, healthy and sumptuous breakfast at Bedrock Origin. We especially liked the barramundi congee, morning booster and chia seed yoghurt with honey, almonds and pomegranate!

    2) Great staff

    We needed help with loading bikes into the car and the concierge (Ban) was most helpful. He did not mind and carried our bikes through the lobby to our parking spot, helped to load the bikes into the car and did it all without expecting anything in return. (We did of course tip him as a token of our appreciation.)

    Our daughter tripped and scratched her knees. They started bleeding and seeing that the front desk was busy with check-outs, I approached the staff (Sabrina) at the Oasia Spa who quickly applied first aid to her, and the hotel manager (Liza) came too with sweets to make my daughter feel better.

    Service at the Bedrock origin was wonderful too. Accommodating, friendly and efficient.

    Thank you Oasia Sentosa for making our staycation a memorable one! Merry Christmas and a happy 2022.

    Stayed for 2 nights in their Junior Suite room. The actual check-in time was 3pm but we requested for early check-in. Arrived around noon and was ushered to the front desk for early check-in. Check-in process was a breeze and the staff was extremely polite, providing towels and a welcome drink.

    Their Junior Suite room was decent but it was a little small for a suite. Television was equipped with AirPlay for ease of connecting your own devices for entertainment.

    All the staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. Each one of them took the extra mile to ensure that their guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. At the end of the 2 nights, we decided to extend for another night.

    Aged hotel with comfortable feel. Onsen suite is beautiful. Located quite near Sentosa attractions. Staff is quite helpful and friendly. Room is quiet and relaxing, but corridor noise might be a factor. Minor dissatisfaction with area under beds being dusty.

    Stay in their lion suite, great view. Spacious room and almost everything you need. Exceptional service, only thing to improve is the noise in the living room area when sleeping on the sofa bed you can hear noises made by your neighbours.

    Very good hotel on Sentosa Island. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful with everything you need. I’ve enjoyed my stay very much.

    The location is quiet and the beaches of Sentosa are within a 10mins walking distance. Downtown is accessible by car within 20mins (~12S$ during the day).

    My experience was well below expectation for a 1k cost with 2 connecting rooms.

    First of all there was no security access for your elevator using your room key. So its open to anyone.

    Secondly, for that price, the room was much smaller than expected.

    Lastly, the door for my connecting room was unable to properly shut from both sides (realized after checking in for 2 hours). Called the reception and they actually known the problem existed for quite sometime. As there were no rooms available to change after we inform them on the problem, we told them that we would like to pack our stuff and get a full refund. Thankfully they agreed.

    Very impressed with the outstanding service and the special touches at this hotel!

    The team were incredibly helpful from the minute the taxi arrived until the end of our stay. Every request was promptly attended to (and we had many!)

    Loved the welcome tea, the location to the monorail, the turndown service with the special wellness balm, the big bath for the kids (or me!) and the slippers for big and small.

    Last weekend, my girlfriends and I had the privilege of staying for 2 nights at the Oasia Resort Sentosa Hotel, a new wellness-focused property on the island.

    From the moment I walked in the entrance to the hotel lobby, I was thoroughly impressed. The interior decor was upscale yet warm and inviting. I was greeted by a friendly Ethan at the front desk. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming – I was served a cold towel and a refreshing special blend herbal tea. That perked me up immediately from a week of zoom fatigue.

    The room was ample size, stocked up with plenty of drinking water, premium coffee and tea. Bed was comfy with luxe linens, the bathroom had nice fixtures, plush towels and quality toiletries.

    Dinner and breakfast were at the Bedrocks restaurant. Menu for both had a great selection. Food was simply yummylicious and the presentation instagrammable. The service was impeccable as well. Luckily we had reservation, the restaurant was booked out for the weekend.

    The hotel presents the opportunity for numerous activities from aqua zumba, morning qigong and oil balm making. Wished I had more time to enjoy the evening yoga and spa too.

