Air-conditioned food court, located in the public area of Changi Airport Terminal 4 Departure, 2nd floor, is huge & clean, with around 15 stalls offering a variety of food.
From what I saw, prices here are mid-range, from $5 upwards. Food here is ok. The beef noodles (soup) was a bit salty. The ban mian (soup) was good.
Food court closes at 1030pm.
Nice ambience but food choices are limited..
The Food looks good and tasty! And more than that is clean place at terminal 4
They seriously have to rethink the whole concept here…. Different stalls selling same dishes…. 3 stalls selling same dish!!!
And there were several stalls changing hands or closed…. What a shame. Even the stalls selling famous or signature dishes did not do well at all, judging the queue at peak periods.
Conveniently located close to check-in counters. Airconditioned, a big plus. Relatively clean, but I usually see crumbs on tables and more on the floor.
Price is what you expect at an airport. Good variety of shops to choose, plenty of tables and seats.
Quality of food can be better.
it’s a nice place for eating and found some food stores here. bought fresh buble milk tea over here.
sgd2.5 (approx. 20 hkd) for one 珍多冰Chendol, cooling dessert with shaved ice on the bottom. 食神牛丸, was recommended mee hoon米粉 which was so good topped with beef balls, bean sprouts and green onion. 苦瓜排骨湯 bitter melon soup, huge portion, white rice is an additional 1 sgd. Reasonable pricing. Do come before departure.
Good food. Easy to find seating. Clean environment
Very good selection representing the regions culinary diversiry
Git
Wide range of local foods and delights with reasonable pricing.
I try their hainanise chicken rice, expensive and not worth for $$$, but if u hungry, u don’t have a choice, because it is airport terminal. U can try the staff restaurant in terminal 1 basement, much cheaper.
You can never go hungry. Great food clean place.
Food is ok but extremely pricey!
Awesome! Clean, yummy foods, affordable! Realiable!
Clean, affordable food
T4 affortable eating place. Nice place. Varieties of food. From Asian to Western to halal. Reasonable price.
Many food of choice around 3 to 18 SGD. Last time i ate duck-charsiew rice combo at this food empo for 7.5 SGD. Nice food, not the best because the rice is plain, but its still acceptable. Maybe i shoulf try the other food next time i stopped at T4 changi airport
This is an interesting almost like Singapore old style food court with modern twist for the layout and design. If you are seating right at the end you can actually enjoy your meal while viewing the airport take off and landing. The prawn noodle stall at the end of the end is good.
Variety of food to choose. Good food to choose. FYI especially for the muslims, there is only 4 that is Halal Certified which is side by side(the black signage) Chicken rice, indian cuisine, nasi padang and yong tao foo. For the nasi lemak one there wasnt any halal certified till now as ive been working at T4 even before that shop was newly open.
U should try udon on their stall. It has thick soup and tender meat.
The Hokkien Mee at the end is nice. Try out the beef noodle (like the balls).
Food is average at most.
I’ve tried the nasi padang $5.50, yong tao foo $5.80.
Ambience and deco was really nice thou.
Nice place for dinner. Indonesia Nasi Padang, Sarawak Laksa, Qiu Lian Ban Mian are good and tasty.
cheap and good food
The Nasi Ayam Set is still the best.
Can choose the vegetable.
Variety is good though prices are on the high side as compared to most food court. Ample seats around.
Hokkien Mee is highly recommended.
Variety of foods to choose from but service level not so goof
Easy to get halal food n good to bring the whole family for breakfast n lunch for a quick bite before flying off to your destination
Freshly made fried bee hoon before my morning flight 😀
Ikan bilis with some peanuts at the TeoChew Porridge Stall costd $5 for a small saucer, seriously ? Will never go back, thank you.
Most of the food you can find it here. As always airport food is always more expensive than usual. So if you have friends that work in the airport! Plus point for you!!!
Good place to enjoy a quiet lunch before the lunch crowd
Great affordable eatery at T4 complete with viewing gallery to watch aeroplanes take off.Muslim food available n lots of car parking space
8.30am 26/11/22
Only one food shop was open at this hour. Not too sure if this was due to the time, or is it the after effect of covid travel restrictions.
Quite a far bit of choice for a food court in airport, food are quite nice especially is in the airport.
Nice dinning area withing Changi airport terminal 4. The options are good and the prices are affordable. You can easily find Singaporean dishes as well as other asian cuisines. Located at the second floor and before the checking point. The place is nice and the restrooms are very clean.
Good variety for an airport food court even if the prices are higher than elsewhere.
