This isn’t your regular Mos Burger restaurant. It’s Mos cafe and i love the variety of food here. You can really taste the beefiness in the wagyu varieties. Of course, the cafe dishes are slightly more expensive but it’s worth it! Estimated cafe capacity is 50 and it maybe difficult to get a seat during peak hours.

  2. Avatar photo

Place is small, seats are too narrow too. during peak hour usually cant find a seat. But food is nice. To be noted that their set meal can choose only fries, not like other MOS that can choose from mos chicken or salad

This is now a MOS Cafe that sells its burgers in sets that come with fries, onion rings and a salad for a full meal. Without drink but allows customer to select from the wide range of beverages on the menu. There’s also fried chicken and desserts. Certainly a popular joint given its value for money approach to Japanese fast food of good quality.

relatively small as usually with most MOS outlet. not much service experience as they will advice you to use the machine to self-service your orders as with most fast food places now.

liked that the rice burger i ordered came out nice and hot. relatively quiet.

Mos burger does a Japanese ‘western’ Cafe with wagyu patty demi-glacé on rice, teriyaki chicken bowl etc. Reasonable prices in a fast-food setting.

They go all out to ‘obsolete’ ordering counter and implement self-ordering kiosk with just ONE solidarity machine…….at least that’s the perception MOS is creating as there was no one at the ordering ctr with an obvious sign to self-order at the entrance. Only after wasting abt 10 min queuing as the only customer in front of me was struggling with the self-order kiosk that someone behind went to call out the MIA staff that we realised they still accept ordering at the counter after all.

Rice burger was so great, the taste exactly like fried sticky rice in Vietnam but this one bigger, I love the taste 8/10
Packing good, still better than Mac 8/10
Location is convenient to shopping, seat is so small and closed but not bad, we can seat and chit chat a bit with friends 7/10
Price is not cheap, about 6sgd/rice burger, 9sgd for a set including potatoes, onion fried, milk tea 5/10

I had the chicken and vegetables curry rice. The fried chicken cutlet was crispy and well-marinated, however the pieces of chicken cooked in the curry were overly done. The curry sauce was well flavoured and not too salty. The salad that came with the rice added a refreshing dimension. Nice place for a simple meal.

Prefer normal mos burger to mos cafe. The expanded menu consists of rice sets which is essentially a dismantled rice burger whilst throwing in a few vegetables.

Even after all the years (decades, actually), I still love their rice burgers. My very first time was in Japan, Nagoya, to be exact, back in the 90s. Their regular burgers are good, too. Only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is that I’ve gotten acid reflux from eating their burger – was their wagyu tower burger and specifically it’s sauce. That was a bummer.

No more rice burger and set menu. Not really mos burger or cafe. Luckily, they still have fish burger and corn soup to die for. However, without rice burger and set menu, it hardly makes it any closer to mos burger. It also not really any close to being a cafe without any coffee or high tea food, neither does the design is close to any asian or japanese style cafe. Therefore, I am not sure if this place style is more towards a mos burger, a cafe or none. It needs a theme and branding and properly follow through it.

My favorite fast food restaurant of all time went upmarket a few years back by launching its MOS Cafe concept. This sister restaurant is more sophisticated than your average MOS Burger. This includes posh fare like salads with quinoa grains, chicken breast dishes, and pastas. The decor and ambience resembles those of cafés with lots of blonde wood and brown padded seats. There is even a row of seats with electric outlets for patrons to charge their devices, like those found in airports. I am giving MOS Café 5 stars because they are finally offering large drink sizes, unlike in the past. This branch also has a significant tourist customer segment. It’s my favorite branch for enjoying my favourite MOS Breakfast. Check it out!!

My 1st choice fast food! I love the fries, I like their fries than Macdonald because Mac’s fries taste quite oily and hard but this it is tender and fresh.

The onion ring is deliciously nice! I hate onion whenever I order burger I will always remove onion but this onion ring cover away it’s strong onion smell.

The salad is FRESH! We know eat eating fast food is NOT for our health but life… sometimes awhile will crave for it and this fast food do their best to give nutrients to their customers.

The butterfly prawns, I love it too and especially for seafood lover, this is a MUST try. Not oily yet tasty!

The ice lemon is so much nicer than many fast food restaurants because it’s not sweet plus the lemon just boost its the taste of the drink, I loved it best.

The corn soup + pepper, wow! It is costly but I like hot soup at the go. So it’s like instead of drinking coffee I sometime with opt for this soup.

    Good!

Burger was good but the set meal isn’t worth. Drink + tiny salad + fries + 3 onion rings cost 1.5 times the price of the burger. Also the MOS chicken there is more expensive than the ones sold at a standard mosburger outlet.

Verdict: just go for the burger ala carte.
