Replaced my Pixel 4 XL display here. The original replacement from the shop was a defective LCD with severe colour shift at low brightness. Alan immediately set up an appointment the next day to rectify the issue.
The 2nd replacement also had the same issue which the team identified on the spot. They then ordered a 3rd replacement from another branch and replaced it the next day, providing me with a spare phone overnight. The 3rd screen was finally up to standard. They then also installed a screen protector entirely for free as a welcome gesture.
The team spared no expense in assisting me when their replacement LCDs were defective. However, I’d hope for them to exercise greater quality control with their supplier. Would nevertheless still recommend them.

I needed to replace the battery of my Huawei Mate 20 Pro and did not want to go to Huawei as they insisted on doing a factory reset prior to installation. Found Mister Mobile and whatsapped the number and an appointment was confirmed quickly. I was served by Jun who was very professional.
Prior to taking in your phone for servicing, Mister Mobile goes thorough a diagnostic of your entire phone (from volume, to camera, etc) to flag any other potential issue other than the issue you brought your phone to them for.
Left my phone with them for the battery swap and came back 40 mins later to retrieve my phone. The cost of the swap (inc battery) was cheaper than going to Huawei as well.

I don’t get mad at service staff because I understand it can be tough at times but this one got me so mad that I cannot control my anger.
Brought my damaged phone over to do data transfer to new phone and the staff said 1hour will do. Went back slightly over 1 hour later and said staff said that the transfer stopped at 20+% because both screens got locked (nope he didn’t ask me for screen lock password). Connected again and screen says 1+hr to be ready.
Went back again 1+hr later, only to find my phone still require 1-3hrs. They explained that data transfer. An take some time, which I acknowledge because I have a lot of files inside. But honestly, I would appreciate if they can provide better advice of time. E.g. Let me take the sim card so that they can call me when it’s ready. I pointed out about the 1hr wasted earlier on (which could have been rectified if they can call me promptly) and they brushed it off and something about the phones disconnected. No apologies at all.
Went back at the time that I really needed to go, and the transfer is almost done. There was some glitch which the staff cannot rectify and he went on to serve other customers without checking my phone after he restarted it. (I get it that they should make use of the time with so many customers waiting but I came first and I told him repeatedly that I am in a rush of time). He went to serve another customer even though my phone is ready to check, and I had to check on my own. Then when I finally got his attention, the answer is that he doesn’t know what is wrong.
Then I asked about the screen protector. He told me earlier that they cannot do it nicely (will have bubbles) and I said it’s okay. But at 5pm plus he just kept saying they cannot do it nicely and they need more time to do. I asked him if they have the screen protector (which they should have since he agreed that they can do) and HE TOLD ME TO GET IT FROM SAMSUNG SHOP. Wow. I reckon it’s because I told him I don’t want to buy the phone casing anymore.
So I took out the money to pay for my phone while he was serving the said second customer and he just ignored me. It was until later that I realized my damaged phone is being restored into original condition but at that point of time he just glanced at me when I asked him if he can hurry up. He doesn’t even offer any information why I have to wait. Then when he is finally done with the customer, he tied up the damaged phone and told me I can leave. With no receipts or anything done (“cuz it’s just data transfer,” he said.)

Decided to give this shop a try after seeing all the overwhelming positive reviews and I got to say, they do live up to my expectations. However, my experience could be better since parts for my tablet was literally out for almost all the outlets so I got to wait a few days to receive my device after repairs. But they were kind enough to send my device to the outlet with the parts available. Would recommend to give them a try.
Was searching online to repair the screen for my OnePlus 8 Pro as it is not a common phone in Singapore. Mister Mobile came up as one of the choices with many branches to choose from. Making an appointment was easy and repair was indeed within the 1 hour time as advised. Saw many customers collecting their phones during the hour and thought to myself that Mister Mobile must be a trusted service provider. Used the phone for a week since the repair and everything is working well. Only gripe I have is that I wasn’t made aware prior to the repair that the water proofing of the phone will no longer be available.