Plenty of food choices with affordable price, ranging from 4 sgd to 12sgd.
food not bad ,but some food store can use ntuc card for discount.and some food store cant use the ntuc card.need to some change that every store can accept ntuc card for discount.
Good food. Varieties. Can use NTUC Plus at some stalls.
Good food court. Clean n good range of food
A great place to bring your date to if u are on a budget..
Reminisce the past with all d artwork around, charge your devices and even re-charge your stomach with tasty food around. The prices here is just slightly more than average but the portion is good. And most important, the place is very clean!
The added point here is that there is a viewing gallery at then end.. What more would u be asking for? The price of the food is quite affordable, ambience feels classy, not like a food court, has a charging station for your mobile devices and more..
Oya, there are at least 2 halal food stalls and on top of the muslim owned stalls around. Dont just take our word for it, drop by and see..
At this point, these pointers are more than enough to have a chill time. Cheers!!
Not much food choices. Dessert standard is far below Singapore average standards
Nice and clean, lots of seats, reasonably priced (for airport food court) and various cuisines to choose from.
The food is surprisingly awesome. Satisfied
Food is rather expensive, Malay & Indian food stalls also closed. Whether can add in more fish soup noodles.
If you just got off the plane in T4 and need your kopi? Say no more, this is the place for your quick local food. Seats can be limited so time yourself wisely. Food and price is pretty decent, considering this is the airport.
The food is average. The place is clean and service crew quite efficient. Beef noodles are not very tasty and the fried carrot cake is so so.
Great place to get your local hawker foods before and after your flights
Clean and awesome variety of food at a good price.
Awesome breakfast meals. Price a bit steep but it’s in the airport so just have to deal with that.
Good
Situated at public area of terminal 4,this food court has sufficient sitting place (in my opinion) albeit it’s quite crowded during lunch time.
There’re 3 halal stalls, with chicken rice as one of my favorite.
The chicken rice is fragrant, roasted chicken is nice and they have other side menu such as braised egg & tofu, chicken liver & gizzard and some spicy fried tofu.
The setting was clean and very sleek, and the service staff were professional and helpful. Bought a Century Egg Fried Rice ($5.50) + Salted Egg Yolk Buttermilk Chicken ($4) from the Mini Wok stall. The prices are alright – not the cheapest around, but for airport food it’s rather affordable! Food was decent – servings were really generous but the fried rice was quite oily and not particularly flavourful. The stall owner was really friendly though! Even added a scoop of cereal for free at the end (:
Try the local breakfast at of soft boiled eggs, toast with coconut jam and coffee.
A clean n decent foodcourt but not many stalls are open at 8am… The chicken rice stall is not bad
Pretty nice neat and full of really local Singapore food
Nice place to have your meals though it is a bit tad expensive.
This Kopitiam located at Changi Airport Terminal 4 was newly renovated, the stalls offer a wide diversity of food, from Korean to Japanese, Chinese to Muslim food, and Western food nonetheless.
The food standard is average, coming at a low cost. Those stalls could provide travelers with a filling meal before departure on any short flights.
The cleanliness of the area was maintained well!
Many stalls have closed down, only 3 stalls operating.
It is a functional food court, yes but not every stall is open/leased so this is a food court that doesn’t do Singapore’s hawker culture justice with its underwhelming selection and slight priciness
Local food court in T4 Changi Airport. Great variety of local food at reasonable prices. Comfortable seats and nice ambience. There’s a children’s play corner for those with kids. Definitely a favourite with locals, and recommended for tourists
Good selection of food.
Value for money…
Great food court in terminal 4 of changi airport….a lot of choices before leaving singapore
Clean environment foods are not too expensive.
Fry prawn noodles & cha kweh teow quite expensive. I felt thirsty after eating. It seems a lot of 味精 add in
Amazingly well priced for an airport. Nice selection of food. Child friendly. Try the nonya kueh
Whole place was nearly empty when we went to have coffee. Main reason the rating is so low is the coffee tasted watered down & not great at all. Cheap but nasty..
very affordable food, value for money, place was comfortable too
Good mixed of food choices. 10% discount for NTUC members. 30% for Staff. Price are lowest in T4 among eateries.
Nothing fantastic here. Kopitiam at T3 is still the best as it is much bigger and has more varieties than food emporium.
Have a halal food. Standard price for airport food. The ice tea so good! Ice tea in Singaporean means milk tea
Decent well spread of food. Not too expensive.
good
Expensive and not much choice compared to other terminal. But its teh-c is quite good
The environment is nice with a lot of food choices. You can try different kind of Singapore food here.
Tad expensive. Have few food options. Good place to find food before you fly.
