    Went to the Mayer service center at Ubi to get my standing fan repaired. Was served by a polite, courteous and very helpful lady called Huey Jing. The repair was completed quickly and I was done in less than 30 minutes. The place is clean and well organised. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

    Purchase my 2nd induction hob from Angie @ IMM. Great service as usual from Angie however the nightmare starts once item delivered.
    Installer : My appointment was scheduled between 3-5 but waited till 6 still no update. Spoke to Angie and she get the installer to call me. They apologised as they have overlook the appointment hence will need to re schedule another date.
    .Item was installed neatly and they have assisted to dispose my old hob.
    Product issues: buttons not sensitive and it’s a challenge to turn the hob on. Spoke to Angie via whatsapp video call and she do noticed the issues. She has promptly arrange service center to contact me and arrange on site test and repair.
    Serviceman: Came on time and tested and he feel its ok but when i show him the issues he do notice the on/off button has issues. He replaced the control unit board and it works fine.
    Overall i will give 5 stars to sales and backend support.
    As for product: i will give it a 2 star. Probably i’m unlucky to get a lemon.

    Brought my 2 fans down and was attended by Ms Huey Jing. Seeing that I had my hands both full with the 2 fans, she immediately ushered me to the service area. Was quoted initially $12 for service and $15 for change of capacitor for one of the fans bought 2 years ago and was charged via credit card, but I found that it was still under warranty. I showed the e-receipt to Huey Jing and she took effort to void the transaction immediately. Repair technician also explained that I should not use a wet towel to wipe the steel portions of the fan, as it may result in rusting. Appreciated the advice.

    Perhaps Mayer can work with logistics company like QExpress to ease customers’ hassle of bringing down the electronics.

    I went to Mayer HQ on 26th July to get my airfryer fixed. My airfryer was stuck as our silicon baking tray caused the tray to be stuck.

    Christine attended to me very promptly and told me her technician Piyong would assess the air fryer free of charged. She told me to take a seat and within 7 minutes she was out with my airfryer fixed.

    It totally made my day that they managed to take our tray out and i loved that everyone there was friendly. While Christine was inside another colleague of hers approached me to ask if I needed anything.

    The staff here are fantastic and attentive. Definitely made my day. Well done!

    Very happy with the Mayer service, I called on 2nd of Nov for the gas ignition problem I was facing. Executive was very patient while understanding the problem and prompt to answer all my queries satisfactorily. Though the schedules were busy, executive gave 16th Nov home visit appointment. Technician came as per the schedule, he was very helpful and quick to understand the root cause. Within no time he changed the faulty parts and helped me with all my queries.     I always like Mayer products. Trsustworthy for the items I use to date.
    Prices also reasonable.

    So when the airfryer failed me after a few use, i took it to the service center at 71ubi.
    I called he shop online first and the staff told me to bring it over to the service center
    I bought it as a spare more than a year ago.
    They did it fast enough. It was just a knob change.
    I did not know that once you start the cooking, you cannot turn back the knob even if food is ready. I was told i broke it.
    Unlike other models, this feature was new to me.
    They charged me $5 cos warranty over.
    Even if it is only $5, it will be great if they waive it off cos i have no idea cannot turn it back. More for goodwill i had wished.

    Just sharing, when i damaged my suface pro and was in USA, i walked into microsoft center, ask them if i can buy one and the staff just took one and give it to me. This is exceeding customer service! WoW!

    For the feature , I think they should inform manufacturer to allow user to switch it off as and when we want it.
    I just think it was poorly designed for this knob.

    Other than this, the air fryer does a decent job.
    Service staff at the center were great!
    The online staff i chat with are also great.

    Once again, Thank you Mayer for prompt response and follow up!

    Called via phone, asked to bring toaster to change timer. Quick registration and within 20 mins part was replaced. A Ms Karen is indeed helpful. Ready to serve with a big smile.
    Parking costs at Excalibur Center for 50 mins cost me $3.56, steep for that run down building n poor signage in the car park. Exit is very poorly designed, one slight error will have your car scratched by the wall. Hope I need not visit this terrible building again.

    Would like to share my experience and compliment one of the staff by the name called Karen from one of the department which was transferred the call to me by the technical support. Im very lucky to have met her. She had gone the extra mile in getting the transport team to deliver my faulty Air Fryer which i just bought during 9.9 sales from shoppee and its less then 2 weeks and its spoilt.I told her the the incidents i faced and i text shoppee mayer marketing which getting me no reply. She can sense the urgency and also having the empathy of getting the old folks to bring down to the service centre.
    Greatly appreciate your kind assistance and giving your outmost customer.
    Overall, i’m giving 4 stars for the whole incident but to Karen i will give 5 stars.

    One of my table fan blade was broken, instead of throwing the whole fan away, I was trying my luck to call Mayer customer service centre. Hayley attended to me. The part(s) of my fan is unavailable due to its old model, but Hayley tried her best to substitute it using the newer model blade. Voila, my old fan got new life again!
    Hayley is very pleasant & approachable, thumbs up for her customer service standard.
    Would continue to support this brand.

    The motor of my Mitral fan spoiled after about three years and will be replaced for free due to the warranty. There was a service charge of $15, which I think is reasonable. Product is expected to be ready for collection after three working days. The service staff were attentive, helpful and polite, which is a breath of fresh air. The service centre also has plenty of products on display, including new and second-hand appliances at great discount.

    During my last servicing experience at Mayer HQ when I realised I can buy regular items at discounted price and display items at special price, I am back again to buy directly from here ‘cos the staff here are very friendly and courteous. Ms Christine recommended few items and tested them to ensure they’re working well and will check with their technical staff if there’s issue and advised if replacement is required. We reserved few items and waiting for her call when it’s available. We will definitely be back again!
