The location is excellent, the staff very polite and efficient. The hotel itself was opened 1967 and is said to be Singapore’s largest boutique hotel. They offer a range of different rooms, I had the standard with a queen size bed. It was small but clean and comfortable. Very close to the market and famous Tiong Baru Bakery.
The gym is there but is not exactly state of the art.
I enjoyed my stay (a business trip) but will try another location on my next visit. Nonetheless, it’s value for money and can be recommended.
No good
Hotel looks cozy and location is good. Directly opposite a lot of good local food.
The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood of Tiong Bahru. The location was amazing. A good stop to go Chinatown as it is a few bus stops away only. Its neat and clean. For the sake of an additional SG200 you can enjoy your hard earned cash elsewhere but here.
a lot of chinesse talk loudly, breakfast is awful with them.. no queing for taking food… everything was run out immediately… noisy
Modest , good and clean hotel !
Not so bed it’s minimalistic
Good hotel in this locality of Singapore.
Short weekday in Tiong Bahru during my husband meeting..small room, but unique with the connecting bridge up on the road..nice experience be here..
Toilet was not clean
Great location. The bus stop is just opposite the hotel. Many restaurants are there in hotel property. Lin roof top bar is there on the 4th floor. There is a library on the 1st floor of the hotel. Some reading space is also available. MRT is also very near. Holiday inn is very near to the hotel.
Nice hotel across the road from trendy Tiong Bahru, rooms a little small but comfortable, firm bed, unpretentious rooftop bar.
Very close to the Tiong Bahru Bakery (56 Eng Hoon St) which does excellent coffee + pastries, as well as several funky restaurants and Tiong Bahru (food) market.
Perfect place to chill and relax! Great setvixe and location is spot on the hipster side of tiong bahri
Boutique hotel rebuilt on old apartment block. Exterior looks 50s. Room is very small but quiet despite of facing the main street. Location is terrific with many choice restaurants, cafès as well as famous Tiong Bahru market within minutes of walk. Public transport also easy.
Ok hotel, competitive price, not so central but less than 10mins Uber ride from Orchard and most of the most famous SGP venues. Weak free wifi connection.
Basic hotel room. Not good value for money. Good location. Noisy mornings due to being on main road. No Muslim Showers in bathrooms.
This is a tricky one – the hotel is really good; attentive staff, good room service, excellent communications, we’ve been her twice now – the restaurant is a totally different kettle of fish.
We decided to eat here on our last night – big mistake…
We ordered sweet n sour pork, and “traditional Hokkien Mee” – if that’s a tradional dish, it should have been dumped a long time ago! It was bland, gritty and uninteresting, and appeared completely different from the shining dish on the menu, with greens added.
It was so bad, I returned it and got a plate of green beans – I assumed the chef couldn’t get that wrong! It was ok. Not great, just ok.
With a bottle of Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc added, ($55!!!! – same wine in NZ would be $8 – 10), the bill was $97.55…
We could have eaten better food at the market around the corner for one tenth of the cost…
Also, there was black mould showing around the windows, and it smelt of old food…
Accordingly, I’m giving the whole thing two stars – after all, the hotel is really cool. It’s relatively cheap, its clean and serviced daily, and it’s a short bus/metro ride to the city. It’s better than a lot of places we’ve stayed in! We’ll stay here again, but we certainly wont eat here…
I’d like to be Gordon Ramsey, reviewing this restaurant….
In short, stay here, but don’t eat here…
Rooms are quite small but good service
Good rooms and excellent front office service
Grate place good food and grate location
Very good
This hotel is old and dated. Seems to cater to Asian tour groups. Ran into multiple groups at all times of the day. The entire lobby and building wreaked of Asian food, which might be ok for some but really bothered me. The deluxe room was small and clean. But really basic. Hot water in the shower ran out in 5 minutes. I complained, and they replaced the heating element, but no luck. Still ran out of hot water in about 8 minutes. I would not stay here again.
A simple hotel in Tiong Bahru area. Room size is adequate for a short stay. Free parking with disabled parking lots as well Friendly and Helpful staff. Walking distance to Tiong Bahru Market ( Food Court on the 1st Floor) and the Famous Tiong Bahru Bakery is just across the road. Just less than 3km walk to Marina Bay. Easily accessible pedestrian walkway and sure enough safe to walk even after midnight.
