A very charming place. You have to visit both during the day and at night. Just sitting and watching people walk or walk makes you fall in love with Singapore. The skyscrapers are impressive, unbeatable views.

The Marina Bay Financial Centre (abbreviation: MBFC) is a mixed-use development located along Marina Boulevard and Central Boulevard at Marina Bay, Singapore. It consists of three office towers, two residential towers and retail space at Marina Bay Link Mall, occupying a 3.55 hectare site.[2]
The construction of the Marina Bay Financial Centre development comprises two phases, with its first phase completed in 3Q 2010. The entire development was completed in 2012 and the grand opening of Marina Bay Financial Centre was officiated by Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on 15 May 2013.[3]
The first phase consists of the office Towers 1 (33 storeys) and 2 (50 storeys), Marina Bay Residences with 428 units and 94,500 square feet (8,780 m2) of the retail mall. The local architect for phase 1 was DCA Architects Pte Ltd.[1] The second phase comprises office Tower 3 (46 storeys), 84,500 square feet (7,850 m2) of the retail mall and Marina Bay Suites with 221 units. Marina Bay Suites attained TOP in June 2013.[4][5][6] For this major project, Schindler Singapore supplied a total of 105 units of elevators and 6 units of escalators.[7]

Marina Bay Suites, the second luxury residential development won the FIABCI Singapore Property Awards 2014. The Singapore Property Awards is the local chapter of the international FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards.
Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) clinched the top award in the Office category at the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards 2012 (held in May),[11] which recognises the world’s outstanding real estate developments. Marina Bay Residences (MBR) was runner-up in the Residential (High Rise) category.
Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) also won the Gold award for the mixed-use category in the MIPIM Asia Awards 2011 (held in November), which honours outstanding real estate projects in the Asia Pacific region.[12] MBFC also won the Participants‟ Choice Award, which honours the project that receives the most delegate votes.

Really nice place to work. It’s in the downtown. You have all the facilities like transportation through MRT, Bus or Taxi. Lot of options around for the food and near by Mosque for the Juma Prayers.

One of the newer financial centre in Singapore. With a total of 3 towers, there are ample parking space for the tenants and visitors. The decorations are well-done and classy. High ceiling and spacious lobby.
There are numerous restaurants (Japanese and Italian), cafes and fast food restaurants too.
Located within short walking distance to Downtown station. It is also within walking distance to Raffles Place station. Though it is a slightly longer walk, you can walk using the underground link and you can enjoy window shopping as there are various shops along the underground link.

It’s an office building
Very high up and cool too. Very windy and enjoyable to be there. Coming back down is a bit uncomfortable as the air pressure changes. Would visit again.

I used to work at DBS here, and after so many years, the vibes of the MBFC area is still the same. Despite it being an international business centric office space, I find them very different from your ORQs and the other Raffles Place area.
From the moment you walk into the building, to when you’re roaming around during meal times or otherwise, to seeing groups of people having drinks. I cannot help but feel the “hyper local” vibes, especially post-Covid when expats are not fully back yet like before.
The air somehow just feels very off for me, and I’m super thankful that I’m no longer working here. Put it bluntly, even as a Singaporean myself, I can smell the ranting whiney “Hardware Zone” Singaporean air mask the entire area.

You can’t enter unless you hold your ID card over the gate,
It is good that the elevator does not stop only on the floor where the company is located. There was no intrusion by suspicious persons, so I was able to work with peace of mind. There is mall of lunch near, too and is convenient.
The view from the office was also nice.

Sawa Sawa but miss food options need to Walk Far for kuch lunch
There is an impossible burger stand nearby but that is more of a one time thing or a luxury
The taxi area is always busy and it is therefore easy to be able to find a taxi in the busy intersection

Nice place this is the banking district of Singapore, clean and with a lot of bling has most of the multi national banks based here some prominent Singaporean banks also have their head offices in the area. Whether is not something to talk home about though it’s muggy all the time and keeps raining! Very expensive as well!
