First time check in my two furbabies. The place is super clean, no odour, staff are friendly and helpful. I noticed all the feline guests are calm and quiet not like other boarding where I observed the felines meowing like crazy. Nekoya has an angelic team of staff who are most dedicated and attentive and that gave me the assurance and confidence to entrust my cat Momo to them when I went overseas last year. In fact, they were like a second family to her. Special shout-out to Suria, Dionna and Tessa for their tender loving care towards her in her 1.5 year of stay. Suria shared a lot of experience and gave great suggestions towards improving Momo’s welfare. She took initiative and helped to get her prescribed medication when I couldn’t get it online. She also got Momo a cushion when her old one worn out over time. I often slept to Dionna’s audio recordings of Momo’s purrs and the ASMR-like sounds of her brushing Momo. Tessa took the cutest photos of Momo and devised changes to her cabin to prevent her from jumping up/down and aggravating the condition of her arthritic joints. A big THANK YOU from Momo and me to the team!

The team at Nekoya KAP looked after my precious Mindy for two weeks during the Christmas period. All the staff are really understanding and kind. Special shout out to Suria for being so understanding towards me as well as the photos and videos. They will go to extra lengths to look after your kitty. For example, they offered AND went to get probiotics for Mindy due to her upset tummy. As a first timer, I was so anxious and had major separation anxiety, but they understood and knew how to put me at ease.
Mindy was happy, her food intake normal and energy levels normal.
I do not hesitate to recommend them or their services. The price is worth it and the service and care reflects it.

Have boarded our cat (Julius) here many times and the girls here have always taken very very good care of him! They update us daily even when we don’t op for the daily update option and I must say that Julius trusts them more than he trusts us because he lets them trim his nails and brush out his fur but runs away when we try to do that at home!
We were updated on Sox’s activities everyday to alleviate any separation anxiety (for us) and we are very happy with the services rendered. I think we have found Sox’s home away from away whenever the need arises.
Suria and Dionna are very friendly, accomodating and professional when handling the kids. They let our cats explore the enviroment first before letting them into the cubicle. I was notify daily on the updates of my babies. The place is clean and well kept.

it was our first time boarding our cat Xiao Ming and our friend recommended us Nekoya KAP. Even though it was a short 2 weeks stay for Xiao Ming, I’m pretty sure he feels comfortable there.
The whole process of boarding him was really smooth and easy. Guidelines for first-timers like us were clearly written down for us to follow. Updates was provided by the caretakers every single day on how Xiao Ming is adapting to the place. It really felt secure knowing that our cat is in good hands while we are overseas.
If we were to travel again, Nekoya will definitely be our first choice cat boarding.

Wonderful services, super clean pet hotel dedicated for cat. The area is a bit away from where I currently live in, but it isn’t worth considering other hotels for me. I can give my cats stay without worry.

I chanced upon Nekoya Cat Hotel while searching for places to board my cat for a few days. Turns out to be a fantastic cat hotel with very clean cabins, toys for cats to play with and best of all, the friendly cat-caretakers! These cat-caretakers are literally cat whisperers who love their guests so much you could actually see that they truly care for the furbabies under their charge as their own. For a small fee, you can request for daily media updates and they will send videos and photos of your furbabies, which we really liked.
I would definitely come back to Nekoya in future! I boarded my cat here twice in the span of 2 weeks; Nekoya is really that GOOD! The cats were very well taken care of and seem to be enjoy their stay there. Treats were also given and they could play in the area. The daily media and text updates on the cats reassured us that they were safe and comfortable in the environment such that we could travel happily.
We placed Pizzo our 8 months kitten there for 2 nights 11 Feb – 13 Feb. Knowing that she is well taken of by great team we have a wonderful time away on vacation without worry.

My cat has stayed here a couple times now – as well as at their sister location.
Both would be highly recommended to anyone looking to board their cats whilst away. It’s safe, clean and an inviting environment for the cats to play. (On their own with the staff – not with other cats).
The staff all love cats and go beyond to ensure they have a relaxing and chilled stay.
( My cat seems to get grouchy when away from home and act like she runs the place, as in the pic. But I know she loves the toys and climbing around )

This is our cat’s 2nd stay with Nekoya hotel. The first stay was pleasant and clean, the 2nd stay was not as good as the place has an overwhelming cat smell that can be detected from the lift lobby. Place could do with better ventilation/air purifier. Staff caring for the cat were friendly and helpful.