No wonder they get 4.9 stars out of 495 reviews! My mom has an old OPPO cell phone R5 8106 that contained my very dear late Grandmother’s photographs but the cell phone no longer can turn on. In my grief, I desperately want to recover those photographs. Many places don’t even want to try. I called and approached Mister Mobile at Woodlands who told me they no longer have stock of the battery but if I order online, they think replacing the battery could turn on the cell phone. I did, battery was changed, the phone didn’t work. They suggested to try working on the mother board. It also didn’t work. The amazing thing is, how they kept trying. And, because my phone cannot be fixed, nothing was charged to me. I am so very appreciative of how these young guys would try, when they know what it meant to me. Update after using replaced LCD for six days, on 4th November.
The backlight sensor seems to be at 90% brightness most of the time, the original LCD was much more sensitive and always adapted accurately on lighting conditions.
Downside to this is that the screen appears to be brighter most of the time. No choice of original Huawei LCD during repair, they proposed a grade A OEM unit.
So far everything performed as usual except for the always brighter screen.
Added this part in as all consumers need to be aligned of expectations, found nothing wrong with the shop, provided me correct info and good service.
Send my Nokia 6.1 plus for repair 3 wks ago (cannot charge) at Woodlands shop. I was told to replace the charging port that takes 1 wk to order the part from overseas. The shop is kind enough to temporary fix the port so that I can it.

I initially contacted them via WhatsApp bc of my cracked OnePlus 8T but the customer service was very upfront about the potential complications that might occur after repairs so I decided to get my OPPO AX7 repaired instead. it was a very straightforward repair for my screen (damaged LCD) and only cost 78SGD. it was supposed to take 1.5 hours but they got it done in less than one (thanks Raymond!)

I accidentally dropped my handphone and my lcd totally gone. Went to a few hp shops, all dont have stock for my hp model : Samsung S10E.
Searched online saw this shop, gave them a call, said they have stock, so i went down to get it fixed. Downtime: 1.5Hrs include a top class customer service. Price is decent: $220. The tampered glass are also cheap. Cheaoer than pasar malam, and U get a $3 discount if u book an appointment frm their website prior to coming down. Thanks guys. Shout out to Ah Pan and colleagues! I waited 2 weeks to make sure that my phone is perfect before submitting this review. Sent it to MM due to SIM card not detected. Had family laughing at me coz I never believed in repairing mobile phones (always kena rip off). But phone still relatively new, 1 year plus and as usual, I never fill in warranty so rather than paying 500ish for new A53, i repair it for 100+ which is very reasonable.

Fast and professional service. Had water damage in my phone, went down the next day and got it fixed within an hour.
Did a chemical wash to remove water and found that a cable was faulty. total damage was 48 (chemical wash) + 68 (replace cable) = 116. Reasonable pricing for the quick repair!
But I also found that my sim card slot was faulty, and was informed that fixing it will take additional time and cost, and it was not guaranteed to work. I decided not to fix the sim slot, and left. But after that i tried restarting my phone and my sim card worked!
10/10 would spoil my phone and visit again.

I visited Mister Mobile @ Woodlands branch. I was getting my Xiaomi Max Charging Port fixed as my battery couldn’t be charged after trying a few cable wires. After getting it fixed within an hour, my phone could charge again and its power lasts better.
I had an issue with my wife’s Honor 8 phone. Contacted MM on whatsapp and found a very responsive and professional reply. Service at the Woodlands branch was very good. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very unlike most mobile shops when it feels like you are an annoyance to their day. Repair was done within an hour and very good value for money.
I cannot recommend MM highly enough. I would go as far to say that the experience rivals many high end business for customer service. Certainly one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had in SG.

Went to Mister Mobile to have my phone repair as my phone can’t charge properly. Sometimes it does charge. So when they go through their checks and everything it seems that my phone charging port is somehow loose. About an hour or so they settle it. Worth my money too. They had contacted me and offered to change a new screen for me. It was picked up and delivered within 4 hours.
I trust that my iPhone is good, even though i had just received it back and barely used it.

Sent in an old iPhone 6 plus to change the lcd. Screen was cracked and the lcd was not responding to touch. Left my phone there and some time later they called saying that i need to replace the charge connecter or something as well for $68 else the phone will not be able to use. Though before that i had tried charging the phone at home and it was able to charge. Told them to proceed to change.
Collected the phone after few hours.. Everything looks good. Then a day later there was a small line crack. Not sure why. Did not used the phone and it was placed inside my bag with other stuffs.
Had a great experience with this shop when my pixel XL 2 screen cracked and needed a replacement. The price was reasonable and they responded to my enquires very promptly. I was also given constant updates on the stock availablilty. The screen replacement only took an hour which is much faster than other repair shops.

