F&B And Retail. Easy access and parking available for both centre and hdb nearby.
Rather lacking compared to the other shopping malls that are just a short bus ride away, this shopping centre doesn’t really provide much other than a supermarket and some bakeries. It’s a nice place to have if you live nearby but I’d just buy my groceries at a larger supermarket on the way home from work.
Cozy neighbourhood supplies.
But renovation now until 2021
Not a good place to shop for groceries. Few shops in business. Air conditioned eatery but food variety and taste not impressive.
The wet market is quite ex actually compare to a nearby market #coughyewtee
Nice food stalls but got turn off by self service drink stall. Plates and cups are slow to be cleared from table.
Small but self contained..the place will be closed for long due to renovation
Nice
Sometimes when you buy 6pc nuggets from Limbang Mcd, you will get 7 instead. The 9th Wonder of the World.
Good food, decent price, dumpling noodle is the no.1 you have to eat here and their char siew is not famous enough.
There is a Macdonald there and ntuc fairprice.
Nice small shooping centre with necessary amenities.
Limbang had a long and troubled history during WW2. It was originally the site where the Japanese soldiers circumcized many of the resistance soldiers, as they were afraid would take the all the pretty women as their wives.
It is great to see how times has changed now it is one of the best place to get travel souvenirs.
Al Kasim nice food.
Fabulous place! Love the cereal at the coffeeshop. The young chang kee and ya kun butter toast were really good too. Perfect place for tourists.
Limbang Shopping Center is under renovation. Food court is still opened and clinics have moved to temporary location next to the shopping centre near the car park.
It is a convenient heartlander mall to go to if one lives in the area to do marketing in the wet market as well as for grocery shopping in the Fairprice NTUC.
There are many clinics to choose from the GP to dental services to TCM. Other tenants amongst many include hardware stores, Kumon learning centre, a music school Yamaha etc.
For the famished, there is good old McDonalds on the ground level and Yi Jia food court on the 2nd floor.
Not much shops..facilities

Old school vibes. Gonna be renovated really soon.
Place is undergoing a revamp so a lot of stores are closed.
I love the ban mian here.. very authentic old school handmade noodles.
Small town where many professionals live
For a small neighborhood mall it’s efficient. It’s not those aircon malls but a cluster of shops selling necessities for those living in the area.
Very quiet and has alot of clinics
Now under Reno.left only some shop . had to wait until Fed for the mkt to open all other shop had to wait about 2 year.
Nice small market but has all that I need and very friendly uncles and aunties too
a small neighborhood collection of shops. the shops here feel very local and authentic, and there’s a really ‘Singaporean community’ atmosphere here. a bookshop, household store, locksmith, McDonald’s, NTUC are some of the things to be found here.
Never been there before but I know this place place is magical
Small place. Going renovation in less a month for 1 year with limited shopping
Very small market but the sellers are friendly. Very kampong-like place. I feel comfortable here. Prices are reasonable. Pity it will go thru major renovation. Prices will go up for sure as rental will go.
Ok small shop but cute
Still under construction
Nice old school neighbourhood shopping mall
Food there is nice but now most of 1st floor is under renovation so nothing much over there
The place is now renovating
Has just enough supplies for households living nearby
Market .retailers outlet stores food court and provision shop etc.
Useful for getting daily necessities here, with Fairprice supermarkets & Yi Hwa, especially for people staying nearby. A bit old and needs renovation soon.
The shopping center is still closed for renovations and some of the shops were shifted to a temporary area next to it.
Ongoing renovation but food available!
Convenient place for daily needs
Rare sight of a single storey shops with dry market & super market. Balance retails serving the community with a 2nd storey food court. A clear space of shopping on a ‘five foot way’ corridors.
The BEST TCM in SG!!! U got to believe it, WORKS. A humble TCM.
There is lots of small shops comprises almost every basic items.
Business is pretty much as usual. A chinese medical hall has closed down.
Nice and spacious. Mutton soup is excellent.
