The service has definitely changed over the years. I also think that they have changed their serving style which leads to slow service from the staff. I actually quite used to wait, in terms of food mcd has always been consistent. I hope they can change their serving method or perhaps new way to do it.

Terrible service. Ordered nuggets happy meal for kids and they say curry sauce not included, need to pay. Said it’s a new rule just two weeks ago but I still had curry sauce last week when I ordered! Not only that, the corn cup missing spoons and butter…Ribena was warm…and staff took extremely long to prepare the box and serve me though the items sat on the counter for a while. Staff bickering about each other in their own language…horrible experience.

My sincere gratitude to your staff (male wearing glasses)who brought my furniture receipt to my residential address after his shift and i did not take down his name.i believed we would have dropped the furniture receipt at Fajar Shopping Center when we were using the self service machine while ordering when I visited at about 515pm to 530pm and he was at the entrance ensuring safe entry into the restaurant.

Do note that this review was done during the covid 19 pandemic, as of august 2021. Even before covid, this mcdonalds establishment has always been a go to staple for the young at old, mainly because it is one of the few outlets that is open 24 hours. It is spacious and always had good service, and i have huge respect to the staff there. The safety regulations taken by this establishment is sufficient and well thought out, you will definitely get your food promptly and safely

Quite a nice setup in this outlet. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, making dining in uncomfortable. Most of the time will order a takeaway menu. Hope this Covid-19 can be under control and we can resume our normal dine in experience again.

Just another McDonald’s outlet in the heartlands. Nothing really too special except that if one chooses to dine-in, there seemed to be ample of space even with the 50% downsize due to COVID-19 safe distancing measure.
MacDonald is already symbol for singaporean fav past time fast food. Now they have Spicy Crispy chicken. But the skin is abit thick. If they improve it much better. I waiting if they release Rendang Crispy Chicken. Flavour rendang…yummy. hope they able to produce it. No matter what MacDonald still deserve 5 star for the food.

Very well kept franchise with the latest technology that McDonald’s employs such as self order kiosks and a number based order retrieval system. The chain has a decent sized television that broadcasts football and decent seating arrangements. The tall chairs are unfortunately uncomfortably close to the tall table, making the seating experience on those chairs rather uncomfortable.