Even the coffee mugs were not cleaned.
Everywhere dirty and rubish, aircon not cooling and wifi very poor then food was disaster overall very very bad experience so hope people don’t come here.it was a bad dream of last 14days in life
Place is clean and near to food.
Nice
Needed some help from front desk middle of the night during stay, Anisha was lending her hand and has been very helpful. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Excellent customer service. Well done and keep it up!
I had been staying here for 14 days during My SHN quarantine.. For Me it’s nice place, clean and comfortable, the room got TV and air-conditioning work well has nothing problem at all when I stay there.. Really never ever forget about this in future.. Thanks Link Hotel
Acceptable city location !
The staff is really supportive in every way. I served my quarantine here. And it was made very easy and comfortable by Link Hotel.
Nice atmosphere
Rooms too small and not very clean. Breakfast is only asian style.
Very good Chinese restaurant called tasty long at level 1
Nice boutique hotel located around 10 min walk away from MRT. There’s a variety of different restaurants with a close proximity to the hotel. In any case, the room quality and conveniences were close to perfect w. It’s ok but I don’t think it can be accepted with old people.
Very convenient location and value for the price
They recently had a facelift on the entire hotel and it looks much more presentable as compared previously (you can see from my photos). There is also a new Chinese restaurant called Tiong Bahru Delights that opened 9 months ago. Will be my next stop for my stomach. Stay for the review!
It was my 2nd time staying here. This experience is bad. The room is not cleaned, no tissue paper, toliet paper are dirty, facilities are old and very sample like a 2 starts hotel. I won’t choose this hotel in the future.
2 great resturant. Good location.
Qulity hotel with nice service. Located at a central place. Rooms are clean and nice.
perfect, like the hotel
When having a shower, water linking out. Pls take care of it.
Miserable, Service bad, Room inacceptable, only Chinese food. Restaurant very bad.
Very clean but rustic hotel with a Chinese charm to it.
Nice place… Good breakfast menu.
Nice service
Decor of lobby and eating places not attractive. Location not really great. Had some distance to GWC.
Very small rooms and the in house restaurant not upto standard
Wifi connection problem,Aircon problem, vantilation line dirty
Nice hotel, theme of this hotel is peranakan house
Good hotel, this is my first time and first stay in Singapore, and experience their services is not bad.
my mom quarantine here. the security service tip top. they deliver things/food asap. very efficient. thank u so much
Very bad service, the receptionist manager is too arrogant, unfriendly, and disappointing services
Will not even recommend! Try to post this review but got deleted and photos showed it all. BAD wifi and customer service by manager Raymond was bad as we requested a premium room yet they did not attend and shoo us off. House cleaning lady was polite but not worthy $250 sgd per night and room are built that everyone can hear each other at night
Great location, but room size is on the smaller side
Good prices. Friendly and helpful budget traveller stopover. Rooms, like everywhere in SG is tiny! I can recommend Link Hotel. Close to train station, Chinatown and opposite a major bus stop making it perfect for the traveller looking to explore the island. Clean attentive servicing of the rooms, quiet and air conditioned. Gym located on the top roof, with a free water fountain to curb the water expenses while exploring. Will return to stay here again when in SG. CHRIS
Good
No problem with the stay. But the wifi not working well.
Good
Lots of beautiful lavish peace best place. I got a lot of peace from here. I like it very much
Great hotel. Bus outside to the metro. Breakfast 12 $.
Place was nice, but breakfast is terrible…
Small room, clean, service OK but we need to pay 100 SGD for deposit
good food
Place is good but not spacious
10 mins walk to the nearest MRT but close to bus stops. Plenty of dining options in the area opposite the hotel – Tiong Bahru market, TBB, etc. Nice and quiet hotel but soundproofing could be better as we could clearly hear conversations …
Food is good and affordable!
Accessible place, did not enter though
Very poor condition compared against the price in the area
The Deco is all over the place but it is friendly and functional. Not close to City but really easy to get to and from by bus and . …
Full of tourists from China. Cheap stay I guess. No lobby. It is called link hotel because it is really physically divided by the outram road and are linked by an overbridge
Room is small but relatively clean . Weak wifi. Nice shower . Close to food place
OK
Place is good but we suffer problem with, ac was not work properly then i complained they shifts us another room on upper floor. My luggage is huge and nobody’s staf member to help us im asked to manager about that, he replied no any staff company affords for save money.
