Went Just cut for haircut at only $10. Not bad their skills. Bought Cai Fan(economical rice) which is really economical(cheap). The duck rice also not bad.

One of the usual heartland coffeeshop located along Bangkit Road, Bt Panjang.

This particular Kim San Leng operates 24hrs with the usual local cuisine, namely Chinese seafood, Western & Indian food options.

Pricings are moderate with the current inflation.

Parking space are quite limited due to only Season holders can park on the first 3 storeys of the MSCP beside it.

Nothing much out of the ordinary.

24 hours neighbourhood coffee shop at Bukit Panjang Bangkit Road. Decent. The must try stores are: 1. Fishball noodle, 2. Ban Mien, 3. Roast duck roast pork char siew rice, 4. Chargrill bar. The rest of the stores are quite ok, including Tse Char store, chicken rice, rojak and poh piah.

Used to enjoy the hole in a wall homemade Mee Hoon kueh. Still enjoy it now but uncle charges for chilli separately. As a Singaporean, we love and must have some form of condiment (chilli for me especially) for our meals. So to charge customers for the first plate of chilli it must be special, I thought. But it’s not. It’s mediocre.
No idea why I have to pay for it.

Otherwise, the Mee Hoon kueh is very chewy and delicious but soup is normal.

The food choices here are good, but the cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the cleaners toss plates and bowls into their cleaning carts, causing food and gravy to sometimes splash out.

Typical hawker place, you can find your typical bar bor mee, duck noodle, chicken rice, economical rice, western food, fishball noodle and many more.

The place is not the cleanest you will find, the toilet is not so clean as well.
I went there for their zi char before and while i was waiting, the flies was everywhere flying over my rice and myself. Its quite annoying but i guess its part of being at a hawker center.

It is a good place to go if you are hungry at night and dk what to eat. The place sell fish ball noodles that is super nice and cheap, ranging from 3-5 dollars. They sell wanton noodles, western and seafood too. Beside Kim San leng, there is a 7 eleven that your can visit if you want to buy some snacks. So many variety of food to choose from. The only thing that Kim San leng do not have is aircon. It is at an open area so I don’t recommend wearing long sleeve shirt or jeans if you are going there to eat as it would be hot even though there would be fans.

Getting worse in food and service over time, the vendors lack motivation and drive to provide decent and reasonable food and service. Compared to many heartland food centres, this one is really way below standing

There is a handmade noodle store here that is really popular. The mee hoon kway is to die for but they normally run out before 11am so you need to be there early.

The handmade noodle store also has dumplings which are really big and have diced chestnuts inside to add that extra crunch. Really good.

The drinks are normally a little sweet and the taste depends on who is making them so it’s a little tricky.

I hope you’re not expecting too much from a coffeeshop from the price you’re paying. The staff serving drinks mainly serve the regulars and you’ll need to really catch their attention so that they can get your orders to you. Beer ladies reserve certain seats for regulars as well. To be fair, it’s a common practice at most coffeeshops – I don’t agree with this practice, but it’s not stopping me and probably not anyone else from going to a coffeeshop.

Bought Indian rojak, Chinese rojak, Mee Rebus, and Mee siam. Food was okay. The Indian rojak was very nice!

Mee Siam: Gravy was okay! Portion size was good too!

Mee Rebus: Gravy had a slight smell which I’m not used to. Portion size was good.

Chinese Rojak: Portion size was good and rojak was nicely prepared and packed.

Indian Rojak: Will definitely come back for more. The gravy was okay! Lots of gravy given too! Loved the Rojak very much.

Yummy mala! Pretty cheap too with good quality and fresh ingredients and wide variety of choices, unlike other overpriced mala stalls. The stall at this coffeeshop is Dragon-Fly Mala Fragrant Hot Pot. The zhong la delivers ample kick and is garlicky. Xiao la is manageable even for people who don’t usually eat spicy. For 2 pax serving with reasonable amount of meat it’s usually just slightly over 10 bucks, and for 3 pax it’s below 20 bucks. Naturally the price will go up if you order more meat, but I think it’s very affordable still!

On the coffeeshop in general, it’s usually crowded and rowdy during peak meal times. There’s a smoking area. The location is also easily accessible from the main road and multistorey car park just beside it. Char Grill Western stall often has a long queue. Cleanliness wise, it’s not so great, as the coffeeshop tables often have some food specks left that you need to clean by yourself, but it’s tolerable.

This review is only for Al-Habib Coffee Shop #01-36. Do not use Grab Delivery or Grab Self Pick Up for this shop, as they are too lazy to update their Menu on when is their food is available or not. I had to experience the hard way, when I ordered a food which they told me it’s unavailable AFTER i went there to pick up, which was 20mins wait, and another 15mins for them to cook. So they did f*** all for the 20mins i’ve waited, they could have called me or msg thru the Grab App.

Its mainly uncles sitting there drinking coffee for the entire day. The market is just beside so its convenient for residents.
