I like this macdonalds because there is an outdoor eating area. If I can get a parallel parking lot alongside it, it makes for easy dining, in and out.
Occasionally, the place can get really busy when school kids congregate to eat and enjoy. The pace of dishing out food orders here used to be slower than other branches, but has improved since they adopted the order and pick up format, plus self service order kiosks.

Can’t really go wrong with McDonald’s. This is the outlet nearest to me, the cleanliness and service at this outlet is pretty amazing taking into consideration it is a neighbourhood area. The queues can get long during lunch and dinner periods but it is a good place to go for midnight supper as it is relatively empty then.
The customer service at this outlet wasn’t that great. On 5 June, about 10ish pm, I stood at one side of counter, obviously seeking help. But the staff, old and young, just went about their work, not bothered to help at all.
I spoke to my partner about it. His reply ‘never has been good in the first place’

The fries were cold and the rest of the food was lukewarm, not sure how since the restaurant is literally only 5min walk away. Adding 1 star for bothering to call, even though the call came when the order was already late.

Long-established and popular neighborhood restaurant. Has the usual indoor seating and — and this is a big deal, lots of outdoor seating under a shady canopy, very close to the Bishan MRT Station. One of the earliest adopters of free wi-fi, it’s been a haven for internet access to countless locals, schoolkids and importantly, anyone who could not or did not want to use the government controlled system of free wifi. Add to that it’s high visibility from the station and we can see why this McD is a very popular meeting place and rendezvous for high schoolers, mobile workers (like myself), locals, tourists, foreign workers, university students and so on.

Always crowded with waiting line outside of restaurant due to strict SMM for the inside capacity.
I usually queue to take away as I rather eat it hot & fresh versus delivery which may cause the food, especially fries to be soggy. Also, didn’t want to wait for seats as some diners may be happily enjoying the Aircon after food. Nothing wrong with that as the restaurant do not set time limit for in-dining.

Just got regular old MacDonalds, there’s a cramped interior and just about as much seating inside as outside. This makes it fairly crowded during meal times but usually seats outside are available.
Over about 6 months of coming here occasionally, I realized they usually employ older staff or new staff as cashiers regularly, which I’m totally fine with, but can slow down order taking as well as increase queue waiting time.

Other than that’s it’s just like any other Macs.

Miriam showed such outstanding customer with a small but truly thoughtful gesture.
A customer who came into the restaurant with a loud crying kid, decided she couldn’t order anything because the kid wouldn’t stop screaming his head off. So she pushed the stroller outside the restaurant to try and calm her kid down.
Upon noticing the mother‘s distress, Miriam made a mini cone ice cream (at no charge) for the crying kid outside the restaurant, even though the mother didn’t make a purchase.
This would be the gold standard of customer service if service staff could all take Miriam‘s example to show care to customers who come to this restaurant.
Affordable place for students like myself to hang out
The steel strings/strips that secure and supports the shades which located just outside the Mac front door are a safety hazard. Someone may just walk right into it and be hurt.

This is a great McDonald’s outlet, located very conveniently just outside the Braddell MRT station. There’s ample seating and I’ve never had to wait unreasonably long for my order, even during peak hours. The staff are friendly and the store is well-maintained. yesterday my family ordered takeaway and a staff passed us the wrong order but we only realised when we got home. upon calling them they promptly responded and delivered us the correct order FOC without question. truly my favourite macdonalds outlet!

Worst macs. Corn was not heated n toilets had no soap dispensers. UPDATE soap dispensers repaired. Yayyyy

Small McDonald’s with not many seats but opens 24 hrs and has somewhat of. drive thru coz u can park your car and run in to buy food. It’s my favorite coz it’s near my house and I studied there!
Its too small an outlet and the al fresco seating is not that inviting

So I call this the Braddell Mac. It’s super close to mrt. The food there has standard. Their burgers and fries taste fresh. Their outlet is small so the atmosphere is not as good as the others but it’s usually busy but their service is still excellent. They have seats outside which is outdoor so it can be hot. But overall, if you’re looking for take away and if there’s seat inside where there’s Aircon, go ahead and give it a try.