Renovation going on. only few options .
The name speaks for itself. Its limbang. What more can I say.
Very limited shop and food court.
Renovating. So limited shops. FairPrice and Food Court available.
This place doesn’t really qualify as a shopping center if you look at most of the malls in other neighborhoods. It has a wet market where you can get fresh produce . There are clinics, sundry shops and a ntuc fair price supermarket to get you daily needs.
There a fair price supermarket and a wet market available to buy groceries. 2 bookshop ,1 medical hall ,4 clinic to see doctor , 1 mobile shop, 1 McDonald, 1 pizza shop , 1 cake shop , 2 hardware shop in Limbang. You should be able to got all your thing here. If not you can go yew tee …
A good place to visit if you are not feeling too well as there are a few clinics, a dentist and a Chinese Physician. Basically enough to meet your household needs as there is a host of different shops, a supermarket and a pharmacy as well.
Neighbourhood shopping mall. Got one of the cheapest lan shop here
Amazing, simply amazing. No amount of words will ever describe the surreal experience in limbang. On a side note, rumour has it that the Singapore’s first lion spotted by Sang Nila Utama was right at this very place.
As its very close to my sister’s residence, it was a everyday market i used to go every time I visited Singapore. For daily grocery or a cup of tea, it feels like its part of your home. Felt literally sad when I heard that they are demolishing it by the ed of this year. Modern structures are muchly needed but its always by giving away your emotional attachments.
Coffee shop, NTUC, Macdonald, Clinic, Dental, Bread shop, Stationery shop… is available here.
Nice pocket shopping centre with good choices of food.
Small shopping mall with clean market stalls
A raw, unpolished diamond in a seemingly quiet neighborhood. It’s truly worth a visit on a weekend, whether you are hanging out with friends or spending time with family. Bask in the Singaporean spirit as you walk around the old shopping centre, full of culture and tradition. An experience unlike any, you will find.
A small shopping center with fairprice NTUC store..but McDonald has moved out since my last visit a week ago.
It has a food court (air conditioned), a macdonalds and a ntuc. It’s also connected to a multistory carpark. What’s not to like?
To be revamped in June 2020 n ready in late 2021
Many medical clinics ! , fast fd, supermkt n wet mkt in t mornings. Also has a medium hardware store.
Still under renovation work, but nice place for a cup of tea with my friend.
7-11 – Macdonalds – ATM – NTUC, all you need about Limbang. The place has been the same for last 20 years i suppose. Kinda boring place but i guess it serves it’s purpose.
The Shopping Centre has an adjoining wet market to serve the residents in the area. It is bustling with activities in the morning but almost deserted in the afternoon & evening!
There is a tiny play area for kids but the atmosphere is spoiled by a group of smokers, who gather there for a smoke and breakfast in the morning.
There is a food court upstairs. The price is on the high side & the food is not appetizing ! There are a few eateries around to make up for it!
Clothing is reasonable! Dried goods are fresh! Kueh kueh is very popular!
Renovated food centre has variety of foods at affordable prices
This place is for the neighborhood quick daily purchase and with barber, clinics and stationary shops. Nothing more.
Memories where my brother in law had a provision shop. Patronised the place as l had to visit my sister who had a fall.
Fu en tong sells rare and exotic goods that the rest of Singapore hasn’t seen before, it is rumored a Chinese sensei cured an incurable disease
The every day life calls for every day convenience and this is it. All sorts of “you need this” shops with stuff from envelopes and greetings cards to lights and plumbing accessories to a McDonald’s restaurant…It’s all here, plus the grocery store of Fair Price and even medical clinic.
Easy access from MRT. Car park close by also. Everyone busy going about errands and finding what they need. Very clean area. Organized. Don’t have to walk all over the place or up and down stairs to find it. Easy to get around. Shopkeepers business minded and efficient.
A simple place for simple hawker and coffee, a supermarket and wet market.
