I usually dont go to Paragon unless needed.Very expensive parking fee.I went there at least once a week to do delivery to Metro.My advice,dont go there during lunch or peak hrs, Can be very frustrating when u want to exit off from the building.
My shoe broke while going towards Infiniti Jewels so I entered into Metro Paragon.
Erika quickly helped me to get matching which matched my dress so I picked up Evervest heels at $103 and left Metro Paragon.

Department store with quite a big range of products including Women’s, men’s and kids wear plus other items like luggage. Found prices to be ok but on the high side. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Selection of toys have gone bad to worst. Inside the store on level 4 with the focus from Lego. Other toys are now outside but the variety has dropped. No point toy hunting there anymore even with 20% or 30% discount on blue tags, nothing to buy at all.

We parked at 22 Bideford Rd (AlFalah Mosque). At level 3 there is a link bridge from the carpark to Paragon & Metro is right there. Love the kitchen & household section and always manage to get my stuffs there. The size is convenient if you just want to get your things and go. Staff are polite and nice too.

Don’t get me wrong, I support brick and mortar department stores. It’s just this particular salesperson from the costume jewellery section said some insinuating comments that left a bad taste in my mouth. She jokingly implied that we were going to steal the right gs that we were trying on. We look young but it is not right to say things like that and because we are gracious, we do not even want to retaliate. I will still go there but it will not be my first choice for departmental store shopping.

They sell a lot of useful household and fashion items with good designs. From time to time they will sell with discounts. From women shoes to men office clothes to kids stuff. The decor is slightly old compared to other Dept in Orchard, like Robinson.

Over-crowded, some products don’t have promoters so you might have trouble with shopping experience. Overall deals are just meh, the real good deals were advertised but finished too quickly e.g. free iphone 11 for $5K spending, which makes you feel stupid if you still spend that 5K and you lost a free iphone deal. I won’t visit unless I got stuffs to grab.

Yesterday my friend and l were shopping at Metro and we were well served by a sales staff , Ms Poh Li at the Glenhill apparel section.
She is courteous and patient and rendered good customer service to us , giving us good practical advices and recommendations on what we suit us best. I was very impressed by her product knowledge and her passion in her service.
Upon her good advice, l bought a dress of correct size which fitted my adult daughter so well. Please convey my appreciation to Ms Poh Li for giving us a pleasant shopping experience at Metro Paragon.

Metro is Singapore’s local department store. This one at Paragon is the biggest and is one of only two left. Plenty of promotions and sale during the festive holidays, even for branded products. Recommended to check out the prices here before making your purchases elsewhere. Also carries many in house brands. Worth making a trip there.

I went to buy footwear! Shoes are placed with right distances, sign boards catching your attention without staff help! There is a discount going on branded footwear many below 100/ Some sandals like 70/
Some of the deals here during the holiday season are a lot better than what you can find online. Ended up buying 2 balmain quilt cover sets. One less star cos u could have implemented better payment options instead of getting your customers to queue. Learn from your competitors, else u will suffer the same fate as Robinsons.

I grew up with Metro. It is a wonderful departmental store. I hope it will continue to grow from strength to strength.
