Mr Ren is a sincere and friendly person. He could be rather busy so check through all details before payment. He was responsive after work hours. Company also gives better price than most others.

Was informed I need not be onsite during installation. See pictures for quality of work done initially, and then after rectification was also so-so. The workman also had poor knowledge of paint and touched up with spray paint which resulted in some parts of gate with uneven paint texture. I was also not informed that they were going to pass the gate keys to my reno contractor workers. Potential security issues.
Response from Mr Ren was also less forthcoming with delays after installation.

He served us well and provide excellent service, explained products which we are buying in much details and never push us to make decision to purchase. My renovation was delay afew times and I had troubled Ren to postponed my installation of main door and gate, locks, room doors, toilet doors and kitchen doors. Full support and understanding of him to help me rearrange everything.