Quaint neighbourhood centre with the requisite MacDonald’s, FoodCourt on second floor), Fairprice, Hardware Stores, Tuition Centres, pharmacies and a wet market
A lot improvements need to be made but it is alright. I usually just go there on Tuesday and Thursday every week.
I heard many great things about Limbang. I was skeptical until I ate the delicious beef burgers from restorant Macdonalds. Simply. Heaven in one bun.
Small shops good for quick graphics of stuffs haha
Brings out the inner childhood in you, neverending memories once you visit! Love it!
Limbang shopping centre is a wonderful place however it is being marred by smokers smoking indiscriminately almost at every corner without the respect of laws and in considerations to other shoppers there. I think the management has faired poorly on this aspect…if you think you can’t enforce the smoking law effectively, I suggest you should make a complaint to NEA to send it’s team over. Thank you.
Nothing to eat/buy.. quite a few clinics
I study here for N level, O level, Diploma, and degree. This place gives me goodluck! I got straight A’s or distinctions! If I have to move out of CCK area and to somewhere far far away, I will still take out time and come here often! I have feelings with this place!
Some small shops, a NTUC supermarket, Macdonald and a small dry market.
Just a small area for the personnel staying around the estate. For their convenience
Normal heartland setting. Nothing much.
neighbourhood mall. small but convenient
Very little shop and a lot of clinic
There is koi and liho and the padi has good nasi.
The place going to revamp … Hope is better after 2 years
Good place to get groceries, daily item and affordable food.
Just a small neighborhood open space area with very limited shops. 4 medical clinics in a small space and there is a NTUC fairprice supermarket. A food court on the 2nd level, a wet market and there is a McDonald’s. Oh, there is Canadian pizza store offering 1 for 1 whole year round
Great place to have a Sunday night dinner with family
Typically neighbourhood mall. Really cool to see some of hardware shops around.
Nice place. There are almost everything you need here.
Great place in the neighbourhood with all the essentials you would need. Fairprice, clinics, laundry, tools, stationaries, pizza, mcdonalds, food court, etc.
Now under renovation. Not much to say.

Renovated and clean

Very basic shopping centre.
A small neighborhood shopping center with small wet market and fair price supermarket.
Near CCK Blk 527,
Almost everything is there…
Good place to get most of what we need near us.
Decent neighbourhood shopping spot with all amenities including wet market, NTUC, children playground, doctors, food court, toilets etc… Not a hifi mall..
Place under renovations until next year 2021. Only NTUC, food court and child care are still operating as of today.
Very good use of land, build many stores yes
Very messy now as it is under renovation.
Very convenient for residents staying around there. Many shops that meet your daily needs.
Waiting for getting renovated and to experience new look
Heartland mall with adequate shopping and dining outlets. It has been here since I lived in this area and undergone several renovations since.
There is a wet market and Fairprice supermarket for everyday groceries. Hairdressing services and several clinics are present as well.
For dining options, there is an airconditioned food court on the second floor, as well as fast food chains (McDonald’s, Canadian Pizza) on the ground floor. There is a wide selection of local food at the food court, including Chinese, Muslim and Indian cuisine, as well as Vegetarian options in the day. Also, there is a tze char restaurant which typically gets crowded on weekends.
Overall, a very convenient place for daily shopping/dining needs for my family and I!
At present, LSC is under renovation and most of the shops has been moved to in the vicinity of temple.
Good place to get needed things in small sum, many good clinics around.
One stop shop for daily needs.
I stay near this place ok shopping centre
Good for shopping normal stuff
Great place to be for grocery, food, stationery, dental, medical, wet market, hardware items, children playground and more. The thing that the centre can improve on is to display prominently at entrance the “no riding” rule to prevent accident.
Convenient for buying foods at the wet market.
From dining to entertainment, there is something for everyone! Find franchises like macdonalds and Canadian pizza as well as sumptuous local hawker food. This two-level shopping district is one that you should head to when you’re in Singapore.
