I’m grateful for Ms Walida (The receptionist lady. Pardon me if I spell your name wrong).
She’s so outgoing, cheerful and friendly. She bought me all the way to the chalet which I am not sure where isit. She walked with me and show me how to get home /out later. I’m so thankful for her professional service.

Good place for family dining and as a bonus if u are a SAFRA member or HomeNS member swimming pool will be free for use! Member also enjoy discounts and privileges from the different merchants

Free entry for SAFRA and Home Team members for the swimming pool.

Discounts for Home Team and SAFRA members to their gym that comes with steam room.
They also have vending machines to sell shakes amd energy bars.
Have wheelchair assistance to travel up the stairs to this gym.
Would luv to join this gym but price is not good for SAFRA members, only good for SPF & Fireman Home Team members…
Guess I have to stick to ActiveSG gym membership for now… but still impress with the quality of this gym

Nice gym nice restaurants adequate swimming pool, used to be a good place with nice vibes to chill and study but they have since changed certain areas into member only areas so visitors cant enjoy as much facilities.

We have a great team bonding time here playing laser tag. The event can offer a better experience if the staff could provide a better walk through experience.

Rather disappointed with the new ruling opening to public, it becomes rowdy n crowded till members are not feeling “privileged” to swim in the premises. On the other hand, ladies unable to have a free lane to swim when all the guys just want to have the lane by themselves when they swim breast-stroke without looking at where they looking.

Pool is a gd size for swimming I must say but really hope they can maintain their facilities too like whether hairdryer is working or even the basin to be cleaned & floor to keep it dry whenever is wet at the toilet area.

Is a clubhouse with a driving range for golfers and few eateries to serve not only to members and also non members. You may have a beer in the evening with friends behind the driving range to relax and chitchat.

Great place with swimming pool, dance studio, music school, etc.

Plus there is a golf driving range.

SAFRA members can enjoy some of the facilities too.

Would give the Chinese Restaurant on level 2 a miss.

Huge portions of food here. The sloppy fries was really and the beef sauce and cheese go very well together. The tomato soup was a little sweet and the beef were overdone, thus making them a little firm. I had the belle burger for my mains and the flavours blended well together although it could be spicier. The beef was juicier compared to the tomato soup which was a plus and the cheese that blanketed the patty was a nice touch.

Excellent facilities at a low cost. Gym is well-equipped and usually not too crowded. Swimming complex has a kids playing area and an 8-lane pool – the showers are rain showers and have amazing water pressure. There is also Laser Quest and some game rooms. Overall great place to spend time with family or friends.

I’m not sure about the building as a whole, but the food choices available tend towards the unhealthy(kfc) or the expensive(starbucks, heavenly wong etc).
Also the chalet, never ever select here as ur 1st choice for chalet, if u really book here, be really prepared for a fight against pests, also bring ur own blanket.

Very nice experience at this place. It has a lot of facilities provided to its visitors. There is an bowling alley, laser quest, pool and even an indoor children play ground (you need to pay to use these services). It is quite small, it has 3 storey. The first mostly have f&b outlets and an NTUC supermarket. The swimming pool is also at the first floor. The second floor has an indoor laser quest , an indoor pool table and the children indoor playground. On the third floor, there is an bowling alley.
It was a lot of fun spending a day at this place. It is a 15 minute walk from the mrt station and is convenient to its nearby residents.

There is a God of fortune inflatable nice but has a noisy blower quite irirtating as the blower is faulty and has a grinding echo sound. Told the reception staff he seemed lost told him either get contractor to change the blower or off the blower.

I am rather impressed. This place has a sprawling clubhouse premise coupled with a golfing range as well.

There is a smallish NTUC Fairprice, a couple of ATM to facilitate cash withdrawals for residents nearby.

And then there are F&B outlets eg KFC, Starbucks, Ah Huat cafe as well as a full chinese restaurant.

Whats unique is that there is also a childcare/day care/pre care etc etc all rolled into one as well as some establishments offering enlrichment classes eg music school. And then there is this good sized gym/fitness centre as well as a bowling alley.

All in all, this can be considered a one-stop shop lifestyle establishment.

    Recommended!

Nested in HomrTeam NUS where parking is relatively easy while the crowd is quite a breeze even on weekends, you may find quality dutch style food here. There are speciality dishes that came with their yummy soft shell crabs. However, the burger I ordered came with nachos with salsa sauce which was definitely a big let down. The nachos were just like the commercial one a and the salsa sauce doesn’t have the right level of spiciness and sourness. While the main is relatively good, I would really expect a much better aidrRdosh to justify the prices to pay.

As a place there’s a lot of things I would say. There is swimming pool but it only accepts hometeamns members due to covid restrictions from what I can remember. Guests are not allowed during restrictions too. I can’t really comment on the other facilities since I only go for the swimming pool but there is facilities such as the gym, laser tag, paintball and air soft shooting range. There is also an indoor playground. overall I would say it has facilities for most ages.

Late night dinner; second time here to give them another try for the last time I was there, their burger patty was very dry.

Meatball was dry, barely warm and cheese was not even melting.

The burger is juicy but they don’t do it medium rare. Only medium. The juiciness came from the sauce and egg.

Drink is nice. I love the freshness of it Berry Nice Bro juice.

Overall: they can be better. Especially their meatball pasta. Their food portion are reasonably above average. Just an ok meal. Nothing to shout about.

