A basic but fully stocked neighborhood mall. Right next to choa chu kang MRT and bus interchange so it’s very convenient.

Basic shops there like body shop, cotton on, popular bookstore, watsons, small BHG department store, electronic shops, jewelry shop, supermarket and a lot of eateries – food court, small food shops like old Chang kee, ho kee pau, cake shops, coffee bean cafe etc. if you just wanna have a short afternoon at Lot One, you can settle most of your requirements there. Also a library and movie theater.

Very crowded especially in evenings and weekend. If you want to dine there, better make reservations or go early before peak hours.

For what it’s worth, Lot1 does its job as a shopping center. You can actually spend a good couple of hours window shopping or do actual shopping. Would love to have more events happening in Lot1 though.

It is a nice compact mall with adequate shops, eateries, clothing boutiques, cinemas and many others. You might not have too wide a choice like other bigger malls but it has the important facilities needed.

Spacious mall, Ease for mall entry.
But All of the down riding escalators are under maintenance, have to wait for more than 25minutes for the lifts to get down to Level 1, as they’re always Full.

Lot 1 is a rather self-sufficient mall with a variety of shops despite it’s size. It’s not as Vivocity but just as efficient. Location of this mall is right beside the mrt which is very convenient, and it has very affordable brands in store. Currently, Whale Tea is also available here besides Liho. …

Alight from Choa Chu Kang MRT along the red MRT line and it’s located right beside the station. This heartland mall is conveniently located between HDBs, a condominium, a bus interchange and 5 mins away from a nature park.

Right at the entrance, there is a Macdonalds and on the other entrance, you can find 吃茶三千. Level 1 has a few jewelery shops, Coffee Bean cafe, a western grill restaurant and the entrance to BHG. Level 2 has a Popular bookstore, Bata shoe shop, a thai restaurant and saloons. Level 3 is where Sushiro restaurant is located. Level 4 has a halal food court and a National Library. Basement 1 has tons of eateries like Crave Nasi Lemak, Dian Xiao Er, KFC etc.

Awesome mall!! There a lot of different types of shops here such as grocery, arcade , Cinema , books , tech , chocolate , pets , bread and much more. It is a very well placed and well balanced mall. It’s my favorite mall and it’s a very good place for buying anything. 100% recommended for kids as there is is a library , shaw theater, playground and even a water playground. They can also visit the arcade.

It’s a normal mainstream mall. There’s plenty of food at the basement and first level. Basement food mostly to go.
There’s quite a few places to shop and a movie theatre at the top floor. However, theatre is a bit old.
Also has a small gaming arcade.
On tues evening, the top floor provides free Zumba classes which is pretty enjoyable.

Conveniently accessible with public transport. Has Shaw Cinemas, fast good outlets and many other eateries. Also has departmental stores such as BHG and Kiddy Palace. There are seats at the Roof Garden and outside of McDonalds. Across the road is the new Keat Hong Community Club where you could go for Starbucks! Usually crowded throughout the week but nonetheless a good place to hang out at.

A real gem nestled in a heartland neighbourhood especially for those who want plenty of halal food offerings. The choices at the wonderful foodcourt at the upper level alone is plentiful. Even during the lull hours elsewhere during the week day surprisingly it is bustling with life and activities. Without the manic crowd.

At the Center of the Choa Chu Kang area, this mall is a relatively small one with a surprising variety of stores located within. Also it has a library located on the upper floors as well as a theater, even though it is considered to be quite cramped.

However as mentioned before, it is quite the small mall so don’t expect a very in depth specialization in the products found there as it is meant for general light shopping for groceries and everyday products.

Was there for dinner at the newly renovated food court – Food Junction at Lot One Mall. The food court is brighter now and have many stalls ( refer to photos), more seat available and therefore more choices of food.
I ate the sliced grouper fish soup bee hoon and it was tasty and the sliced fish is quite thick. The usual price for the fish soup + bee hoon is $7/- but now it cost $6.40 due to the 15% discount during the promotion period from 1 Aug to 20 Aug ’22.