Limbang shopping centre is where people of various culture and nationality gather. With a well conditioned food court, tourist can gather there and have a good drink. Furthermore, it is contained and you can make as much noise as possible. So what are you waiting for? Drop by to your friendliest neighborhood today!
Good shopping centre there are so many good shops present there.especially 4d shop inside the shopping centre
The facilities and stores are convinient and the pickup/dropoff points are strategically built for drivers to easily dropoff passengers.
Waiting long for it to fully resume operation.
The best place in Singapore ever!! Wish i can stay there… Peaceful and beautiful scenery.
the great limbang waterfall was so majestic!! totally worth a visit, even if it is just a stopover at the limbang airport. the freshness of the oysters is YUMZ!!! every week night they put out fireworks and every week end they give out pet puppies to visitors the acrobatics were on point and most importantly, here no need to pay GST de leh!!!
Typical small heartland shopping section with medical clinics and houseware shops. The food court is air-conditioned with a very good zichar stall.
Unique little space…7-11, macdonals…
Equipmented with basic needs, still need improvement…
Usual shopping place like oyhers shopping centres in Singapore.
Excellent old school charms complete with unique and sophisticated cashiers. Underground B7 has an expansive collection of rare wines and smelly tofus. The premium selection of household items in Hua Huang General Store begs the question: “How can one ever have too much metal pots and pans at one time?”. The toilets are clean and the helicopter landing pad is well-maintained. This hidden gem is affectionately called “The Shopping Centre Where Dreams Come True” by locals. All in all, this place is so self-sufficient it should be a sovereign state by itself.
I went there to look for furniture and was not disappointed. I was advised by a flock of experienced chairmans and went home with a beautiful table
This can be one of the greatest places I have ever been. Everything is great.
Newly renovated wet market and food court.
Shops are well-connected, can be found and reach easily in short distance.
Thought it is quite a distance to get here from town, but if you want to look for somewhere quiet and peaceful to shop, here is the place. The view when you’re at the mall is superb. Food selection is also not too bad.
Great place, but not my type
Rustic chic and brings back memories.
Nothing much to talk about this place
There a food court upstairs but nothing much to offer there a fews clinic and there fews hardware store
It’s a quiet laid back shopping area located within the housing estate. There’s a wet market, ntuc, food court, hardware stores, clinics, hairstylist, barber, TCM and western pharmacies, stationery shops, and a pet grooming service.
Renovation the entire shopping center June 2020 till june 2022.
For simple essentials and needs. Grab and go shopping experience.

Not much shop to do shopping.
Good for lottery outlet, ntuc and MacDonald

Good
Limbang shopping center is a small place for daily things. the wet market offers a good variety of products.
It is good that a make up for this place is in the planning.
A small neighborhood shopping center with some old shops, McDonald’s, Fairprice, hawker center, a few clinics, and a market. Convenient parking.
Nice place to buy groceries, stationary and food court
Only wet market ,ntuc some shop are open .limbang under major revamp. Construction
Convenient neighbourhood shopping place with a few hardware shops and a wet market in the morning. Have a aircon eatery upstairs and a mc.
It is a nice place with a lot of shops and it has ntuc fair price
I mostly come here for the malay food, now half the mall is under major renovation so is a bit inconvenient
All day needs shopping can be done at Limbang. Includes wet market as well. Connected by bus route 302 from Choa Chu Kang or Yew Tee.
A general market place for buy household item, it include supermarket and wet market
Nice shopping centre with neighbourhood feel. Friendly shopkeepers. Wide variety of commercial and medical outlets.
Wow. Great make over. I am looking forward to the opening. Looks like a good gathering location
Place is cramp..
Not really worth to visit if you are thinking of exploring. But defitently quite a good place to chill and rest at night as its quite peaceful there at night
Not sure what limbang means, but it on contraction now UPGRADED.. …
Good all-round heartland mall with NTUC, Mac, coffee shop & shops. ATM & postage services are available.
Great roti prata. Open on weekends for now.
