The eMart staff, particularly the bespectacled lady, went out of her way and delivered an exceedingly kind and professional experience. Firstly, she told me about the ongoing one- boots exchange, which saved me money. Secondly, the shop was about to close at 8.30pm but she waited for me to return, after I went back home to retrieve my boots. The eMart is very spacious and comfortable for shopping. I am thankful to have come to this eMart at Chevron and got my damaged boots problem settled by an extraordinary staff. Thank you.

Place was huge and clean, almost everything is in excessively in stock for all three services (Army, Navy, Air Force). Always full of buyers during weekend, so try to avoid going on weekends.

Went there for last-minute shopping and had a pleasant experience. The shop is located on level 2, right outside the lift near the carpark and very convenient.

It is spacious enough for rows of people the walk and quite well-organised. There are 4 changing rooms here and running shoes displayed neatly on rows of shoe shelves.

They could definitely improve the labelling of garments and shoes. For example, the try-out clothes wear hanging out in the open have sizes which are marker-labelled.

Good experience, as mentioned by other people. But, avoid going on Saturday (whole day) and Sunday (until around 5pm) as that’s when the NSFs would be coming to emart to stock up their supplies. When it’s busy, it’s really busy. Around 1hr queue. But when it’s empty, it’s really swift and decisive.

Located on level 2 post renovation.

A bit inconvenient at chevron though there’s shuttle bus to and from Jurong East mrt.
    Per-minute charges for parking available.

Generally good per e mart quality.

Good affordable prices, cheaper than outside.

Tri service mart so contains pixelised no 4 uniform, no 3 uniform, singlets, tee, shorts, etc from all services.
Also contains shoes and other sports and camping equipment.

I’ve only encountered helpful staff especially when choosing shoes though some have complained of unhelpful staff around.

Credit and cash items as open to public.
Best to bring along 11B for payment especially on weekends where portal is down for maintenance and payment by credit only allowed using 11B.

Well-stocked with Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) gear and military-related goods, helpful staff and pleasant shopping experience. Basically an eMart with a wider range of goods. Selection of quality running shoes and some casual shoes on offer at good discounts, but these are cash payment items. Aside from SAF personnel getting their equipment, this place is open to the general public as well.

Order from emart online, set collection to chevron to save on delivery. Took about 2 weeks for my order to be processed. Go to the locker and follow the instructions. Very clear cut. Remember to press the collection button on the screen befor scanning the qr code.. If not, it will just keep beeping lol. Silly morning me. The sms system. Keeps reminding you to collect ur parcel within 3 days. Annoying but effective reminder. Thanks. Def using this system again!

I made a trip again, voila! Everything is fixed, the smell and the eMart credits. Probably the best eMart in the west. You can get your EDC needs fulfilled here and of course whatever you want to buy for NS – supplies, PT wear, uniforms, boots, etc.

Between Chevron and Punggol Safra, you can expect a greater variety of products at Chevron, and visibly lesser queue. Visiting on 11 Jun 2021, Friday, I only had to wait no more than 30 minutes, while the queue at Punggol Safra was a lot longer at the same timing.

Would definitely recommend Chevron if you stay in the central or west, but if you stay in the east or North East, expect up to 1.5hr travel time. That aside, Chevron is definitely better than Punggol Safra.

Chevron is also less than 10 minutes walk from Jurong East MRT, making it relatively convenient.

A little info on Chevron, it’s an shop that sells army products. SAF personnel can use their credits to pay for most products as well. The prices are very affordable, with tshirts and pants at less than $5, and your popular air force shirt is available as well, all of which are available for members of the public to purchase at the same price as well.

Emart also sells sports shoes, as well as canteens, bags, and lots of other products as well.

Very popular place for NSF and NSmen to purchase items with the credits. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and know things by heart e.g.: how many pieces of shorts to buy, how many pairs of shoes can buy, etc.

I like it when the cashier also helps to suggest which are the popular items to buy, and what to choose to top up the values to use up the credits eg: insect repellent.

It’s a place I will miss coming after my completion of my NS reservist cycle.
