Ordered a helmet (HJC I90 Aventa MC1) from their online store. Store messaged me on WhatsApp stating that the design I wanted is out of stock (that exact model was also still in stock on their Lazada page), I asked if another design (HJC I90 Davan MC5SF) was available and they replied it is also out of stock. Called them to ask about what was actually in stock but the person on the phone hung up on me after telling me to wait. After 5 minutes they messaged me again stating that the other design I wanted was actually in stock.
Went down that evening to collect my helmet, was directed by the sales assistant to go to the other side of the shop to find another sales assistant named J*a Y* who I assumed was in charge of online orders and self pick-ups. J*a Y* was sitting behind a partition which wasn’t visible to us and we had to walk into the office area to actually get her attention. When enquiring about why their actual stock and online store stock doesn’t tally up, J*a Y* gave an apathetic response stating that that’s just how it is.
I am only giving this a 2 stars as the product is as described. J*a Y*’s attitude was rude and downright disrespectful, this level of customer service is unacceptable.

Some stocks item are so old that the colour have faded such as the riding jackets on display – white colour has discolour to yellow. Really difficult to find size small to medium on the mid range riding gloves. Mainly stock HJC helmets. Only have a small range of Scorpion and Shark helmets. I don’t think the place has been renovated since I 1st visited 10 years ago.
Went to both outlets many times before but generally i found Tyrwhitt outlet staff more friendly and approachable. Don’t get me wrong the kaki bukit staff are nice too but Tyrwhitt outlet staff deliver above and beyond!

Service, gear, and accessories all-in-one sectioned off by floor. Very good selection of gear. Some zones not as well organized, and many items not priced on the shelf. Not a problem if you like to take your time.
Had bought many motorcycle gears and stuff from them, including HJC Rpha 11s, Komine jackets, Taichi pants and many more… The staff at level 2 are generally very patient and never pressurize customers into buying… excellent transaction experiences with them.
Never try their workshop for my bike before, hence no comment on the workshop.

Went to the apparel and equipment section upstairs. Staff seemed to be inexperienced with the gear and couldn’t make sound recommendations based on my requirements. However, if you know what you need, their assistance would be more than sufficient as they know where things are. Might be better to visit the Jalan Besar branch instead for recommendation on gear.

Hey folks, I am a learner rider. I went down to Kaki Bukit because they seemed legit. Level 1 sells Trax helmets (PSB approved) for yall learners like me. The stock sells out pretty quickly, so don’t expect to find every color of every model. Help yourself to try the helmets on.
Moving on, level 2 has scorpion and HJC helmets.
I couldn’t put on the helmet without my mask and specs coming off. Turns out I didn’t know how to wear the helmet the right way. Big shoutout to Jenny who works there. She helped me fit the helmet on and gave me a breakdown on all the options. She’s very familiar with what helmets are good for beginners. She measure my head size and gave advice on what size of helm to buy. Go ask Jenny for some helps yall, don’t be like me, walk around for 30 mins. Haha.

I will try to keep this review short & clear. I rode my bike to Motoworld Kaki Bukit to get my battery changed on 24/04/2020 at 1030am. I brought along a brand new voltmeter which I bought online & asked if he could install it. After a while, he called me into the workshop & told me the voltmeter is faulty. The voltmeter is brand new unopened until I passed it to him. He tried testing the connection again & this time the voltmeter worked.
A while later, he tried starting my bike but couldn’t. There was power to the dash & lights but cranking it didn’t start the engine. After some time, he asked help from a colleague. Some time passed & he told me it might take awhile, and suggested that I go home first. He will call me when it is ready in the evening. I took a taxi & got home at 1334pm (app has record).
Evening came & no calls. I called the workshop the next day 25/04/2020 Saturday. The mechanic said the ignition switch was faulty & that the parts supplier was closed & couldn’t get parts until Monday or Tuesday.
I called on 27/04/2020 Monday to follow up. He said the supplier has a shipment arriving & the bike should be ready on 04/05 or 05/05/2020. I finally picked up my bike on 05/05 Tuesday, and instead of a simple battery change & voltmeter installation, I paid $270.00 including the ignition switch, excluding taxi fares, and my bike spending 11 days in the workshop.
I have left out details of the conversation between us as I felt it is a case of he says, I say. My view is that I rode my bike in to change a new battery & install a voltmeter. Somehow during the process, the ignition switch was damaged. I bought my bike brand new & is coming to 1 year old.
I buy most of my gears from Motoworld but this will be the first & last time I let them work on my bike. 1 star for products, 2nd star for prices.

I love to go here because I can get all my stuffs in one roof.. new and old products sold here . Today I bought maxima chain lube, anti fog spray (small and big bottle) for my helmet visor.. usually I used muc off products, sadly to say there’ll be no more stock coming in.. currently I bought oxford.. and it smell nice.. thanks to Mr Vincent for the recommendation.

Bought this item online during Circuit breaker. Had some issues initially. Item was market to last 9hrs but the first use didn’t last as long. Contacted after sales. Both William and another person (sorry that i didn’t get your name) contacted me to troubleshoot the issue. Remedied the issue. Item is working excellent now. Though it last 7hrs non stop recording instead of 9hrs. It’s still pretty impressive to my standards. Always impressed with Motoworld’s retailing service in my past experiences. If not for CB, I would’ve preferred shopping in their Kakit Bukit store. Always willing to throw in some discount one way or another from the price tag.

Bought all my raincoats and most of my riding gear from motorworld as they have the brands that i want, namely RS-Taichi, komini etc.
Price wise is pretty ok with the occasional discount drives.
Can also use NS voucher to buy stuff from them.
The sales assistants on the 2nd floor and basement is friendly and helpful with good knowledge of the products they are selling.
For motorcycle parts they sell predominantly oxford stuff and is pretty well stocked with regards to oxford items.
Only downside for motorworld is if there is any parts that need to be ordered the waiting time is usually around one month or two.
No comments for their bike service section as i don’t go there to service my bike but to only buy stuff.

We’d like to share an important feedback about your staff, on our very first visit to Motoworld Kaki Bukit.
We accompanied our son to Motoworld yesterday morning to get his riding gear at Kaki Bukit for the first time. We truly didn’t know where to start but then as we entered the store, we were served by a friendly, patient and helpful sales person, Hafiz. He was kind to help us in selecting the proper gears n patiently waited on us n explained that the right quality does matter when selecting gears for riding. He patiently went through with us on our selections and explained to us the safety features that should be the priority in our choices.
When he had to leave us to attend to another customer, he even cared to tell us that he will just be around at the other section if we were to look for him. He tried to attend to almost everyone around and helped the counter lady to fetch some bags from downstairs without hesitation and up again on the floor to attend to us. Amazing!
As a first time rider, my son couldn’t decide what n which item to buy so Hafiz suggested to my son of the important gears to get first for a start. At the same time, he advised my son to ride safely n to heed mom’s advise for blessings.
We are truly satisfied with the service rendered to us n we truly had a wonderful experience at Hodaka Motoworld Kaki Bukit that we got some riding tips for our son.
Thank you to Hafiz for his excellent service. We were also told that he was covering for someone but he did his part very well. All the best to him in his career! Not forgetting, the lady at the counter who was kind and friendly. They both made our purchase a breeze.

Shop for motorcycle repair, servicing and accessories. Plenty of helmet, gloves, boots and riding gear to choose from. Their price is reasonable for accessories and bike servicing. I have done a few round of servicing at this shop. So far no issues at all, just that sometime it can be quite a long wait for the service to be done.