Nice place.
Great
Wi-Fi connection poor and not very convenient, too far to anywhere, hot water for shower was not enough only can last for one minute. Toilet paper only give half roll. Not recommend for anyone thank you
We had a wonderful stay . Thank you .
Best place to stay, Hotel in Singapore
Very normal
Wonderful hotel, very central for everything in Singapore. Situated in Tiongbaru a nice old district .
The room is clean, the staff also friendly, the plus point for this hotel is very easy to find local food near the hotel, so many choices, all within walking distance.
Nil
I stayed Last week. Staffs are wonderfull. I left my iPAD in the room, and checked out. But I can take it back at the front desk later.
I agree that there are many carbohydrates such as manju, yakisoba, pancake for breakfast and many chinese people are not in line.
Roof top cosy & good for a nite gathering
It’s OK
Average
Very ordinary hotel … Breakfast was Horrible
Good …
Nice hotel. Close to the market place, convinient store and MRT
There was a bad smill in the room and the room wasn’t clean. There was a blockage in the sink, flash wasn’t working properly. Tooooo much noise from the corridor and next rooms. I would never stay in it even for free.
Spacious and fairly clean room. Great value. Location is very handy for food, two minutes walk to Tiong Bahru Market for great authentic, cheap local cuisine. Ten minutes walk to the Outram Park MRT station which is not ideal with suitcases, but don’t let that be a barrier.
Super nice Chinese restaurant. Service staff are friendly and great
Comfortable place
There is no proper Wifi signal at all in the hotel.
A very traditional feel, lots of heritage spots to visit, as well as unique amenities. Nothing like the usual hotels
Well this place is nice.
Specially the staffs here are really friendly and very accommodating.
The room i been is very clean and tidy. As for food it was exquisite.
I cant believe to eat beef that melts in my mouth in every bite..so as for being a seaman who travel in many places. I can say that i enjoyed staying in this place.
Cozy and friendly link people hotel
Nice hotel but every time we stayed here, there’s always a Chinese tour group checking in at night. This time, they were so loud in the hall way past midnight that it woke me and my partner up. Aside from that, nothing to fault with this hotel.
We had reach hotel by 11 am as per hotel rule room will ready by 2 pm. Hotel manager help us. We left luggage at hotel and leave hotel to Explore Chinatown. Really amazing stay at Link Hotel.
Nice place to stay
Quite disappointed with this restaurant, the food service was slow and they kept mixing up the orders. The desserts were served before finishing serving the rest of the dishes.
Don’t think i will want to come again.
Beautiful Boutique Hotel at Singapore.
Strict checkin only at 3pm. No lobby. A typical Chinese style hotel. U don’t get other food. There is a coffee shop that is open between 10 to 5pm. Room service is good. Front desk lady was quite helpful and there was a young chap who was also helpful.
Ok on my first review I didn’t give a very accurate account. Because the hotel wasn’t what I expected it to be, and I was very disappointed, and I ignored the good things. After going to a different 4 star hotel, I started to miss the things in this one, so I came and stay a second time. This is my conclusion.
If you’re expecting this hotel to be some tall building with a grand entrance you’ll be very disappointed when you see it. The outside of the hotel looks like some kind of linked motel, and the lobby is not great. Everything looked low class. But looks can really be deceiving.
While the exterior was nothing to gloat about, the rooms are actually very well polished, doesn’t feel cheap, nice and most important VERY CLEAN. They also have all the small little things available. First, the DND button. Why some hotels fail to have this I have no idea. Link has the DND, so you can use it to keep disturbance away. If they find your room on DND mode, they will leave a note saying they can’t clean your room because you requested not to be disturbed. But there’s also another button, the Please Clean Up room. Light this, and they will come, whether or not they left a note earlier. I did this at 4PM, and when I came back my room was cleaned! Amazing.
Towels are provided, big towels AND SMALL TOWELS! Some hotels fail to provide this! Tooth brush and paste, comb, vanity kit, sanitary bag, soap, shampoo, lotion and many more are available. They even have cups for you to put your tooth brush. My experience in the complimentary wifi is that its fast and stable, you may connect as many devices as you want, no limit. To those who’ve stayed at wifi stingy hotels you’ll know how welcome this is. You can also pull your hotel card out and go about your business. The air condition will turn off but every time I return, it will already be turned back on and the room is nice and cool, without fail. No need to scramble for a card just to slot it in for power while you’re gone.
