Had a great experience at Honda alexandra. Went in to buy a Jazz and was served by Coco who was great not pushy at all and didn’t oversell on anything. Even the optional extras are reasonably priced such as leather seats. The best part was we didn’t get told a load of nonsense like we did from a couple of the PI’s we went to visit.
Thomas was very polite and always answered our requests/queries. The WA chat group allowed us to communicate with him 24/7 and he always answered promptly. During the car delivery, he did not mind taking more time to go through with us on the new features of the car and patiently ensured that I caught it on video properly. During the bargaining process, he always tried his best to give us the best option available. Thank you, Thomas for the exemplary service you extended to me and my husband.

After reporting abnormal clicking sound and Vibration on the brake paddle when pressing and releasing for my Honda HRV, service Supervisor Mr Lim shown me other HRV also having the same as this is operating noise.
However, he is help me to order spare parts to replace the booster and master cylinder as he knew I can not accept the operating noise.

Just went to collect my new car today. I don’t usually write into such columns but I’m very impressed by Evelyn Lau the Sales person who attended to me since day 1. Her personable and genuine service has really helped me make the right decision. She was never pushy and gave very professional advice. She even went to the point of helping me transfer my home season parking online which I didn’t expect . Thanks Evelyn for the wonderful and impeccable service.

Editing this comment; If anyone wants to look for better deals, I found the agents at kah motors ubi to be more helpful and accommodating than here. They were also willing to give better deals and more freebies. I’ve been waiting for my car since August/September 2018, and we still don’t have an approximate date of delivery. The agent at ubi was willing to negotiate, and was very hands on with my requirement. I’d strongly advise anyone to visit both showrooms before finalizing a car.

As a first time car buyer, I visited this place to try out cars. Sales agent Katherine was dishonest about the IU (in-vehicle unit) when I enquired whether there’s FREE IU. I didn’t know that IU will be given FREE for new cars. She tried to make me feel special by saying it’s not given originally, but as goodwill will be given to me only. Only for me. I didn’t try to test drive the cars though after knowing the long lead time for City and Jazz.
Pros: honesty about long lead time for car delivery in Nov.
Cons: sales agent tried to feign generosity by giving FREE IU to me.

I came here for my car’s scheduled servicing. So far it has been good. They do have a waiting area and a small pantry with some biscuits and coffee machine. They do provide shuttle to the nearby MRT stations (please check timings with staff).

Nice car showroom. You can go to the drinks pantry if you’re thirsty
No FOC parking. Be prepared to pay $2 minimum unless you buy a car. Salesman wise, superficially friendly and insincere. If you’re trading in your car, work on the sum least you “get conned” by the salesman.
1) find out your PARF value from One-motoring.
2) Add the entitled Road Tax value left on your car.
3) add the hardware value (norm is about $1500).
4) Sum up the total value and that’s your paper value if you scraped your car.
My interaction with salesmen is bad. He offered a much lower value than my paper value. Upon ticking him off, I got the paper value. So don’t expect to receive sincere and detailed information from salesperson. A lot depends on yourself. In the end I walked out of the showroom and paid $2 for parking.

visited a couple of showrooms today looking for a simple hatchback car. for Honda, its the Jazz in particular. and the experience at Honda was one of the best. it was welcoming, simple, and no frills from the moment we waked through the glass doors. the place had a refreshing lemony scent, the whole place, even the washrooms were squeaky clean. which speaks a lot.
counter staff was quick to assign a sales staff to assist us.
was assisted by Derek, who was very knowledgeable and thorough with the technical details of the vehicle. sort out the finances, took the Jazz for a spin, and i placed my deposit after that.
great brand experience, great shopping experience, great sales assistance. looking forward to the COE bidding update, and my vehicle pick up date. highly recommended.

Among the few Honda servicing centers in Singapore, I personally prefer Alexandra center as as their service advisors have vest experiences in maintaining Honda vehicles. Their technical knowledge of vehicle allow them to grid the right technical issues and resolve them at once without customer having need to return back to workshop for another round. Their service advisors are also very friendly and helpful and therefore make customers feel comfortable to continue sending in cars back for maintenance.

Generally servicing here is a pleasure. The advisors here are polite and will provide advise if there are parts to be changed at additonal charges. There is a massage area and free coffee/tea for customers during wait. Parking lots are plentiful and had a good lots under shelter during rainy days.

Not a review of the cars but rather the location and service staff. While there were others in the showroom, it was a challenge to find anyone that could answer our questions. We ended up self servicing for brochures and price list.
