The M1 shop has been relocated from beside Astons to another corner of IMM. The shop doesn’t have any seats, possibly due to COVID-19 measures. Need to hang around the mall before your queue number is called. Staff service is great. 5 stars if there are seats within the premises.

Good experience depends on timing you go and who serve you. Number calling can wait 5 mins to 45mins depending on how long winded customer or M1 staff will take. I hv always been a loyal customer of M1 because had bad experiences w Starhub. Again, let’s be fair to all Telco as these staff are employees making a living. The wait may be long, read a book or social media to make yr time more worthwhile.

Came in at abt 8pm. Went in and spoke to the sales staff. Very helpful! It’s not even our turn yet. He entertained us with our queries without hesitation. When our number was called , we were served by Sandy Tan,another helpful knowledgeable and Patience staff. It’s closing time , she didn’t rush nor push us. She give us clear explanation not even bother at the time. Thank you Sandy ! And M1 IMM team!

I am writing this to compliment one of the employee for the excellent service that he had provided me yesterday (8 Nov 2020).
Prior to my visit, I was unsure and confused as to which plan would suit my needs. As I’m looking to get a phone for business purpose, as well as some phone accessories.
He patiently listened to my concerns, answered all my enquires and was quick to understand my situation. During the consultation, he made the conversation enjoyable and fun. I can feel that he has a good command of language and is knowledgeable about the services and products that M1 provides. Eventually, we came to a plan that best suit my needs.
After that, he went to fetch the phone and accessories that I’ve requested. Due to the lack of stock and my indesiveness, he had to pace in and out of the storeroom multiple times. I’m extremely grateful toward his patience and the willingness to go extra miles.
It’s really amazing that he still keeps his smile and calm demeanor no matter what. Due to his professionalism and ability, I was able to enjoy my time and got the most out of my time at M1. I was slightly upset at the queue waiting time (2hr+), however, it all turned into pleasant experience after speaking to Mr. Jayson. The other staffs there were trustworthy and friendly as well.
I have only know that the store closes at 9pm after I left the store. And was amazed that Jayson stayed until 9.50+pm just so I am able to get what I needed. This really exceeded my expectations. Thank you again for all.

Signing up with M1 Fibre Broadband can be troublesome as renewals can only be done in-store! In this day and age, there’s still no renewal in the M1 app and even online via their website, that’s almost unheard of in 2020 among all the local real (not virtual) telcos! I am not sure if it’s the same with their other services such as mobile renewals but if you don’t mind queueing and waiting in their store for each renewal, then it’s OK.
M1 has also been closing many of their physical stores across Singapore, so that will mean having to travel pretty far plus all the waiting time!
For new sign-ups, other local telcos are probably a better choice unless you like to travel and queue up for each renewal!
This is a center not just a dealer. They are responsive to questions unlike most dealers in town.

I have been a loyal M1 customers for many years & this is my best experience ever!Right from the start when I enter the shop,the short-hair lady was friendly &warmth.The computerized queue management system is not working but I saw real warmth body in action which can never be replaced with technologies!Mr Yong Poh Meng who attended to me was fantastic too!Instead of calling my phone&reminding me to renew my contract to get the latest iPhone,he went beyond to understand my needs&propose to me a solution that I cannot say NO!At the end of the 1hr,I brought home 2 x Note 20 Ultra happily!

My first time being served by M1 and today, my wife and I were at the IMM outlet and served by Yong Poh Meng. He was super patient and gentle even when we asked plenty of questions relating to porting numbers and subscribing to a new plan. He even checked if I am entitled to corporate plan and tried his best to find us the best and most reasonable price plan.
When my wife number porting was rejected, I went back to him and as usual, he was patient to explained and resolved this within the next 20 minutes. We are very happy with Poh Meng’s level and quality of service.