This is my experience with Mister Mobile on 30th November 2021, 1st time i went to change my Huawei Nova 3i screen crack, they really did it in 1 hour after that i collected and they give 1 month warranty it but after that with in 2 days i realize that a lot of white line and spot getting bigger so i msg them the issue and screen shot show them so they ask me come down to check because still with in 1 month warranty so i went down on 2nd on 02 November 2011, they change the screen again under warranty for free so i collected it and left. The next few days after using 20 to 30 minutes same thing happen again but God bless the Mister Mobile team really profession enough that they msg me ask about my phone and i told same thing happen and the apologies ask me come down 1 most time they want to know what happen and went down 3rd times on 5th November 2021 and left the phone there and collected it back on 8th November 2021 and they explained to due LCD problem that is why got this problem. now the phone really never give anymore problem. I take this opportunity to said many many thanks to Mister Mobile for the professionalism, patience, friendliness and excellent services, I really appreciate, thanks I highly recommend Mister Mobile to everyone because you can’t find any mobile service as excellent like them, keep it up and be number one in Singapore. I had a jammed sim tray, and my mom and I tried all sorts of methods for 45 minutes to try get it out. The eject pin, needles, safety pin, the tape method, even trying to pry it open with sharp objects and our nails.
I decided to just walk 10 minutes to a phone store to ask for help. The first store didnt even take a look, and just told me that they couldnt help today.

Note that the 30 day warranty given is only to repairs, not cameral removal. Got baited by the page, since the warranty for repairs was written on the page for camera removal.
Also note that the IP rating on your phone will be invalid when you perform for the camera removal. Apart from that, there also appears to be visual defects (very slight bulging).

Going with my gut and getting a brand new iPhone 13 mini for less than 1k, after a few days of use I am pleasantly satisfied with my purchase, no hiccups or mishandling of my phone and everything looks in order. I will definitely come back to buy new phones from them!

Went in to replace screen for my phone and though they didn’t have the screen itself I brought in one that I bought online and they helped me to replace it for a very reasonable price. Impeccable customer service! Mr Mobile was prompt and polite from the moment we contacted them. At the outlet, the staff (I think his name is Jun) checked the item and set our expectations from the start. No hard sell at all and they did not try to deliberately find issues to jack up the price. The side was slightly dented, but he never turn us away or increase the price. He only said he will try his best to fix that part… and he did keep his word. Within the day, my tablet was fixed for half the cost than what the Service Center had quoted. It even comes with a 30 day warranty! Glad we found Mister Mobile.. will definitely be a returning customer.
For context, I cracked my Samsung Tablet S6 screen only; LCD still working fine. Service centre claimed must change screen+LCD and even outer shell since it was slightly dented. Tried Sim Lim, no one was able or willing to repair S6. After searching and getting tossed around for over a week by other “repair” shops, Mister Mobile rescued my S6.

Just straight on NOT Recommended… Fixing my screen ending up creating more problem from their side that makes me have to go theur shop 3 times. FYI, i had asked about the pricing at a shop in northpoint, they qouted me $580 for the LCD replacement =.= almost can buy a 2nd hand handphone with that pricing!

Greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Repair was fairly fast, about 1 hour, no problems with the full lcd replacement so far.
I gave my Samsung galaxy Note8 for screen and LCD display changing, I got it after 1 hour repair with new screen and display.
One I found issue in LCD due to some flow inside it while start up. So I again contacted them and they asked to recheck.
Then they found the damage in display and asked me another 1 hour for repair.
Then after 1 hour, I got the phone. I found the issue that, gum was not properly fixed on top side. But the guy (Not Mr.Jerry) insisted me that it is OK.its due to 2 times repair on same point.
Even I didn’t agree because I found a gap between screen and frame on top side and screen was bulged at top side.Mr. Jerry told me that need to replace new frame. But I won’t spent again for this phone.
So they again asked me another 1 hour for fix it.
After 1 hour, Jerry told that, it need to change frame also. He will do it freely. So he asked another 3 hours.
So after that, I got the phone and now its work good.
Anyhow Mr. Jerry made a good customer support