Cheers is just beside the hotel, food is also available. Bus stop is just opposite the hotel, so it’s not a problem getting to the MRT and back. The only thing I don’t like about this hotel is the lighting. You have to turn on every single light available in order for the room to be comfortably bright.
Will I return to this hotel in the future? Definitely. It is more expensive than other hotels though, but I don’t mind paying a little extra to get a better stay.
Good servive. Nice food. Polite stuff.
Was invited for a dinner here by a company. The reception staff are friendly, with a ready smile! And the toilet is clean too.
Check out there roof top bar!
Nice and neat boutique hotel. Clean rooms and good water pressure for shower. Attentive staff. Plenty of great eating places near the hotel. Negatives – the air cond is not cool enough and the WiFi is quite weak.
Hard to find, was late for appointment.
Very nice design and customer service.
Good hotel with friendly staff. Value for money!
It is of walking distance to Tiong Bahru market which had just renovated. The market had a wide range of local delights like chwee kueh and fried hokkien prawn mee. Tiong bahru plaza is also just a few bus stops away.
Unique, quiet and peaceful location.
Nothing worked in the room, literally nothing. TV was broken, safe had no batteries, fridge was broken. To have an electric shave my wife had to hold the plug in the socket for me at a certain angle. The aircon unit was stuck on 18 degrees… the room was filthy and the walls were so thin that you could hear people talking and their tv sets at regular volumes. It was by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. I’m sure my wife and I will be laughing about our stay for years to come
Cosy and strategic location
Room are small but good value
Great vibes
Too small and overpriced.
Reasonable price, friendly service and clean.
Nice view, nice service
A place where you can have a short rest and continue your journey
Reunion Dinner on last Thursday. Excellent! Delicious foods, Good Services. Keep it Up!
Good Hotel with helpful staff.
Rooms are not too big then thats ok bcoz u hv not come to singapore to stay full day in room. The staff at the front office are awesome but please do something about housekeeping. Check out the link bridge has some info on the wall about …
Very bad experience. Rooms were smelling bad.
Great location.nice room
Rooms were nice and comfortable, Free wifi was a plus. Breakfast wasn’t very good so we ended up going down the road to a cafe.
Comfortable Budget hotel. Discuss rooms
Small room, in China town
Nice Hotel… Near By Little India, Chinatown and Orchard Road
What you would expect for the price. A good location and easy access to the MRT. Rooms are small but comfortable.
Good place to have some drink with friends
Verry good
The staff are great but the beds are way too hard, and they don’t have any softer mattresses. I had to buy a topper to be able to sleep on the bed.
Lots of Chinese stay here, this should not be the problem , however , they shout in the corridor every early morning! Very annoying!
All the hotel staffs are showing black face, dunno why!
The kettle is very dirty.
Will not come again in future visiting to SG
We were having dinner in the private room of tasty Leong and were faced with an embarrassing and difficult situation.
Thank God for the helpful and quick witted staff of Link Hotels concierge (Mr Velan and Ms Nurul) who were able to think on their feet and come up with a great solution to resolve the problem, allowing us to enjoy the rest of our night
Service is very good. Sheet, bed cover & towel are clean but only some places are dusty and amenities is not complete (eg : no shower cap).
Very nice conference room
Food was ok
Small room but strategic location
Disini menginap gratis .. karena apat voucher dari reddoors
Actually only check in at 14:00 am but the receptionist was really kind ..i got my room at 12;00
The room is very clean, i can see tiong bahru road on my window, the hotel didnt give me breakfast so i bought bread at minimarket near the hotel … i didnt see the facility like swimming pool and fitness center
Get some scooters, an have some fun!!! Play play play
I have requested a smoking room when I make the reservation, but it is a non-smoking room when I arrive the hotel and they don’t have any smoking room is available. The Front Office staffs are really excellent and fantastic. Its worth a stay next time you are in Singpaore.
Chinese breakfast authentic
Good hotel rooms, clean and tidy with solid beds. Showers are spacious. Location wise, it’s a walk to the subway (MRT) and there are quite good food choices nearby.
