LeNu at Compass is almost our second home
The atmosphere of comfort, music, scents of freshly prepared food and much more — this is what we love about this place
The waiters are helpful and responsive!
Beef shank noodle, fish vegetable noodle, pork ribs with scallion — everything is very tasty!
Favorite dish is braised wagyu beef noodle. It’s my happiness!

Always walked past this resturant in Bedok Mall but never had the chance to try. This place offers nice dinner ambience.service stuff were very friendly. Food was pretty good. Had the fried chicken chop with noodle in pork bone soup. For every dish, just add on $3 you can have an additional sides and drinks. Overall, i feel that its really value for money.

Second time visited this outlet. There was Long queue as usual and even longer due to the social distance policy.

I have ordered braised pork ribs spicy noodle and my friend ordered fried chicken cutlet noodle with a set of century egg and tofu as well as a jasmine tea.

The food was good as usual. Spicy oil went well with the soup. My pork ribs were braised Long enough, so it was tender and soft. Tofu and century eggs were refreshing but the sauce was too salty. We both felt thirsty after the meal. So definitely msg is added

Staff were nice even there were shortage of man power obviously.

I ordered fatty beef lamian, the noodles are quite good and the quantity of the fatty beef is alright (some places are stingy with beef, LeNu is okay). Friend ordered dumpling lamian, he says it’s savoury and good. Soup is flavourful, service is attentive. Yes recommend!

It used to be a 4-star restaurant until they decided to remove their signature 江魚仔 from the menu. Their 江魚仔 goes super well with their dry noodles!!! The satisfaction level now dropped by 45-55%.

Their dry noodles is kinda wet now, a little bit more soggy as compared to last time.

Overall, in terms of food quality, it went from a 4-star restaurant to a 2-star restaurant.

Hi Paradise group, removing 江魚仔 from your menu may be a cost-effective move, but not a very smart move imo… Please bring it back into the menu in near future if possible. It’s not like the customers don’t pay for the 江魚仔

Quick service, great food. LeNu offers delicious soup noodles at excellent price in convenient location, great for family and friend gathering. The Bedok branch is often crowded, but the food is certainly worth the wait. The broth is thick and the serving is generous. Goes very well with the Taiwanese canned beverages.

Food is well prepared. The waiter was very polite which is nice. The broth is good but the tendon is too tough. The extra add on peach vinegar is quite refreshing. Chilled Sugarcoated Anchovies is a nice change that reminds me its a Chinese restaurant. Decor look really like a Japanese restaurant that is trying too hard to be a Chinese restaurant.

Located in Bedok Mall, the restaurant serves Chinese style noodle soup. Tried a few times and the braised marbled beef noodles (A4) is my favourite. the meat is tender and the broth is rich. Do ask for chili oil to go with the meat or noodles.

Nice noodles as long as you do not order the rice noodle. Beef broth soup – nice. Mala dry noodles – nice. But how can a restaurant run out of water? Another thing to fix is the ordering app. Does not work on my Xioami phone.

Love the broth! Noodles tasted great. Looks like they took the time to boil the broth for at least 6 hours. No thirsty aftertaste of MSG. Braised beef brisket noodles was just the right tenderness for me. Spicy wanton was a crowd pleaser. Fish noodles was light and tasty, so eat the light dishes first!

Soup tastes and smells fragrant, a little on the stronger side. I love the noodles and the portion of beef is also acceptable.

Funny part was feedback was asked at the end of the meal. In fact, it was asked during payment.

Pretty enthusiastic staff, but if customer feedback and taste correction is allowed and looked forward. Then it should be prompted during the meal, not after.

Still an OK meal for me.

Ienu Private Noodle House is located in bedok mall b2. The noodles they operate are simmered noodles with cabbage fish. Red grilled beef bone soup. Red refining three treasures noodles. There are other types of noodles. There is a 30% discount on Lele beef noodles. Mainly the soup is delicious. These are the places that attract lost regulars and customers, as well as people returning to eat and relax. There is a book fair nearby. Attract tourists and book lovers to visit. By the way, here and many people go to a nearby private noodle house for dinner. Enjoy delicious food with different tastes.

I usually enjoy coming here for their noodle dishes but I was disappointed today by the service we received and felt the urge to leave a feedback

I was seated at the counter seats facing the chefs cooking and felt something land on my head. It was a piece of noodle.

My partner’s order was missed out by the chefs and the waiter serving us did not check that our orders were in place so only my food came. like that how to eat? it was only after we brought it to the waiter’s attention TWICE that it was escalated because they were busy serving everyone else who had came later first.

By the time my partner’s order came, my noodles were not warm anymore. I don’t expect much service but at least some service recovery and there was 0!

THEN, to add insult to injury, when we wanted to use the $10 promo voucher w $30 min. spend, we were told that it only applied to ala carte items, and that among that, drinks and set meal top ups were not counted??? huh might as well not have a voucher. normally i very ok one, but this was the last straw after such a POOR experience

and LASTLY, during the cursory “how was your meal” question, i brought up the order issue and guess what they said? “thanks for your feedback”.

lenu i really thank you eh, give you gold star, you win.