Place isnt too bad. Especially with somewhere that’s near to other places I often go to for me. Makes it a great place to stop by with other people in the area and have a nice meal with them. The sky garden is quite nice. Very comfortable to eat and chat with people. Some stores are always quite empty like peri-peri. However I think the food floor on B1 has a good range of food and the oyster mee sua is actually quite nice. Not too bad of a place but the pastamania there doesn’t serve too nice of a meal and for its price is quite expensive.

Was at food junction, level 4, lot 1, today for my family lunch. There were many hawkers to choose from in terms of food variety but overall the food is pricey. Is it because it is newly renovated or opened i don’t know. Not intending to be a regular patron due to high pricing. Beef noodle costs $9 a bowl. Unaffordable on regular basis – is it orchard road pricing?

It’s suitable as a neighbourhood shopping centre. The stores are varied and caters to a diverse range of shoppers. And the food choices are aplenty.

There are more than 20 dining options, such as Mos Burger and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. It has a small covered playground and water play area at the rooftop. There is also a huge space to organise events with seats at the rooftop. The library has a well stocked children section and with a cinema, this place is able to keep a young family occupied for at least half a day.

Its another neighbourhood mall under Capital Land, so the attraction is to spend and then scan receipt to earn stars cos afterall, the shop mix is more or less the same and since I need certain items, might as well visit this mall and earn stars buying the same item from the same shop at the same price.

The drawback ( which is also very unfair) is that if you had used a voucher issued by the merchant in your purchase, the amount eligible to earn stars for that purchase will exclude the discount voucher amount. Can anyone explain the rationale?

Rather decent shop mix and “standard” eateries and the all important supermarket.

I recall how packed it used to be when just opened but now, its just your regular neighbourhood mall.

Usual mall but low traffic. With all the brand names. The Gain City giving up and selling their staff at discounts. Drop in for a fast meal/drink. Just next to the Choa Chu Kang MRT station. Bus stops are a distance away. Stopped by just for a short look at advertised TV sets by Gain City. Again one more con game that required you to have some voucher from Ministry of Communications, which was not stated in advertising or in the Store.

Sales staff tried to bait and switch. Gain City will fail for want of honest dealings

Always up for exploring a new mall and here is this one, so easily reached via the Red North-South MRT line. Exit A. Just follow signs after you alight.
You’ll find “normal people’s stuff” here, as in forget finding a $12,000 designer handbag (how many of those do you need anyway?). What you will find are good sales from good stores that stock necessities such as socks, tees, shoes, undergarments, everyday work outfits and even some ladies plus size tops. There is a drug store with cosmetics and foot care and eyecare stuff. Small costume jewelry shops with fun bling alongside necessary plastic hair clips. There is a toy store, a play area on the top floor and even a decent library in this mall. The vibe is somewhat old school but very pleasant. And yes there are several eateries in case you crave sushi or chicken or whatever. Have fun!

This mall has many food outlets. It is currently undergoing upgrading which cause a lot of stores to be closed to make way for the upgrade. The elevators are currently undergoing upgrading too. This leads to only one elevator serving the entire mall. The fourth and fifth level of the mall is cordoned off for the upgrade. This makes the mall feel very empty and lacking in amenities that a mall of this size should have. The mall is not too bad and has many food and clothes outlet in the mall. The lack of elevators serving the visitors means that almost all trips needs to be done by escalators. There is a NTUC outlet at the basement of the mall and is near to the bus interchange and the MRT. This makes the mall very accessible to the residents in the choa chu kang neighbourhood. Sometime last month I was at the taxi queue and noticed the supposed call taxi button is not working. When the queue was too long , it might blocked the passage way at the main entrance. Hence those who were in the back queue took this opportunity to jump in taxi that come by, and especially taxi always alight their passengers at the zebra crossing which leads to main entrance or to the bus stop. In this instant do you think those infront of the queue will ever get a taxi? Perhaps the queue should face the direction that vehicles drive into the passage way so that those in the taxi queue can see the incoming taxi sign, either hired, busy, shift, or taxi. Instead of the present setup where those infront have to turn their heads ever so often to see if any taxi comes in. Hope the following is feasible. Change the boarding of taxi to the entry point of queue. Then set up a U-turn railing at the boarding point so that overflow don’t get too close to car park entry. Those who jumped queue from the back has no integrity and should be ashamed of their impertinent behaviour. Not forgetting to highlight that some taxi drivers also choose to ignore and as long as someone gets into his taxi it’s alright for him to drive off. Those booking Grab/On Call taxi should wait infront of 7 Eleven, easier for them to catch their Grab. Just as it is called, Lot One Shoppers’ Mall, good for shopping and of course dining.

