I recently hurt my knee and had to use a walking stick to move around. When i approached the reception to register as a visitor, he noticed my condition and immediately volunteered to help me carry my stuff and access the security gantry with the QR code. I was pleasantly surprised and touched this kind albeit small gesture.

It consists of three office towers, two residential towers and retail space. Offering close to 1.3 million square feet of office space, Tower 3 has floor plates ranging between 29,000 to 45,000 square feet. DBS Bank is the anchor tenant at Tower 3. Other tenants include Ashurst LLP, Clifford Chance, Mead Johnson, McGraw Hill Financial, Lynx Energy, Geo Energy, Regus, WongPartnership and Fitness First. Bang in the middle of the city the building houses DBS . Finding a way down can become a nightmare if you land up in cargo lift by mistake as it only operates through pass and it’s available only with authorized personnel who can deny to help

One of the most gorgeous business districts in the world; overlooking the river this place is even more spectacular under a thundery tropical sky.
One of the best office buildings you can work at in Singapore. Concierge is excellent with the umbrella service, and sometimes you can get them to call a cab for you. Sheltered access to both Downtown and Raffles Place MRT (even though Marina Bay is nearby).
The only catch is the lunch options though, but if you’re willing to take a train out or eat during off-peak periods, it’s no biggie.

What a cool place, I love my office but whenever I’m at MBFC I know where the cool kids work. I was looking at some office space here and the view of the ocean is amazing. This is what success feels like. Excellently maintained modern beautiful building. Great amenities, very impressive location.

I’ve been working here from June 2021 and I’ll be sharing on the building interior, food options, as well as the customer service from the concierge from this tower.
It’s really easy to come here using public transport. There’s Downtown MRT station, Marina Bay MRT station, and Raffles MRT station (this on is quite a distance).
It’s a really beautiful building. Really well clean so kudos to the cleaners there! The lift needs to be access with a QR code which the concierge provide. Toilets are super duper nice and really clean! If you’re a muslim then from my experience you can use the handicap toilet, there’s a pipe!
Food option wise there’s a lot but only a few for Halal options – especially at the NTUC foodfare.
The customer service at the concierge counter is splendid! Every single one of them are nice and welcoming. If they know you they’d remember your name and greet you every time they see you. They’re helpful and always spoke with softness. Once there was a loud falling sound and I see one of them rushing towards the source of the sound to see if everything’s okay so a plus point for alertness!

Central CBD location next to Marina Bay MRT. Food options are plentiful with Marina Bay Link Mall accessible by underpass.
Tower 3 has the DBS retail branch, food court and a number of coffee / sandwich shops along with a few restaurant outlets. Very clean and well maintained with proper check-in and check-out tracking which is a must during the pandemic. I visit this often as my office is in Tower 2. Will continue to visit Tower 3 unless there is a lockdown (fingers crossed that it never happens)!

Today taken 661 bus at 7.50am from Pasir drive 6 .
Felt the route is boring took almost 1 hr 15mins . Almost same as mrt.
But this is direct Pasir ris to MBFC felt convenient during morning rush hours Instead of hoping on to bus n then catch blue line mrt.
