I bought a Trekker Dolomiti 30 top case from them recently, which turned out to be fitted with a faulty lock mechanism which I only realized some 3 days later after the box fell off the base plate it was mounted on. It happened while I was riding and the poor box took a beating by other road users. After retrieving it, my items inside were totally unscathed, to my relief. The box was brought back to Mah where upon inspection, was promptly replaced with a brand new Dolomiti 30 right out of the box, complete with an apology from their sales representative Ian, for any inconvenience I had suffered. I like to express my appreciation to Ian for his professionalism and courtesy, and will recommend Mah to all my biker friends. I will be going back to them again to replace my aging TK33 side boxes with their newest line of Dolomiti side panniers.

Selling you bike is okay. No after sales service. It doesn’t matter to them how many bikes you have purchased from them before. Loyalty doesn’t work for this shop!

The experience from dealing with Mah Pte Ltd is mixed.
It very much depends on the sales person that served you when you purchase a bike there.
I had taken the delivery of my new Vespa Sprint 150 and I had liked to extend my sincere appreciation to the excellent services rendered by sales consultant, Mahfuz.
He is an absolute professional who is tactful and patient.
If he had not taken over the delivery from my original salesman , Rylee, I would not have rated 4 stars for Mah and in fact would have discouraged friends from patronising this company.
Rylee is simply not customers oriented.
His attitude is to get over a sale asap and even has the audacity to tell a customer that ” if you are not happy with my service, you can get someone else to serve you !”
The correspondence with him prior to day of delivery was pathetic.
He made a mistake for failing to upload my IC and driver licence on day of sale and had requested me to forward it via Watsapp.
His style of texting his customers is straightforward :
1) give me what I need..
2) give you the necessary information..
That’s it !
When I’ve forwarded the required documents, he received it but made no acknowledgement.
When asking him a question, only one worded answer is given at times.
There’s no politeness and simply get things out away and be gone with it !
I was even given a wrong chassis number for my bike when he told me it’s required for insurance purposes as I was getting my own quote. For this, he made no point to tell me the mistake until the day of delivery when I realised it was not the same chassis number for my bike !
I was never thank by him for the purchase of the bike and when I had made the initial down payment, he would simply said “that’s it ” and walked away !
Even the day when I came to take my bike, he saw my wife and me coming in whilst he was with customers, he didn’t greet me and when he was finally free as we waited..
The first thing he said was : ” this is your bike, I’ll go through with you, make payment, take a picture and that’s it !”
Wow.. This is a real busy salesman !!
Mr Mah, if you do not have staff like Mahfuz who salvaged the whole situation, there will be many unpleasant experiences for many first time new bike buyers like me.

I bought a Cruisym 300 from Mah for its renowned fact of having a superior & reliable engine amongst all the scooters of its class.
Recently, I discovered an issue with my CVT that my drive face plate and inner bolt has rusted. This was because I didn’t do regular CVT cleaning and greasing in between belt change and I rode the scooter through a flood during a thunderstorm at Kallang Leisure Park’s Decathlon carpark, which covered the CVT previously.
On Sat, 03 Sep 2022, I went to other workshops elsewhere for regular CVT belting change and servicing and discovered that the rust has caused the bolt to be jammed. The mechanics recommended me to do an overhaul which costs roughly $1500. Played mind games with me and preyed on my emotions. I told the workshop to close up my CVT and lied to them about not having time to put my bike there for an overhaul to leave the workshop on a good note.
Knowing that Alex, the head mechanic of SYM scooters is the best SYM mechanic in Singapore, I rode my scooter and parked at Mah at 6.50pm to leave it to Alex to diagnose and verify if that workshop claim is true. Alex checked on Mon, 05 Sep 2022 that the rust has yet to spread to other parts of my CVT and I only needed to replace the rusted inner bolt and drive plate. He cleaned up my CVT off the rust, replaced the rusted parts, greased and gave me back my scooter. Costed only around $270. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts.
Big thanks to god SYM mechanic Alex for the excellent service and guru of SYM in SG. Definitely worth the money to do complex SYM maintenances at Mah.
Not forgetting, thanks to both Don & Ian for the prompt and understanding customer service rendered to me.

Accompanied a friend of mine to collect his brand new bike and since I’ve never been to a bike shop I started to wander around the showroom. Lots of cool bikes for sale and the staff were always carrying a smile!
They have a wide range of motorcycles to choose from and I’m sure if you’re a motorcycle fan this will be your regular hang out spot.
There’s a dedicated Triumph Bike store on the second floor and they do sell accessories too! There’s is also a small corner selling pillion boxes (not sure if that’s the right word); think the name is GIVI if I’m not wrong.
The staff attending to my friend was the coolest of the lot; calm and collected, knows his stuff and super patient with my friend as he’s throwing him questions left right center…
You can do your bike ownership transfer there too.
There’s a vending at the office block, lots of smoking corner, and restrooms tucked in the middle of the bikes.
Currently there’s a construction next door so it will be pretty dusty. The piling noises was deafening as well.
Not really child friendly as the bikes are cluttering up the sidewalks (they are not supposed to be there in the first place haha)
Went yesterday to get my bike serviced . Asked for drinking water . They directed to vendor machine which is Almost outside the store , age old machine thst only accepts cash . Requested staff to put water cooler for customers. Hope feedback is taken seriously !

I called to enquire about GIVI top boxes and was attended to by a young man named Richard. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I was not sure which box to buy and he took the trouble to bring down the possible choices, when I went to the premises. He even helped me install the box on my bike after I purchased it, as the workshop was busy! excellent service! Will definitely buy GIVI from him again.
They were still open during Circuit Breaker for urgent repairs. Very helpful employees and easy to contact via Facebook or WhatsApp. Turnaround was quite fast, within one business day and great quality of work.

Not the best experience. Was browsing bikes with a friend that hasn’t gotten his Class 2 yet, and when the salesperson at the Triumph section asked who the bike was for and my friend said he hadn’t gotten his licence yet, the salesperson gave a loud “har?” and walked off. Pretty rude and unprofessional, and not the best business sense in convincing another potential customer (me) to never buy from Mah.

Impressed! I had to send my bike for servicing, I complained that my throttle was not very responsive and the mechanic discovered that it was because of the after market handle bar which I changed and asked for the original, obviously it was at home, I asked if they had a bike I could borrow and to my surprise they did, they loaned me the bike FOC and I went to collect the said part, upon my return, they mentioned that it was recommended that I give them a day to work on the bike so they can do the necessary change and test it out. I asked if I could ride the bike they loaned me for the time being, their response was that the courtesy bike was meant for this specific purpose. I assume it is on a 1st come 1st serve basis but had no idea that they had such a service. Or perhaps they were just being nice!
