Staff are friendly. Toilets are clean. Sitting area is clean. The only 2 negative feedback is – the slides are very dusty! We are covered with quite a thick layer of dust after sliding down the blue and green slides. The shooting guns area are not working. Please do check and have the machines fixed. Please do have all the slides clean !!

Cons: I booked it via Klook (package: SGD19 one kid+one adult), but we go as 2 parents. They charge SGD20 for ONE additional adult. The pricing is not acceptable. This gave me a bit of bad experience.

A relatively big playground. We attended a birthday party there, and my kids truly enjoyed their time there. The slides are probably suitable for 6 years old and above. There was also a smaller play area for younger kids. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

So many slides to explore with and nice ambience. Crowded on weekends but managable.
Playground is reasonably priced at $10 for 2 hour play for home team ns member. Won’t be able to find this rate elsewhere. But the hometeam ns app to book the play is not user friendly and instructions are not clear. Staff is unable to process for us using their system, still need us to use our app which is laggy and hang at times. Staff can be more flexible to allow the kids to go in first while I am struggling with the filling in of details in the app. Eventually the online payment on the app hangs when verifying the payment, but staff did helped to check the system and confirmed the booking went through.
Our child had a great time over at T-Play Khatib, the staffs were friendly and energetic to serve us parents and also the kids there. We were served by Nasriyah and Ezra. They were friendly and very helpful with all our enquiries. They definitely ensured our experience there will be amazing and indeed we had a great time as a family. Keep up the good work guys!

We frequent both Tplays. This one has more challenging obstacles for children and thus more fun. One of the staff Nabilah, engages really well with the children. She’ll squat to talk to them and her briefings are clear. Really appreciate the help when I enquired for the party package

Lydia from T Play khatib was super helpful when I wasnt able to purchase my tickets for my 2 younger boys upon reaching. Even though there was a queue, she patiently took her time to help me purchase the extra tickets. After that when i decided not to bring my youngest in, she even helped me reschedule the session for another day. And while i was standing around for the remaining hour plus carrying a 1 year old, she bothered to entertain me and my child even though she was busy. Very commendable patience and PR Skills.

An indoor playground that does not feel claustrophobic. The place is spacious and lots of room to runabout. Plenty of variety of slides as well.

This place is absolutely great for kids.
The compound is huge, parents have a great vantage point from below as the children play, and the toilets are clean and dry.
The play area is very kids friendly with varying levels of difficulty for the different age groups.
Prices for T-Play members are very reasonable, and would absolutely recommend this place.
Just be sure to check ahead as this place gets pretty busy over the weekends in the late afternoon.

A relatively big playground. We attended a birthday party there, and my kids truly enjoyed their time there. The slides are probably suitable for 6 years old and above. There was also a smaller play area for younger kids. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Spacious indoor playground! Kids’ paradise! There’s a function room that you can arrange for private event, such as kid’s birthday party. The friendly staff attending to me was Iffah. Weekend rental 3hrs for the function room (20pax, 10adults + 10 kids 12yrs and below) is S$930, including 2hrs play time at playground. Own arrangement for food and decorations.

Awesome play experience with tplay khatib. Saw shakir walking around the playground making sure everything is in order. Taking photos of some defects to get it fixed.

The gals enjoyed their time at T-Play. I liked that they were briefed on the safety aspects, dos & don’ts… The staffs- Nab, Charmaine, Shakir & Charmaine were friendly and attended to all our queries.
Azym was great with the children, and was helpful with the decoration of the room.
Lilam and Shakir were helpful with the guests registration.
The place is clean. The assistant especially Rachel is very kind to help us book tickets and wrap the wrist wrap. My son and I had a good time in T-play.