People there were generally very great looking. It was a feast for your eyes along with many good eating places
Even though its looks small but everything is inside
Came here with a friend to the Kong Dental Surgery.
A rather interesting suburban “mall” in terms of architecture and layout.
Parking spaces are rather limited and especially if there is an event at the Chinese temple which is beside it. But I suppose this place caters to the residents nearby and there are other carparks nearby.
In general, this place looks and feels clean and neat with the rather usual shop mix like a NTUC Fairprice supermart, eateries, pet shop etc cateting to the daily needs of nearby residents.
I don’t know what I’m doing here, must be amnesia
Limbang is a place where memories are forged for a lifetime. Imagine walking into a world where the people magically are kinder to one another, where the local food is delectable, where you find a beat in your step! Highly recommended even for stopovers, especially if you are looking for chiobus.
Shopping centre brings back fond memories
Suburban small mall with wet market and NTUC Fairprice had served the residents here for more than 20 years. With Phase 2, it is now closed for major renovations works which is expected to last 2 years till about Q3 2022.
Only a few shops are still operating in air-con containers – mostly the clinics and tuition centres. MacDonald’s may also not return – based on their goodbye signage at their main door. But looking forward to more shops when the place is ready!
edit: Feb2021 – Was told that NTUC Fairprice at Limbang is still operating! Great for residents!
Limbang Now on (Renovation) A&A . Clinic still (Open) but in a Container / NTUC & Lottery still (Open). Kopi (2nd) floor is Operational Except No (MacD).
Very good shopping centre. Looks run down but everyone here are so friendly. Go to 2nd floor for the food court with awesome selection of local foods. The fish soup stall is esp tasty.
My children and I enjoy the vegetarian food @ Limbang food court.
Though still under renovation but the food court, wet market & NTUC are already in operation. Clinics as well as some small shops are in operation too just that they are temporary located behind the multistory carpark.
Most of the shops are shut down for general renovation for about 1.5 years.
A relatively small mall within the residential area.
Last update Feb2018
Its under reconstruction so not much now..
Convenient place for some gorcery shopping and simple food
Limbang zichar is no. 1 in Singapore. I flew all the way from Hong Kong to eat here!!
A tradition heartland shopping mall with a food court and a supermarket.
Food court is great. Good variety of food. The shops are generally above average. Safe bet to try any. Big renovation going on now. Hopefully mcdonald’s can be back there. many GPs there too. Take your pick to get swabbed.
A shopping mall is built to serve the neighborhood. The shops mainly sell things for household like hardware and stationery.
Very quite. Many shops not open
Good for buying 4D and a quick lunch at tge food court or Mac’s, shopping at NTUC supermarket
Very convenient for all ages especially Macdonalds, NTUC , Clinics, 7Eleven and Wet Market….
Neighbourhood shopping ctr. Not crowded. NTUC Fairprice small but easy to find items. Students find McDonald a quiet place to study.
Nice hawker food cheap and afforable!
Sadly, there is no air conditioning
I get all latest tech uogrades from Superking’ Shop
It has all the amenities of a shopping centre even though it is not very big. You can find eateries ranging from fast foods, local foods to Western foods.Air con food courts, fast food outlets to local restaurants. Then there are house hold product shops, hair & beauty salons, super markets & clinics. The architecture of the building is a bit nostalgic not like many modern shopping centres. It only has 2 levels. There is a multi storey car park.
Dated 28/05/2017 (Sunday).
Nice neighborhood one stop centre with wet market, Mc D, NTUC, enrichment classes
It’s a wet market. You will get all your house hold requirements.
Have a fair price shop and McDonald.
Chicken rice very nice
Not many places to shop from, but it is still easy to navigate.