The staff are attentive and took care of the cats well. They have a good regimen to keep the place clean, feed the cats, and let the cats have activities.
The staff also updated me regularly through WhatsApp, even with photos and videos.
Another good point is that they can prepare the raw food that I provide, so my cat can continue to have the same diet.
The registration process seems a bit too excessively strict for me. I like the checks to ensure the cat’s health. But to initial on every page, that seems way too legalistic. But this is really just a minor point.
I let my kitten stayed with Nekoya KAP recently. Suria took good care of my cat through out her stay. She updated my cat’s condition everyday (additional fee apply) and loved her so much! I definitely will let my cat stay again

I am so happy to have found Nekoya Cat Hotel for when I have to go out of town. Frodo and Sam have stayed there several times now, and much to my disappointment, they are not very happy to see me when I come to pick them up. They are pampered and treated so well during their stay, they don’t want to leave. I am able to receive daily updates, along with pictures and videos of them enjoying their stay, which gives me peace of mind and allows me to relax and not worry during my time away.
At first we’re a little concern as our cat Shady is usually not that welcoming to other cats. But day by day, the friendly staffs at Nekoya kept us updated of how Shady adapted to her cabin and caretakers, and how she slowly but surely came out to enjoy her dedicated play time. It’s heartwarming to be able to get such detailed and personalised updates on how she’s coping with the place. My usually shy-around-strangers and timid cat was very well taken care of at KAP. The environment and staff puts her as well as me at ease. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful, and help to update me daily on how my cat had been, photos included. The place is clean and well run. In fact I like the rule they have, requiring various medical clarifications before checking our pets in. It ensures that all cats there are healthy. I’d definitely leave my cat there everytime I travel.
It’s our first time boarding our dearest Yuri at Nekoya @ KAP and I must say that I’m very impressed with their service.
Right off the bat after registering Yuri’s details on their website, they emailed us documents that we should submit such as her vacc card, sterilization certificate and Fiv/FeLV certificate. I’ve learnt how important these documents are for your furbabies’ health and safety so I really appreciate them going through all these details.
Arriving at Nekoya was another impressive start. The place is sparkling clean, bright, and calming too. The cats have their own little cabins and none of them looked stressed at all so you know they’re treated like Kings & Queens over here! My initial worry was that the cabin might suffocate Yuri but she was more than comfortable. The cats even have their own personal play time without intermingling for their own safety.
Yuri stayed at Nekoya for 5D4N; and throughout days I received detailed updates (media updates too!) of Yuri’s day. And boy, you can tell she’s having the time of her life.
This definitely won’t be our last stay at Nekoya. Thank you for taking such great care of our baby girl.

Very simply put: Nekoya Cat Hotel went above and beyond any service we could have possibly hoped for. Diyannah, Suira, and Dionna are incredibly caring, considerate, and knowledgeable ladies. They are cat owners themselves, so were able to offer a wealth of advice on cat food, grooming and general care which I greatly appreciated. We had such a restful holiday knowing our cat, Mimi, was in the best hands possible. I cannot recommend or thank Nekoya enough for all they did! Needless to say, we have found Mimi’s second home in Singapore.

We have had our cat, Maho-chan, stay with Nekoya @ KAP several times. Although she usually doesn’t do well with stays at pet hotels, I think the caretakers here have done a great job helping her settle in and be comfortable. The cat hotel is clean and the staff super friendly and accommodating. Our cat likes to be there whenever we are in vacation which is important. The only reason why we gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the hotel is small and often fully booked. So one has to do the reservation well in advance, specifically around public holidays.
A place where you can leave your cat without any worry or stress (either for the cat or yourself!). When you see how comfortable your cat is, you won’t feel so guilty or sad at leaving him there.

It was our first time trying out cat boarding and were very nervous about how our cat, Brownie, would take to it. First and foremost, I was very impressed by how Nekoya ensured all documentation related to the cat’s health was in order, this shows the importance they place on the health and hygiene of all cats staying there. The staff at Nekoya were also reassuringly experienced, kind and well-versed in kitty language. They updated us in detail, and it only took Brownie a couple of days to warm up to them (which is saying a lot!). Would highly recommend Nekoya to anyone looking for trustworthy cat caretakers, for peace of mind on your holidays.
Thankful for a special place like Nekoya @ KAP in Singapore! We can be totally at ease and confident of great care for our boys when we travel. The place is clean and cool (24 hour air con), the atmosphere is calm, the cabins are well designed and most importantly the nannies are kind, experienced and thoughtful.

