Nice little piece of green heaven in the middle of a well-known shopping district. While it is not good for picnics, it is a good place to clear the clutter up in your mind by walking among the kept lush. There are seats if you fancy eating lunch there. And it does provide some shade from the sun and heat.

Many people in the island country will call it the Presidential Palace. I was fortunate enough to visit the park on a National Day many years ago. It is hard to imagine that such a bustling Orchard Road can accommodate such a tranquility; imposing and elegant buildings and gardens.
From entering the majestic iron gate with the guards, it is hard to imagine that this is a serious mansion, because the endless forest garden and a small river flows down from the high slope. What is even more amazing is that it is actually There are several swans interspersed among them, standing on the central axis of the square in front of the mansion overlooking the direction of the main entrance, the small river and jade belt around the waist, the presidential palace is high on the top of the slope. , this house was completed during the early years of British colonial rule, and I really should give a shout-out to the architect who designed it back then.

This is the last day to travel to Singapore, the destination is to visit the Presidential Palace in Singapore. Because the hotel booked this time is far from the MRT station, most of the transportation is by bus. It is also very convenient to have bus stops on both sides of the hotel. This morning, I came to the Marina Garden again and boarded the air corridor. After that, I took the MRT to the Presidential Palace of Singapore, and the Presidential Palace was in front of the Istana Park MRT Station. When I got out of the MRT station, I saw the Presidential Palace in front of me. I just saw that there were guards standing in front of the gate, but I didn’t see half of the tourists coming in and out. Later, when I checked the location on the Internet again, I checked the visit time again. Oh my god~~ We missed it. time to visit. Every year, the Presidential Palace has several Open House times. You can visit the first floor of the Presidential Palace in Singapore during four festivals throughout the year, namely the traditional Spring Festival, Labor Day, National Day and Lantern Festival. Singapore permanent residents visiting these festivals can enter for free, and foreign tourists only need to pay an admission fee of S$1. If there is an open day event, visitors can pay an additional S$2 to enter the various function halls inside the Presidential Palace. We just missed Singapore’s National Day because we were searching for other attractions in Singapore last night. We saw the Presidential Palace and didn’t notice the opening hours of the article. I’m glad that the Singapore government is so close to the people, but it turned out to be a big misunderstanding. Since I can’t enter the Presidential Palace, I have to hang out in the park. The range of Istana Park is not large, but the trees and trees in the whole park make people feel relaxed and happy. The most eye-catching place in the park is the festival of Istana Park. Arch 【Festival Arch】. The festival arch is facing the gate of the Presidential Palace. There are eight Singapore flags hanging on the arch. There is a pool in front of it, but I don’t know if the pool has a regular water dancing fountain. Next to the pool is the Istana Heritage Gallery in a glass house. We didn’t go in to visit but just took pictures outside. Although I was not able to enter the Presidential Palace, I also enjoyed the beauty of Estana Park, which reduced the regret of not being able to visit the Presidential Palace!
這是來到新加坡旅遊的最後一天，目的地是到新加坡總統府參觀。因為這次預訂的飯店離捷運站很遠，所以大部份的交通都是搭乘公車，飯店的兩旁都有公車站也很方便。這天一早再次來到濱海花園登上空中走廊之後就轉乘捷運前往新加坡總統府，而總統府就在Istana Park捷運站的前方。出了捷運站看到總統府就在前方，只是看到大門正前方有警衛站崗沒有看到半個遊客進出，後來上網再次查詢地點是否正確無誤時再次查詢參觀時間，天啊~~我們錯過了參觀的時間。每年總統府都有幾個Open house的時間，可以在全年的四個節日參觀新加坡總統府的首層，分別是傳統春節、勞動節、國慶節和萬燈節。新加坡永久居民在這些節日來參觀可以免費入場， 外國遊客僅需支付1 新元的門票費用。如果有開放日活動，遊客額外支付2 新元便能進入總統府內部的各功能廳參觀。我們剛剛錯過了新加坡國慶日，因為昨晚臨時搜尋新加坡其他景點，看到了總統府也沒有注意到文章內容有開放時間限制，還很高興新加坡政府這麼親民，結果是誤會大了。既然不能進去總統府只好到公園閒逛了，艾斯塔納公園【Istana Park】範圍並不大，但是整個公園內草木扶疏讓人心曠神怡，公園內最醒目的的地方就是艾斯塔納公園的節日拱門【Festival Arch】。節日拱門正面對總統府大門，拱門上共垂掛八面新加坡國旗，它的前方還有一個水池只是不知道水池是否有定時的水舞噴泉。而水池的旁邊有一間玻璃屋的伊斯塔納遺產畫廊，我們沒有進去參觀只是在外面拍照取景。雖然沒能進入總統府參觀，不過也欣賞到艾斯塔納公園的美景，也減少了不能參觀總統府的遺憾！