Very little things to buy and shop I had to stay nearby for awhile, had the ntuc thou and basic necessities are available for purchase.

If your living around this area for some training for police or SCDF and others can try out the NTUC at yewtee mrt or Choa Chu Kang to get your daily necessities and go home to cook, there are very less stores around for food and drinks so I suggest that if you want to eat order grab food or something so that you can enjoy your food easily.

A neighbourhood mall that actually has all the essential shops and eateries that you’d need. Right next to CCK MRT station.

There are lots of stalls selling food at B1, but none of them are what you could conceivably call good.

It is a collection of franchisees that barely meet the franchise standards.

Nothing new, nothing original, nothing exciting.

Cinema is old, and the seats need to be changed or at least re-upholstered.

    Not much to shop.

Pretty much the only reason to go is for grocery shopping.

This mall may seem small.. but it is packed eith things you need.. and . there is always some sale going on at the atrium.. and always good ones. located right next to the mrt makes it easy to access! This is not exactly a secret but there is a really good money changer on level 3 or 4.. If you want to change your money and you are in the north west area.. this is definitely the place to go.. they almost always have the same rates as raffles place or chinatown.. and this mall also has a library in it which makes it great for everyone!

I love this place for the Food Junction for halal Western food, and the shop Design and Comfort for good price shoes.

A bit small & limited choice in retail items, enough for neighbourhood shoppers & those who happen to be in the area

Location is good though as number of good eats around it & it is beside a well-connect bus interchange & North-South MRT

No bells and whistles. No dance and song. No jazz and jingle. Just a functional mall catering to the cross section of society in that part of town. You can’t find Kinokuniya, just Popular. You can’t find Balenciaga, just BHG. You know where I am headed?

Bad WiFi connection. Got movie theater and arcade. Food selection here is okay. Fairprice here is very small you might not get everything you need.

Pillow buy from atrium is firm, flexible. chin to neck to jaw to ear has lesser pressure when tossing & turning

It’s your typical neighbourhood shopping mall with everything you possibly need. There’s fine dining choices like fast food chains and more. If you’re looking into buying some clothes, there’s a cotton on, Levi’s and more. It provides a lovely play area for kids. And it boosts an amazing arcade area and Cathay cineplex, hence attracting many youngsters on their top floor. If you’re looking for a time for leisure, just pop in to this wonderful place. Other favourite places I have here includes the paper store and the library.

A decent shopping mall that has various shops, ranging from BHG to foodcourts to Popular. Your go to place for most of your necessities. It houses a library if you need a place to study (though crowded most of the times) and a cinema if you want to catch a movie. It’s accessible as it is beside a MRT, LRT and bus interchange.

As someone who has lived in Choa Chu Kang for all my life, it’s one of my most visited malls. It is easily accessible from my house and it has supermarkets like NTUC, clothes shops, provision stores and a food court and library on the 4th floor. The 5th floor even has a roof top garden with dry and wet playgrounds, right beside the movie theatre.

Old mall that’s connected to cck mrt lrt and bus station. Dining options at B1 and food court at L4. Cinema, arcade, and open rooftop playground.

It’s a respectable community mall. Lots of food, a movie theater and easy access to buses and MRT make it a very convenient location. The lack of big brand name stores won’t draw anyone to come out of the way, but it serves the Choa Chu Kang and Bukit Panjang areas well.