Staff who attended to us, Suria, is very friendly and knowledgeable. She shared many useful info about taking care of cats knowing that we are 1st time cat owners. Thus we are confident that our cat is in good hands. The place is clean, well kept and the whole environment feels so calming. My cat also appears comfortable and well adjusted to the place. We will definitely come back in the future.
I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at Nekoya. We boarded our cat Obi here for over five weeks between two visits, and each time were so impressed by the care they provided. Most recently, Obi stayed at Nekoya before departing Singapore for the US. Staff were incredibly helpful in coordinating Obi’s departure with our transport agent, as well as his pre-departure vet visit. The first time he stayed in December 2021, they also worked with us to coordinate a pick-up by a third-party while we were serving SHN. We will miss having access to such fabulous staff who always treated our boy as their own.

Due to my wedding commitments, I have no choice but to send my precious one away from me for about 5 days 4 nights. Nekoya King Albert Park happened to be near my place and the reviews were very encouraging. Despite that, I was super cautious because it’s the first time Mochi will be away from Home and I was very nervous if she will adapt well. Suria was one of the caregiver there and she is SUPER nice. They give prompt updates everyday and I was very grateful for that. At first Mochi looked sad so on the 3rd day, I went down to visit her for 30 mins. In actual fact, she was so comfortable around the caregiver and the boarding place was so cozy for Mochi that puts my worries to rest because I know Suria have been taking good care of Mochi.

The staff really care about cats and are knowledgeable. They have taught me a few things! I appreciate the cat only environment. Places that accept dogs are very noisy. My cat also likes the freedom to leave the cabin once a day. The staff often play, pet or brush the cats. The attention makes it more home like than the usual boarding situation. Note that the cabin is not a metal cage and so gentler to the cat’s paws.
The place was clean , calming and the cabin was well designed for cats.
The staff Dionna and Suria, are kind , friendly and professional too.
For first timer like me, the staff really did a good job in explaining to me the process and also answering my concerns too.
They also will update you daily on your cat situation.

I’ve visited a few cat hotels and so far I’d say Nekoya is the best in Singapore. With a calm environment and patient, kind & gentle staff caring for the cats, even the most shy of cats will warm up quickly to this place and feel very much at home. The team is also very responsive and timely to update daily about how your cat is settling in, whether they enjoyed playtime and how their appetite is doing. 10/10 would recommend every time!

My kitten (10 months old) stayed over for 3 weeks as I had to be away on a work trip. I have to say I am extremely pleased and appreciative of the pet hotel staff and their help.
• The environment is surprisingly squeaky clean, neat, very organised and smells good. The entire place is well- lit, giving a very vibrant, positive and upbeat atmosphere, with soothing music playing in the background. The cats are housed in clear cabins where they can see one another and the busy humans. I believe this helps to pique their curiosity and keep them preoccupied so they feel less anxious in a foreign/new place. My kitten was let out for play time now and then which I really appreciate as my kitten is very playful by nature.
• During my kitten’s stay, the staff on duty were Francesca and Suria. I think they are the best staff a pet owner can ever ask for. They are both fun, friendly and warm. They were very proactive, engaging, prompt and humorous in their updates on my kitten which really put my mind at ease. I received updates daily via text, photos and videos. That helped a lot at times when I miss my kitten and was wondering if my kitten was coping well in a new environment. They were so attentive in caring for my kitten that they also updated me if my kitten’s poo was soft or firm. They were also very patient in responding to my queries regardless how trivial they were.
• I am very impressed by how caring, helpful and passionate Francesca and Suria are. They were very helpful and generous in sharing tips on what better food to offer my kitten or what cleaning solution I should get for my pet at a more affordable price- proactively sharing cat care/food tips. I feel these are things they are not obligated to help me with but they choose to do so simply because they love cats and they are both nice folks. They even offered to demonstrate how to clean my kitten’s eyes and ears (I am a first time cat owner hence half the time I don’t know what I am doing hence I am very grateful for such help).
In this day and age where there are many unethical pet hotels which have no qualms mistreating our pets or behaving irresponsibly, I am really glad to have Francesca and Suria. At least I know for sure my kitten is in very good hands and I have nothing to worry about.
Caretakers were very helpful and patient with my shy cat. They updated me the progress of my cat regularly and took great care of my cat. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends if they ever need a cat hotel. Well done ladies!
Just want to say THANK YOU to Nekoya KAP and their carers (Sara, Suria, Dionna, Nix, XinYin, Andrea. I hope i didn’t forget anyone!) Both our furbabies Rocket and Maisie stayed at Nekoya KAP for 2 weeks and the carers looked after them both really well. We were very nervous leaving them specially it’s their first time to be away from us for more than a couple of days. Thinking about them getting stressed in the new environment and with other cats around is our main concern. The media updates are so reassuring and the efforts from the carers to help them settled and adjust during their stay made us feel at ease that we entrust them to the right team of carers. I can’t thank you enough for looking after them and for treating them well!!! They have adjusted well back home too.