    To complete the memorable stay, I was presented with a little bag of coffee powder body scrub and the oil balm that I learned to make during the workshop to take home with. Sabrina was so knowledgeable and made the whole workshop fun and interesting.

    To the team (Christine, Liza, Ethan, Shane and Sabrina), a BIG Thank You for making a difference and an awesome experience for me. I would definitely recommend Oasia Resort Sentosa Hotel as a great place to come to relax and enjoy yourself.

    What an odd hotel…..don’t get it. First off must say the most redeeming feature is the Spa which I thought was good (I’m a massage junkie).

    Other than that it was very disappointing. The pool is smack in the middle of the hotel so has limited sunlight, there is also no pool bar, ability to get a drink or snack to enjoy, or staff in attendance. You get towels from reception. Odd. There is limited sun loungers and we had to book hourly slots. Again, odd and just don’t understand with a hotel like that doesn’t give more care and effort to making the pool experience more improved. The attached restaurant bedrock was really disappointing 80-120 per steak. They couldn’t get the doneness right on any occasion (medium rare came out blue/rare) and we tried 3 steaks!!!, the aged USDA was graining and texture was like it had been defrosted, took us about 6 glasses of wine to find a half decent one for the cost (hit the 20-39 bucks per glass range). Room service wasnt great, the room was done once and they left numerous things unchanged and rubbish around. Also, on the last night of two there was loud music from the rom above that went on til am (and recepton did nothing about even after asking). My sage advice – I would only stay at this hotel if you had little other option, had a great deal offered to you and were planning to spend all your time outside the hotel.

    I am reviewing this hotel as it is 5 star hotel. I have booked the suite and it was partialy ok. The bed was moving when i flip on the bed, toilet door was not closing and does not provide privacy when more than one person is sharing the room and not so much options for on the breakfast. However, service here is excellent and the location is great as you will be 5 min away by walking from Santosa express.

    Very clean and well maintained rooms. All guest needing items available. Gteat service too. I think they should make an access to the lift going to rooms without havibg the guest going down the front desk. Overall, very good experience. Accesible to many attractions like Universal Studios and other establishments.

    Loved the various wellness activities within the hotel! Could spend the whole day here being kept busy. Attended the body scrub making session in the morning at 11am before going for aqua zumba at 5pm and sunset yoga at 6pm. We had a really good time and it was quite the workout coz we slept really well that day! Would highly recommend aqua zumba coz the instructor William ong was such a enthusiastic person we found ourselves laughing throughout the work out. Highly recommend oasia hotels for their wellness activities lined up for their guests!

    Stayed in the junior suite room, and very happy with our stay. Room is very spacious (we are family of 4, with 2 kids), with sofa bed in the living room. There is aqua zumba activity in the afternoon and it was fun!

    The stay was ok, the room given to us was below expectations.
    First there were some carpet stains and issues with the shower pressure and temperature . On the first day, after we shower we realised that something was wrong with the water pressure and temperature because one second it turns scorching hot and next second it turn icing cold.

    We call the front desk and technician came to check and told us he needed 3 hours to fix it.

    On second say we went universal studio and we allow the repair to take place, but the result were disappointing, although temperature no longer scorching hot but the temperature still fluctuate up and down and this time water pressure were also affected where every second it goes the water turns high and low.

    We were too tired after a long day out and we decided to just get it done and over.

    Otherwise, customer service was great and ambience too!

    Service is terrific. Due to the limited number of rooms, services are personallized a lot. Would recommend if u are searching for a hotel located near RWS and near to the monorail. Amenities include a gym and a spa. Food at Bedrock (the hotel’s restaurant) is decent too.