Istana Park is located just outside Dhoby Ghaut mrt. It’s a relatively small park that caters to the CBD area. It been located in the prime area as a public park for us to enjoy the greenery after work or after a meal.
It has benches for us to sit and relax and also walk and cycle around this park. It’s very calm and cooling at night.
There’s also a pathway where the trees are planted along the shelter with warm yellow lights that you can walk through.
Within the Istana Park, there’s also Istana Heritage Gallery and also visual art centre located there as well.

This park is lush and gorgeous. From the (over)abundance of flora to the art center being placed right in the center of the park, I can’t imagine a more peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the surrounding shopping centers.
If you’re in the area, spend some time walking through this park – you will not regret it.

Small but fine park, nothing special, but one of the green islands in the middle of the city. From here you can easily start a tour along Orchard Road, which starts just west of the park. Nice also the old Chinese villa opposite.

It was hyped a lot, but fell short of something unique. It felt like a glorified Botanic Gardens. The exception was the swan lake. In Botanic Gardens, the swans are not there anymore, but in Istana, there are 2 mute, white swans.

I heard it by chance because it was near the transfer station, but I couldn’t enter the palace and it was good to know about the royal palace and the meaning of the patterns. As a souvenir, I was able to get a bookmark with the royal palace pattern.
The afternoon sun was hot, so the museum-like place we entered was not large, but there was a space to take a commemorative photo.
There weren’t many tourists, so the staff kindly explained things to me, so I had a good time.
Please note that the palace is large, but the park is not.
환승역 근처라서 우연히 들리게 되었는데 왕궁은 못 들어가고 왕궁에 관한 소개, 문양의 의미등을 알 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 기념품으로 왕궁 문양이 찍힌 책갈피도 얻을 수 있었고요,

Open during public holidays for the public. Bring your own picnic mats, food and water so that you can have a comfortable visit. Some parts of the Istana are quite hot but there are many large trees that provide good shade. The visit inside the Istana building itself gives you a glimpse of the gift exchanges between countries. There are make shift kids slides and swings, performances and booths to entertain.

A wide park near the residence of Singapore President remains open on 1st of May month every year for public.Aero modelling and sky watching sessions are conducted on this day.

Doesn’t open often, but it’s a nice big open area. Getting into Istana ground is free, but a looooooong queue. You can opt to buy a ticket to get into the main building, but we only visited the open ground.
If the weather is not looking great, be prepared to bring an umbrella.
There were two queues, both get into the same open ground. The queue furthest from plaza Sing was faster, so queue that one.
Maybe one of the smallest park in SG, nothing much to mention, only the name is worth mentioning due to the location is opposite the residence of President of SG.

A piece of heaven on the city. You will just love this park anytime of the day. It’s opposite of Plaza Singapura. Close to Dhobby Ghaut MRT.

Even though there is only a small space, it’s very well used, with lots of space to walk around and sit and enjoy the greenary and water.

Very quiet place to pass time.
The park I pass by on the bus is a typical city park, rectangular in shape, allowing those working nearby to come and rest. Has the sense of design. A very nice city park.

There are timings to put in a few times a year. There is also a place like a museum of special products of each country in the Kantei.

Very scenic and pictuesque garden. There is a serene pond with many water plants and fishes swimming happily. There is also coridoors covered by flowers and stems. The plants were placed in a neat order making a spectacular pattern. Towering trees, skilfully trimmed bushes with beautiful flowers offer flora and fauna. A nice pleasure walking through breathing in together. Would come again.
Place is cool
Wow, excellent place to relax late afternoon, it is just opposite of the president house & Plaza Singapura. Not much crowd. Highly recommend

I came here for art class… but find this place to be a nice little escape on the always busy and crowded Orchard. It is never crowded.
Not many shady areas but many seating areas for those who don’t want aircon.
