Non-English speaking movers who were unable to provide any questions or answers. When contacted the management via text, the staff told me to ask the movers themselves about payment. Hey, how do I do that when we don’t even speak the same language? The management staff were extremely unhelpful and lacked professionalism in quoting a price, and could not provide a proper breakdown.
Just completed my move with Move Move movers. Was not a massive move but their movers were meticulous in wrapping and transporting our items. They treated my 65″ TV (which had no stand as it was wall mounted before) with even more care than I would myself. After the move, they made sure I had time to check and test the tv. It is my first time engaging Move Move Movers and I am really happy with their services overall. From answering to my queries (even at night) to quotation to the actual move, everything was prompt and easy. The respective people who attended to me like Ethan for quotes and the supervisor, Damien on the day of the move were helpful and friendly. As I had 2 drop off locations with varying items, I was kinda concerned initially if they would mix up the items. They moved all my items professionally and correctly. I am really glad to have chosen Move Move and will use them again in the future.
I engaged them because they were very responsive at quoting and very timely in responding to my queries at first. I tot all was well until I missed out on a line that said to pay $10 per trolley more if pushing was more than 100m. My fault, but it costed a lot more as a result. I think they charged me another $10 per trolley for pushing *down?* a ramp too. While that was arguably still acceptable (was it?), they completely radio silenced once I showed them that my mattress was damaged in the move. I was so worried that they wouldn’t even come back to take back the 80 boxes to be eligible for my refund. I called various numbers on the actual day but no response. Luckily they did come at night.
Noted google respondent – i have no idea why mattress can be damaged either – i mean i could have raised it on the same day, but with 80 boxes all coming in at the same time and so much furniture, it wasn’t even possible to identify the damage on the spot until we settle down everything. More importantly, from the whatsapp messages as attached, the customer service just ghosted out after submitting the photos.

Movers were efficient and professional. Quite a comical duo. They shrinked wrap everything well. However the were late by 1.5 hours, which delayed my handover.
The main reason they are short of 2 stars was their lack of clarity when quoting. I was clearly quoted $150 for 1.5 to 2 hours. End up charging me $250 for 2.5 hours. Their explanation was that $150 was for 1.5 hours. If so, I would advise to just mention 1.5 hours instead of 1.5 to 2 hours. It is highly misleading to the consumer. When I clarified with the office over the phone, the lady just claimed that she was not the one that replied me in Carousell. In any case, they need to work on their clarity when providing quotes to prevent unhappiness like what I have experienced with them.

Excellent work. 1) was able to quickly provide estimate of volume of work via WhatsApp and photos. 2) arrived at time stated!!! 3) efficiently, quickly and very carefully bundled my belongings onto trolleys and dismantled bed 4) brought everything to destination which has pictures on walls and a staircase with landing. Did excellent job of preventing damage to wall, belongings and hanging art.

On 13 Nov 22 9am, I engaged Move Move Mover to transport 3 marble furniture set and other household items, fridge, washing machine, mattress, etc. The 3 gentlemen came on time, and very professionally carried out the task at ease despite the heavy load. They were friendly and they worked happily as a group. I am so impressed with their attitude & teamwork especially having met movers in the past who were grouchy and worn out from other mover companies. I did not compare cost and so can’t tell if Move Move Movers is cheaper or more expensive. But the kind of service level and group work I witnessed is definitely worth the charge I paid for.

Movers are very friendly; price quoted is accurate and u even have their price list to follow. So even on the spot have more items which is very common for moving house u don’t get surprised any surge increase in the price. The service provided was simply outstanding, and the three movers did their job in less than half the time that was quoted. Everything was done extremely efficiently and they made sure to check with us regarding how we would like certain things to be placed/wrapped, etc.

They warned me ill be charged extra if im late but end up they were late for an hr. I tried to confirm with them in the morning but no response. When they din show up, i tried to contact them again thru the staff i dealt with, thru the office, thru social media etc all no response. Only after 15 min of calling, they finally ans saying wait for another 20 min. Waited for an hr with no update again, i had to go thru multiple calling again to check. Its very unsettling, i understand may have delays but an update or at least pick up the call would help greatly