Might be biased because it’s across where I live, but it has all the essentials (DIY store, general store, stationary store, barber, saloon, clinics, market, Fairprice, and a Macdonald’s)
What’s nice: Yong Tau Foo (handmade), Fish Soup, Congee, Japanese food, Cze Cha
Free parking at noon on weekdays. Super secret. Thank me later
Only one food court, one market & ntuc fairprice operating~
On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair
Warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air
Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
I had to stop for the night
There she stood in the doorway
I heard the mission bell
And I was thinking to myself
‘This could be heaven or this could be Hell’
Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way
There were voices down the corridor,
I thought I heard them say
Welcome to LIMBANG SHOPPING CENTRE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Heartland mall with adequate shopping and dining outlets. It has been here since I lived in this area and undergone several renovations since.
There is a wet market and Fairprice supermarket for everyday groceries. Hairdressing services and several clinics are present as well.

Overall, a very convenient place for daily shopping/dining needs for my family and I!
It’s almost as if limbang is under a time spell and is stuck in the 90s. Once in a while u will still see a trishaw or two going past the bakery and kids will still be playing marbles and hopscotch in the open space. well if u don’t see them it could be my eyes playing tricks on me! If anything is true to what I said, it got to be that it has the best fried sliced fish bee hoon I have ever tasted! oh here’s my vote to add limbang shopping centre to the list of national heritage site!
Good variety of foods and shops
Deceptive quaint town with an abundance of devilish pleasures to be found – meat, veggies and tea
A small gem hidden away from the city. With cozy and nice ambience restaurant and shops that could make everyday needs. It’s a blessed to have such a place in Singapore. I feel so fortunate to stay nearby. …
Because i don’t now but i love that
Shops are old and thats why they need to renovate. Food here is okay, close to my place, come frequently.
Small neighbourhood mall, but self sufficient with supermarket, McDonald’s, bakery, stationery shop, post office and numerous clinics!
Old school style shopping district. Nothing exceptional, was hoping a see a traditional bakery or provision shop, there were none of that.
Good.
Have a McDonald’s resturant to chill with your friends. Foodcourt is just one level above.
this place is one of the reason I chose my home location… all the basic amenities can be found here… the chicken rice and teh bing is my favorite
Here got nothing special, dead mall. Now Waiting for face lift or overhaul.
OMG this is the best Place EVAAAAA! First time here last week and I’m loving it already! I live at pasir ris but I wanna come here everyday!
Have been visiting since its birth
Serene and nice place. I stay in Bedok but I bring my poodle to walk round limbang twice a month as he appreciates the serenity as much as me. Love the toilet there too
Absolutely delicious place with superstars such as Justin Beaple walking around – should be a UNESCO site!!
Disorganized by the random areas marked out by the cleaners / construction team. A building that hosts a variety of shops to fit your daily routine. With the current covid 19 situation, its a building that i would go to for my necessities. You can find everything and anything here
This ATM allows me to withdraw $10
Nice place
Did a house call and got a quick lunch
Nice but shopping limit
It’s has been more than a year but only partially completed
New food court facing main road.
Need to have medical shop. Limbang wet market need to improve on variety of goods especially sea food.
Has a food court on level 2 that serves food which is par-for-the-course. On level 1, there’s a supermarket (NTUC), and some neighbourhood malls selling everything from household items to pet supplies.
Good mcdonalds i eat here sometimes after school
Wet market prices are reasonable and less crowded.
This place need some retail revamp. It has been stagnet for quite some time.
Never been to such an amazing place before, the feeling you get as you waltz through the streets of old and gold, if you are a tourist and visiting Singapore for the first time, then this is the place for you. 6stars restaurant food scattered all over this shopping centre, coupled with shops that meet your every need, this is where you go when you need it. If I could I want to hold my wedding in the streets of gold, I want my children to love this place as much as I do
There’s a food court with indian muslim food, NTUC, seven leven, a bakery, mcdonalds.
With breathtaking views, gorgeous skyscrapers, ravishing people and mouth-watering restaurant dishes, Limbang brings the essence of the modern Singaporean city to the heartlands.
Forget the city, visit Limbang to experience luxury life at affordable prices. Not many have had the chance to reside here. Those who are here never have the heart to leave.