    Had excellent service from the staff. Was celebrating a mini honeymoon, and got a free upgrare from the Premier Room to a Junior suite. Staff were pleasant and welcoming View from the Suite was onlooking the Pool which was alright. Rooms were clean and cosy, though a little cold, expecially at night. We appreciate the little gifts we received from them, in celebration of our honeymoon. The room had slow heating up of the hot water, which is contrary to the water saving policy of the hotel, as you would need to run the water for a while before it heats up to non freezing temperatures. The free flow of bottled sparkling water was a nice addition to the usual still water, and the room service came within 5mins of asking for a refill.
    The room came with a breakfast set that although not a buffet, had an ok variety of choices, with refillable drinks (Orange and grape fruit juice, Coffee, Tea). The quantity for the food was more than enough to fill both our breakfast and lunch. Food was nice and tasty too.
    We had the Oasia signature massage at the Spa, also provided great service for us. Their policy was to have a 72h advance booking, but they were happy to put us in for a next day slot. The massage was pleasant and relaxing, with good pre and post care. We also received a surprise gift in our hotel room, a in house blended balm, when we returned to our room in the evening.
    The gym was well equiped. The pool rather large and out of the sun as it was in the middle of the hotel, surrounded by buildings.
    Ethan was especially helpful with the check-in and out, making the process smooth and efficient. We greatly enjoyed the service and the hotel during our stay.

    Fantastic place. Service was really fantastic; the frontdesk staff and people were all very courteous and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Love the overall nature / spa theme to the hotel as well. They were environmentally friendly with wooden cards and glass bottles for water when you use the gym.

    Supposedly a nice hotel, but they are renovating the entire complex, leaving aside only one hallway of rooms. No bars restaurants or pool. Nothing to see.

    TV has no internet, no toothpaste/brush. Flickering lamp light. Old Aircon outlet.

    We weren’t staying there and yet the staff were extremely helpful with getting us a taxi. Inside was clean, well appointed, and soothing. Next time I come to Singapore I’m staying here – no question.

    Had a wonderful 3D2N stay. Facilities were great and staff are friendly (greeted us with smiles every morning when we walked pass the counter to leave the hotel). Room and toilet is spacious. Only downside is that there are no views to appreciate after drawing the curtains (room faced village hotel sentosa).

    Did not try out the free activities which were available (schedule on their website) but had fun at the pool (depth of 1 meter).

    Location was good, just cross a small zebra crossing to get to Imbiah station. Saw a peacock roaming around the entrance of the hotel. Would be even better if there was a sheltered walkway from Imbiah station to the main entrance of the hotel.

    I travelled with my family on 20th august 2020 to this hotel…we booked three rooms
    The rooms were terribly small
    No buffet breakfast
    No water bottles
    Time slott resevation for the pool
    Not kid friendly at all
    Total waste of money .
    Very small hotel as compared to other island hotels in same price.
    Not for indian family at all.
    The ratings are not legit

    Well, we have a great honeymoon in this hotel. There many activities (workshops / water zumba / QiGong) that you can join for free for Junior Suite Room guest. They compliment us with a sweet gelatine dessert and a wine. I will like to specialty compliment for LiLi (room attendant), Thanks for good services.

    had good experience with the front desk… we were upgraded to heritage premium rooms on check-in which was nice gesture by the team along with free pass to experience cable car in Sentosa. Rooms were clean and service was amazing. Only thing we had trouble was vegetarian food with minimum option in breakfast as well as Restaurant menu. Even on check out we were given late check out. overall had good experience.

    2nd time staying here- this time in a Junior Suite.
    Room is fine, but the pictures on the web gave appearance that the room was bigger, that the bed was bigger!

    Housekeeping, some of the crew were good, some were not very detailed.
    Noticed that under the bed and sofa, it was quite dusty- only noticed because the baby dropped things under the bed

    But the primary issue is the bathroom shower stall – the drain hole was choked and would overflow out to the main bathroom;
    Called the in house crew and they fixed it, sort of- he said the drain hole was smaller than the rest of the other rooms.
    While it was ‘fixed’, one still could not do a longer shower cos the water drainage was way too slow and water would pool and flood out again.
    And the shower head, it would intermittently get stuck in rain-forest mode and not go back to shower head mode
    The above bathroom issues really spoiled the experience of a possible moment of relaxing downtime.