Nice kuehs sold at the kiosk cart by the entrance of the foodcourt. Budget style/dine in airconditioned foodcourt run by NTUC Foodfare. Local coffee and wide varieties of local dishes.
Price is reasonable with good choice with halal food selections. Environment also clean with good facilities. Fast cleaning service.
Good range of Asian food, very clean and very new, as is the terminal of course. I don’t think I saw any Western options however, or stalls offering vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options, which is a bit of an oversight. I’m sure there must be some demand for non-Asian food. Hopefully it will come.
Eggs is too cooked, others so so. Price 3.1$ for breakfast set.
Wide variety available. Queues here are not that long. Could be due to the fact that there is an international food hall nearby. Food emporium is like a typical Singapore food court and has the food one can normally find in kopitiams. Do note that the food portions can be a little big.
There is halal food available, like nasi briyani and price is cheap
Had a great lunch here for not a lot of money, which is a refreshing change for an airport
Reasonable price hawker food & important very clean
The duck was great..loved it..got to try this if you come through here
roasted chicken rice & fried chicken… superbly nice.
Would be better if there are more varieties of food sold there
Quite good food and price is reasonable. Very clean..
Nope there”s no to dislike this wonderful place… maybe that’s you commennt on something U unhappy about… NAZI’s..
Clean environment, food price reasonable and nice.
Nicely designed with a small viewing gallery at the end, not to forget a kids’ dining area at the corner. However, everything seemed to be overpriced, considering all are local hawker food quality, guess it’s mostly targetted at the tourists. Nonetheless, idea place for you to grab some drinks or dessert such as red bean soup and rest for awhile, if you do not want to overspend at some cafes.
Variety of Food Stalls here, come and try yourself…
I try the Ban Mian… so so nia…
Clean & spacious. Food is average. Price is expensive than normal food court.
Food was alright, most food stalls are manned by machines that takes orders. Mostly accepting credit or debit cards. Better selection inside of the transit lounge than outside.
Clean environment good variety of different types of foods. Love the chicken rice stall chill power.
Plenty of local choices but I end up with nasi lemak, local favourite. Chilli was great. Ask for extra..
Not all stalls are open, but food ordered was delicious and affordable
love the many food varieties and prices are good
Nice food court with variety of food. Cleaner looking than other terminal food courts.
Went to the food court, asked about the discounted price$5 for $5.50value for NTUC members at the Malay food stall but in the end the seller did not inform me a veg dish (sambal goreng)is not considered veg, charged $6. Nevermind, just a service level issue haha.
Food standard is below average. There are a decent range of choices. There are plenty of seats but the food court may be difficult to find as it’s on floor 2M
Could’ve improved the payment option to include cashless instead of cash only.
For a place with a pleasant environment and ambience, it wasn’t expensive. Food was good too.
Nice easy place to get a bite to eat before you pass immigration.
Quite a selection and reasonably priced for promotional items.
just another food court in SG selling the same things. nothing great
it’s interesting layout and design , idea came from local old street. food doesn’t impressed me , edible but not delicious
Nice food and aambient, suitable for family with children and elderly.
Nice food court but price on high side
The price is all right and the food is not bad. I ate mee pok and dim sum there and it was okay. The cleaners are very nice. The place doesnt accept any card other than the emporium card so remember to bring cash. Even if you dont there are some atms there.
chicken glutinous rice so delicious the price also inexpensive …
Just a normal food court. Food is ok.
A food court in the Terminal 4 Changi Airport.
Just tried the Kimly Dim Sum stall. The chicken feet is really tasty, on par with the expensive restaurant version.
The fried carrot cake and the spring roll are above average.
A journey to memory lane of the yesteryear of Singapore. Very well decorated, however, not all the stalls is as good as it claims. A little pricey for ordinary local food.
However, I’m quite impress with the uniform of the staff who cleared our utensils. Very cool, jazzy look.
Considering this is meant to be a budget terminal, the hawker centre here is priced for a budget but the food is tops. Everything you would expect from a food court in town and priced without a premium. Take cash as they do not accept cards.
grab some coffee and bread for breakfast
Lots of variety and portion is good, price is decent for its location. More worth if you are a staff as you get 30%.
There were many shops that were closed permanently. Long queue at the few shops that were opened.
Love the ambience and the style of the foodcourt. Many people go there for the wok style fried rice and noodles. Do check.out.for.promotions for the staffs. Last time when I eat there, there was a promotion for taxi drivers.
A decent place for a meal while catching a flight. Drinks stall opens early.
Pretty ex but not bad
Price is high slightly but the locations is good with many cleaners is older people
Nasi Padang, is bloody expensive.
