Even though it is always famous with long queues since the old days qhen the stall was at the corner in the 2nd row, i really dont favour going to them as the taste is mostly similar to the rest of the stalls. The servers usually has an attitude since last time and they are not consistent with their rice serving or rice texture. Sometimes the rice serving is too little compare to other stalls whose portion are alot more. I have even received rice which was not dried properly yet and still damp as the stall was rushing to serve the customers as they have run out of rice and they just served the freshly cooked rice without waiting for the rice to steamed out for another 10mins or so. Dont know why there are so famous when nasi lemak nowadays in Changi Village are mostly similar… and even their sweet tasty chilli has been adopted byother stalls nowadays

have not visited this stall for years. remember used to have long queue when they were at the corner before. the rice and chicken are good. I felt the chilli is bit too sweet for me. not spicy enough. there is limited ingredients for us to choose. overall portion is small. the stall holder serving attitude is a question mark.

Back here after the renovations. Quite a long queue and wait time as some people ordered up to 15 packets.

The chicken was cooked fresh and was tasty, while the rice was a little wet. The chilli was not spicy and was on the sweet side. Portion size was okay for the price.

Loved the egg, which was a little runny in the centre.

Great nasi lemak – loved the option to add sausage and fried fish fillet in addition to the traditional fried egg, fried chicken wing, fried fish, ikan bilis, kechang, otak, a slice of cucumber and the chilli served on a bed of fluffy rice on a banana leaf on a plate. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, and the otak was great.

For the long queue, I would expect more of the Nasi Lemak. Crispy chicken wings, ikan bilis and Salted fish had enough Crisp to satisfy but the portion of rice will only be sufficient for a kid. There are 4 other stalls to try at this hawker centre. Normal :$3.50, Add Salted fish bones :$4:50

Anyway, just want to remind not to be rude to the seller auntie, I know it’s a long wait and long queue but don’t vent your frustration on the friendly auntie.

This stall is definitely top 2 nasi lemak in changi v along with international nasi lemak.

Problem is that the queue can get really long as the service is extremely slow. This could be due to the old hawkers. If you are in a rush, perhaps don’t bother queuing.

    Fresh ingredients and rice.

Revisited after four years and I’m pleasantly surprised that the food have gotten better!
Tried the Chicken Wing set + add-on Otah ($4 + $1.5) . The price didn’t change much too which is a pleasant thing to see.

The coconut rice is one of the most fragrant that I have tried in recent times. Great sambal, we’ll marinated chicken and a delicious banana leaf otah to boot! The cucumbers are abit too thick but that’s completely ok. An outstanding meal, here at Changi village

    -Old 2019 review-
$3.50 for Nasi Lemak w chicken wing set.

It’s decent. The rice packs a light coconut flavour to it, chicken wings are crispy but not marinated long enough. Best part about this is the sambal’s good and the price point is great.

Easily lose to Adam’s Road Nasi Lemak and their CRAVE outlets on taste.

Ordered Set 4 ($4.50). Although rice is quite fragrant and chicken was crispy, the sambar and otah were mediocre and there was little ikan bilis. Personally, think they should do better to deserve close to star rating of 4.

One of the many nasi lemak stalls at the hawker centre. Rice was light but you could still taste the creaminess of the coconut milk. The chicken batter was good and crispy. The star was the sambal which was amazingly spicy- so shiok indeed. Otah was okay, not that spectacular but everything else was a winner to me!

I have been to this Food Centre many times and tried the various nasi lemak here. I can’t recall if I have ever eaten from this stall. My verdict after eating is: this is among the best if not the best nasi lemak I have eaten. Everything in the dish is perfect – fragrant long-grain rice, fried egg with runny yoke, savoury sweet sambal, light and crispy ikan bilis, and finger licking good fried chicken with lemongrass and blue ginger aroma. It is such a delightful plate of nasi lemak.

Saw the queue, joined the queue, and happy that I queued. Saw the signboard and thought it must have been a famous nasi lemak stall, at least by its name.

But then, it really didn’t disappoint me. The chicken wing was really crispy, juicy and lip-smacking! And I really like those cripsy bits they sprinkled over the rice.

The rice has an unmistakable fragrance of coconut milk but I found it to be just a tad too wet for my liking. It would have been perfect if the rice were to be soft but not so moist, in my opinion.

