Was there asking for normal wheel truing…..uncle direct me to his son and straight away tells me it is rotor fault….omg. Went to benson cycle shop next to it and uncle did the tunning for me. Could have just tell me they dont wish to do it.

Came here twice to fix alignment issue for my two bikes bought online. There are 2 staff (not sure owner or not) and each time my bike was handled by different staff and both were equally good and skillful. Best customer service. Rate is quite reasonable. I’m giving 2 star for the uncle and the lady that are friendly but the younger technician was a total lier. I had a broken derailleur hanger, he said they do not have that part and it can only be bought from my bike’s manufacturer. He also said all other store doesn’t have it also.. Luckily I found another bike shop at the next block (bension). The uncle immediately said they have it and replaced it for me. Turns out the derailleur hanger is actually generic. Haiz.

I bought a bicycle for my 4 year old recently and the experience had been perfect. The staff was knowledgeable and proactive in checking with me what was required, so that the shop could set up the kickstand and remove the training wheels before I come to collect it. The shop was also prompt in updating when the bicycle had arrived from the warehouse. Lastly, the pricing is competitive too. Really enjoyed the experience.

Imagine parking it securely at your void deck bicycle bay and find them missing or incomplete and the price tag is like OMG. Hahaha…
Shirley is so patient and comprehensive in answering our queries and recommending the bicycles to us. She also reminded us on the basics of maintaining the bicycles and the need to ‘service’ after a while.
While we were there, we also saw many regular customers dropping by to change parts and such. So pleasant seeing the friendly chats between the staff and customers. We will return.

I only needed lights and I was served really quickly even though the shop was very busy as it was Sat pm. I wanted to be seen easily. The choice I was given met my needs perfectly, as did the price.
I had a gear problem which Shirley identified in 2 seconds. The repair, which I will do another time, was a very reasonable price to fix.

This was my first to have my kid’s bike repaired here. The uncle was extremely skillful and experienced. He replaced the brake line and then checked the distance margin from the brake robber to the wheel. On top of it, the price was really fair.
Till date, I have no idea why there is some negative comment on the uncles and lady in this shop
I’ve been to this shop many times now, yes they do not entertain full servicing, but they are willing to try their best to make it road-worthy and safety.
And everytime when I’m not satisfied with the performance, they are willing to check the bike again until I’m satisfied at no additional charges.
As for the price, they are very generous and do not charge recklessly for stuff that is not needed.
I will always support the shop for all sorts of repair, and purchases (unless they do not really have what I need)

Competent, trustworthy and affordable. Been there a few times to get my foldies fixed, tire tube replaced (they have Kenda and CST), pedals and broken brake handle changed.
My old bike seat was loose that i couldn’t adjuat the height. The rubber seal for the seat metal pole was gone. One front tyre also flatted. Pulled my bicycle slowly and walked to the shop. It was a busy saturday. After waited for like 45min, the old uncle finally asked what my bicycle problem. I told him my seat problem and front tyre flatted. He went in the shop to look for rubber ring for my seat pole, but could find any spare that fit nicely. I was worrying may be my bicycle could not be fixed. Luckily the old uncle was quick to think a solution and experience enough to customise a rubber ring for my seat pole. He fixed my seat issue and replaced a new front tyre for me. And he charged me $20 for the front tyre 16″ and didn’t charge me for the more pressing seat problem. I left Hin Leong riding happily with my old bicycle again! ;D

I had problems with my rear rim brake not springing back properly. Went down on a Monday mid morning and had to wait about 20+min. The mechanic identified the problem with the caliper and adjusted the tension rod to increase the tension, identifying and solving the problem in ~ 3min. The service charge was very reasonable.

Came here on Sunday 21 April 2019. It was a good experience. The people are very helpful and experienced/knowledgeable. They know their stuff and are humble and honest. They are not hustlers like some other bicycle shops. Gave me the most suitable accessories rather than the most expensive ones. Definitely will come back again. I changed my handle bar grips and added a front basket, lights and they also helped me pump air into my wheels. Bicycle feels better than new now, thanks to them!!