Not bad food but abit too ex
Some food are nice and similar to other food court. Price is higher than Hawker Centers.
Most stalls closed. Think only 3 stalls opened. Drinks, chicken rice and ban mian. Business must be bad due to COVID impact and rent must be too high. Ok for quick meal.
Had Nasi Padang. Not bad. My scandal had hokkien Mee, she has craving for it till today. Must be pretty good.
Popular local hawker foods are available here for budget meals.
One of the best airports ive ever been to cleanliness facilities its has it all lots of halal options so peacefull. Amazing.
A good place to dine with variety of local food at reasonable price.
It’s located on the 2nd floor and i like the stall selling nasi lemak. It’s price reasonable and the food is delicious. The place is not so crowded and can easily get a seat. There are also an indian selling indian food. There is a fried hokkien mee stall. The stall also sell carrot cake and fried kuay teow. There is also McDonald on the same floor. The drinks stall sell drinks at reasonable price.
Lady was great good customer service.
Nasi Padang
Great meal for 5 Canadian.
Even if it was ten it would be good never had airport food like this.
This is the coolest food court .. cheapest in Singapore
the place is not too wide but still very beautifully arranged. if you wait for flights that are still long, it is recommended to go to another terminal.
OK, very good meals and big portions …
By 10om, most of the stalls are closed. Not good for 24 hour airport like Changi
Fried rice here good but the drinks too sweet
Only got jiken rice, ban mian stall open in this kopitiam. Just want simple food then can eat here
Prices are a little steeper than usual food courts, but the quality and the ambience upon walking into the place feels really good. If you’re spoiled for choice, go for the fried prawn noodles hokkien mee at the end of the stretch. Credit card payment is still lacking, so take note.
Clean food court. Food looks nice in pictures and tastes ok. Depends on the store.
Nice n clean..maybe soft music will be great..
Food was okay I guess, not overly good or bad compared to other food courts.
Food is amazing. Delicious for the price u pay and amount is also reasonable. Clean and you have lot of varieties to chose
8.30am 26/11/22
Only one food shop was open at this hour. Not too sure if this was due to the time, or is it the after effect of covid travel restrictions.
Beautiful spread of Japanese cuisine and groceries. A little pricey but they sell most of the stuff that you can’t find in regular supermarkets. Like for support thank you!
there are variety of local foods , consider reasonable price and tasty.
Price of the meals are reasonable considering that it’s a food court at the airport. Had the char siew and roasted pork meals before our flight in the morning. Toilets are clean and viewing deck for well wishers is great.
Clean plc & Nice local food. Priced like most food court.
A good variety of hawked food at reasonable prices
Average food and a bit overpriced. Yes, I am comparing with the local hawker centres and food courts.
But there is no reason for this low standard when you are charging a premium.
Prawn noodles not hot, even though it is on a clay pot. Beef noodles sauce is lumpy.
Top up machine not working.
It’s clean and has various food options to choose from.
Good environment, cooling and many choices of food. But met some foreigners who asked me why Sg has no beers outlets.
Good variety of local delicacies, with a kids corner and some seats to view planes taxi-ing. There’s also a charging booth
very comfort
I think for the food court the place is clean, especially in the morning ,as a food court you can find many food in here, but most common are noodles , a chinese food ,and soup, the toilet also clean, the waiter are kindly, price are well enough, but the portion is big
Love the prawn noodles at this place. Great value, authentic taste!
Price is lower compared to other places in the airport. Good selection of food.
You have to try the Yong Tau Foo there, the soup is delicious!
A good enough place for foreign visitors to sample some Singapore food without stepping out from the airport. Obviously not the best authentic stuff but its above average.
Food is ok only. Not much good food here.
Any airport terminal food emporium or outlets are good to go and enjoy for all.
Its mostly non halal..but inside theres one halal banana leaf cuisini..shami banana leaf curry
Great local food with very affordable price.
Good place to eat before catching a flight. But some stalls are not operating
Large area with lots of food stalls but it seems like quite a number of stalls are closed.
Too less of stall open, coffee counter long queue due to staff serving too slow motion
Food is so so, however cheap and clean. Workers are not so friendly.
Eggtaste kampung lava egg was too well done or maybe eaten too late, needs more liquid egg. Crunchy peanut is fantastic.
Bigbigfries seaweed and mentaiko is alright. The fries isn’t actually potatoey but more doughy.
Changi Festive Village is quite fun. The Dino Kart uses Segway karts and they are quite fast. The most satisfying sensation is karting on the marble floor where it’s super smooth. You can also drift slightly if you know how to.
