Very nice landscape for photography and instagrammable photos. But security personnels will stop you and not allowed to use digital cameras and pro cameras (mirrorless and dslr). iPhone Pro are digital and pro cameras though.

Marina One is a mixed-use development surrounded by Marina Way and Straits View in Marina South, located within the Downtown Core of the city-state of Singapore.
Designed by Christoph Ingenhoven, Marina One has a total floor space of approximately 3.67 million square feet. It consists of two 34-storey residential towers, two 30-storey Grade A office towers and a retail podium titled ‘Heart’, featuring lush greenery and landscaping by Gustafson Porter and ICN Design. Both are the landscape architects behind Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay, also located in Marina South.
It was developed by M+S Pte Ltd, a 60:40 joint venture between investment fund Khazanah National and Singaporean investment firm Temasek Holdings. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the two funds – Mapletree Investments and UEM Sunrise were appointed as project managers.
Development began on 11 July 2012, followed by the unveiling of the architectural design of Marina One on 19 February 2013. It was inaugurated on 15 January 2018.
History
Marina One was designed by Ingenhoven Architects. The Korean consortium consisting of Hyundai Engineering & Construction and GS Engineering and Construction was appointed as the main contractor for the project on September 5, 2013.
Other firms participating include Architects61, Beca Carter Hollings & Ferner, Langdon & Seah, Gustafson Porter, ICN Design and Arup.

Groundbreaking ceremony
Members of the M+S Board of Directors broke ground on Marina One on July 11, 2012. Speaking at the ceremony, the president of M+S revealed that the development will “define new standards about urban luxury living in Singapore, creating a benchmark for international excellence in design and sustainability” in line with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) long-term vision for Marina South as a growth region in establishing a global business and financial hub.
Green heart
The estimated net floor space is 140,000 square feet of retail podium in the Marina One center offering dining and lifestyle options. At the heart of Green Heart will be a biodiversity garden designed and developed by Kathryn Gustafson of Gustafson Porter + Bowman. The heart envisioned by Christoph Ingenhoven is a sanctuary and a green public space for communities to come together at the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District. We went to have our tim sum at Majestic Restaurant situated on the 4th floor. Thus is our very first visit to this restaurant.They only hv to slots for you to lunch. 11am which you need to finished your lunch by 12.45pm. Next slot is 1pm. We booked for 11.30am. It is quite a rush for our lunch but we did enjoyed ourselves cos food is extremely good. Pricing is a bit more expensive than outside. A dish costs about $8+.but food served are hot and assumption. You should tried their seafood fried noodles it is really value for money though it costed us $24 for a big bowl fit for 4 adult. Their siew men and hakau are equally good. I told my husband pi definitely come back here for our tim sum. Sorry forgotten to take some photos….
Open space with Natural air but sometimes warm. Lack of beautiful cooling landscape. Maybe Could be spruced with a waterfall to cool the environment. Convenient access by MRT and buses But confusing navigation on how to get the underpass to reach the Tower and bus stop. Lack of clear signages.

Modern looking with ample facilities
Marina one. One of the most amazing flying swirling curves that put fiction into the category of utopian futurist conception. It forces the eyes to flow with the curve and eventually rising to receive the showering lights that gave one a good visual bath. Monetary one gets into a reflective mood, speechless, in a world of awe. The green saturate and glisters in a dark background of steel and granite. Colors are exquisitely playing off each other forcing one to slow down and glide along the textility of the material and geometrical forms. Speechless!
A jungle oasis amidst this crazy futuristic architecture. Amazing lattice work of grills and perforated walkway. Absolutely out of Singapore. Nevertheless may not want to stay here. Interior very dim though. Many occupants had their lights on eventhough it was very sunny outside.

The view from the courtyard is unique. It’s interesting to see the fence like a roller coaster going around the building.

One of the newer business towers Marina One has an East and a West tower. Make sure you’re in the right one. If you want Netflix their office is in the West tower, as is Grab. Just Co have offices in both towers so make sure you’re at the right one before going in.

Very quiet and clean coffee room. Have a cup of coffee here for breakfast, eat a small pastry, and there are many delicacies for lunch. And fast food, the food is delicious, the price is affordable, and the waiting time is not long.

Only the fish tasted the best. The rest just normal food. Variety of food lesser than the branch at labador Park. Choice of drinks not so good. Saturday dinner was half filled at 7pm. Maybe due to many unhappy booking customer got cancelled and decided not to dine here. Overall the food needs to step up. But I will not come here anymore.