Average … so so….
Conveniently located with nearby restaurants and cafes.. room was a bit small but it was neat and clean. The hotel itself is a bit old but is well maintained.
Room was of OK size, but totally dated. not really value for USD120ish/night. OK location. Only noteworthy issue was the Front Office Manager — Desmond. He is a super smart, extremely well versed & knowledgeable, & totally service prone. Really amazing man.
quite.nice room.and service
Rooms & Bath rooms are small.
Very very bad hotel, they could better change their name to stink hotel. They are busy with construction work and the whole hotel is dirty. Has no pool, no gym, no breakfast, no hygienic rooms, no service, no nothing. Also the beds are way to small and the WiFi really couldn’t be worse. The beds also are way to hard, absolutely not worth the very expensive price. I couldn’t warn you more than this, even if I wanted to but try it yourself if you don’t believe me (tip: book only one night at first). Tbh I feel stupid that I didn’t listen to the other bad reviews.
Nice location
I love it
Low cost hotel, suitable for max one night. Small rooms, poor food, mosty chineese.
This was the hotel I stayed at when I first arrived on my relocation to Singapore. Not a good first impression. The bed was disgusting and smelled of a gym locker room. When I insisted on a room change I was told they where booked. I slept on a pile of bath towels and check out as soon as possible. The bathroom was crawling with mold and the glass soap holder was broken and sharp glass exposed. The use of the word boutique should never be used for a hotel of this poor quality and lack of any service.
The female public toilet was so dirty. It’s Sunday 9am and poop is spread all over the 2 cubicle toilets. Toilet paper everywhere, I and not a single liquid soapand to be found.
The room was fabulous though. Pillow was very comfy. No mirror in the bedroom only toilet so my room mate and I had to wait to take turns to put our name up on.
Nice place to stay, supportive and caring staff
Nil
Good
Don’t be fooled by images on the website – no robes included and barely any facilities. This is a pricey location for what you get. Basic bed, that was hard. A room with no desk or closet. Very pricey $80 extra per night to have a room with a basic desk to work from. Quoted sound proofing – that’s not true. You hear everything and the internet wasn’t great. Don’t waste your money. For what you get I don’t think it’s good value. For just a little more you can get a hotel with room service, housekeeping after 8.30pm in the evening with a gym and a pool that is closer to central Singapore.
Nice middle class hotel in the heritage area of Singapore. Clean & decent sized rooms in two blocks on opposite sides of a street. Friendly staff.
Discover the Art Deco heritage trail. Great hotel, location and staff.
Location is nice, room is very small but clean. And Free data phone they provide is very helpful
Staff is really nice, well located and WiFi works perfectly
1. Room: some noises near by the window hole night. 2 *
2. Meals: Reception said: meals will serve in room, but I was waiting for almost 1pm and called them, they said I need to go down the lobby. Cannot imagine how was be if I didn’t call to ask, they will forgot me
Best budget hotel to stay in Singapore …
Excellent
Pro:
1. Spacious
2. Bus stop opposite hotel
3. Consider clean
4. Attentive frontdesk
Con:
1. Very low ceiling height, very stressful
2. Stingy + problematic housekeeping
– forget to provide shampoo and body shampoo
– provide tissue box without tissue
– provide 1 set of toothbrush, toothpaste, body shampoo even 2 people are registered
3. Bathroom is tiny and congested
4. Relatively small tv if compared to hotel with similar price
Nice food at Nanyang coffee
Staff attitudes could be improved. Breakfast queue was ridiculous and food was sub par
Very overpriced.Room is very small and there is no muslim shower.very disappointed .
We were told breakfast was included in the deal but when we went down for breakfast we were told this was not the case. Very small rooms but for just an overnight wasn’t to bad. I arrived in Singapore very early in the morning & was pleased to find that I could check into my room on my arrival at hotel.
Helpful and friendly people. Had a bad room but they were able to move me into another room. overall I loved the area! I would stay here again!
Ok
Everything here is very nice. I like the atmosphere of the room very much. All the staff here are very sincere. All in all, I like it a lot.
Nil
Link Hotel is in a good location, just across the street from trendy Tiong Bahru. The rooms are not the kind to hang out in, mostly a bed and toilet. These are for explorers who spend most of their time out in the city-state sightseeing, with the hotel mainly for sleeping and cleaning up.