The rest of the Changi Festive Village is also quite entertaining, especially for kids. Stuff like Dino dig, ball pit, fun fair games etc. Min game purchase is at $5.
A lot of choices. The price is reasonable for food portion and location.
This kopitiam is located in a public area. There is another food court in the transit area.
Good breakfast options when stopping to grab a quick bite on the way through to catching a flight.
24 hours food court, clean environment and variety of choice. Price is standard and you get what you pay. Food serves hot. They have a clean toilet as well.
Food is delicious, variety plentiful for every ethnicity and seats spacious plentiful most importantly food is delicious and reasonably priced. Even a corner for kiddos showing children’s movie…As shown in the photos. Can just grab a coffee and watch the plane taxi by at the lounge
Clean, nicely decorated and appointed, but limited as it relates to vegan options. An understanding of veganism is on the rise, but does appear not a natural part of their lexicon.
Best bang for your buck place to eat in terminal 4 before going through immigration and security.
Food and drinks so so. Actual stuff different from picture. Thus the saying, pictures are for illustration only
I got confused with the halal and non halal tray requirement. Perhaps because this is my first time at this food court.
Many choices of food available here. It is brightly lit but the quality of food served is average.
Basically it is a food court , surprisingly the prices are resonable, normal local foods are selling there. Not very crowded at dinner time. Outside looks small but inside quite spacious. The big glass window can see the planes. Good for family to go to T4 for meals.
Ordered the crispy tofu from the halal Chicken Rice stall…the tofu was friedly nicely on the outside and simply soft on the inside!
New food court, quite pricey for standard food court fares. A bit out of the way from the main Changi Airport terminals.
Food moderate. Price costly. No vegetarian stall. Certain stalls service is poor.
The food is just as same as Hawker center and the staff is rude to the tourists the way they behave. If management can step in for the behavior training to their staff this place wont fail
Good variety of local hawker food and prices very reasonable with big portion. Food is average.
Run by NTUC expect to be cheaper, however is a airport still cost slightly more, but the foods are good. The fried hokkien mee very nice. …
It had a very wide variety of food, it was great
Nice decoration. There are many kind of foods here. Good place to eat before and after taking a flight.
So far, I encountered fried hokkien mee n Indian stall services very good but Indian fried mee goreng too salty. This morning I went Wan tan mee in fact I entertain twice. Food is good but service is bad seem signaling cooker that’s I’m airport staff.
Feel uncomfortable.
Food selection is wide. Price not too expensive despite is in T4
Food emporium you mean the food court? Excellent I like the wantan noodles and the apom stall. Apom, an Indian snack and looks like a fried egg in a bowl. Coffee for a pioneer generation like me is 50 cts per cup on Wednesday. Unfortunately the staff is very PGO or an Police NS slang for Police General Orders meaning strictly by the rules. I have to join the queue for a second cup. From student days I drink two cups at meals. The queue is just too long so I pay normal price for the second cup. They also credit your prepaid cup with a reward if return the tray, we do most times but have never known or been rewarded for it. Thd dessert is good but that was long ago, my blood sugar count has gone through the roof. Its not the dessert but my consumption of milk and corn flakes without realising milk is high in sugar and corn flakes does additional damage.
Need a coffee before flight at around 8:30am. The queue at the drink stall was very long, as only 1 poor staff was working. She’s taking order, making coffee and bread, we just wait patiently. When after 30mins of queuing and finally got the food, was very disappointed with the over cooked eggs, but choose not to complain as we understand the Aunty cannot cope. Think Kopitiam might want to look into the issue.
Very affordable meals and many stalls to choose from.. Sumptuous and satisfaction-guaranteed!
Lots of food options with good prices.
Geyland Prawn Noodle + Pork Rib…one of the best food stall in Changi Airport T4 Food Emporium…must try and you will agree. #geylangprawnnoodle #changit4
There is no Muslim food stall. Should have at least a prata store .
Less choice of food
Great variety of local cuisines.
Tried PX Hainanese Chicken Rice and it was particularly good.
I would like to compliment Ang Eng Peng & Richard Sim on the exception experience I had today when I left my iPad Pro in the Food Emporium at Changi Airport Terminal 4. Thank you for safe guarding my iPad Pro.
Good~~
Food cheap and clean
Clean with lots of variety of food. Great place.
Located at level 2, take escalator 1 level up. Tried signature prawn me. Comes with prawn and lala too! Price $6.8 or $5.8 if you flash your NTUC member/CC card. The food was delicious!! Pork and duck rice is very nice too! Worth it every cent.
Rate: highly recommended!