Sambal was nice but lacked the spicy kick lah. Spice it up, please!

my favourite place to go for nasi lemak whenever i visit the EAST. this stall closed early or when they sold out. good to go earlier and order. the fried chicken is crispy and smoking hot when it’s just out of the wok. the sambal was exceptional well done. the amount of sweetness and spicyness blend just nice together with one another

I had sheety experience from Mizzy so trying international based on friend’s recommendation. Aside from lack of tempeh and otah (management pls note! Will boost your biz!), the owner din fry a lot at one go to display etc so everything was fresh / hot nice and quality was good as they fried on demand and staff was polite to make the complete experience. Nasi Lemak by itself was hot and fresh/crispy/rice fragrant good. Coupled with Bala teh Tarik (I ordered teh Tarik btw front and back from the stalls around all really not good), it was just perfect match in heaven. I think maybe now just abit behind Adam Road for complete experience, but let’s all improve!Good luck! Always wish for better for all eaters and eateries to benefit

Avoid this mediocre Nasi Lemak stall. Chicken wings weren’t crispy, rather limp & insipid and were rather small. Not much meat. Fail. Unsatisfactory chicken wings would be reason enough to give this place a miss. Their ikan bilis portions were so little you would hardly notice or taste it. Reach Changi Village Hawker Centre and this stall is already started selling nasi Lemak at 8am so went for the chicken nasi Lemak cos the ikan is not ready. Loved the chilli and the rice is flavoured well with coconut. Overall it is worth it at $3.5 per plate.

Another of the many stalls in Changi Village hawker centre that are selling nasi lemak. I have previously tried Mizzy and international, therefore giving this stall a try today. They have different set for their nasi lemak and prices starts from SGD$2.50 onewards.

I had set 4, which consisted of chicken wing, otah and egg. Rice was fragrant but texture was on the softer side. Chicken wing was really crispy despite being left there for quite some time. The wing still retain its juiciness but could improve on the flavour. Otah was alright.

Personally i feel that its not bad. i think its better than Mizzy and sort of on par with international’s.

Delicious and satisfying plate of nasi lemak. All components were well prepared and tasty, perhaps I fortunately got them fresh off the stove. I would recommend the classic wings, fried fish, burgerdil and definitely the sambal to pair with the coconut-fragranced rice. Won’t leave you bloated after eating but if you’re starving, you might want to ask for a little more rice to fill you up, which might come at an added cost.

The famous Changi Nasi Lemak is worthy of the ratings they got from visitors to Changi. Long queues daily from people who jog walk cycle or ride the public transport to taste their tasty nasi lemak. The smell of coconut from the rice is magnifique with combo of chicken wings, fish, otah hotdogs fried hot is marvelous. There is bagedil for those who love to add on. The choice is of combos is yours. The sambal is not too hot and cook just right for sambal lovers. Always people will mention whoa so famous sure expensive maaa… To me it just reasonable and worth it. Come to Changi you can enjoy the nasi lemak at the food centre or at the beach where you can watch lotsa species of birds, ships passing by and planes flying low. enjoy the sound of waves and swimming with family and friends this lockdown holiday season. Happy New Year everyone. Changi the place to exercise the 3R. Have a great holiday weekend.

I ate a dish of Nasi Lemak, which is actually nasi lemak. The nasi lemak here is served with dried fish, fried chicken wings and poached eggs, and the dried fish is very crispy. The nasi lemak is also very fragrant, with a strong coconut milk aroma and very refreshing.

My all time favourite nasi lemak at Changi Village! I’ve eaten at this stall on countless occasions and I have always been satisfied with the quality and service. I especially love their fried chicken wing and generous servings of crumbs. Their chilli is also sedap!

I find that the basmalti rice not nice, can’t tastes the coconut milk. The chilli is so so. The wings are ok. Not worth the queue.

Not bad the nasik lemak. Always long queue but they are quite fast to clear the queue. They have different set for you to choose, lessen the headache to think what combination you want, just tell them the set and you get the combi.

Always like Nazi Kemal for this store. Not sure if always closed on Mondays or just this week. Differs from the timing stated on google maps info.

Among all nasi lemak store in hawker centre, this is one of the best. Basmati used yet still lemak and good texture. Sambal has onion flavour and good balance of sweet, spicy and savoury. Chicken wing good fried texture and has natural sweetness in the meat.

Probably the best value for money nasi lemak in SG. there’s a morning stall and an afternoon one, so that’s why there are mixed reviews of the same stall. Must try the morning stall’s.

Authentic nasi lemak, some of the ingredients were prepared in advance so it did not taste as fresh. But chilli sauce with the coconut rice is lagi sedap.

Overall above average will reconsider buying again. They serve curry puffs and satay too.

Mediocre Nasi Lemak with miserable amount of Ikan Bilis in the packet. There are better options at CV!

If I were to go Changi Village for Nasi Lemak, the International Muslim Food Stall Nasi Lemak is definitely my one and only choice.

Their chicken and fish are all fried on the spot and their rice is not too dry or wet so the taste is just nice & yummy!

Only thing is stall owner tends to wait till chickens’ stock is low then start to do frying which will delay the whole process and also, make customer wait for longer than expect..

Located in a Changi Village Hawker Center, this stall is opposite the more famous stall. However this stall is also good. Its bismati rice is well cooked and discrete. Sambal chilli is not too spicy, the fried chicken is just right. Ikan bills could have given a bit more.

Taste not bad. Chilli is spicy, not sweet. If you’re not good with chilli, add sparingly.

We did a taste test between two famous stalls at Changi Village – Mizzy Corner Nasi Lemak vs International Nasi Lemak. We both agreed that International is better in all aspects – rice that’s more fragrant, ingredients well-fried, And chilli that’s tastier.