For the first time, I put both my cats – Ginger and Charcoal to board at Nekoya – KAP. Although both cats were initially apprehensive, but the staff at KAP very quickly put both at ease. I want to thank the staff at KAP for your patience, understanding, love and tender care towards both Ginger and Charcoal. I have to transfer them to Jalan Kayu, but because of the good quality care received from the staff at KAP, both Ginger and Charcoal settled in very quickly. Our cat, Baby was well taken care of by the well-experienced and caring staffs Sara, Dionna and Isabel. As it was our first time boarding our cat, they understood our worries, replied to our questions promptly and gave detailed updates on our cat’s well-being. The cabin was cosy and clean and our Baby seemed to adjust well after the third day.

I was first worried if my cat would be comfy to stay at the hotel but thank you for the staff who take good care of my cat and sent me videos and pictures daily to let me know my cat’s condition. Nekoya has excellent hygiene and the cabin was very clean and good condition. With the music playing and air conditioning, I think my cat is same as staying in banyan tree resort.
Thank you so much again for taking care of my cat and since I will have to travel every month, I will bring my cat over next time.

Hi, a big thank you to the nekoya team for looking out for and giving regular and engaging updates regarding our furbaby. N is a repeat guest at Kap and Chinatown and he has mostly come back healthy and in good spirits. There were times he even came back with new skills and confidence in jumping over higher furniture, which we attributed to his stay with nekoya. We would like to, in particular thank Suria for her genuine care, professionalism, assurance and honest feedback about how he was doing during his various stays. We can’t wait for her to return back to kap! We would also like to thank Dionna who has cared for Nala over a few visits and Andrea of recent times.
We also wish to share some concerns over the use of Revolut which caused severe skin irritation and hair loss over a recent stay. While we understand it’s a nekoya policy, it would be good to either inform in writing or in person the possible side effects of fur loss and skin redness and offer alternatives, so that paw parents can make an informed choice. N is an indoor cat at that too. We were informed by the caretaker at that time that this is common with some cats, to develop allergies at a later stage. This left us puzzled as, if they know it happens, we wondered why we were not informed of the possibility and discuss possible options with us? It was difficult for us to see our cat in this state.. We had earlier given this feedback too and hope they took in the feedback for the well being of our cats and peace of mind of paw parents.
As we had a repeat booking with Kap, we were subsequently informed that an advocate would be provided in place of the Revolut we had initially paid for without extra cost. We appreciated the gesture. As it was also under a month and N s wound had not fully healed yet too, we requested for the advocate to be provided to us on checkout, which the caregiver agreed to. Unfortunately, it was not provided and we were later informed that there was a miscommunication. We have some further concerns with the caregiver, which we will be writing in privately regarding subsequently.
We also suggest for paw parents to ask more queries, when in doubt about the care accorded. If you don’t get a good feeling about how your furbaby is being cared for, you are probably right about it. We also hope the good care N and other cats have enjoyed, and the assurance and warmth we felt as paw parents during the other stays with continue to outshine the selected concerns.
The caretakers at Nekoya were really professional, with my cat being very timid and refuse to allow anyone to touch him (difficult to handle in general), they still made time for him and played arnd with him.
Nekoya at KAP is my go-to place to board my cat Foxie whenever I’m away. They look after her so well, showered her with care and affection and let her settled in nicely in her own pace. The photos/videos update I received everyday were just adorable! We are a repeat guest and definitely coming back for future trips! Special thanks to Suria, Diona and Diyaanah.

At first we’re a little concern as our cat Shady is usually not that welcoming to other cats. Sakura was placed at Nekoya for 9 days when we left for our holiday. The staff at Nekoya ensured that we had daily updates of her (how she was adjusting, whether she was feeding well etc). We had many photos & videos to show us how she was doing including Sakura playing. There is this personal touch that is very reassuring. This is the place for my cat when we go for holidays.
Great place to board your cats! Caretakers go the extra mile to make sure the cats are comfortable and well taken care of. Separate cubicles and dedicated play time followed by cleaning ensure that the cats from other households don’t come in any contact with each other. However, the cats can still interact through glass windows. My cat enjoyed her stay!

