After all the consultation with the staff on numerous types of their doors. I made my decision to purchase one with the 2-way function that best suits me and my family members.

Wanted to change our main gate & toilet door, so went down to My Digital Lock at Bt Batok showroom to see. As the design we wanted are abit complicated, Travis was so patient. He will listen to us and give suggestions. I was also interested in getting a digital lock, he also had explained in details to us. Deciding on a brand new door, gate and locks combinations is very daunting especially when there are too many options available in the market. I took the time to visit the Bukit Batok Megastore and was attended by Aslley. Aslley has been very kind and patient in going through the various materials, designs, colours and models that the company carries. He gave his opinion on the materials and designs that suit my needs, and he replied questions promptly on site and via whataspp. Communication was also prompt on installation day, despite a few hiccups here and there. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Not solicited review. This was following our experience in 2021, just didn’t get the time to sort out my thoughts and post a review.
Kyle was the one who served us and followed through on our purchase. Ordered:
a) 2 electronic locks, one for gate and another for main wooden door.
b) electronic viewer for wooden door
c) metal main gate
d) 1 x wooden main door
e) 3 x wooden bedroom door
f) 2 x toilet slide and swing door with frame
g) 1 x ~5m sliding door between kitchen and living room
1) some issues with measurements etc, esp if the frame is not from them. expect different contractors to come for door and electronic lock, measurements and installation.
2) item g, sliding door, after measurements, initial saying my contractor didn’t do a good job on the finishing so have to delay (i rectified), then said the length needed 6 frame (i agreed) and ultimately say the design i choose was unable to do. Refund took a full 2 months after i provided account details.
3) minor issues like grouting uneven and main wooden door magnetic holder not resolved eventually (i gave up and installed the magnetic holder on my own)
4) measurement and length was not informed or consulted. The person informed to come at x time, then came much earlier, took measurements, and left without consultation. Ultimate dimensions was ok but not what I wanted..
I think such issues are common especially with renovations, so a bit of give and take on both side. But while the designs are quite ok, i think the entire experience can be better handled. 3.5 to 4 stars.
Recently purchased 1 main door and 2 bedroom doors, and 1 keyWe smart push pull lock from them. The products are great and the installation team are very prompt. Went there on a rainy day and the team was fully occupied; spotted Candy who sorta acknowledged our presence while attending to a customer and managed the whole situation well. Though we waited for about 10 minutes before being served, everything else was smooth and we closed the deal for our digital locks and automated laundry rack within 20mins. From the purchases of the gate and two gateman locks, to the final installation, the staff have been very professional and helpful in answering my queries. They were also not pushy, letting the products speak for themselves.
Installation was carried out quickly and professionally by Mr Sami and Ah Tong, who were helpful and reliable. They even double checked their work to see if the door was closing properly, and made final adjustments before handing over the product for me to try out. Wanted to purchase gate and door and was recomended by my ID to go to my digital lock. When i first reach the Bukit batok outlet, Roy, the salesperson attended to me. He is so friendly and know his stuff very well. With the friendly approached and recommendation, i decided to purchase during Jan 2021. He is now posted to Westgate B1 near the timezone. I went to look for him as i wanted a more function lock, without delayed, he did the processes real quickly. My wooden door was installed on 11th March. They are punctual with the given timing. The installer from the factory was professional and ensure that the door is properly installed.
Thereafter, Digital Lock installer came to install all the door handles for my 2 bedrooms and main door. The installer Ken is knowledgeable. He helped me to fix the master bedroom door to ensure that it’s properly closed with the new handle. He also did a good job in installing the main door stopper and handle.

Installation was performed by a technician named Ashok who arrived punctually and did a very professional and quick installation; explanation of the lock’s use was also clear.
