I would like to provide you with some feedback of my recent shipment. I have lived in the USA for many years, and have never shipped huge items back to Singapore.
Recently, my husband passed away and I was left with all the stuff to ship home. I have no clue as to what to do and no one was able to provide me the right direction to do my shipment.

Superb freight company
Based on google reviews, I took chance with them to bring my shipment from Hongkong to Singapore(glad did that). My stuff was in a different warehouse in HK for almost 2 years.
Bryan’s a great guy, he led all along very well and rest assured me they will directly take care of all communication as well as local transport to cargo coming to SG. Price they quoted as well was quite reasonable, especially since they brought it within 2 weeks , while others were quoting me 4-6 weeks at least for shipment to arrive.
I would fully recommend them as my engagement with Bryan was great and he’s quite responsive as well.

Shipping agent was professional and helpful, no complains about their professional attitude and services. However product was damaged when it arrives to my place.
Had bought insurance for it, but was informed by them that as the damage is internal, they are unable to process the claim as the container is in good condition. Seems like insurance is only useful when the ship sinks, or the container drops into the sea.
The product looks like it has been cut damaged by sharp objects, however they told me that the investigation result is that the product is damaged due to “Sea Pressure”, which coincidentally happens to the product at one side of the pallet only.
The delivery personnel told us that the product was damaged in the warehouse, yet after they investigate, they told me that it was a miscommunication and that what the delivery personnel meant that when they saw it, it was already damaged.
By and large, they are still a good forwarding agent. The only doubt I have is with regards to their claim process for products that is damaged during their transportation process.
