Very convenient place to visit, because is just inside the Chinatown Point. Bus Stop is just in front of the Chinatown Point and MRT – NE Line and DT Line are near to Chinatown Point.

The staff was very friendly and greeted me during the check in process.
The food standard was of high standard as with other MacDonald. Cleanliness too.
The deduction of the 1 star was because the staff gave me a straw without me asking for one. Thought we are supposedly to be environmental friendly, to cut down on unnecessary waste.
Also need to comment that you need to take note of where to sit when it is raining. Because some parts of Chinatown Point roof were leaking- dripping rainwater. And some of the seats would be wet.

On the 30th September, I purchased breakfast in the morning and left my wallet there absent mindedly.
The team recovered my wallet and kept it secure until my next visit.
I would to commend them for their excellent service, integrity and ownership to their duties.

This outlet is poorly staffed and the speed of of them churing out the orders is extremely slow. The staff will simply remove the order from the Collection screen even when the order have not been fulfilled just to cheat the system to think that they have cleared the order within timeframe.
Usual Mac D… The only negative is the space available. It is a mini Mac D…. Not many place to sit. So feel lucky if you get one with a group size of 3 or more. The only reason to give a 4 star.

Their chocolate Mcflurry was delicious. And the caramel oreo frappe! Customer service was decent and concise. Everyone orders on the board. There are 2 floors for space. Didn’t go upstairs. 1 of the staff members was very rude to us. We (family of 4) Black South Africans visited your establishment while on holiday on the 17th July. We asked for directions to the “Buddha Temple” but you staff just chased us away saying “no English speak her” go. The food we bought we had to go with it as we felt we were not welcomed there.

All ok except that the outlet can only be accessed via a flight of stairs. Quite high also. Upon leaving, there was a rubbish bin blocking the exit. Maybe the McDonalds staff forgot to put it away

Macdonald’s the always go to restaurant when i do not know what to eat. Able to take my time to enjoy my meal.
Avoid lunch hours on weekdays. The location is smack in between China Town and Raffles with many office workers. It’s tough to find seats during lunch hours on weekdays. 12 to 2pm.

Always been here as the choice in the neighborhood. Although there’s probably another one close by. Place is a bit tight and usually crowded but works out great.
I very, very, very , very, very like to go there to eat or take away the McDonald’s Chinatown Point because the counter crew and pick up counter is very, very, very, very, very good service.I can give them 900.00 star.

Great place, good food at McDonald’s. An awesome landmark to have a meetup too. Convenience access to MRT, BUS STOP, mainland China Chinese hawker center, local SG hawker food (between the range of $2-$20) There a cash converter outlet to get 2nd hand items (some items are rather new). A 10min – 15mins by bus to Funan mall 2019.

It could be a little bigger as the size of the macdonalds was a little compact but service was well
The bun was soggy and it was messy to eat the burger because they put so much sauce. If you want to pay cash, don’t use the machine and directly head to the cashier. This will safe you time.
The drinks here are too diluted. Had Milo and sprite, both are horrible.