My Kitty Bella stays at Nekoya each time we travel and she loves it! This time round she was so so comfy that we had to coax her to come back home during check out. She settled in easily at home too. The amazing cat whisperers and caregivers at Nekoya @ KAP – Suria, Francesca, Jasline and Dionna – were extremely professional, patient, helpful and generous with their love and support for my cat – Puteh (aka Snow White). They showered endless attention on her well-being and sent me daily photos and updates on her eating, sleeping, resting and playing habits and activities. They also wiped her face every night before she slept in order to ensure her utmost comfort. And they constantly offered me insightful advice and tips on the most optimal wet and dry food brands to feed Puteh, and how to care for her. As a matter of fact, I have officially switched to the brands that they recommended for both my cats – Puteh and Pixie who was under the care of my mother during my holiday. Home was being renovated so I had to re-home the cats for roughly 2 weeks. Living in the east but the central outlet was booked so opted for KAP. Staff Suria patiently assisted our booking and helped to ensure our documents were all aligned to their requirements. As first timers, we were practically clueless as to how our cats will fare. We were credited a discount and with that, we opt to have daily media updates of the babies. Staff Sara, Suria and Dionna took excellent care of them and the media updates helped to relieve the absence we felt being without our cats. It was our first time leaving our cat in a boarding place. We were hesitant and worried.
In the first 3-4 days, our cat Gandy couldn’t get used to the new environment and we were dead worried. I sent daily texts to Nekoya staff and they were able to reply me promptly. They reassured me that Gandy was fine and they tried hard to get Gandy comfortable.
By the fifth day, we could see improvements especially with the patience and support from the Nekoya staff. Gandy started to eat well and explored the premise more.

Incredibly grateful to the wonderful gals at Nekoya KAP. This was my first experience boarding my elderly and timid cat, so I was naturally concerned about his ability to adapt.
However, my fears were unfounded as Nekoya’s staff went above and beyond in their care of him, and could be relied on to provide daily updates, as well as respond to my concerns and suggestions regarding my cat. What I especially liked was how patient and attentive they were, to not only his health, but also his happiness! He was scared and depressed the first couple of days, but improved greatly under their care.
Nekoya’s requirements are stringent, but this is to ensure your cat and the others being boarded are healthy and safe. As a matter of fact, their high standards were what gave me confidence in their standard of care, and I’m happy that my trust was not misplaced. All in all, stellar service by a group of professionals, who love and understand cats as much as the pawrents looking to leave their pets in capable hands for a while!

The caretakers here are very nice and really knows how to care for cats. My cat has been coming here since she was a timid little kitten. The caretakers has been diligent in updating me regularly everyday on how she is as well as letting me know health updates. They also recommended food that could help her! Definitely will go again!
This is so far the best cat hotel we’ve ever known in Singapore. Suria who took care of our Babyblue is a warm, passionate and patient lady. We just got to know another cat whisperer at Albert Court branch, Francesca, who is equally lovely to the cats. Brought my two cats here for their first stay out of my home in their lives! I was initially quite worried especially since on of them has a more anxious disposition but they took really good care of them. He eventually warmed up and looked quite at home, I think that in itself says a lot. They looked perfectly healthy and happy when I picked them up. The process was also very smooth and I got updates with lots of photos! It is a littlecostly, but for the level of care I would recommend it if you can fit it into your budget wonderful staff and clean

My Cat Snow stayed at Nekoya King Albert Park for about 4 nights and I loved how they updated me daily on how she was doing via whatsapp. Snow hates other cats and it was her first time ever being in a cat hotel so she was naturally quite wary at first and I would say even defensive. The caretaker Suria was patient with her and gave her space.
She eventually opened up and I saw videos of her curling up so cosily in the cabin compared to the first day where she would hiss and always be on the look out.
It was even very helpful that they offered to place a little curtain over her cabin so she could have more privacy and feel safe! Props to the team and thank you for taking such good care of my Snow!!

This was my first time boarding my kitty at Nekoya! From the viewing, booking, boarding and checking out, everything was so smooth and I am truly grateful! My mom and I had so much anxiety about leaving our monster for a vacation but the team was so patient and understanding!

Thankfully, Nekoya made my cat feel at home and he was comfortable throughout his stay. The staffs were kind enough to send us his pictures and updates timely.