The villas here just renovated, i like the facilities here; rent the villa over the weekend, enjoy Golf driving, swiming pool, basket ball, indoor activities; Bowling, billiards, gym, laser quest, T-play for children, majong room, jackport for adult etc.

For food; there is KFC, western food/ pub, cafe studebtbset meal at $6.90 only, Ah Huat local delight, and Chinese restaurant atbthevhometeam main building, and Chinese “Zho Chao” 煮炒 at the Golf driving range, either you want to have your beer under the trees at the “Zhu Chao” stall, or indoor pub.

Best of all, you can buy anything you need at the Faiprice supermarket in HometeamNS Bukit Batok, everything you need for your BBQ.

if you are driving, you can request complimentary car parking if you rent the villas, or if your are hometeam member, you will enjoy discounted rate.

I went to hometeamNS at Bukit Batok today at abt 3pm and ate at the little lost Greek restaurant with my family. Afterwards, I went to the counter to redeem my parking discount. As I forgot to bring along my cashcard I told the person that I would come back to do it. So I took my car and stop at the foyer and went to the counter. I passed my cashcard and membership card to the guy at the counter. He was abt to do the transaction for me when another guy came out fr the office and asked the first guy to gv back my cards and he asked me to remove my car from the porch. I told this guy that I just stopped for a while but he insisted that I park my car first and then do my redemption. How rude was he! He didn’t even want to listen to my explanation. He took my cards from the first guy and told me off to park my car first. I was appalled at the way he treated me as they were people around. I don’t know his name but he wears glasses, thin and dark. This has spoilt my visit to home team NS Bukit batok and I don’t think I will come back again.

I was really disappointed that they only had one kind of cake and the 6 items on the menu are no longer on the menu. At least inform us when we are seated at the table that things have been removed from the menu, but instead we are told when we are ordering. My 2 cents worth:

    Pros:
As a member, love the spacious pool they have.
Love the eatry there. For a small place like this, you can get ya kun and starbucks
The toiletsare ALWAYS clean and dry. Thumbs up!
No tall building surrounding the area.
There’s just so much things for the kids to do when they are there.
There’s even an NTUC. Good enough for daily grocery.

    Cons:
Too popular, not enough parking lots and cannot find place to eat during weekend.

    definitely going back.

TL,DR: Won’t come back unless no other food option nearby.

    I visited this place on 12 June 2018 7.30pm.
Service (2/5) – The waitress is friendly and professional at her service. However, she hesitate to agree when we asked for iced water at the end of our order. The food took a unreasonably long time to come. When we wanted to cancel our order due to long waiting time the waitress told us the food is ready, but we waited for another 10 minutes before it is served. When I asked for any SAFRA promotion, the waitress asked me for my card then told me okay. She walked away while I questioned me about the promotion detail. Only in the end when the receipt came, I saw that there is 10% discount.

Food (2/5) – The Charcoal-Grilled Juicy Beef Burger tasted average. It has a juicy patty, but the turkey bacon isn’t crispy, and the sautéed mushroom is tasteless. The Cajun Chicken Aglio tasted powdery, and it is deadly salty. The baked garlic butter prawns is soggy when served. The Buffalo wings, Baked Mussels, Battered Squid Rings, and Crispy Soft-Shell Crabs is average, something I can get off any bar.

Value (3/5) – The price is cafe priced in a neighborhood location. I will say that it is above average given the portion of the food and its non prime location.

Ambience (3/5) – There place is brightly lid, has a family friendly design. Because this is Hari Raya period, the restaurant has some Hari Raya decoration. However, I am intolerant that the restaurant was playing Malay song throughout the whole time. Playing Malay song once in a while to infuse the festive period is fine, but playing it the whole time seemed to signal to me that the restaurant caters for the Malay community and not the other races.

Not a bad place to drop by for a swim or to gym as a member. However, the Starbuck is not a place for studies. As few times we can hardly find a seat for 2 person to have a conversation when the place is taken hostage by students; with some occupying the seats/tables without spending a cent.

Management or Starbuck should regulate that the seats are reserved for customers only with max. sitting time no more than 2-3 hours; unless they purchased again.

Wasted at least 3 hours trying to book a chalet here. The 1st front counter staff didn’t know about the walk-in promotion & we walked to the back gate to seek clarification with another chalet staff before heading home to get my SAFRA card & NS50 vouchers. The 2nd trip down, the booking system was down & was told they give us a call when the system was up but no one called. We waited blindly for another 2+ hours. Tired of waiting, we approached the front counter & was informed the system was back. But again, we were told to get a seat & wait. Naturally after waiting for 3 hours, I politely asked the front counter staffs how much longer do we need to wait but they chose to ignore us instead of giving a direct reply. We are going through all these because my pregnant wife & I wanted to book a chalet near our home to celebrate when our child turns one month old. The only saving grace was that male counter staff at the chalet itself who knows what he is doing.

Most people will review about the facilities here; facilities are standard with bowling alley, swimming pool, game room and food options. One often-overlooked but important thing to note is about coming here is to check your HomeTeamNS$ under your HomeTeamNS-POSB Debit Card. If you use your card to pay for stuff often, chances are you will have an accumulation of rebate $ under your card. you can only check the balance at the clubhouse counters, and you can redeem them for HomeTeamNS vouchers that you can use throughout the clubhouse. Don’t let the rebate$ go to waste! You can also top-up to redeem more vouchers given that the vouchers are only in $10 denominations.
