I thought a country club is supposed to be private, but this is for public. It has fishing and prawning pools, catch rate is decent as the pools are quite small. You can have ur meals there.
You can also try out wake-boarding or wake surfing, pre-booking is required.

One of the locations from back in the day. The place is almost the same as before the area was developed and it was a gravel road to get there. Might be a good idea to do a bit of upgrading, maybe a face-lift. The parking gantry needs to be improved, replaced or upgraded asap.

Beautiful place for a nice scenery with good food and music. Perfect for a late night dinner or supper and catch up with friends. There’s a few restaurants with live music bands and bar. There’s a prawning place that is renovating at the moment, but when service resumes, it provides a late night of prawning and BBQ-ing. Can simply be a place to admire the scenery away from the bustling city life.

The Boardwalk is in a very sorry state, quite a lot of weathered and rotting planks. The Marina water looks rather filthy and just a few boats docked. Really looks Sad and under utilized under maintained. The restaurants and cafe’s in the surrounding needs serious facelifting. I’m surprised there are actually people keen to eat there, I would’ve opted to go to Punggol Settlement to eat rather. I’m not prejudiced against this place, I used to think highly of MCC just that it seems management is not proactive enough. Hope you revamp MCC into a lovely and beautiful place. I hope one day I too will be able to use MCC services.

It’s not what your mind would conjure when you think of a country club . It’s not upscale. The food choices are limited and it’s a real pity because thisbppace could be really amazing (there are quite a few yachts and boats parked here) and the view is very good . Better shops and better marketing would realllllly turn this place around .

MCC is one of the remaining marina clubs in the eastern part of the island. The place really needs a facelift. Through the years it has change hands a few times and recently was acquired by new owners again. Gone are most of the restaurants, the 7 eleven store folded cause the cost was too high, only 3 eating house remain, one with hot pot, and the other two with karaoke facilities. There is a spa, pond fishing and a pet grooming and exercise facility. Most of the area, besides the marine docks, which can hold 100 vessel, are taken over by pre school education tenants. The biggest being Dayspring Kindergarten and Childcare, occupying over 35000sq ft.of space. The 8th floor ‘lighthouse‘ is also under their charge. With the government enlargement of the whole surrounding Punggol area, we hope the new marina landlords will do some upgrading too.

When it was first built it was an amazing place. I had loads of memories of the marina when i was in my childhood days. Eventually time took it’s toll and slowly the marina started to change, where was once a pool now is a fishing pond. Boats don’t feel the racks instead it’s a bird hideout now. dock became run down due to time.

However, new management has taken over and is planning to renovate the marina. Plans are on going and i can’t wait how it becomes overtime.

    Great place for :
    Wakeboarding ,
    Grilled/ Seafood restaurant,
    Kindergarten ???

    What sucks:
High tide rubbish get washed into the marina
Runned down (Renovation is on going)
    During high tide rubbish get

Nice place to chill but is bit run down, if it can be redeveloped into a newer & bigger Marine Country Club with more entertainment facilities, it definitely can bring life to Punggol. Like Ktv pubs with pool table, lounge with live bands, cinema, bowling, swimming pool, dinings, game rooms, shoppings, etc…

Marina Country Club now is open to public. There are few restaurants and it’s just beside the beach. The view is fantastic. Nice place to chill. There is a fishing pond too if you love fishing. Shuttle service between Marina Country Club and Punggol MRT is available at certain timing. A place to lay back and relax…

If you are okay with not having aircon and enjoy the sea view, this place has its beauty. It’s been a long time since I last came here but now it has changed so much!
There are outdoor food options available and the view is nice too. Overall, a good experience based on ambience to relax.

Not much development or activity here. There’s a place to do prawning, seafood restaurants, western grill restaurant, childcare/kindergarten are some main vendors here. I guess here will be more developed in a few more years with many new HDB projects around

If you want to escape from the crowd, this is a nice chill out place. Some restaurants & pub there by the jetty. The free shuttle bus service ought to increase its frequency though. And the 2 benches for waiting for the shuttle is so old & broken. It’s time to get them replaced.

If you are in the area and would like a bit of a marina setting while having dinner and drinks in the north east side of SG, then I guess this would be the place.

It’s got a little massage place, a western grill and bar outlet, a pub, and a Chinese restaurant. There’s also a prawning/fish set up that used to be a swimming pool. There are also preschools here but less relevant for the dinner crowd.

There’s a shuttle bus between here and Punggol MRT. Alternatively, it’s a short walk from Samudera LRT station. Peaceful place to enjoy a zi char meal by the sea and check out some boats. There’s a place for prawning/fishing, and we were lucky to watch some dogs in the middle of their obedience training at a facility here.

My eldest daughter wanted to have late dinner with us and suggested “LOK LOK” at this place. Both my hubby and I have not eaten this so I guess no harm going there. And according to her, they are only open at 10.30 pm to take orders.
Guess what? it’s quite nice since I was not hungry so for a change, to eat something different why not!
I may go back again but not for dinner…maybe late supper.

It seems that this place has been around for a long time. Now that the HDB flats in the area are up, it is relatively closer to civilisation.
They have a shuttle to/from Punggol MRT, which makes it easy to get to.
The anchor tenants (other than the club’s dry dock) seem to be 2 different child care centres. There are a couple of restaurants and a bar, and a small fishing pond.

I thought a country club is supposed to be private, but this is for public. It has fishing and prawning pools, catch rate is decent as the pools are quite small. You can have ur meals there.
You can also try out wake-boarding or wake surfing, pre-booking is required.