I would stay there again. Room was clean, secure, had wifi, kettle, safe, etc. Good Value!
played with Cheap thailand chicks here 2 years ago …
Good location
Seen a few reviews that the room was small this is true. Very poor quality bathrooms with glass walls, hardly any ventalation. The hotel is clean and so was the room. I will certainly come back to stay and give thumbs up to the ***agement for having such a wonderful staffs.
We booked two rooms. The rate for a big room with all facilities was low whereas to a small room with limited facilities the rent was high.No proper reply was given by the staff. But the staff were polite and helpful. The check in is 2pm . Check out is 11 am. For tourists coming from tamilnadu a hotel at little india will be more comfortable. Vegetarian restaurants are available in plenty. Shopping mall and all kind of other shops are there. Here we can feel at home.
Worst Hotel ever….some rooms are roadside touch…nothing nearby
Very small, old, and dirty room for the price range.
The room is big enough. I appreciate very much of portable handy that makes us have lots of convenience when out going. The Tiong Bahru market is just a short stroll up the road with all the variety of different food and products you would need. Would like to stay gain next time.
The hotel are quite old. Room charge same price and not close to bus.
Good
Not what I expected. Especially restrooms with no door lock..
Good food and service at Lao Si Chuan
Link hotel is a great place to stay. Convenience, easy access, comfortable & staff are friendly.
Excellent roof top bar with one of the best ambience I’ve experienced. Clean environment too
Nice, clean hotel. Good price, close to Tiong Bahru hawker and bakery.
Dead place
It is in Singapore
Everything was good during my 3 days in Singapore for business trip. I did send email to Link Hotel Managemnet for the best hygiene prepareation before I came to hotel and it was completely done well. Staffs were nice and friendly. Hotel location is convenience enough for transportation.
The only one complain from me is about the socket of room. I am from Vietnam so I use the 2-pin socket and there was only 1 socket I could use so it was estremely inconveniece for me to charge my phone and my laptop at once. Link hotel should prepare some convert-shocket for guest because you welcome guest from many countries.
Howere, in general, everything is good enough for a business trip here.
Thanks,
Eric
Room was nice and cozy. Staff friendly. But had problem with dinner.
Tasty Loong Restaurant… GoodVibeş, GreatFood!
The room is nice, today and clean. The hotel crew also very nice person. I’m staying here for 2 weeks due to SHN period and they really help me with all my needs.
Not so good. Bad food.
Nice place
Nice and clean rooms, good location and perfect cooking in the nearby restaurant
Rooms are small. Good place for 1 or 2 days
Location for local food is ideal
$280 “Superior” room. Meh. The hotel has two wings that are connected by one bridge on one floor. Rooms with the digits are in the main wing (closer) and those with four are in the far away wing. So when i got my “Superior” room 2101, i had to take the elevator to floor three, walk all the way over to the other wing, take another elevator down, then find my room. I dont mind the walk but it was very confusing for a first timer.
The hallway carpet and walls looked old and worn. Room was very tiny — about 5×5 meters including restroom. My pillow was old though, it was yellowish and smelled horrible. The bathroom showed signs of neglect –mildew and mold growing in the corners, in the caulk, and between the tiles. There were buttons for Do Not Disturb and Clean Room, though.
Breakfast was disgusting, as can be expected for most hotels.
No bad experiences but i would rate as 2 or 3 Stars.
The room was very clean with all necessities. The staff were always very helpful when I needed assistance to find my way around, eat out and book an excursion. When my excursion car did not pick me up they sorted it out for me. The locality had a wonderful choice for eating out to meet all budgets. The hotel did not charge for luggage to be left at the hotel on check out day and kept it in a safe place.
Clean but too small the room
Stay is okay but restaurant will be very crowded for breakfast
Stayed for business and will stay again in the future for a holiday. The staff at the front desk is so accommodating and always smiling. The package was great with free transport from the airport to the hotel and return. Price is reasonable for Sg standards and rooms/beds are very comfortable.
The location was good and near town. The rooms are clean and affordable.
The room is clean but it is very loud every day with lots of noisy tourists. Breakfast is ok…I won‘t come back again.
Very enjoy
It’s an ok down town hotel. !
