Very clean condo, huge pool, nice gardens, strategic location (near markets, several foodcourts, MRT), aircon on its lift lobby. It is 6 yrs old now but doesnt require repainting, looks like 1-2 yrs old condo only

Lakeville enjoys the convenience of the main artery road (Boon Lay Way) that connects to PIE, AYE, Jurong East and West, and in proximity of HDB’s neighborhood amenities of wide varieties, MRT station, good schools, Jurong Lake Gardens, JLD, 2nd CBD blah blah… What more to ask for?

Good condo with pool and affordable prices
The staff are friendly and greet me when I pass them. The property is maintained impeccably. Walking to Lakeside MRT and is only 5-8 minutes from the property to the station entrance. The pool is beautiful and large. The path along the perimeter of the property provides a “zen” walk and also adds value to the property amenities. The dry cleaners are convenient and very accommodating to tenants like myself who need to arrange for pick-up outside of normal business hours. The gym is adequate and provides everything you need for cardio, but lacks the equipment necessary for a full resistance training routine. The condo is sound insulated very well from nearby construction noise and traffic. The condo unit is well designed (staying in a 3 bedroom unit).
I feel very safe and secure in this residence. It is DEFINITELY suitable for families. It is a great place to live

This hair studio at Jurong West, Lakeville.. Tiny and tidy it seems to be alright saloon.. Most of the customers are from Lakeville apartments..
Everything seem OK… Except for the security management.. Think the Condo facility Management really need to equip the security personnel with not only the most updated security skills, knowledge but also the skills to interact and handle the so called guests, clients in whatever way u acknowledge them..
I drove my youngest son to my wife’s cousin home at Lakeville on every Sunday and diligently follow through the set Lakeville’s security and covid protocol without fail every week.., drove. Stop on front of security desk, take temperature, log and register into the Lakeville’s covid website. In return, I was given the Lakeville’s car log for display filled up by the Security personnel in the car dash.. I have to admit that it was my mistake that I did not check that today’s date is 15 August, the date written was 14 August.
On return back for second entry, not knowingly that the date was wrong I shown the car log to the Security personnel, an Indian lady,..
I told her that I checked in this morning, she looked at me and said”Dont lie lah”.. Lie is a strong word and is this how the security staff should interact with the visitor…
Really well designed condo. The pool and gardens really make it feel special. The quality of materials are top notch too.
I lived here for 5 years, it took 12 minutes from door to platform – lakeside mrt station.
It was also around 10 minutes to the jurong west market, which was always buzzing with people.