It is rumored that all residents hold a famous hologram of the Limbang guardian angel which brings them infinite good luck. Tourists, do not miss this opportunity to get this limited edition hologram for yourself. Trust me, it will be a life-changing experience.

Hoping for a new limbang next year when it renovated

Decent neighborhood shop. But lacks food choices, only has local coffeeshop and Macdonald with Canadian Pizza takeaway
Cute shopping centre with everything! Love the varieties of dinning groceries and amenities nearby. Freshly prepared healthy ingridients with tender loving caring skillful cooking and professional warm services. Friendly cosy comfy ambience for romantic intimates tourists students groups & families. Good bargain hunting & pleasant surprises.

The Ban Mian at the 2nd level food court is worth to check it out. $3 only yet, it is freshly hand made and prepared on the spot.
The food court itself is old, the Led lamps are flickering. The tables are closed to each other. Not really safe if there is a fire break out.
The best shopping mall in the west of Singapore no doubt. Being a Malaysian, every single time I come to Singapore, this is definitely one of the local landmark I would visit. The scenery here is top class, with an open garden where beautiful ootds can be taken. 10/10 would recommend
I like the quiet area. New shops don’t last long there. There’s ntuc, mc Donald, wet market, Indian grocery shop with many spices, organic shop in the wet market. If you feel you want a quiet time, limbang is nice. But too bad no cafe or ice cream place last there. Maybe coz not many know when there is a new shop. Not many advertisement.
Newly opening
omg this place is so wonderful that I Wan to host my wedding dinner here
Convenient for local residents but not very attractive
Cheaply priced food court
Very friendly people, affordable prices
Wow. Great make over. I am looking forward to the opening. Looks like a good gathering location
Old style market, but different shop can be found in this place
I go there usually at night, so the market is usually mostly closed. But the food isnt the best.
Interesting village like area.
Food options need to increase. Overall consider Expensive for a neighborhood market
Average mall, for basic essentials, F&B limited, traditional surbarban more.
Food court looks better and cleaner. Renovation us still on going. Only half is operating
fairprice ntuc, a food court, yamaha music school, 7/11 , healthway clinic, canadian pizza, Mcdonalds along with several small stores. its the neighborhood shopping centre and usually has everything you need. its nice and close to limbang so you dont have to go to lot one. ALSO HAS A WET MARKET which is rare to find. right beside limbang park as well and 10 mins of walking from sports centre
Still upgrading, but it’s still cool looking at the progress nonetheless
Nice , cosy, food n leisure place..
Still under renovation.
This is the best place I ever been to. They have the best service and the food there is definitely worth the price. Its a must to visit there!!
Ok but macdonald takes an extremely long time dispite no reason to prepare my food
Convenient location for groceries with wet market.
Nice architectural design. Western food on the 2nd floor is good and serving portions are quite generous.
There are plenty of malls in Singapore, but nothing stands out like Limbang Shopper Centre. This is truly a magnificent shopper’s paradise where you can shop to your heart’s content! A trip worth making even if you reside in faraway lands!
Die die must go!
Currently going under renovation. Good for wet markets
Still under renovation so cannot really say much.
This place is wonderfull. You can literally find anything you want at this very place. If your a tourist and you want experiece all of Singapore in one day come here. Trust me you will not regret. You will even invite your families and friends to come here. An easy 5 stars.
Neighborhood shopping needs can be met here: 7Eleven, NTUC, Bakery, Mac Donald, Wet Market, Kumon, Foodcourt, Childcare center, Dental Clinic, Medical Clinic, etc.
If it is legally allowed to take Limbang Shopping Centre as my lawfully wedded wife, i will marry Limbang straight away

Great selection. Beautiful girls. Wow.
Conveniently located near lot of HDB
Has clinics, food courts, a Macdonalds and hardware store. Wet market also available in the morning… Or NTUC if u need one
A big food court at level 2, easy to search for my favourite food.