Had to go for a short trip and left my 4 month old kitten, Moko, with Nekoya KAP. Pre-boarding Nekoya prepared lots of information and things to prepare for the boarding, which helps alot for first timers.
The facility at KAP was very cosy, clean and well maintained. I would want to stay there as well. All the staffs at KAP were very detailed in taking note or Moko’s eating habits and personality! They are all so good with cats, Moko opened up to them almost immediately. Could see that they’re all cat lovers themselves ️
During my trip I received updates from the team daily, with 1 complementary media update on the first day.
Wouldn’t trust anyone with my baby other than the team at Nekoya. Thank you!

I am so thankful for their splendid service and care for my cat and me. They will always update me my cat’s situation as she got a deep cut wound from a cat fight. Without them, I don’t think my cat will recover that fast.

We have left our cat with Nekoya Cat Hotel @KAP twice; Feb2020 and again in Sep 2021. Both stays were absolutely lovely. Dionna, along with Nivian and Zong Jun, took care our cat. The team was very guest-oriented and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout our correspondence. They were responsive, flexible and very understanding. The daily media updates is a nice touch. I would recommend this option for any fur-parent who want regular updates. The updates were prompt and honest. Despite being a high-strung cat, he was visibly enjoying his stay at Nekoya. Thank you Dionna and the Nekoya team, you helped us enjoy our holiday by giving us an absolute peace of mind that our cat is well taken care of! We will come back again.
Nekoya’s staff are really friendly and especially accommodating. Had to extend my cat’s stay as I had covid overseas and they were super helpful in making sure her extension went smoothly.
The staff were very kind and took care of my cat really well. They even provide me with complimentary updates since it was my first time placing my cat here! I would definitely let my cat stay here again for our next holiday. Overall very satisfied!
This was the first cat-boarding experience for us! There were certainly many concerns and worries about how our cat Heibai will adjust to the new changes and environment, but Sara and Dionna were very kind and reassured us much, during Check-in as well as the the daily updates and pictures. They have experiences with different cat profiles and temperaments, and so they knew exactly what to do to help and care for Heibai during those first few days.

This is our second time putting our cat at Nekoya KAP and it has been a great experience leaving our cat in their care! Their daily WhatsApp, videos and Igstory updates keep our hearts and mind at peace about our cat’s wellbeing and status without having to worry at all about being away from them. They treat the felines with alot of love and care, just like their own family members! We would not think twice about leaving our cat in their care again the next time we plan on travelling again! I put my cat, pistachio in KAP. The place is clean and they even play classical music to calm the cat.
The service by the staff is attentive and prompt. Always looking forward to their text/video and Picts message, it helps to assure me that my cat is in good hand.

It was our first time trying out cat boarding and were very nervous about how our cat, Brownie, would take to it. First and foremost, I was very impressed by how Nekoya ensured all documentation related to the cat’s health was in order, this shows the importance they place on the health and hygiene of all cats staying there. The staff at Nekoya were also reassuringly experienced, kind and well-versed in kitty language. They updated us in detail, and it only took Brownie a couple of days to warm up to them (which is saying a lot!). Would highly recommend Nekoya to anyone looking for trustworthy cat caretakers, for peace of mind on your holidays.
The cabin for the cat is cozy, spacious and clean. Daily update with photos and the notes of the cat is much appreciated. The caretakers are friendly and experienced with the cats.

Customer service is super 10 Star. I engaged Nekoya Cat Hotel during a sudden urgent health crisis attack situation of mine, which needed my 2 cats to be boarded immediately so that I could be attended by the hospital emergency room. Everything went smoothly from Day 1 my cats were boarded till they return home safely. I strongly recommend cat lovers to board your fur kid cat at Nekoya. You can be assured that your cat will be happy, taken good care of and you will receive updates. On top of 5 stars, I add 5 more stars.

Nekoya is cosy and they understand your cat. They REALLLLLYYYYY do. They take time to get to know them and tend to their needs.
They do exceptionally well with instructions so don’t be afraid to be specific to what your pooch needs.

Amazing! We adore our cats and would have no hesitation sending them back for a little staycation or recommending Nekoya.
We received constant updates and photos on how the cats were doing and what they were eating, which is is exactly what you want when you are travelling. The instagram updates were fab too!
But, I think the best part of Nekoya is that the staff are cat people, they genuinely love cats and really understand how to interact with them.

So happy with my decision to place my senior neurotic cat at Nekoya while I moved house. Everyday I extended her stay 1 night at a time; Nekoya was flexible and accommodating. I was surprised she let them handle her, and she came back to me significantly less neurotic! They must have been doing something right. Recommend highly. They are cat experts, kind, firm and knowledgeable.
