Went to the boonlay outlet & changed my phone LED screen. I’ve checked out a few places fr quotation before coming over, and this shop has one of the lowest price with 1mth warranty fr workmanship. This shop was recommended by my friend who went to the boonkeng outlet.
However, the repair outlet is at Blk 176 & the outlet at boonlay shopping center is only fr buy/sell mobile phones. Imo, it would be nice if this info was clearly stated on the website to save customers’ time searching fr the outlet at the boonlay shopping center only to realized the repair shop is few minutes walk away

My work phone’s LCD screen died on me in the morning without warning. Rushed to the nearest handphone shop (Taman Jurong) and was quoted $250 + a 5-day wait. Went for battery replacement for a old samsung Note 5 at a very reasonable price.
While installing, the person there say the battery they have onhand is suspected to be faulty and ask me if i can leave the phone there or come back in 2 days to replace once the stock transfer to this outlet. I left my phone there and 2 days later they call me to collect my phone. Very honest service i felt, and they gave 3 mths warranty for the battery as well.
This is not my 1st time using Lite mobile service as I have to replace battery due to passing down my old phones to my children. And replaced LCD with them before as my children broke the screen and they replaced it at reasonable price as well.

The shop is located under a hdb block of boon lay which is quite inconvenient for alot.
But after I went there, I rethink back. If they would have been located at any shopping malls or near the MRT, I don’t think the repair price of my mobile will be so reasonable and worth it.

Not so recommended . First told me that my Samsung S8 plus PCB have issue after repair the PCB then say battery also failure. Pay SGD 128 for the repair. Then subsequently found that phone not able to detect any mobile network . Still need to wait 3 days for them to find the root cause now. Service wise is acceptable . Its good when u need your mobile to be check, or purchasing top up cards or getting a new set of mobile phone. Oh and dont forget, u could use their wifi for free.
