Rather lacking compared to the other shopping malls that are just a short bus ride away, this shopping centre doesn’t really provide much other than a supermarket and some bakeries. It’s a nice place to have if you live nearby but I’d just buy my groceries at a larger supermarket on the way home from work.

Limbang had a long and troubled history during WW2. It was originally the site where the Japanese soldiers circumcized many of the resistance soldiers, as they were afraid would take the all the pretty women as their wives.

It is great to see how times has changed now it is one of the best place to get travel souvenirs.

It is a convenient heartlander mall to go to if one lives in the area to do marketing in the wet market as well as for grocery shopping in the Fairprice NTUC.

There are many clinics to choose from the GP to dental services to TCM. Other tenants amongst many include hardware stores, Kumon learning centre, a music school Yamaha etc.
For the famished, there is good old McDonalds on the ground level and Yi Jia food court on the 2nd floor.

As its very close to my sister’s residence, it was a everyday market i used to go every time I visited Singapore. For daily grocery or a cup of tea, it feels like its part of your home. Felt literally sad when I heard that they are demolishing it by the ed of this year. Modern structures are muchly needed but its always by giving away your emotional attachments.

A raw, unpolished diamond in a seemingly quiet neighborhood. It’s truly worth a visit on a weekend, whether you are hanging out with friends or spending time with family. The Shopping Centre has an adjoining wet market to serve the residents in the area. It is bustling with activities in the morning but almost deserted in the afternoon & evening!
There is a tiny play area for kids but the atmosphere is spoiled by a group of smokers, who gather there for a smoke and breakfast in the morning.
There is a food court upstairs. The price is on the high side & the food is not appetizing ! There are a few eateries around to make up for it!
Clothing is reasonable! Dried goods are fresh! Kueh kueh is very popular!

The every day life calls for every day convenience and this is it. All sorts of “you need this” shops with stuff from envelopes and greetings cards to lights and plumbing accessories to a McDonald’s restaurant…It’s all here, plus the grocery store of Fair Price and even medical clinic.
Easy access from MRT. Car park close by also. Everyone busy going about errands and finding what they need. Very clean area. Organized. Don’t have to walk all over the place or up and down stairs to find it. Easy to get around. Shopkeepers business minded and efficient.

Limbang shopping centre is a wonderful place however it is being marred by smokers smoking indiscriminately almost at every corner without the respect of laws and in considerations to other shoppers there. I think the management has faired poorly on this aspect…if you think you can’t enforce the smoking law effectively, I suggest you should make a complaint to NEA to send it’s team over. Thank you.

Heartland mall with adequate shopping and dining outlets. It has been here since I lived in this area and undergone several renovations since.
There is a wet market and Fairprice supermarket for everyday groceries. Hairdressing services and several clinics are present as well.
For dining options, there is an airconditioned food court on the second floor, as well as fast food chains (McDonald’s, Canadian Pizza) on the ground floor. There is a wide selection of local food at the food court, including Chinese, Muslim and Indian cuisine, as well as Vegetarian options in the day. Also, there is a tze char restaurant which typically gets crowded on weekends.
Overall, a very convenient place for daily shopping/dining needs for my family and I!

From dining to entertainment, there is something for everyone! Find franchises like macdonalds and Canadian pizza as well as sumptuous local hawker food. This two-level shopping district is one that you should head to when you’re in Singapore.

Limbang shopping centre is where people of various culture and nationality gather. With a well conditioned food court, tourist can gather there and have a good drink. Furthermore, it is contained and you can make as much noise as possible. So what are you waiting for? Drop by to your friendliest neighborhood today!

Excellent old school charms complete with unique and sophisticated cashiers. Underground B7 has an expansive collection of rare wines and smelly tofus. The premium selection of household items in Hua Huang General Store begs the question: “How can one ever have too much metal pots and pans at one time?”. The toilets are clean and the helicopter landing pad is well-maintained. This hidden gem is affectionately called “The Shopping Centre Where Dreams Come True” by locals. All in all, this place is so self-sufficient it should be a sovereign state by itself.

Came here with a friend to the Kong Dental Surgery.

A rather interesting suburban “mall” in terms of architecture and layout.

Parking spaces are rather limited and especially if there is an event at the Chinese temple which is beside it. But I suppose this place caters to the residents nearby and there are other carparks nearby.

In general, this place looks and feels clean and neat with the rather usual shop mix like a NTUC Fairprice supermart, eateries, pet shop etc cateting to the daily needs of nearby residents.

Suburban small mall with wet market and NTUC Fairprice had served the residents here for more than 20 years. With Phase 2, it is now closed for major renovations works which is expected to last 2 years till about Q3 2022.

Only a few shops are still operating in air-con containers – mostly the clinics and tuition centres. MacDonald’s may also not return – based on their goodbye signage at their main door. But looking forward to more shops when the place is ready!

On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair
Warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air
Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
I had to stop for the night

There she stood in the doorway
    I heard the mission bell
And I was thinking to myself
‘This could be heaven or this could be Hell’
Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way
There were voices down the corridor,
I thought I heard them say