Nice cozy hotel. We stayed in a room with a queen size bed. The room is small but smartly designed, it has everything you need and even a TV. Breakfast is ridiculously crowded.
The front desk receptionist was friendly
Good
1MBPS Wifi too slow.
They dont change your sheets when they do room service.
Had dinner at the Chinese restaurant. Food was good and price was reasonable
Good hotel with very warm lobby area. Price is affordable for Singapore standard and very near to China town and to the Singapore General Hospital.
I very love the hotel will go back again
A perfect hotel i Tiong Bahru
No complaints but not happy staying here.
Great location and hotel room size
Staff was friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with an A/C in one of our rooms however, staff fixed the issue immediately. Rooms can be very small so make sure to request family size rooms. Best thing about the hotel is the location where you can reach almost any attraction/location in the city. Overall a satisfactory experience.
We stayed at the link hotel for 4 days and have only one gripe, there is no mirror in the bedroom!!! How can a person do their hair? that said the room was clean, bed firm and comfy, the safe is a good size, and air con is cold. There is a free mobile phone supplied and you can call home for free!! Amazing. The area is well cool and plenty of places to eat in within 50 mtrs. Handy for the city and chinatown. Great place to stop over at.
Rooms are quite small. But its worth.
Very good management. All are professional.
Dodgy
Good Hotel, small but adequate. Location is ok and the service is good
Affordable with very good customer services
Good
Wi-Fi very slow. Bed size is good. Cleanliness is very good. Compared to hk this price can get five stars. But here in hk you get average
It’s a vintage building. Very cramped hotel rooms with limited or no choice for indian breakfast. Cost per night is pretty high, would rather prefer a new hotel than this one. Staffs are very helpful. Not a VFM hotel
Good. The breakfast could really be improved…
Location wise is within city area. Room had not go check in before
The staff was quite nice, but the wifi didn’t work at all and there was barely any hot water. You can certainly find something better for the same price. The location also isn’t great, unfortunately.
Hotel is good. Rooms too small n there is no proper arrangements for comlementry meals
Convenient
Go to the Lin Bar on the roof-top. Nice place chill. Owner TK is friendly and hospitable
Small room but cosy.
The rooms were clean and both the front desk staff and cleaning staff are very polite and helpfull. The location is great as most of the tourist places are close by and has easy access to bus stop and MRT and . The rooms were cleaned everyday. Only problem we had was with food since we are vegetarians and not much vegetarian options around but you can order.
Good for servic but the room quite small, very convenient to go to downtown.
Great setting, with helpful staff. Ask about how to get to the subway system. It is a short walk from the hotel, and you can get to nearly everywhere easily from there. Small rooms but good amenities.
Clean, comfortable and front of bus station. But its too noisy in the morning. People speak very loud in the hallway
Decent hotel, staff were good, but pretty tired rooms and the bar and restaurant aren’t too great.
More than good
the bed sheet is not clean . the wifi is SO BAD!
Good Hotel
Small room but clean room and good location
Not a place for Indian no option for food that a Indian can eat nor a place close by
For short trip is ok..around the place food court available,MRT station etc
Small hotel mainly service tour group.
It was nice experience in here, right in front of china town so i can get morning coffee and bread easily. But toilet bowl’s pressure was not enough for me.
It was pleasant, the staff was very helpful,
Staff are fantastic
What a stay. Felt so homy. Had a nice deep sleep 8 hours straight.
Room somewhat nice, quite clean, but not a fancy hotel. Location wise not bad. Food is so-so.
Lousy. No carpet in room had to use towel to dry feet, rang and ask for 1 towel 1 disposal slipper at night, was told will send to room but after nearly an hour nothing was given so I thought maybe the desk misheard the conversation of my room number through the phone so I personally went down in person to check with desk as I was going to nearby 7-11 to grab some stuffs and same thing, desk said will send to me but until next morning check out still nothing. Maybe need to be more attentive, all I asked are just 1x tower 1x disposable slippers. If hotel need charge extra for towels or slipper can implement, don’t keep your guest waiting the whole night. Thanks not very pleasent expirience. Nevertheless, the only time I felt welcome was when checking in because of the smile of the staff. Stay was 12dec to 13dec short stay
Lovely rooftop bar
Went there to get products from a shop but hotel looks old
Decent affordable hotel