    Another issue is the panel control labeling by the bed sides; one side is clear, the other side, it’s black words on black background (HOW TO SEE, see pictures attached)- same for the entrance panel for the living room!!! Durrh! At night, one does not know what button is what and ended up either turning the master switch off, or turning on all the lights and waking the baby!

    The other is the water glass bottle they provided free, thank you! BUT look at the pictures, a couple of them were very difficult to open – one has the pull tab broken; another…. My finger almost got “cut off and or felt like circulation would stop if I persisted ” cos it was not possible to open the tab! Preferred it when they provided the 8.5 alkaline water cartons freely when I stayed in February just a couple of months before.

    Bedrock restaurant, hmm staff are nice but I think they are badly understaffed. Service tended to be a bit slow, especially lunch – lunch was not served until one hour+ later, a simple lunch ended up being two hours and spoiled our time schedule for the rest of the afternoon

    What an amazing experience I just had in OASIA. The check in was quick and the staffs are very friendly. The junior suite is wonderful…. There’s a cozy living room, a beautiful view from the bedroom, the bathroom is perfect. I attended a nice sunset yoga class, the instructor is very good and the hotel provides lululemon yoga mat and water for you to have a pleasant experience. The breakfast is heavennnn…. Omg the food is perfect!!!! Definitely I’ll come back

    We stayed as a family of three on the property for 4D3N and enjoyed its proximity to USS and other RWS attractions. Highlights of the hotel include friendly service (including one of the smoothest check-in experience we have had with Jeremy), Bedrock Origin, and an amazing scent to welcome you back to the property after a long day out. My wife also enjoyed her pre-natal massage at the Oasia Spa. Overall, a great option for couples.

    An area of improvement may be the need for a stroller or wheelchair friendly ramp leading from the main entrance towards the station. Hopefully there could also be more kids facilities shared with adjacent sister properties so that parents may fully enjoy the wellness offerings.

    We booked during the pre-opening special, which meant rates were already fab, but it was the amazing team through their above & beyond gestures that is keeping SG’s hospitality scene shining bright.

    Thank you amazing chief butler/concierge Bernard for rising to every request and query (big man with a big heart); to Jeremy and team who went out at 4am to purchase panadol for my friend who had severe post-yoga aches, lol. Also to Shane, Freida who accepted my request for a random picnic by the pool — we arrived to see a lovely handwritten note (Print, Gar Wei) and even mosquito patches! Also to spa assistant Joyce who saw me working away at the wellness area, and gave me a handmade balm.

    Being a wellness-centric resort, you can expect complimentary healthy snacks in room, and fun sessions like spa salts making.
    Spa, especially the signature facial and massage, are a must. Not forgetting amazing fares at Bedrock. Rooms are wonderfully refurbished, our Premier Room King Bed configured in a way that felt extremely spacious. Don’t forget to sign up for the host of complimentary classes, esp aqua zumba!

    Room is new and air-con is great after a hot day out! This hotel is walkable to Beach front within 10mins but to either an accessible beach (eg Palawan or Siloso) it will take 20-25mins of walk. Parents with kids ought to remember and consider beach tram (frequency may be slow).

    Parking is convenient with Valet and so is service.

    2 notes during our stay 30th Jan 2022:

    a) Hotel strictly does not permit Guest Registration or visits to room. The Staff may could have mentioned this more politely.

    b) The white inlet at the pool is cracked and sharp. Guests need to beware since its near to the ladder access and protruding upwards at the edges. We were not cut.

    Service is excellent,,attentive, quiet and unobtrusive. Aqua Zumba class , and herbalist classes were enjoyable . Breakfast : coffee and barramundi congee were just right . We would come here again. Only minus : room is on the small side , may get a larger one next time round if available.

    Easily accessible from Imbiah Station. Comfortable beds and very good coffee and tea choices. Wide range of local food for breakfast. Would want to be back again.

    We were given a complimentary upgrade. The room is so comfy that I just want to stay in the room and relax because the room has its own jacuzzi. The pool is also great my friend enjoyed it. I will recommend this to my other friends.
