Supermarket , all you need daily its ready
Lots of variety of grocery to purchase
Decent selection of groceries. Convenient location

I like to shop at this supermarket. But I miss the 4D outlet. I also shop at TP hub NTUC.
Fairly typical of Fairprice albeit a bit small. Lacks a meat and seafood counter that’s more common in larger outlets.

One aunty cashier was rushing me with my HPB vouchers. When I showed her I had 5 (total of $25), she said “enough enough”! Why enough? Those ate my vouchers! All she needed to do was scan & click on it!

She not only rendered kind help when I was at the self check out counter, but only assisted me to make sure I utilised or hit the quota for the ongoing promotion. I have also seen her serving other customers or help her colleagues with the warm and friendly personality of hers. Hope that she will be recognised for her impeccable service. Happy New Year!

The pet food corner is really below the normal fairprice standard. I have been there 3 times this month Jan 20 and the cat food is not replenished. If this is the standard than don’t sell pet food.
Nice place to visit
I like this little mart bcos their staff always help ‘open’ the plastic shopping bags hanging at the self checkout counters. I never experienced anything like this in any other Fairprice marts. Small gesture but make me happy as I always have problems opening the plastic bags at super markets.

This is probably one of the oddest NTUC Fairprice outlets that I’ve been to, but it works for what you need. They function like most other NTUCs I’ve been to.
That said, they are hidden in Square 2, on the 4th floor (when most supermarkets are located on the ground floor or basement). There’s also a Don Don Donki in the same building, and a Cold Storage not too far away. So why would anyone make the effort to go all the way up to the 4th floor, of an already confusing building, to get their groceries?

They have milk, rice, bread, flower, chips, PB & jelly, eggs, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, cereal, soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, water, orange juice and the list goes on and on. Full on grocery store! Blows my mind! 5++ stars!
Small store which needs to take few turns of escalators to the 4th floor

I patronized FairPrice Square 2 Outlet on 2 February 2021 at around 11 am to buy CNY oranges. Since the quantity of my purchase was rather large, the store manager (Berry) was kind enough to aid me in transporting all of the oranges till my workplace without hesitation, despite the fact that FairPrice does not do delivery for fresh items such as oranges. Many thanks to Berry!

It is located on the 4th floor. Hidden in Square 2 (usually where the supermarket is on the ground floor or basement). Serangoon Nexmall is also located on the 5th floor, but it is small.
Dondonki is located in the basement, and there is cold storage right next to the velocity.

While being just another branch of NTUC, which you’ll find most essential things there, the check out counters are few and the wait is usually very long, avoid to shop here if your’e in a hurry, or is not the patient type. Cleanliness is another issue too.
Very convenient place
A compact supermarket on the 5th floor. Mainly from Malaysia, some Chinese and Thai vegetables, etc., are reasonably priced, which is helpful. Despite its size, it is well-stocked and has a lot of options for sanitary products. Depending on the day, there may be a large amount of chicken, or none at all, and the problem is that it is a little uneven. The coriander is always gone in the evening. There were Tesco from England and Delhize from Belgium. Are you collaborating?
5階にある、コンパクトなスーパー。マレーシアを中心に、一部中国タイの野菜など、リーズナブルなものが多めで助かる。規模の割には一通り充実していて、生理用品の選択肢が多め。日によって鶏肉が大量にあったり、全くなかったり、ちょっとムラがあるのが課題かな。パクチーも夕方にはいつもなくなってる。イギリスのTesco、ベルギーのDelhizeのモノがあった。提携してるのかな？

Tiny store with cramped aisles and an insufficient number of cashiers, which means the queue is often pretty long.
Not for shopping gourmet or special items. Good enough for regular shopping. Good stock of vegetables and fruits.
Good range of items available at this outlet. Clean aisles and neat displays too.
Can buy your necessities, plus Singapore Pools.
Not a very good range of products cam8 be obtained here. A medium size branch. Ok for daily products but many items can’t be found here.
I was at a self-checkout counter earlier. A staff member (Bee Teng) came to my counter to offer assistance. She noticed I could enjoy discount on a particular product if my spending was beyond a certain amount, and advised me to get something else to meet the threshold. Thanks Bee Teng for helping me save some money!