Every Lenu restaurant never fail to impress me with their impeccable service standards. I’ve been to at least 3-4 other outlets across the island and every Lenu outlet is consistent in their service standards!

It was a busy early afternoon meal time on Sunday and there were only 2 service staff and 2 cooks in the kitchen. The restaurant was full and they had non stop delivery orders coming in to handle. The manager (a guy with tattoos on his arm) was clearly trying his best to run the restaurant as best as he could with his lady co-worker.

Despite the madness, he never wavered in his customer service standards. He still did every protocol that he’s always done like safe entry, sanitise hands, sit the customers down, introduce the menu etc.

He also made sure to build rapport with not just dine in customers but also delivery and self collect customers.

    Good job!!!

We had the beef noodles, pork rib soup noodles, dry noodles, cold tofu and the beancurd cooked in beef broth.
Food came pretty quick considering that it’s during peak dinner hours.
The soups were great and you can really taste the broth. I recommend having the chili oil on the side so you decide how much you want in your soup. The chilis ain’t spicy so don’t worry about not being able to take the spiciness.
The cold tofu is served with century egg and sauce drizzled over it. It’s a great combination and it taste really fresh to kinda “freshen” your taste buds from the broth.
The beancurds were kinda bland though, it’ll be better if they could put some sauce over it.
It’s a place I’d definitely go back again sometime later.
Service is pretty good, place is a little small though. And it’s a bit on the pricier side. They’re like an average of $10 a bowl of noodles.

Was surprised to be wrong. The broth is fairly smooth and not overpowering. The selection too is great. Recommend their beef related broths.

Only thing is that it is on the pricier side for sure. Decor and seating is also pretty average. Slightly cramped and not a place you want to spend extended timei

Had early dinner here during off peak hour 445pm so no excuse of average food quality but that is what I had. The bowl of the beef based noodle tasted bland, with small portion of the shank, tendon included. Not sure if the pork based soup will be better, but the beef based is bland. Ramen is okish, nothing to shout about, and the side dish tofu with centuries egg is okish as well. All in all, there are plenty of noodle places better at this price. The service is good though in general.

Tried the Taiwan beef noodles : wagyu, braised and slices….. meat very tender but soup a disappointment. Not really authentic and we should know having lived in Taiwan for nearly 2 decades. Not robust enough and lack Unami. If desperate, go DTF for beef noodles.

Big portion. We had the braised beef combination and it was quite decent. Taste a bit fatty to me though.

Their excellent service will put some 5 star hotel dining to shame. I was given a ziplock bag for my mask and a bag holder to contain my personal belonging before seated. The staff with arm tattoo in particular is so helpful and enthusiastic about recommending dishes to me, who was trying the noodles for the first time. During payment, he asked for feedback. Upon knowing that I found the spicy noodles too sour, he offered to moderate the sourness if I order the same dish next time, what a wonderful gesture! The restaurant also makes sure that we’ve done proper check in and offered hand sanitizer. Impeccable dining experience!

Located in Bedok Mall, you can find under #B2-10. LeNu is under the Paradise Group. We ordered the preserved pickles sliced fish noodles. The food is great, in term of the taste food and flavor. The soup can be further enhanced with flavor.

Overall, The service is great, satisfying with courteous service from the young man who guided us to the tables in the atrium as the main restaurant was full. The wet towels are complimentary.

Excellent noodles at Lenu with a robust broth and tasty beef. My only beef (pun intended) is the long queue. But there’s always takeaway for days where we cannot wait. The excellent and attentive service made up for the long wait for a seat so all’s good in the end

Tasty pork bone broth. Meat serving of pork chop noodles was on the small side. A lot of noodles.

Had the braised marbled beef noodle soup (spicy) and it really exceeded my expectations. Like that the soup was flavourful and not overpowering or too heavy. Beef portions were good, pretty generous. The la mian was just right, chewy, and a little springy. Had the chilled black fungus and apple black tea as a set meal. Black fungus is flavourful on its own and also complemented the beef noodles well.

Giving 5 stars because their customer service is excellent and thoughtful. As a customer I felt really welcomed and my needs were all met very promptly. A place that I’ll come back to again.

Prefer the chicken cutlet over to the fish slices noodles. The fish has a slight fishy taste. Broth is very creamy and rich. Love it a lot. Space is quite small so prepare to wait awhile during lunch.

Excellent customer service. Especially to the staff with Korean character tattoos on his arm. I appreciated that he brought over a stool to place my shopping bags while I was in the queue. He even helped to shift the stool as the line moves forward. It is the best service I experienced among the outlets we visited. Food quality at Bedok is excellent and consistent, compared to the disappointment experience we had at Jewel outlet.

I go there once a month, to get my beef noodle fix. I like the authentic broth with wagyu and La Mein noodles. Please ask for their chilli (it is rather good)
